Dr. Rachel is the best!!! She helps us avoid travel stress by treating our cat in the comfort of his own home. She is very skilled with managing our grouchy cat and is highly experienced and knowledgeable. Not only that, but she is also extremely kind and patient - I have NEVER felt rushed in our visits. She also responds quickly to any correspondence.Rachel also helped me manage my cat with kidney disease 10 years ago. She helped put her down at the end, and I can’t imagine having gone through that process without her. I seriously cannot say enough good things about her.

Dr Roark responded promptly and was very professional and compassionate. My cat appreciated not being transported to a clinic with barking dogs and unfamiliar scents. I will definitely use her services again.

I was reluctant to leave this review.But, for the work that Dr. Roark provided me and my Great Dane (Layla) she was there every step of the way. Dr Roark was an answered prayer. Our 13 year old lab went from fine to bleeding out internally in an hour. Probably a ruptured tumor. I called several vets that did house calls with our dilemma. We didnt want to take her into a vet, it would have been so confusing and hard on her. They said maybe in a day or two. We didnt have that long and wanted her suffering to stop. I called Dr Roark and she came right over. She was so nice and compassionate. Our family got to love on our Maggie May as she passed. Dr Roark took her to the crematorium and brought back her ashes in a couple days. I cant say enough positive things about her.

Poor customer service skills. I inquired on service and just immediately started being rude. Please keep searching for someone who cares. Not someone I would trust with my precious pet.

You came out at a desperate time for my Chico, I miss him so much.. the way you gave a once over with all my other babies let me know that you love Animals as much as I do. I cant thank you enough for responding so quickly to my Chico.. I will be happy to spread your name all around!!
