My dog couldn’t keep any food or water down and all of the local emergency vets near me were full, so we were directed here. The front desk staff was super nice and helpful. However, the good experience stopped there. The tech took my dog back and I didn’t hear anything for an hour. Then the doctor called me even though we were still in the building! They had marked down that we left. They said the next step would be X-rays but that would unlikely be helpful. Dr. Harry had a very nervous demeanor and seemed very unsure of what he was saying. That’s not what you want in a vet - you want to be confident in what they’re suggesting! Then we had to wait over 45 minutes more for her to get a shot. They had forgotten that we were waiting in an exam room. I would like to say the front desk lady was super nice and helpful. She’s the only one who cared that we were kept waiting.
I took my little dog here as a last resort. She could not walk and was in a lot of pain if I tried to move her. She was at the end of her life.Well, with prayer and Dr. Hoyts care, she is now back to her normalself. The staff was VERY nice and helpful too. I will never forget all of them.If you are like I was, go there. They are Very good and affordable.Thank you Guys from the bottom of my heart.
I was very pleased with the attentiveness and hospitality of the staff. The location was also very clean and and presentable. It is also very accessible from the Tollway. My dog seemed very calm and happy after our visit. I appreciate their business!
Our 10 year boxer had a deep cut on her head. After rude interaction with the vets near our home in St. Paul, we found EAHCC. The staff was very caring and helpful. Dr. Burnett was wonderful. Minimal wait and our girl was well taken care of. Big thank you to entire staff. We appreciate you.
I would like to start off by saying every single staff member I encountered was extremely kind and polite to both myself and my cat. The reason for my low rating is because I was told on the visit that they could not do much for my cat however they missed 2 huge problems. My cat has an abscess on his back that no one noticed. My cat had ear mites that no one noticed. My cat had an eye infection, for which they did notice irritation and administered an injection. I was told to follow up with a primary care vet in 10-14 days if my cat’s symptoms did not clear up. I feel that even though this is not a full service vet, they missed 2 things (the abscess and ear mites) that they should’ve seen and directed me to a primary care vet immediately. I gave the same exact symptoms to the vet I saw today (runny and discharging eyes as well as scabs in his skin). The vet I went to today checked for all over my cat because they were being thorough. To pay this emergency vet nearly $200 I feel as though the service should’ve been more thorough. I paid just a bit more today at the primary vet and had all my cat’s issues diagnosed and all the medication given to me. Again, kind staff. Overall dissatisfied with the fact they missed 2 crucial issues due to what I presume to be lack of attention or care.
We brought our sick Golden in on a Sunday. The wait was much shorter than other animal hospitals and the entire staff, from front desk to vet nurse and the veterinarian were friendly and helpful. The veterinarian took his time explaining the situation, what he was thinking, and our treatment options. As you can see, our pup was feeling better in no time!
Our Great Dane somehow cut his mouth and was bleeding nonstop. We took him to another vet first which took hours of waiting in the car and shuffling. Once we got him to this vet they got him in and out. He also made a 2nd visit to them only a week later after his neuter site got a hematoma. This vet was just awesome. They were very forward and honest. Didn’t waste my time or try to rack up a bill for stuff he didn’t need. Their staff was also amazing. They had to clean up a bloody mess and were so patient and kind to us. Appreciate them.
Had to take my boy in late one night due to the heat. We were welcomed and helped quickly. Dr. Watson was amazing and helped so much. Bless this team and clinic.
This clinic was truly compassionate, cared about my kitty, and wasn’t just after my money. Highly recommended!
I took my dog last weekend after she threw up multiple times. Everybody was amazing throughout the process. My dog is doing much better and I can truly tell the Staff cares about the animals. The doctors and staff were thorough, great communicators and always did what was needed first in testing before adding anything else and were very transparent with me about the cost and making sure they had my consent. The Dr. was also so thorough in answering all my questions and his food suggestions helped with the problem. Wait time was a bit too long but I guess it was because my dogs issue wasnt an emergency. Two days after, they called to check on her which I thought was really professional and kind. I highly recommend this place, thank you for all that you do.
