I’ve been coming here for years. Probably more than 5. I always go to Ash. I love the way she leaves my eyebrows. I always get compliments on them! And she’s always very nice and attentive. I definitely recommend getting your eyebrows threaded by her. They also do tinting and it looks very natural.

I go to Ash. #4. She doesnt push down too hard where it feels like theyre slicing your eyebrows gets it done quick and easy👌

Came here to do my brows and lashes last week. The lady who did my brows (skinny one, #manyma, I don’t know if i got the name right) was so polite and professional!! She did my brows and lashes as I asked and they turned out evenly arched and beautiful!! I have a really sensitive skin and low low pain tolerance and she was patient and did a great job and I really liked her service as well! Will be coming back!!

Got lots of pinches from the fast way the woman threaded and it wasnt even busy. I was the only person there. I had many pinches on my cheek and under my lip. Disappointing.

SOI brow is a great place to get eyebrows threaded. I went to the lady in the third chair, her name is Mina. She has a gentle hand and she helped fix the shape of my brow. Overall, great customer service and everyone was very professional.

This place is so terrible I was changing to get waxed and roaches were running up the wall. Then when the lady came in she had a rude attitude that I didn’t like and when she was dont she left a lot of hair and told me I have to pay extra to get the rest waxed! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE DO NOT GO!

Had eyebrows lip and chin done. Young lady that was doing my eyebrows was staring to get frustrated as more customers were coming in since they were about to close. I asked her that my eyebrows did not look the same. I had not done my eyebrows in about two months or so. I felt she got more frustrated because of what I said. Did not do all process and she left straight to register and was waiting to charge me did not offered any aloe Vera. Once people saw what I was going through they left. Once I asked her name she said chair 1 and I asked her name again she wrote on receipt. Very disappointed. I have gone to this place since it started I used to do my eyebrows with Feebi. Never had issue. So sad. Also she stated they had been overworked no days off long hours I said I am sorry but I work to and that does not justify the work you did. Paid and left.

I let my eyebrows grow out for almost a year and when I was finally ready to do them I went and they messed up my eyebrows so bad! They left them really thin. The left eyebrow has no arch and the right one has an arch but really thin at the end. So disappointed came back in crying and a lady said she’ll fix them but she messed up my sister’s eyebrows too so I took no chance. I’ve been coming here ever since they opened but now they have ladies that don’t know how to do eyebrows. Yeah I know I can grow them out again but the fact that I spent MONTHS for this... its disappointing.

I liked the workers who were there before. They just got new ones and they obviously dont know what theyre doing. My eyebrows are flawless well used to be until I got them done by 2 workers there. My eyebrows dont even look the same shape & they leave them so thick.. theyre thicker than a bowl of oatmeal. All jokes aside though.. I did not leave satisfied.

I’ve been looking for someone to entrust my eyebrows with since the last lady moved so I came here. I find Arpu to do a great job this is my second time with her specifically. She does the best. I just had a baby and have 0 me time but really wanted a facial so I came expecting to be able to get that service but when I asked she stayed quite and looked at her watch. Mind you the close at 8. It was 6:15. The other lady at the register said nothing. It was awkward so I just said I would come back tomorrow...obviously I won’t be coming back tomorrow. I used to own my own salon so I more than most understand the hours and wanting to go home at a certain time, maybe she has kids idk but still in my opinion if you’re going to offer a service as long as you’re open you should oblige or you’re just unprofessional. Overall I just got a simple eyebrow thread and quick tint but will be looking to take my business elsewhere in the future.

Good eyebrows. But they are the WORST in eyelashes. Please stick to what you know which is eyebrows. They put glue all over my natural lashes and the lashes werent worth it. Never again!

My first time going to this place & it was horrible. The staff doesn’t even greet you or anything they just tell you to sign in. All they do is talk & they messed up my eyebrows so bad I had to let them grow out for a month, that’s how bad they did them. Never again will I go here. They are not the best eyebrow threading place. Please find somewhere else to go because they do not know how to do eyebrows!!!

Susila 1st chair has moved to Southwest Center Mall. The lady did not want tell me where she moved, no more Susila no more Soi Brow! I was able to find Susila thank goodness I will have my eyebrows perfect, so happy, once again Susila is at Southwest Center Mall.

Two days ago I went and the lady that does Brazilian wasn’t there. Today I called because I know they close at 8:00pm and I live 3 mins away they say come tomorrow I said I can be there 7:25 or 7:30pm thats 30 mins before closing time and for Brazilian it takes 10 or 15 mins so for me they are lazy they should change their hours if they’re not willing to take people after 7:00pmAnd I had my eyebrows done before and they were uneven and really thin even tho I told the lady I didn’t like my eyebrows thin ...Never going back!

Great place for eyebrow threading and they also offer waxing and henna. Clean and the ladies give grest customer service. It pays to be a member because you get discounts on services.

Went in for a wax and I will never go back. The lady that is pregnant doesn’t know what she’s doing.

I asked them just clean up, but not make my eye brows any thinner. The woman took over half my eye brows with the thread, then she CUT my eye brows down and they are awful. They look patchy and are totally ruined. I am now having to draw in my eye brow where this person ruined them and make them look full again. I will never return to this place.

I came to do my eyebrows and they always leave them uneven, I paid of course but honestly the worst experience ever. the lady was so rough and broke the thread atleast 3 times while doing my eyebrows.
