This place is in a shopping center that thankfully had enough space for my huge truck to park. I did not make an appointment because when I called I was told to walk in any time. I was told over the phone $17 but $25 if eye brow clean up is needed before the tinting. The ladies working in there have yet to be jaded so I would highly recommend this business. The staff is genuinely pleasant. As well as the 5 other ladies that were waiting to either be seen or remove the tint. We chatted while we sat and I was out in under 25 minutes. They also offer eyebrow makeup and eyelash strip services and the place looked predominantly clean.

I went here to get my lip waxed and Tish went over my lip twice with the soft wax, causing a huge burn on my face right before I went on vacation. The other girls did a fantastic job, I would not recommend Tish.

I came here for eyebrow and lip wax. I’m scared of threading lol. I can’t remember her name but she did an amazing job on my eyebrows. I have been growing them out for almost a year so I was very picky. No complaints.

So I came in 20 minutes prior to closing. I didnt think it was too late considering that I was only getting my eyebrows threaded. I guess the two ladies were upset because as soon as I came in, I was asked what I was getting. I said threading and the lady seemed highly agitated. She was indirect about it though, and breathed heavily towards another worker in annoyance. I ignored it and just followed the other workers instructions to sit down. When the woman finished (I think her name is Trisha/trish/I dont know) she dropped the mirror on my chest instead of handing it me. Yes. Im pretty sure she tossed it on me while my eyes were still closed. Oh yeah, My eyebrows are literally pencil thin as if its 2006. She normally does a good job, but I guess she just had to do something negative. this wasnt the first time the workers were a little rude either, but This was a bit too much for me this time. Save your money and go elsewhere. Its cheap but not worth the awful service.

The services are good here but the wait is always way too long. Both times I came I have waited nearly 30 minutes. This visit there was one employee working (doing all services and checking people out.) I’ll continue to go to alternate places for this reason only.

I got my lashes done and it was so much glue on my lashes that it effected my vision. My eyes where sticking together it was just horrible. That was the worst money spent because I took them off that night because it was so irritating and felt instant relief. I should have known it wasnt done correctly because it took less than 10 minutes ànd walking out my eyes felt heavy. Lesson learned

Sabrina was so nice and welcoming when I entered. I booked an appointment online for an eyebrow makeover, she threaded & tinted my brows and they came out so beautiful and amazing! I got my lashes done with Althena (I apologize if I spelled her name wrong) she was GREAT! She was so funny and very conversational. I loved my lashes. They were great and truly go above and beyond to satisfy their customers. I can’t wait to go back ☺️😍

I normally have a great experience here but today was much different. My brows look nothing alike. One was good but the other was still bushy and to make it worse she cut me. No apology or anything, just acted as if nothing happened. I go here because my barber is right next door but Im not sure if the convenience is worth going back.

I’ve gotten my upper lip(mustache), under arms(arm pits), and eyebrows waxed... just a little threading on my eyebrows. Although, I’m used to waxing a lot the minor pain I get is what makes their service perfect.☺️ Everything about the service is ideal: the environment, the staff, and the prices!! I used to spend 30/40$ in nail spa waxing, but now I just spend 20$. They get the service over quick and easy for you to get done faster. The redness goes away in 3 days, shouldn’t be longer than that I’m assuming.🤔 I hope this business prospers very well.😌

I had been a few times in 2018 and 2019, but this is the first time I fully treated myself to a good brow threading and tint since before the Coronavirus. I am so happy with the results! I will keep coming back regularly now that I know what Ive been missing.

The Indian lady doesn’t know how to shape eyebrows at all and when I told her I didn’t like it she gave me a lot of excuses on why she did not do a good job I would not recommend coming here to fill in your eyebrows

The pregnant girl did my lashes and used way too much glue and my eyes are irritated. She is too busy gossiping and telling all her busy to be concerned with doing her job.

The Lady does an amazing job threading my eyebrows, BUT she doesnt wax very well and she always leaves hair behind. You have to tell her she missed some spots or else she doesnt really pay much attention.

I told lady how I want my brows to be threaded. She literally got done in one minute. I can’t tell before and after difference. I’m mad I gave her tip. Now I have to go to another place to have it fixed. I hate leaving nasty comments but places like this need to learn to listen to clients. Words of mouth will bring you more client than any other marketing. If I tell you this how want my eye brow trying to do is as I said. I am not paying to experiment or to rush so you can do more client.

This location is clean and the staff is always polite/professional. Overall my visit was great and Ill continue to visit this location in the future.

Today was my first time hearing of this place and my brows were trash so I had to do something! I looked them up and I am very pleased with my decision to go there! Tish did exactly what I asked and was personable and professional. It’s so cute and fresh inside. I have found my new spot as well as my new brow lady.. Love the threading and brow tinting. The eyelashes not so much. They have my eyelids super sore because there is so much glue applied that’s it’s super heavy. Also it’s just layers of lashes laying on top of each other. I’ve washed them several times trying to remove. It’s definitely the black hair glue that was used because they are so hard to take off.

Will not be coming back. The lady who did my eye makeup was really young. Im just going to go with that. I asked for smokey eye. My whole eye looked liked I got punched. She tried

Horrible experience. I got my eyebrows waxed a couple of days ago, and the lady waxed off skin on my eyelid. I know it happens sometimes, but she didnt even tell me until I pointed out to her that my eye lid was stinging. When I looked in the mirror, you could clearly see that my skin was raw on my eye lid. Then she proceeded to say Oh, I dont know how that happened... They didnt even offer me anything, and on top of it, THEY MADE ME PAY STILL. Needless to say, I wont be going back there.

