Was there on Saturday to buy Silver. They said they had 2 silver bars in stock but had not been checked them in so they could not sell them to me even though I was willing to pay in advance. They said they would call me first thing Monday morning so I could purchase them. I called at 10:15 so I could purchase and they said sorry we sold them already this morning. I understand it is first come first serve however I was able and willing to purchase. Not very good business practices in my opinion and you should be careful when dealing with them.

Whether it is rare coins and numismatics, bullion, or jewelry and watches the man knows whats hes talking about and gives great advice and insight before during and after any transaction. The man is just as much one-man sales team as much as he is a leader and authoritative figure within the store and I ALWAYS trust his word. I had been out ring shopping all day and this store happened to be my last stop. I must say if this is where you go to pick your fine jewelry, make sure you get Sherri to help you! From the moment I walked in she greeted me and offered her assistance. She is very personable and made me feel right at home. I gave her an idea of what I was looking for and it was as if she could read my mind! Prior to my purchase, she made sure our rings had that shiny BLING to it and then offered her additional services should I have any questions or concerns later on. She did voice concerns about my now husbands rings fit, and it just so happened, when I got home he tried his ring on and was unable to take it off without lotion. So then he and I returned to this location and as Sherri was fitting him, I noticed it was on the wrong hand. After suggesting he try it on his left hand, we all then realized it was a perfect fit! 😆

I had 1 good experience selling 90% silver coinage on Saturday afternoon & then decided to go home to bring more of my silver back to them to sell an hour later but was then given much lower offers by a different employee & the guy even said 1 set of silver commerative coins I showed him were not silver ( they were & ive since sold them ) I left a bit disappointed but i might give them another try depending on who greets me at the counter.

Dallas Gold and Silver is an excellent jewelery store.I have been doing business with them since they were located right on the side or 35 by Royal (a long time ago). Their prices have always been very fair on both the buy and sell side.I recently had a dog die. She was thirteen and her brother was killed a long time ago before that. I saved their dog tags and wanted them made into jewelery. I am currently in Oklahoma City and there is nothing here. I called my spot in Dallas and Rebekah answered as my salesperson this time and was a great assistance. She found the jewelery I was looking for, sent me pictures out of state, helped me negotiate a deal and it was done. I immediately drove to Dallas the same day to look at and pick up the jewelery. It was awesome. I enjoy it very much. Her custom jewelery repair man came out to talk to me about the customazation, Thadeous is his name, and he did an excellent job for me too. I could not be more satisfied. He tried to weld the tags at first and after more work we ended up deciding to drill holes and loop new gold around them to attach the tags. He worked with me the whole time and made sure I was ok with it, especially since it was so sentimental. Now I can have a remembrance of what were my best friends with me forever.I have called back since for more items. Like I said I enjoy them very much. Thanks.

This place is a scam... even though they say best prices in town. It was interesting that I kind of waited for someone to approach me if I needed something while there was other staff standing around. And of course they send me the Hispanic lady to deal with me as if I needed a translator. And being Hispanic and having someone of Hispanic heritage assist me the way she did was kind of sad. No care in the world chewing and smacking her gum as tacky as can be. Low ball prices on some stuff that I know Ive seen in their cases for much more. Very dismissive and unwilling to talk about prices. I will not recommend this place to my customers or anybody that I know that deals in gold. Im better off getting better prices at pawn shops than I am getting here and thats the truth.

Went in to buy a piece of silver with my loose change, one of the associates said we dont accept change sir I said why not, its U.S currency? Can you ask the manager? Long story short, they finally agreed to accept my money. I went to this location recently and found the the customer Representatives very nice and helpful. Not only did they helped me realize that I did not have the silver item but that the item was in fact Persian. They then allowed me to peruse and see all the fine items they had and to discuss with me what they can be used for. I saw plenty of silver coins, rare American coins and many things relating to jewelry knives and currency. I went there simply to find some information out but ended up leaving with products because they gave me such a good reason to stay. They made it seem like it was more of a vacation that it was just an inquiry. Everyones going to like this place. Its fun!
