Skin and Body Solutions offers the best value in Dallas for the services you pay for! I have had massages and facials here and have a great experience with every visit. Ive seen Luis for massages and he has always been very nice and professional during each visit. Ashley always answers my questions about my skin and tailors my facials to what I need. Stephanie is always very nice and warm every time I talk to her. She has been very helpful in scheduling and rescheduling appointments. I have quickly become a regular here and the staff makes me feel at home every time I visit. Skin and Body Solutions offers exceptional custom service, a warm atmosphere, and a great value for what you get. Thank you Stephanie, Luis, and Ashley for your exceptional service!!

Ashley and Stephanie are amazing! Ashley always goes above and beyond for my facials! The owner is genuinely passionate about skincare and its apparent in the quality of care she ensures at her spa. I would highly recommend this cute little spa for your next facial.

My massage experience was amazing! Working all the time, its great to have a little me time! Vicki was my massage therapist and she was great! She took all my tension away! Absolutely loved this! 1 Star because I couldnt rate 0. ( my Groupon people beware) I drove 1 hr 10 minutes to have Stephanie Gonzalez call me exactly at my appointment time to tell me she had no thermometer to take temperature. She then went on to explain how she normally does a consultation first before taking a patient for skin tag removal. She then went on about how skin tag removal up to 10 as listed is only for ball point pin size. (Which is not listed on groupon) So now Im thinking is this about groupon or you not being here for our appointment? Meanwhile she is driving supposedly looking for a thermometer at different stores. She then tells me she will be there in 10 minutes. (we waited) She calls me back at 10:45 (our appointment was at 10am)and tells me its not going to happen because she cant find a thermometer. By this time I was very upset she waisted two hours of my time. If you are running a professional business you should have at least three thermometers around. We have been dealing with this virus process for almost 4 months. I work for a professional business as well and yes we have at least 6 thermometers! I would never recommend this business. Another red flag was how she wanted to know from the beginning of our conversation if it was a groupon... Groupon or not I paid $90 for you to provide a service!

Took my mom here to get her eyebrows micro-bladed and she absolutely loved it! Stephanie is amazing, she took her time and made sure my mom was pleased with her results. My mom and I later came back to get facials that were great as well. Definitely will return for more!

I had my first ever facial at Skin and Body Solutions Day Spa and will definitely be going back. I loved my facial and Stephanie is great! She is very knowledgeable and super sweet. I also had the lash lift and tint done and my lashes look so good! I went back a couple of days later for a complimentary foundation match for the Glo Minerals makeup line that she carries in the shop and once again was extremely satisfied.

I just love how I have eyebrows now, Stephanie did such a good job. Also being very patient with me as I had to reschedule so many time do to work. I always got such a respect and understanding from her. Also I love my facial that she recommended me, my skin was glowing afterwards. Definitely my Spa to go to, getting future treatments of any kind here.

Great location, nice and quiet. One can definitely go there for a relaxing massage. Stephanie is very personable and explains the procedures thoroughly. She goes above and beyond to make the customer happy. Getting an appointment has never been a problem.

The interior of the place is small, though Im sure some would use the word quaint, but thats purely based on opinion. However, I will say this: NEVER buy a Groupon for this business. They do not include all of the pitfalls in the fine print on the Groupon. Ive spoken to others who have had similar or even worse experiences. The young lady who was there when I arrived was unprofessional and unprepared for customers. And while that can be forgiven, businesses who use services like Groupon for a bait and switch are not. If you have extra money to risk and see if you like their services, go nuts.... But ethics are important in business and I see a serious deficiency here. Update: To the owners reply.... THEN PUT THAT IN THE GROUPON!!!!!!! Its very VERY simple.

The owner is very very very nice. She explains her services in depth and make sure you uhh understand them. One of her estheticians, the one I had was great. Yes she ran late but she apologized and made me feel better about it. Great place. Good prices for first timers.

Wonderful as always!! Ive been getting massages here for years and Ive never been disappointed. The staff is always so friendly, and the massages are awesome. So relaxing! Next time Im scheduling a facial too.

I have been a client for several years and Stephanie and her staff have always been great. Ive had facials, microdermabrasion, massages, lash lifts and most recently the micro blading of my brows and they look 1000% better already. Thank you for such all the wonderful services you offer!

We live near this spa, and I dont know why it took so long for me to try it. It is sparkling clean, with a knowledgeable and friendly staff. I intend to go back again and again.

Despite their updates in progress, the spa was cozy, inviting, clean and the service was more than exceptional. Highly enjoyed my experience and I can confidently say I will be back for my next facial and massage.

DO NOT waist your time, energy or money at the, Skin & Body Solutions Day Spa, I purchased a service via groupon and it was a total rip off!! I purchased the four Laser-Lipo Sculpt Treatments, the consultation fee was an additional $25 that wasnt disclosed upon purchase. Once I arrived for my, consultation, the owner was thirty minutes late and obviously to why I was there she consulted me on three different services before she realized that I was there for the, Laser-Lipo Sculpt Treatment, which does not work unless you purchase another service for another $100+ dollars. The esthetician was honest and told me that the service that I was receiving was false advertisement and that the treatments did not melt the fat at ALL. She also told me that she talked to the owner and asked the her to STOP the false advertisement regarding the, Laser-Lipo Sculpt Treatments. The location is in the Bishop Arts District so parking is limited, the place is very, very small with only two rooms...and I noticed that the owners children stored in one of the spa rooms. I love spas...this experience was NOT inviting, NOT quite or a relaxing environment at ALL. I would not recommend this spa to my worst enemy. I wasted $148.00, in my opinion the owner is money hungry.

I have been going to Skin and Body Solutions for about a year. This is a small, local business with great service. Stephanie, the owner, is very knowledgable about skin care, from facials to more med-spa type services. She is always informative and willing to answer questions. I am picky when it comes to facials and her towels are always hot and products are great! I have only seen Jazmeen for brow wax/design, but she does a great job. Both Stephanie and Jazmeen use a combination of wax, tweezing and trimming, and know how to use both hard and soft waxes.

Stephanie is amazing! Both of my microblading appointments (initial and touch up) took about two hours from start to finish. Stephanie made sure to ask about color and shape and after we decided on a color and she drew the shape on and okd it with me she got right to work. I was able to go without penciling in my brows after my initial appointment. After my final touchup they are perfect! I was never even able to draw on brows so perfect. Its only been a few days since my touch up and they are a bit dark but once they lighten after the thirty days (just like the initial ones did) they will be the perfect color. She was very careful to make sure the color matched with my natural hair color. Im still amazed every time I glance in the mirror at how much brighter my face looks and how much younger I appear. I highly recommend using Stephanie for the microblading service!!

Where can I start?! I have been visiting Skin and Body solutions for about 6 years now and I absolutely love it! I have done several services thru the years like a facial, massage, waxing, to having my lashes permed. But my most recent one I am definitely in love with I just got my eyebrows microbladed I must say Stephanie has out done herself this time. I went from having to fill in my barely there eyebrows every morning to pulling a Beyoncé every morning and saying I woke up like this. I can not thank Stephanie enough I now have eyebrows that were barely there. The procedure is painless and worth every minute of it. She guides you thru the process of picking out your color to explaining how the procedure will go and what the out come of it will be thru the healing process. Now what she did not explained to me is how I went from feeling blah to feeling very confident about my self. Thank-you so much. I would highly recommend Skin and body solutions day spa you will not be disappointed