I took my dog here yesterday after he couldn’t keep down food or water and they took him in right away. The receptionist Miranda was so amazing throughout the whole process and was so sweet and gave me her name and what time she was there until. My dog is doing so much better today and I can truly tell the Staff cares about the animals. The doctors were thorough and not pushy and always did what was needed first in testing before adding anything else and were very transparent with me about the cost and making sure they had my consent. The vet Dr Hoyt was also so thorough in answering all my questions and his food suggestions have helped settle my dogs gastroenteritis. I highly recommend this place, thank y’all for all that y’all do and the care you give the animals and people!
I went today to the hospital and i just want to say THANK YOU to the doctor Hoyt and marcia, they are so nice and help me with my dog coco, the attention was good and also fast. I would like to recommend them and thanks them again for helping my dog. If you have any emergency just go there and they will help you happily🥰 thanks !!!!
I just cant say enough good things about this place! My dog got very sick last weekend and a friend of mine suggested them to me. I drove all the way from denton for my dog to be seen and it was totally worth it!! They took such amazing care of my dog, explained everything in great detail, and did not try to take advantage of me. It was very clear to me that they cared more about my dog than taking my money. While I hope I never have another emergency with my pets, I know exactly where Im going if I do!
The staff was very rude with the exception of the woman at the front desk. While my dogs life was at stake everyone only seemed interested in talking to me about how much I needed to have him groomed. Which I was aware of and great point. But I came there to focus on saving my dogs LIFE, who had eaten a box of dark chocolate truffles, not be shamed repeatedly about his hair. They treated him then sent him home with hardly any instructions (and forgot to give me his meds) other than asking me again to please have him groomed. Which I plan on doing and that’s fine, but my dog almost died. I went home and a few hours later he felt very hot and his heart rate seemed very high. I called back to ask for guidance and was told someone would call me back. After 20 minutes I drove him back there because I knew he was not OK. Then they had me wait for 20 more minutes until a tech woman came in and just stood there and stared at me while I tried to explain why my dog needed help. She finally just took my dog and left. Then I could hear him crying from down the hall for another 20 minutes. Finally the vet came in and said yes he had a fever and his heart rate was too high and he needed to stay overnight. I was by that point afraid to even leave him there but I didn’t know what else to do. I’ll never go back to this place even if my dog does very very much need his hair groomed
The vet I saw was very nice as well as very knowledgeable. The other person I had contact with, Payton, was super helpful. All and all my cat, Tiger Cat was the one that benefited the most because she is almost back to herself. I will use services again should the need arise an thank you for being there for me and my Pet. Elsworth
I am so thankful for the staff and the quality care that my pet received. Everyone was incredibly kind and knowledgeable. They took great care of my baby. I would definitely recommend them if you find yourself in an emergency situation.
Great experience, given the circumstances. Was seen almost immediately! Staff was attentive, friendly, and communicative. I willDefinitely come back if anything happens to my pup on the weekends or after business hours.
Fantastic Experience. My little 5 lb dog found a way to jump from our family room couch to the kitchen counter and eat about 6 milk chocolate chip cookies. I called the Emergency Animal Hospital and 1. I got in immediately 2. They took such good care of my little guy 3. Very compassionate and loving for both me and my dog. 4. Thorough explanation on procedures, timing, meds, and home instructions. So grateful and strongly recommend.
My experience was great! They actually let me wait inside of an exam room with my cat. Wait time was about 30 minutes before the tech came in check vitals. I was in and out in about 1 hour and 30 minutes. My cat is doing so much better thanks to the medication that was prescribed. Thank you to the whole night crew at Emergency Animal Hospital of Collin West.
Our cat got out this morning and came back hurt. We thought he had been run over and wasnt going to make it. Everyone was helpful and caring, the Vet himself is awesome. Turns out it is more likely he got hurt jumping the fence and catching his leg on something. He is still there recovering for the day and will need surgery which the Vet is helping us schedule. There was no wait, they are just awesome. I have several animals and will go back if I ever need emergency help again, which I really hope we dont. I just wanted to say THANK YOU!
This is the most incredible place! We took our dog in because he hurt his leg. When we got there and they took him in, they didnt find anything and DIDNT charge us. They were prompt and so polite. I highly recommend this place.
Today I took my dog Coco for an emergency to this place and I loved the attention they gave us, they were super human and professional. I thank Dr. Christian Hoyt and Ms. Marcia. Thanks for everything
I brought my 2 month old puppy here who was diagnosed with Parovirus. From the beginning the staff were very friendly and helpful. They took care of and treated my puppy until I came to pick her up to transfer her to another pet clinic. I definitely recommend this place!
