Although this was my first time, Ill very soon be a regular! Wonderful experience here. I showed a picture, and Dai copied it exactly no trouble! Ive never been somewhere in CT where I didnt get an ear full about how what I was asking was too hard, couldnt be done, we dont have that color, etc etc. Dai MIXED a lovely burnt orange for me, I didnt even ask! D&D Nails is a great salon. Cash only, and you need to make an appointment at least 2 weeks ahead of time. Call salon to make an appointment. Affordable for the quality. 2 hours for acrylics and pedicure. A little aggressive application, nicked finger nail that could’ve been easily avoided. A little difficultly making appointment. 4/5 stars. Recommend and will be going back.

Highly recommend this nail salon. Lazzara was the nail technician who worked on me. She is AMAZING! Extremely sweet, very detailed oriented and very gentle. I have been to many nail salons in my life, but this one is a keeper!

I have been coming to D&D for about 2 years now. They are hands down the best around. So much so, that I trusted them to handle my wedding nails too. They are super professional. They care about your experience. The products they use are amazing quality. Their nail designs are beautiful. My nails dont lift. My shape is always on point. How you feel about your nails truly matters to them. If you have a preference, tell them! If youd prefer a few tweaks, tell them! They want you ti leave happy! Unlike many other places, they dont take offense and, instead, put their customers first!! They have a lifetime customer in me and I refer everyone to them.

I absolutely loved this place a friend recommended it & I drove from NY to CT & it was so worth it. The girls are amazingly friendly, and know how to keep a conversation going. When I moved from New Haven county, I had to find a new nail salon and was very picky because I like to have unique designs for my acrylic nails. These ladies never disappoint! Based on all the good reviews I drove 20 mins to get a pedicure but unable to do so. Even though the online and on the door schedule said place is open, it was not. Frustrated :(

They are my go-to nail techs, both girls work wonders on your nails. I have been going to them forever I don’t get my nails done all the time because sometimes I want to give my nails a break from acrylic but when I need them done I will ONLY go to them and I live in NYC I will take to 1 hour drive to get them done by ONLY them. They make you you feel comfortable and at home at there salon. I love you guys!!

Deny & Dai do such a great job on my nails! My nails last so long and that’s due to the quality of their nail products as well as how well they clean the cuticle. I’m always getting compliments on my nails too! The designs are so creative and they have literally everything you could imagine, even all the new updated trends in nails - they can do it all!

I’ve been going to D&D for a couple of months now and I just love it! Deny and dai are super nice and knowledgeable. They use great products and have such awesome technique. I broke a nail and they got me in right away to fix it. The thing I love most is even though I get acrylics done, my real nails stay healthy and strong. They really know what they are doing and I would recommend to anyone! Thanks girls

My friend and I had an appt with this facility. When we arrived they already had another customer and the suite only seats 2 people at a time. The customer was still there during our appt. So they were able to take me in and had my friend select her colors for the gel nails. However, they completely ignored my friend who was sitting in the waiting area for 45 min!!!! Not once did any of the staff say to my friend that theyre running late, or apologize, or anything. It wouldnt have been too hard to say something at the very least. I would never go back here again. Such inconsiderate staff!

This establishment is owned by two lovely sisters who really enjoy the work they do and it is reflected in their end product. A manicure lasted 10 days. What I really enjoyed was the fact that there was no high pressure sales tactics. I wanted a regular manicure, I got a regular manicure; they did not try to sell me a gel manicure or any of the fancy products.Although walkins are welcomed, I would highly recommend that you make an appointment.

Unprofessional. I had an appointment with them and when I showed up no one was there. I called to let her know I was outside and she told me she didn’t want to work that day and didn’t have my number to cancel. Disappointing as I was excited to try them out but I won’t give my time and money to someone who doesn’t care about their customers or reputation

Cant help but be disappointed. I read all the great reviews and thought maybe I finally found my go-to nail salon... this is not. On the positive side - the girls were by far the most polite and accommodating technicians I have been too. They were great. However, I am highly unsatisfied with my gel manicure. In the room just glancing at them they looked fine and I was happy. I left and once I got in good lighting I realized that my nails look terrible. The top coat was not applied evenly on 2 nails so they look kind of puckered. She didnt seal the edges so dirt is lodging between the manicure and my nail and lastly the glitter ombre is shoddy. I think $42 for this was totally not worth it.

First time customer was suggested to me. Small fun place . Love the way she explained things to me. The only thing I would suggest is just to confirm customers of prices or additional cost to different designs. I got the gel manicure but got chrome ( I thought it was the same but I should have double check on the price also lol . But just to inform customers before doing something that is different from what they might ask for . I will be back ! Great customer service very friendly environment !
