Love this place! Everyone is so great! I been coming here for over 10 years and even though i no longer live in Danbury, I commute 38 mins just for their business because everyone always disappoints me!

Had a 5:30 appointment here yesterday. Nice staff, clean Establishment, cleaned up nails quite nicely but the polish was bad. Maybe I got someone new to the field?. 😔 Maybe I should have pointed it out but they were closing. 🤷

I have been going to this salon for a few years. I love the atmosphere, and the service.

Nail Expo is amazing. Ask for Bob ! He does a wonderful job. My nails have not lifted since hes been doing them. Some other places you can catch fungus but they are very good about being clean. They use new sealed items when doing your pedicure. By far the best place to go in Danbury.

I was a walk in. They handled me efficiently and was polite throughout the process. I will be returning based off of how long my dip powder manicure last: )

My favorite place for Manis and Pedis .. so clean .. so professional .. so creative, when you want them to be! The staff is caring and very well trained.I even have my husband go .. theres something about a man who takes care of the hands .. its a very good thing .. and they treat him professionally.

The only person who does a good job here is the owner on the store linn. she does a perfect job every time and my nails today made me want to ball my eyes out because they were done by two other people

I got an acrylic refill with gel color with Lynne. She does an amazing job. She is really professional, friendly, and takes her time to make your nails look beautiful and natural. She did everything I asked her to and she even used a machine to clean the cuticles. Other places don’t really do that. The nail salon is very clean and they are always sanitizing.

I am back in ct for a visit from Florida and I have to get a fill and a pedicure with the best salon that I have ever been to. I called for an appointment after 6 months not speaking to Brian and no surprise he said long time no see. Customer service to the max! Love them all!

I wont let anyone else touch my nails. I have been coming here since I got my nails done on a whim for my vow renewal last year. I HIGHLY recommend Sara- she is excellent!

I have gone to Nail Expo for 20 years. I have never had a bad experience. Its very clean, Ive never gotten a fungus and everyone there is really nice. I come up with designs and they try to copy it. Always looks great!

Kate did such an amazing job!! She held a conversation so it wasnt awkward at all!! My nails came out great!!

This is the by far the worst experience I have ever had getting my nails done at this place. I walkedin, was asked what I wanted. I replied by a full set gel chrome nail. I showed a picture of what I wanted and they confirmed my request by saying they could do that for me. As the time went on- the nails were shaped nicely. When it came to painting them, the women got so flustered and handed me off to another man. He was rushing and giving attitude, and had to redo my nails 4 TIMES. AND STILL COULDNT GET IT RIGHT. They obviously DIDNT KNOW HOW TO DO THESE TYPE OF NAILS. Why would you tell a customer that you can do something that you clearly cannot do. I’m clearly very upset about the end result and this women tries to tell meTo come back in one week to fix them with new polish and new set for free- no charge. Then wanted me to pay $80!!! I looked at her and said I’ll give you $10 right now.The end result of my visit is my nails are fatter than other nails, the polish is all messed up and it looks sloppy. I’m very disappointed with this business and WILL NOT be coming back.

Love everyone here! I tried a lot of places & I love this one the most. People are great, prices good, they are great with my daughters, very clean & neat, I’ve never waited(maybe just always timed it right), never got any kind of infection from pedi or mani & I like chit chatting with all of them(very friendly). I can’t say enough good about this business! The do amazing nail art as well.

Amazing! I wanted to do french nails but just using my own nails...awesome job, quick friendly service and $15.00 only... which also included a nice hand massage and a quick back rub..Quick call them...they have other services also. Sandra

Worst pedicure I ever received. Got there right at 9 and waited about 20 minutes in my pedicure chair to have someone help me. Man came over and did the very bare minimum and then was switched out for another guy when it was time to paint my toes. This man got paint all over my toes. missed part of my toenails and then got up and left. Another woman instructed me to move infront of a fan and then dismissed us before my toes were dry and I ended up smudging the paint. My sister got a gel manicure and it was lightly applicated and chipped a day later. Will not be going back.

I see Lyn. My nails stay beautiful for the full two weeks between fills and they are very accommodating with appointment times.

So, i have been to this salon before, i actually used to make it a part of my weekly walks. I have not been in for about 2/3 years due to an injury. Im not sure if there is new management or if it was a bad day but i wont be back. I wanted a basic manicure for myself and my 11 yr old daughter and was over charged. I problem for me was the male technician that worked on my nails used a file tool (the ones they use to grind down acrylics) on my natural nails, didnt allow me to wash my hands after the filing, but instead gave me a hand massage with lotion and then right into painting my nails. Halfway through some woman came from the back and began to give me the look of evil for being in the salon. I went in to make myself and my daughter feel better after a very hard (family emergency) day. its 3 days later and im looking for a place to redo my nails. im so disappointed in their quality and treatment of customers with year round tans.

My eyebrows are completely messed up. Also my French manicure tip is not straight and all different lengths and not even and the acrylic tips barely have any glue and feel like they are about to fall off. I just went there an hour ago and I regret it entirely.
