The food was delicious and the service by Nick was impeccable.I had the crab legs (1 lb.) and added a broiled lobster tail--magnificent! My mother had the fish and chips. It was so fresh and delicious.Ask for Nick as your server...he is highly attentive, courteous and genuinely makes your dining experience top notch.

Just went here for a 4th time, and felt that it was time to leave a review.This place is awesome. The staff is super kind and incredibly proficient at their job. My Brazilians typically take around 10 minutes, and the wax they use is awesome for my sensitive skin.

As a first time customer doing this on a whim after being encouraged from a girlfriend to give them a try...it was the best experience ever. America was QUICK and efficient. She was pleasant and held good conversation so you dont concentrate on the discomfort. There was a scheduling issue with my second appointment (YES I went back :-)) but the manager Brittany called me personally. You cannot go wrong when your business delivers EXCELLENT customer service. For that reason, I am committed to Pretty Pink Kitty for my waxing needs. And you should be too!

So I waited almost a week to see how my body healed after my waxing..... Girl, Im feeling great. Sherrell did my waxing and she was so knowledgeable and professional and inspiring. She walked me through the process, making sure my experience was as painless and comfortable as possible. The formula that is only unique to this company was so moisturizing and wouldnt do the skin off. Im happy to have a usual waxing spot to go to with no doubt. Thanks, Sherrell and the woman who worked in the he front end. Your bubbly spirit brought a smile to my face.

This sounds bazaar - but honestly I look forward to my brazilian bikini wax simply because the girls are so nice and kind and extremely professional. I feel safe and comfortable every single time and I just LOVE the job they do. I will keep going for a long time to come. The receptionists are also very nice and friendly. And the atmosphere is very clean and beautiful. The first time I went I felt the need to hide under the cloak of darkness so the whole neighborhood didnt know what I was about to do. Now I strut into that shop proud!

Brittany is the absolute best. I get my eyebrows and a Brazilian done every several weeks. They have great prices and very friendly staff. Ill always go back!

If I could leave no starts I would. This place came highly recommend and I decided to give it a try and if only I could turn back the hands of time to the day before my appointment. yes it was just that bad. I come from the service industry and from the lackluster welcome I should have known disappointment was in my future there.This was my very first wax ever. She had the patience of a hungry newborn and was incredibly dismissive. She had a job to fo and that was to get me out ASAP.I asked questions about what to expect afterwards and aftercare and she AGAIN was dismissive. She felt no need to explain the importance of exfoliating afterwards and what it would be like when regrowth starts to happen.I will never again go back there and I would never send anyone here. I was ready to buy products to ensure I had what I needed but I walked out empty handed because like tou can guess she was dismissive AGAIN. Either she is a lazy employee or just doesn’t believe in the brand. Either way I do not recommend this establishment.

Just not great.. the wax they use isn’t for everyone, it didn’t actually take out the hairs. My legs weren’t done at all when I got home and underarm the same. For their prices it wasn’t worth it. My skin is slightly sensitive not overly but this wax as it says it’s for sensitives, is not. It was not as good than hard/sugar wax. I moved to the area so was hopeful with them. Nope. I try the soft wax now & then to see if it will flip my opinion, but every time I’m left disappointed. The hard wax is smooth almost painless and literally gets even small hairs. This ‘wax’ does not. Didn’t take out half my hairs but hey ho. It’s not for everyone, but the lady was nice so I can’t fault that just not up to the service of Vis a Vis day Spa I used to go to

I would give them a zero if I could. Do not get a Braxilian here unless you want your skin to bleed. Had a wax here last in the fall. They had a lady who was good, but was replaced by horrible person and snotty front desk staff. No contacts on website for upper management to address concerns

First time at Pretty Kitty and my experience was amazing! Sherrell took my phone call and since that moment I knew I was in good hands! Long story short, my appt was cancelled last minute at Depil Brazil, I called Pretty Kitty at 7pm and she was able to squeeze me in, I was leaving out of town Friday night so it meant a lot to me that she took care of me before I left! She was very gentle and hurt way less than any other Brazilian I’ve ever gotten! Will definitely be coming back to Sherrell! Highly recommend this place to anyone getting their first wax! Wish I would have tried this place sooner!

I absolutely loved my experience my travel contract end this Wednesday but I will definitely be coming back from Mississippi in 6 weeks to see Brittney she is amazing appointment already scheduled

Sherrell is worth asking for at this location! Normally, I’m in and out in 15 minutes but this time I had waited 3+ months in between appointments. It took extra time to get me ready for the waxing service, but Sherrell was super nice and explained everything she was doing. When she had to go over an area, she explained that it was because the hair grows in different directions there and she would be pulling the wax strip in different directions in order to remove all the hair. I went ahead and booked my next appointment so that I don’t let so much time pass. To be honest, I’ve been frequenting Pretty Kitty locations around Dallas for a few years, depending on availability the day I’m looking for a service. I prefer the Mockingbird location due to location near my home and work, but I will drive the extra 10 minutes to Addison now specifically to see Sherrell. Thank you so much for making a would-be difficult appointment much more bearable!