Overall a positive experience! My 60lb pup got his shoulder cut by the fence, resulted in his skin ripping off. Not great. But they were able to get me in on a Sunday afternoon when all over emergency vets were pretty full. The vet techs were very sweet, and they got him stitched up same day.It was a bit expensive, total of $1200 but thats to be expected for emergency services. Just keep this in mind!
Our pup MIGGY was sick had no idea what was wrong with him . the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. the service we received was by far the best. we have been to other clinic and doesnt compare to this place. sadly our boy had Parvo. and had to stay for 2 days. within that time. the staff and Doctors. were very good about communicating to us though out the day . we just wasnt to thank them for all they did for us and our Pup.
Our golden cut her paw on Good Friday and we visited the clinic that evening. Simply put, the best experience I have had with emergency pet care. Easy check in process, friendly staff, appropriate treatment plan (no hard sell on unnecessary meds or procedures), reasonable and transparent pricing and follow up calls to check on our dog in the days following. We needed a quality 24 hr clinic like this in the Preston/Frankfort Rd area, very appreciative.
Straight up this emergency clinic staffs the A-Team! Each and every employee cares about your pets like they are their own! Emergency care is expensive, but please know that they are NOT nickel and diming you. They are empathetic that many of you can’t afford the care and they try to offer as many financial assistance options as possible. You can put all of your trust in EAHCC! I will forever be grateful for everything they do. ♥️
WONDERFUL STAFF! I needed to bring in my English Bulldog as his face started swelling and he wasnt breathing normally. I cd a few places immediately around me and all of them said there was a 2 plus hour wait or longer. I found this location and headed there. I was immediately seen, they took him within a min of walking into the exam room. The vet, Mr. Hoyt that was there came out and discussed treatment before and assured me he was going to be ok. I was in and out within 30-40 min.The front desk personnel were so sweet and attentive as well. Very good experience considering him not feeling well. If we need these type of services again this is the place to go.
Took my dog, Mowgli, in this evening because when I got home from work, his eyes were almost swollen shut and he had raised bumps all over his snout and the top of his head. I wasn’t allowed in with him but that’s understandable with covid. They came out to bring him in almost immediately and got him treated quickly. The girl at the front desk (I wish I could remember her name) was so unbelievably lovely. I was sobbing because my dog means everything to me and him being in any pain breaks my heart. She was so reassuring, told me she understood how upsetting it is and that the vet was someone she would trust with her own pets. It really just made me feel so much better. There was also a gentleman I spoke to who called my dog “Mr. Mowgli” and I thought that was super cute. They gave him two shots and observed him and then I was able to take him home. He literally looked almost completely normal by the time we got back. Of course it wasn’t cheap but I’m not quite sure what people expect, it’s an ER. Just like for humans, it’s going to be more expensive than a normal visit.Long winded review shortened:Pros-quick-lovely staff-treated him exactly how he needed to be and he improved because of their treatmentThe only con I have is that they didn’t ask if I had given him anything prior to arrival, I had to let them know about giving him Benadryl because no one asked. It’s potentially dangerous not to know what a dog has been given medication wise before treating them further. And some owners might have forgotten to say something given the stressful situation. But that’s an easy thing to forget to ask.Overall it was a great experience, I hope my baby doesn’t have any other emergencies but if he does, I would absolutely bring him back here.
They took fantastic care of my dog when I brought him in. Detailed and transparent billing along with kind and courteous staff.
My dog, Hazel, had a little mishap with her paw late at night and we just needed to come in for a quick fix. They were incredibly friendly and helpful. They got us in super quick and we were very happy with our service!
We took our foster puppy in late one night and they were WONDERFUL! Great experience all around. Friendly and competent team of true professionals! They helped us all feel at ease and took excellent care of our little one. I cannot speak highly enough of our experience and the team at Emergency Animal Hospital of Collin County. Plus they are really easy to get to off of Frankford and DNT. We were there in no time and quickly were able to have him examined and see the doctor. Not a lot of waiting around as we have experienced at other places in the past.
I brought my dog Gigi in for a hotspot on her neck late at night after being turned away by another clinic. I was super worried as it had become infected and didn’t want to wait. When I arrived at this clinic they checked us in quickly, I let them know that Gigi although friendly isn’t fond of vet visits so they brought me a muzzle to put on her but were so positive about it. That was a huge relief! The visit itself didn’t take long at all the doctor was very friendly over the phone and the bill was super affordable! They also called to check on her the next day which was the icing on the cake! Thank you so much for taking care of us and being so awesome! I hope we do not have to come see you again as that would mean something is wrong with my Gigi but if we do I will definitely come back to your clinic!