Been to this place three times and the 3rd time will be my last time. Never in all my years have I gotten a burn from my eyebrows being waxed. Well I did this last time. Thats it for me. At that the lady really didnt give a me arch!! My eyebrows didnt look done at all!!!!! Had to go home and try and fix it up myself

Very inexperienced when it comes to brazilians. 1st - used a numbing spray, never in my life have I seen someone use a numbing spray. I was excited at first because I thought the pain wasnt going to be as bad as it usually is. THEN, used the hot wax but only a corner about the size of a quarter. I was like I absolutely cant handle my whole area being waxed this way. THEN they used regular wax but also small portions, like eyebrow wax. ALSO, the gloves are TERRIBLE quality so as she went to grab the wax that was left behind the gloves would stick to my sensitive freshly waxed skin & it was SO painful. Would never recommend this place, $35 brazilians here are not worth it.

Unsanitary dusty & unprofessional !!! They dont disinfect or sterilize the tools or chairs, let alone clean the place.The work area of the ladies are mounted with mess.I also dont see them sanitize their hands before each guest.Ive even witnessed an employee obnoxiously curse an innocent guy out in the parking lot.There were no repercussions (not a good look).I believe personal business of employees should be kept classy & tasteful not aired for everyone to see & hear.There are a few sweet girls who work there and the music was nice.Good Luck !!!

I TOLD THE LADY TO JUST SHAPE THEM AND KEEP THEM THICK BUT SHE DID THE TOTAL OPPOSITE HER EYEBROWS ARE EXTRA THIN AND GOING STRAIGHT ACROSS. SHE EVEN TOOK OFF THE PART WHERE HER NATURAL ARCH WAS AT. IM BEYOND UPSET THAT SHE HAVE TO GO TO HER GRADUATION LOOKING LIKE THIS. NOT ONLY THAT SHE HAVE SMALL CUTS IN HER EYEBROWS.

I love Jineshas work. I have never been disappointed, and I only go on the days she works. The first time she did my eyebrows, I took a picture and saved it. I show her that picture every time I go, and they always look the same. She is worth the crosstown drive for me. My eyebrows dont grow the same, but she still makes them look very nice.

The lady who did my eye lashes did a great job but she wasnt very good about instructing me on what to do. It was like pulling teeth and nails to get an answer on what to do for a first time person getting eyelashes, it was like asking her questions were annoying. Then the lady did my chin. She must have used some dirty thread because one she didnt get all the hair and I have never in my life had bumps under my chin as I have on this visit and I have had it done there often. I would have gave 5 stars for the lashes but everything else sucked so I was being nice giving it a 3 star and that is for this visit, not the other times I came.*****I couldnt respond to the owners comments and this was the only way to do it. Thanks for your feedback it was very helpful, but as stated in my initial post, I have been here before and it wasnt the product used after threading, nor have I ever left and not have all the hairs removed. It doesnt mean I wont be back, but I will not allow the same lady to do the service again for the threading/waxing. Thanks again for your reply.*****

Rude! She raised her voice at me several times about “holding my eyebrows tight.” She never smiled or asked what I needed. Then yelled “excuse me” while handing me the mirror. Lashes are wayyy over glued, too close to my eye, its painful. Not to mention she rushed thru them and one eye looks totally different from the other. When I asked her to fix it she just pushed the lashes up on one eye a little and said, well it will lift on its own later which it didnt, it still looks like I have a really bad lazy eye. It took over an hour for the glue to dry completely now it feels like they are stabbing my eyeballs everytime I close my eyes! I was only in town visiting but next time Im in Dallas I wont be going here! I would rather pay the $150 down the street***UPDATE****I NOW HAVE PINK EYE ! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!

Eye brow service was fine. Lady at the front desk threatened me because she thought I parked too close to her car. She said if I hit her car, she had already collected my license plate number to address the issue. Thats super rude and I wasnt even close to her car. I will not be back.

I went 2 days ago, i got eyebrow treading and eyebrow tinting. The lady who did my eyebrows got the eyebrow tinting everywhere but my eyebrow and now i have a burn around my eyebrow. She also knew she messed up so after everything she had to wax my eyebrow. Very disappointed.

I guess I slight blame myself the location is pretty ghetto, so idk why I assumed I would get quality work. Yes it is cheap but you get what you pay for. My problem is that the lashes that they did for me is very painful and ugly. It literally looks like I have a broken on my eye. Every time I look left to right the inner lash stabs my eye. Ive called to complaint but they refuse to refund my money. Also, they are very unprofessional!!! No hello when you walk in they just look at you and ask you can I help you. The owner is not very good at showing customer service and her business is so unprofessional. Very terible place. My honest review is a 0 but the lowest is 1. Dont ever go there !!!! Ive been coming here for almost 1 year, after today I will never come back. I was shocked after Maria and Karen in the back was vindictive. I called to see if they were busy and Karen answered the phone and booked my appointment after I told her my baby and I was walking across the street. Karen told me to come in. I sit there for 20 mins after the 2 employees ( karen & maria) plotted up not to service me. I will never come back here again. I felt uncomfortable and embrassed at the fact Karen was arguing with me infront of my 10 year old daughter and when we left out the store, it was sad to see my daughter cry, because karen was loud, arguing, and cursing infront of my daughter. She have been very unprofessional before. Ive reported nothing never happened. I suggest never to go hear especially with kids.Message 2 ReplyIve reported about Karen twice and her personal issues with me havent been resolved, yet. But the public see how you treat your customers and unprofessional of aggressive message back show how this location handle they customers. If Ive been coming almost a year to support this establishment. Then you will see whos your problem. But again this is your business and people see the aggressive message back to your customers.
