My undercarriage was broken in four places and my ring needed to be resizes. They repaired my wedding ring and restored it back to its original beautiful condition without issue. Very courteous and professional staff. They took great care of my jewelry, I will certainly be doing business with Sergios Jewelry in the future.

Beware of this business. I bought a gold clasp for $150 in December. In May the spring in the clasp broke. I took it to Sergios. I was told there is no warranty and the owner said she would only give me scrap gold price and I would have to purchase another with no assurance that a second one would not break - the price has gone up since what I paid in December. This should have been replaced. I will not buy anything there- I can’t be sure if what I’m buying in good faith is not going to break. They do not stand behind their merchandise.

Omg! What an amazing place with the most friendly staff ever. My charm broke at the most inconvenient time & they were able to fix it with no hesitation. They even steam cleaned my rings to make them shine to perfection. Nothing but above & beyond services offered here for their clients.

My husband and I have shop here for over 10 years. I was so disappointed at the sales lady. She was rude and lied. She said the leather band was broken so I asked her to put a pin in it since the watch had two bands on July 24th. On the 27th I can to pick up my watches and asked her to put the band on the pin she sold me. She said they dont carry this pin and she didnt sell it to me. She not only sold it to me, she put it on my watch and added it to my bill. My husband tried to put the band on, but he couldnt. Since I had to pick up the others I thought she could put the band on. Sergio came out and told her to get another pin and put it on. Why should I lie about a pin I had to pay for. I dont want to have any business with her. Very,very rude liar.. Sergio will still get my business because of him. Thanks sir

PLEASE BEWARE!!!I recently went in to Sergios to get a necklace sautered back together. I brought the necklace in at 16 long, yet, somehow, when I picked it up, it grew to 19. It was clear that they replaced the chain but they are insistent that it was always that long. Please I urge you, do not bring in any jewelry to be fixed or cleaned in the is place. They are very dishonest and cannot be trusted with your jewelry. My family has been going here for years but will NOT ever be going back. It is such a huge disappointment.

I went to get my watch band shortened which most places would charge $5-10 for but they did it in less than 2 minutes and did it for free. They were very nice.

Food delicious and service was attentive.

Called in about a very minor repair to my gold lobster clap on my necklace that wasnt fully closing. Repaired it in two minutes and did not even charge me.
