I brought my dog here after he had been vomiting after every meal/treat he received. I’m on a road trip and was a bit worried to visit a new vet at a location that has never handled my dog before. I wasn’t sure what to expect. The staff was amazing and so kind to both me and my dog. Every step was explained to me in detail so I was able to get the best possible idea of what was likely going on with my dog, why it was happening, and every medication he was prescribed was explained at length as well.I SERIOUSLY appreciate the detailed explanations and their kindness as vets in the past have given me almost NO explanation as to what’s going on and I was left confused the whole time.I left this emergency vet feeling really hopeful about my dog’s ability to recover from what I was told is probably a stomach ulcer. The vet’s transparency was just wonderful as well. I was extremely pleased with the amount of information I was given and the fact that they provided other possible explanations for his condition so I would know what to watch out for in the case that I needed to return. We decided to do out-patient and treat him for a stomach ulcer and GI upset. In the case that he isn’t feeling better, I will definitely be returning to them for further testing as they already walked me through what we would do and other possible options we could go with in the case that this didn’t work for him.Notes:Vets are expensive. That’s a given. But their pricing was pretty good after checking out my estimate for my visit.Their initial exam fee was $90 for a weekday, non-holiday visit which was $20+ LESS than other locations in the area.

Oh my gosh I have been calling around vets for information on how to help an emaciated dog my husband found and no one would even barely speak to me without money. Whoever answered the phone gave me hope and some tips and pointers for how to help this loving dog. Thank you so much for being awesome!
I brought my dog Lexi here on Labor day because it sounded like the was wheezing and it sounded like she wasnt breathing very well. Everyone was extremely nice and randomly when i get there my dog stopped wheezing and when i finally got into the room the vet checked and low and behold my dog was fine. Apparently reverse sneezing is actually a thing. I felt so stupid wasting their time but the vet made me feel better about it and just said she would rather bring my dog in than to brush it off becausr you never know. They were great to me and Lexi.
My dog was having some medical problems and they saw her promptly. The fees are on par with other emergency over night clinics. For those who have fur babies may I recommend Pets Best insurance. I pay $50.00 a month have a $200 deductible and they reimburse me 90% of the charges. Medical care for our pets is just as expensive as it is for humans and there is absolutely no way I would ever be able to have medical treatment for my pets without it. My intent is not to promote pet insurance but a way to be able to give fur babies the best chance of living in the event they need medical care. Tia is coming home today after a overnight stay which I am thankful for.
Everyone--from the receptionist to the vet tech to the veterinarian--was super kind and professional when I had to visit with my pup. I appreciated their taking the time to explain what was going on with my pups knee and giving me opportunity to ask questions. I felt like my Luna received quality care and was able to get some relief until we could make it to our regular vet. Like any emergency service, it is expensive, but the prices seemed fair and better than other emergency vets Ive had to use before.
We found a stray that was having seizures and needed to be euthanized. It was awful, but the staff here assured us we were doing the right thing and made her passing comfortable and possible without payment. They sat with us while we cried and took care of this sweet innocent life while she had a little left. Thank you for making this situation bearable and your kindnesses will be blessed.
The 2 ladies were very helpful and excited. I’m a new dog mom and went into full panic mode when my dog wouldn’t eat but these 2 wonderful pet whispers helped me and even provided me with some great tips. Y’all are awesome - thanks again !
We took our sick beloved Max to this place to alleviate his suffering. They were extremely kind and considerate. 2 professional young women gently carried our 60 lb. baby and took care of him. It was the evening of June 9th. Thank you ladies for your kindness.
I took my dog here as an emergency because he was hurt, as soon as i asked about payment plans and they thought i couldn’t pay the tone changed and they went from we will do everything we can to help him to well if he doesn’t get better within three days he should be put down???? i took him to a different vet that told me there was absolutely no reason to put him down and that his injury did not have a time limit to when he would get better. My dog is thankfully doing much better now imagine if i would have been dumb enough to listen to them. Only reason im giving them one star is because they gave me some medication that did help him with the pain a bit.
I cant say enough about the care and compassion I received here by kat, Dr Lucy, and the front desk.. I will never forget the experience and they will never know how much they did for me, not just for my dog but me as well. I was a mess.. I will never go anywhere else for emergencies. THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH! Laci
Everyone here was so helpful and cared for my dog and showed her love, and doing the most to make sure she leaves in good health! Thank you so much!
Only use this place as a last resort. The person on the phone kept asking me to speed up and interrupted me several times when I was explaining why my cat was dying. Horrible bedside manner. And the price they quoted me over the phone was less than half of what they actually charged me and they did not care. I Do not recommend. This made the last day of my cats life even harder to bear.
The staff were all very friendly and I did receive what I needed with evaluation and some bloodwork. However, this review is about the experience and it was not good. Outside check in, consult room that felt like a jail cell, taking my pet away from me for normal in person exam. Lots of potential here but unfortunately need to up the customer experience.
It is the best place I have taken my dog, they are excellent people, very reliable and kind with pets.
I debated on writing this review because my experience here was short. However, I still feel it may be helpful to some. I tried to come here last night with my sick cat. I was told to call back when I made it to the parking lot so they could start the intake process. I called when I got to the parking lot and was placed on hold for a long time. So long that I started to worry about the actually treatment process and how long it would probably take once we got checked in. I had so much time on hold, I searched for a different vet. And found one that was 3 mins away. No holding. No waiting. Quick and easy and excellent service there. So if you come here with an emergency and they are unresponsive with you like they were with me, look elsewhere. It maybe well worth it.
