I thought this location was full of genuine employees; however, I was flat out lied to. I didnt want my credit ran and the lady insisted it was just a soft pull and of course I receive a notification saying my credit was pulled. She even had the nerve to try to convince me it wasnt a hard pull as if I am blind or cant read my own credit report. I have several credit monitoring apps on my phone to help me stay on top of my financial well-being since my wife and I are buying a house near the end of the year. Stay away from this location!!!!

Came in to purchase earrings, which I’ve done so. During my purchase I got my jewelry cleaned. When they returned my jewelry my diamond was missing. I asked them where is my diamond? They had no idea. They had to find it. The cleaner did not even examine my ring before returning it. Manager Abbie came along, and asked me what happened, before I could finish explaining, she cut me off saying how the diamond got misplaced. She did not even apologize, she was more in defense mode besides showing empathy towards her customers. No satisfied, will NEVER come back. I also had her to refund my purchase of the earrings and she seem glad to lose the sale. Even though the customer was not happy, she did nothing to makeup for it.

I came in last week and absolutely appreciate the help from the two jewelry consultants here. They are super helpful and knowledgeable at jewelry. They can read your mind and help you get to the right products at right price point. They are super patient too. I have many products saved in my online account. They went above and beyond assisting me to try on a couple products. Believe it or not, they have to sanitize every single piece before giving it to you. They are very professional. Highly recommend this location!

My husband and I just looking around for some upgrade ring, the Older sales Lady she seem irritated to help she literally left and stood to the corner pouting cant wait for us to leave, SMH I will take my bussiness to someone that appreciate to make little money from us.
Me and my wife went to this Zales so she can look at a ring and didn’t expect anything before we walked in. Other Zales we’ve been to didn’t have good customer service at! But this place is amazing, we had 2 amazing gentleman greet us and helps us. I wish I had their names, but they were so very kind and helpful. Best customer service EVER. The other only Zales we ever go to is at North Park. Great place!

John was beyond rude and disrespectful. For a guy who claims to have 50 years of experience, he needs more training within customer service. He demanded customers to purchase items or he “wouldn’t pull them out” for viewing or pricing. Termination would be best for this guy being that this isn’t the first time he’s done this since I’ve visited this location. I will not be returning and I will spread the word.

The older man and woman who helped me today weren’t great. I took my engagement ring to be cleaned, big mistake. It looks the same as when I walked in. No sparkle and I can see a layer of dirt on it. When I asked for help finding a wedding band the older man asked the older woman to help me out. She seemed bothered that I would ask her to do her job. I left with a dirty ring and no new wedding band. I won’t be back. I’d rather drive further away. Zales in The Highlands Arlington is waaaaay better.

Charity is great! I shopped here a year ago, told her what I was looking for and my budget and she helped me find what I need for my birthday. Birthday is next month and I went into Zales again with the ring I bought last year to be thoroughly cleaned. She remembered me and even helped me pick out another birthday jewelry for myself again! Her customer service is awesome and I look for EVERY TIME I come to this store. Look for her. You wont be disappointed.

