Best high end custom jewelry purchase I ever made. Very knowledgeable staff here at Village Goldsmith. Unbelievable quality merchandise. They have a fantastic follow up and attention to detail. I highly recommend sharing my experience with friends and family. There is a big difference coming here or a same name box retail place you find at a shopping mall. Very nice family atmosphere.

A beautiful store, and one of my favorites! It has been here forever, and my mother is constantly finding beautiful and unique gifts. They get new (antique) items in a lot, and Ive noticed that they pay excellent attention to their customers, which is probably why my mother has been such a long standing one!

Cant speak to their technical expertise but after waiting for 45 minutes to talk to their watchmaker about fixing my vintage chrono I gave up on them. Customer service seems to be very low on their priority list.