Took amazing care of our pup. Staff was professional, prompt, and very transparent about the process, cost, and options available to us. Our little guy is feeling much better now. Would absolutely recommend!
I called late at night after my vet had closed when my dog started having abnormal issues. I was alittle stressed and worried about him and some possible ER bills. But the staff was very helpful and comforting in what I should do next. They had no intention on just making money and really cared for us, all around some genuinely good people.
Easy 5 stars!!Thanks you Dr. Brendon, Tech Kelsey and Brianne! You guys amazing!!!!Highly recommend!!! Honest and professional !!!!
Very fast response. Knowledgeable and very friendly staff and impressed with the next day follow up too. Thanks for taking care of our fur baby!
The best emergency vet Ive ever been too. My elderly dog had a sezuire(he has had only one before this) so i contacted my usual vet, who informed me to keep an eye on him and if I saw certain symptoms to head to this vet. I was terrified if I didnt go, I would regret not double checking he was ok, so I headed up to these guys with my partner. When I arrived they were very kind and patient and showed genuine interest in care in my dog(bowser). When we got into the back, a kind woman came and talked to me about what happened, then took bowser back to check his vitals. My partner was busy calming me down while my dog was back there, so when the Dr came in I was a bit more calm lol. The Dr came in and was kind and patient, and gave me detailed and honest advice on what to do next. Because he checked his vitals and bowser seemed okay, we were just going to go home with out any tests. I was ready to bite the price of the exam fee and just budget for the rest of the month, but the Dr informed us that he was going to wave the fee. I cannot express how much this act of kindness meant to me. Not only did he care so deeply for my dog as if it was his own, he also did something not many people would do. The three people I spoke to at this clinic are wonderful people and love their jobs. They love the animals they see and it shows in every action they take. Thank you. All of you. I can never repay you.
First time visitor. Staff was prompt and courteous and the turnaround time was impressive, I was prepared for a long haul. I was particularly impressed by their policy that if you have to go back within 24 hours, they waive the diagnostic fee.
My dog ripped out her stitches and of course it was when my vet was closed. My dog is my baby and I hated to see her hurt. Dr E was amazing. She let me know options but suggested staples. She calmed me down saying that my dog would be ok and she handled the staples like a champ. They even called me to checkup on my dog the next day. Highly recommend!
They don’t make ‘em better than Christian Hoyt, DVM. That man is a pillar within the veterinary community. His passion to help pets is evident in every aspect of his daily work.
Very poor experience. Vet insisted on running expensive tests that were not consistent with symptoms. Gave her shots of anti vomiting meds when she WASN’T vomiting. Gave her steroids. Did not ask us if we agreed to that but charged us. Prescribed worthless expensive meds and said. She has gastroenteritis. A stomach ache. No word on how to help her if she suffered another prolapsed rectum, which is why we brought her in. Would NOT recommend, unless you want to throw away money
They saved my cat’s life and I could not be more grateful to them. When I came to visit they let me stay with her for almost an hour before they took her back for treatment. I am so glad I came here and I hope I never have to come back.
Very prejudice. The secretary was very rude to me for no reason at all
The best ever Dr Christian was absolutely phenomenal very compassionate very very helpful I wish I could take my pets there on a regular basis instead of just for an emergency thank you guys so much
My dog had injured her paw on a Sunday morning and I had no choice but go to an emergency room. I was apprehensive about it at first but the staff was very professional and took great care of my baby. I would highly recommend anyone go there for their pet’s needs.
We took our 5 month old French bulldog to this place late last night, due to vomiting and general stomach illness with no stopping and mild/moderate bleeding from the rectum. They made us wait 2.5 times as long as they initially said, saying our dog was not urgent. They forced 2 totally unnecessary and pricy tests on us, which were invasive and besides the point. There was no attempt to mitigate his symptoms until the very end, after he suffered alone in there badly dehydrated and scared. Finally, the doc called and told us they didnt know what it was and sent us home with 1 antibiotic which has solved zero of his symptoms this morning so far. There needs to be more transparency there, more freedom of choice, and less hesitancy when it comes to both take home prescriptions and in house care. We will never go here again, and I urge others to go elsewhere in any case that isnt immeditely life threatening.