I went to get my ring resized, the gentleman was very rude. My husband tried to ask him a question and the guy replied I’m sorry I’m trying to concentrate, when he was just printing a receipt! My husband got a call today to pick up and again very rude and unprofessional. If you hate your job that much, do us a favor and go find a new one! Worst place ever !! I rather go to the Irving Mall Zales.
I was picking up an online order and the lady helping me was very dismissive, and rude acting like I was annoying her for asking her to do her job. Time to find another job, she obviously doesn’t seem to enjoy hers. Can’t relate.
Id like to thank John (Galleria Dallas) for doing such a wonderful job! I called to get a wedding band but not much of an idea of what to select. He picked 5 or 6 different options to show me and had them waiting when I arrived. It was a wonderful experience and I appreciate his hard work! Ill never shop any where else.
This store has some of the worst customer service I’ve ever received. The manager is extremely unhelpful. Judging by the amount of 1 star reviews for this store it appears I’m not the only one that feels this way. Zales may be great but do yourself a favor and avoid the Galleria location.
Stay the hell out of this place. They are scammers and you will definitely get scammed! The manager will be in on the scamming as well so if he walks up trying to convince you just leave! No legitimate place will leave you with a bad taste in your mouth! No legitimate place will literally not answer your questions in hopes that you’ll get annoyed with asking then they can drop the scam on you with ease! I’ll be calling corporate to report this store because you guys are running some type of scam out of this store!!
I am very disappointed with their service. The store manager Ron is a LIAR. we ordered our ring and were not satisfied with it so went back in to get it fixed. No one followed by with us and they kept lying that the designers were out for MONTH. So after THREE months I finally got a refund because I was NEVER able to get my ring fixed. The manager never apologized to us. We gave them three months but they could not get back to us with the renderings. I would not recommend this Zales store in Galleria to anyone.
Ordered a ring 6 weeks ago, guy told us it’d be 4-6 weeksCalled up their for the second time to check on the order and the woman was very rude. Laughed and said it won’t be here till 12 weeks and when I told her the guy said other wise she just laughed again and said “ uh sorry”Very rude workers, would like management to talk to me.
The NorthPark Center Zales was unable to help me but store manager Ron Butler went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Couldnt be happier with the service at this store. Thank you so much Ron.
I will never ever purchase from this store again. If i could i would rate it no stars at all ! I purchased something a month ago from this store, when i got home i notice a diamond missing. Immediately i thought about returning it. When i did they asked me why ? Tipical question but insisted on making me purchase something different keeped telling them i wasnt interested. Until they finally gave up and decided to refund my money but since i paid cash i had to chase them down for my money for a month!! There exception was because i paid in cash but yet when they finally gave me the check it had the date from the same week i had gone to return it, which means that they had it but never bothered to call me. I shouldnt have to chase someone for my money.
HORRIBLE STOREIf I could give this store zero stars I would. Their displays are junky ...We ordered my fiancés wedding band the first weekend in June. They didnt have his size. So they told us it would be in in a few weeks.We told them upfront our wedding date is July 1st. My fiancé gets a phone call saying they had to special order it and it would be in shortly...LIESWe had not heard anything in 2 weeks, so I stopped by the store to find out the progress. The manager did not want to deal with me. After being persistent she agreed to check the status tells me it should be here in time and told me they would call. Her associate hands me the order number and tells me to call. I walked out. We called yesterday to check on it... Its not going to be in on time. So I was lied to the previous week.We go to get a refund the associate (who sold us the ring) gives me all these lines about if she had known when our wedding date was she would have had us pick out a new ring and that in her voicemail she told us it would be three weeks. We replayed the voicemail that is not what she said. She then had the nerve to ask me if I wanted to look around. I said Im done cut the speech and give me a refund. Went down the street to Robbins Brothers and got a wedding band the same day for a better price.Corporate needs to come in and clean house on the rudest sales people ever. Glad they didnt get a dime from me at the end of the day. DO NOT GO HERE.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I have received the worst customer service I have ever received In my life. I have 10+ years of expierience in sales and management. This by far was the worst!!!My wife and I went into the store on December 6th and were greeted by Ron the store manager. He was very friendly and led us to believe we were in good hands. I went in to replace my cracked ring under warranty. My wife was looking for an additional band to go on the other side of her ring. Ron looked the ring up and saw that it was on clearance. Said he was going to call corporate on Monday to see if they can locate the ring at any location. He said that if they do not have it he can special order it and it would take 6 weeks to get in. He called me on Wednesday to tell me that he was not able to locate the ring. He said that his boss gave him the approval to order the ring and give it to us for the clearance price. I called back three times to confirm the price before he finally called me back a week later. He called back and left me a voicemail confirming the price and told me it would be another 4 weeks before the ring arrives because they have to make it.5 weeks later... I call him to check the status. He tells me that the corporate office received the ring and lost it. He told me that they ordered a replacement and it would arrive in a few days. I call him on Friday a few days later. He tells me it shipped out and would be here Wednesday at the latest. He calls my wife on Tuesday and leaves a message with her telling her that my wedding band was there ready for me to come exchange mine. ( I picked up my band 6 weeks prior). I called him back confused and explained that I already pick up my ring several weeks ago. He apologized and said he was reading the wrong notes. He confirmed that my wifes ring was in and said... the funny thing is... both rings are here. The one that was lost as well as the replacement.I went the next day to pick it up.... Of course he was off that day. They couldnt find my wifes ring anywhere. They call Ron and then come back to me and say... special orders take 12 weeks. At this point Im livid!!! I explain my experience and they had no desire to help me.I then made the decision to call corporate... corporate files a claim and put in a request to the District manager to contact me. The next day (today) I call from 12:00pm-4:00pm trying to get ahold of Ron to find out what the heck was going on... he finally calls me back at 4:30pm and tells me that the manufacture can not make my wifes ring. I then questioned all the phone calls and messages as well as the conversation of him telling me the ring was lost then found etc etc.I then call corporate again to tell them about my experience once again requesting that the DM contact me now. The lady put me on hold for a minute while she called the DM. She gets back on the phone with me... and tells me that he said... the store never promised him the ring he said that they would see what they can do.That is all a load of crap because I have voicemails proving my case!!! I am so pissed!!!Now I am still waiting on the DM to call me back!Next step... contact the president or CEO!
They arent honest and respect to customers. They havent brought my rings for 3 weeks. They said that the rings have been ready in a week. You dont believe them and You dont buy jewelry here.You dont go this store.
Horrible, just absolutely horrible. This is how it went: I didnt even have both feet inside the Zales store when a rather overbearing, pushy sales lady was already charging towards me while shouting something that to this day remains a mystery to me, mind you I wasnt going to be caught dead asking her to repeat it, due to the simple fact that this sales lady had made my visit to Zales, already somewhat awkward, and uncomfortable, by charging and shouting at me upon entering the store. You came on a little strong honey! Shopping for jewelry is supposed to be a pleasant, smooth, almost euphoric experience, but the experience this young lady offered me felt similar to the experience I had buying my mother in law adult diapers...All that within the first ten seconds of my visit. I dont believe the client is required to know all the terminology used by the professional in order to have a pleasant visit. Or so I thought, however that wasnt the case at Zales, this associate did not hesitate for a second to interrupt me repeatedly while in mid-seYounce just to correct my vocabulary. When I enter a jewelry store Im expecting to hand someone hundreds maybe thousands of my ex husbands hard earned money in exchange for something sparkly, but instead at Zales this young lady was a lot more interested teaching me the terminology that she as the professional is payed to know, and me as the paying customer could care less about. Makes you wonder what training Zales offers their employees before shoving them into a store with real people as customers.