We were redirected to you from Allen when our dogs got into a fight on Saturday night. Your staff was very attentive and quick to get our bleeding dog into see your vet and saw our 2nd dog within 15 minutes of my son getting her to the hospital. All together we were there about 2 hours, but felt you helped us with great urgency and care.
Amazing! Efficient and very caring. I’m writing a thank you note I’m so pleased!
We had a late night injury on Christmas. They graciously took us and got Tripp in and examined and we were on our way home in a flash. The vet tech was kind and listened to our concerns. The vet was also kind in speaking with us on the phone. We were obviously scared our 11 week old kitten was injured. They shared care and concern. We have been the Plano location several times. It was nice to have a location closer to our home in Addison. I was very appreciative of a follow call to check on Tripp a few days later. We hope for no emergencies any time soon but we know where to go shall we encounter one.
My senior pug, Mattie, has been experiencing recurring ear infections this year, due (it seems) to water getting into her ears during underwater treadmill therapy. Unfortunately, her primary veterinarian is always booked solid, usually two weeks in advance. And I couldnt wait that long when Mattie began to show marked signs of discomfort.I took her to the Emergency Animal Hospital, and was pleased to meet Dr. Hoyt, and a great supporting staff--Eric, Bri, and Jason. All were very kind and careful while handling Mattie, who has pug myelopathy, a condition that causes pronounced hindleg weakness. Mattie received efficient treatment, and Dr. Hoyt gave me a great tip to prevent future ear infections. The following day, when I sensed that Matties pain level wasnt quickly receding, I went back. This time I met Dr. Murry, who recommended a couple of pain medications that helped Mattie get through the worst of her discomfort. Its been around 5 days since Matties ear infections were treated, and Im happy to say that she is recovering well. I can also say that I have no reservations about taking her back to the Emergency Animal Hospital if a need arises.
If I could give a zero I would. The front desk was the only pleasant experience I had. I brought my healthy 9 month old cat here a few days ago for a femoral fracture. I get a phone call to go over the radiology report and in the background I here HES DEAD. I was then placed on hold for 20 minutes. Once the vet picked back up I was told he had gone into cardiac arrest but is breathing and has a pulse now. Went to go into detail on what thats means. Then I was placed on hold again because my cat woke up, chewed through his ET tube and the tube was stuck in his trachea and they had to do sedation to pull it out. I called to ask what was given before coding and the story changed twice. I took him to a different facility to have surgery, and this place didnt call back. The other facility doing the surgery needed more information on what happened to avoid what happened here. My cat went through all of that and I was charged an amount, with circumstances that shouldnt have happened. When I called to get more information the vet was extremely rude. If nothing else dont kill your patients and take a class on how to talk to people after said event happening. My cat coughed up blood clots and is in pain because of you.
Although we were only there for a short while the staff did all they could do and were very accommodating.
RUDE FRONT STAFF - specifically JASON. If your pet is cared for in the same way the front desk staff treats the pet parents that PAY FOR THE BILL, find another clinic. I wouldn’t trust this with my worst enemies pet. We drove 20 minutes to get there but after my interaction with JASON, we did not go in. Instead we drove another 20 minutes to another emergency clinic.
Great staff and pet care. Way over priced though. $44 for a plastic cone that lasted less than 48 hours and they wouldn’t replace without charging me another $44. Meds also very expensive. Great care but would go elsewhere to get meds and supplies.
Our chihuahua had injured his paw when he tripped and landed on it with his full body. He could not stand on the paw and we were concerned he might have broken it. The staff was caring and helpful. They told us the estimated waiting time. They recommended an X-ray while informing us of the cost (around $350 due to needed a radiologist to review it). We said yes. Fortunately no break, but clearly sprained. They gave us appropriate medicine and clear treatment instructions including not letting him run around for the next two weeks. He did not like being confined, but we are all happy that he appears fully recovered now.
Not professional at all. Made me wait in the car for over an hour until i decided that i was not going to be addressed any time soon and kept telling us theyll be out in a second. 0 stars if i could
I am so lucky they were open during the winter storm. My corgi was bitten by a vicious dog at the hotel we were staying. They were fast, efficient and took wonderful care of my furbaby
I highly recommend the Emergence Animal Hospital of Collin County West. Our visit this ER was the best we have had at any vet visit, emergency or not. Skooti had lost her ability to walk with her back legs and was in severe pain. The receptionist was very nice. Erik, tech, helped carry Skooti out of the car and in the ER immediately. I received a call from Dr. Hoyt within 15 minutes. He was very patient and answered all my questions & concerns. He explained what was going on with Skooti and presented diagnostic & treatment options. After performing the procedures, the Dr. Hoyt called to explain post-procedure instructions and cautions. He also offered to give me a referral to a specialist. Erik brought Skooti out and helped put her in the car. He explained the medications & instructions. The ER sent all the medical records to our vet within hours. (After I got home and read the ER pamphlet, I was very happy to learn that Skooti had fleece bedding, temperature & noise reduction to help comfort her in her.) Two days later, Skooti’s recovery is going very well. I highly, highly recommend Dr. Hoyt and his team! Amazing care! (ps. A friend’s corgi also received outstanding care from Dr. Hoyt and his team at this ER.)
Very accommodating and fast. Each team member communicated to us what the next step was and what we should except.
My 9week puppy was having a allergic reaction to a medication my vet had given him. I called my vet after hours so their emergency services (i guess is somewhere else) told me since my pup hasnt been seen by them, they cant give me any advice over the phone and hung up on me. I call this clinic as they were open at 9pm, the lady on the phone was so sweet. she explained what she thought was going on and told me to give the pup childrens Benadryl so that he could make it though the night. I did and my pup is doing so much better this morning. thank you so much for not turning me away and helping me through different options.
What can I say but they saved my puppy from dying due to wasps stings and her throat swelling. She was very close to not breathing. We were hurrying to get there and they answered the phone and gave us turn by turn directions. They were very clear instructions and it helped us to get to the door and hand her off. They assured us they would take care of her and within the hour she was given back to us. They acted quickly to give her 2 shots and stop the swelling which was all over her face and neck. Had they not helped us I truly believe she would have died. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
I took my 13 year old dog here on October 16 because he was having terrible seizures and need to be observed overnight. The receptionist was super rude when checking me in because I was asking questions and made it seem like she didn’t care. A month later my dog was about to have to be put down so I called them to let them know I may need to come in because he wasn’t going to make it through the night (he was having constant seizures every hour). We really wanted to wait until the morning to go to our normal vet since they don’t let you in because of COVID and because of the interaction the month prior, luckily he made it through the night. When we called the vet first thing in the morning the animal clinic had already called our vet and told them my dog had passed even though he was still alive at the time. 3 stars for bad customer service but the actual vet and technicians were fine.
My dog had to be admitted into the Emergency hospital of Collin County West for an obstruction and she needed to have surgery. Dr. Murry was with her from day one and she performed her surgery. She kept us updated every step of the way. She did an outstanding job diagnosing the problem and took action right away. I will always be so grateful to her for saving our girls life. Our girl was very sick, but after 3 days she is now at home and doing great. Dr. Murry and the staff were wonderful.
The entire team at EAHCC West was amazing during our VERY early morning emergency visit -- they took great care of our pup and she has been great since. Thank you to the whole team!
Excellent service and provided me with invaluable information to allow me to utilize out-patient care for my pup that fixed her right up :)
The hospital was great and took good care of Cooper.I appreciate the fact they were very thorough on his care.
Really friendly and informative staff - felt comfortable leaving my dog in their hands in a stressful situation.
Had to take my cat in for emergency surgery, and the Emergency Animal Hospital of Collin County West did a great job of taking good care of him and keeping me updated. They also followed up a few days after surgery to see how he was doing.
They were awesome with my puppy.
We had to take our pet at 12am due to his cough and the doctor was so kind enough to explain my kids what’s going on with him and she did not charge us anything as he can wait to be taken to his vet and not be worried at this point.Thank you for the service!!
We had a small emergency and the staff was understanding, incredibly nice, and were very quick to help us and informative and answered all of our questions. I wont take my dog anywhere else for future emergencies.
Staff was professional and helpful during our late night visit.
Not a good experience here. go somewhere else!!!!!!
Sam and others were awesome
Dr. Thomas was awesome, and everyone working up front was fantastic as well!! My poor little doggo had some sort of allergic reaction. The team was able to get her seen immediately, which eased my worries as well. I highly recommend this facility. $130 visit fee (right on point for an emergency) and they are open 24 hours a day.