The doctor and staff are FANTASTIC! If you are in the unfortunate need of an emergency vet this is the place to go. Caring staff... cant rate this place highly enough!!
Thank you for respectfully taking care of my dog.
I will tell you that like all emergency vets this place is expensive, but they worked with me price by price along the way to give me the necessary medical care for my dog that she needed to live long enough to reach a vet my broke self could afford. the staff was extremely understanding and reasonable. they took us step by step and stabilized my friend to a point in which I could afford to continue her healing at normal business hours. I am very grateful they were there last night. ❤
I love this place! They took care of my dog in a timely manner and they provided great communication. I had to take my dog here for an emergency and they went above and beyond to take care of her! I didnt know where to go since I never had an emergency like this but Im glad I was able to come here to have my dog taken care of! I have no regrets coming here.
I had the absolute best experience with Dallas Animal Emergency!! Thank you!! We had a scary situation with the dog I am caring for and had to drive over at 11 pm on a Saturday. Bre was the vet tech and she was the most kind, compassionate and wonderful person! I was so scared but she assured me and got Dash all set. He was like new the next morning :) I honestly cant say enough about the integrity and quality of care here. They were so transparent about the cost to get an initial evaluation, checked with me before proceeding with any other treatment to get a sign off on additional costs and did not try to and do anything that would have been unneccessary. It was so reasonable. I left having spent much less money than I was anticipating after experiences at other emergency vet locations. As with any emergency care, a wait is to be expected but they got Dash seen and taken care of as quickly as possible and were communicative the entire time!
This is my second review (literally logged into another Gmail account to leave this because its a few months later and we are so grateful for them!!!)MY ONLY COMPLAINT IS THAT THEY CANT BE MY PRIMARY CARE. They are absolutely incredible!!! They spend time with me on the phone whenever I have questions about my pup Sammy, and have endless patience to tell us everything we need to know (and answer ALL my questions) at no extra cost.I just love them so much and Im so grateful I have them. If its not an emergency I literally wait until the evening to take my pup to them because their care is better than any day vet around and I only want the best for my pup.I have spent time on the phone with Heather, Sarah, and Edgar who have given me so much time and patience. What an incredible crew! The staff is so amazing!!!!!I cant rave enough about them. If you need a vet for your pup right now, seriously dont wait (or read my other review under Dalia Oziel and be convinced from there 😂)
Wonderful experience! In and out quickly, very good pricing, awesome staff. Dallas Animal Emergency will be our go-to now!
Dallas animal emergency helped save my cats life, I came home yesterday and my cat had gotten attacked by a dog and had a very large open wound and a puncture into his abdomen. I brought him to this animal hospital and they were so kind and helpful plus very friendly. I feel very blessed that my cat is still alive.Thank you Dallas animal emergency,Olivia Fencl.
The best treatment I have see for acute and dire emergencies. My dog sashimi is a big dog. She some how broke through one of my windows while I was out from 10pm - 2am. This resulted in 7” - 8” gash on the back of her head. My big girl is red - blond but when I found her she was brown. It was a horrible experience but I know she got the best treatment that she could at the time. I’m very grateful to you guys. I’m trying to think of recommendations but the care my dog received was up to human standards. Thank you doctors for saving my service animal. I need her in my life and I am forever grateful. Your magnet will stay on my fridge for the next 12 or so years.
Rude receptionist runs over me with instant diagnosis that changes every time i get the opportunity to get a word in about my dog. I said two sentences, she said twenty and referred me elsewhere.
I took my dog after calling. After 2 hrs waiting I noticed others were being called in before me, so I pointed this out. The tech started yelling at me that this is an ER and that the later customer had a dog that was dying.Yelling at me not to come to a ER if I dont want to wait. This was awful since I am physician that treats humans. My dog was not seen, and I left. I would not go here, until they work out how to deal with clients. Unprofessional, understaffed, and rude employees. Go elsewhere! They deserve no stars.
I do not recommend this place, I take my dog and they only told me that he had bacteria in his stomach and the medicine they gave him never took effect and he died the second day
I am very pleased with my visit! Going to the emergency vet is never fun and they went above and beyond to make sure I knew exactly what was going on and they were very good about being upfront with costs. They were very friendly and fast at getting to my pup! I am glad I used them and can highly recommend them.
I found a kittens who had mucus in his eyes, I meet the vet outside, she told me his ideal age, and that it could be an upper respiratory infection, and gave me a temporary kennel, without charging me. She advice me, if I did not want to bring him in, or cound not keep him, of some good shelters and foster cares !
The receptionist was very rude and disrespectful. They took down my information wrong and sent my paperwork to someone else. Also paid $200 for an examination and pain meds. The doctor advise I can use my paperwork at my regular vet. When going to my vet they stated they did not receive my paperwork. The clinic never sent over my paperwork. I had to call and email just for my information to be corrected. Also my vet advise that the information provided by the clinic was not true and I will have to pay again for another examination. When calling the clinic for clarity the receptionist was very argumentative, called me a liar and hung the phone up in my face. Overall they did not help my dog, the staff is unprofessional and are careless when taking your personal information. Would not recommend!!!!!!
Had to take puppy late at night. Dr King was fantastic, as was the intake person I worked with, and both helped me not feel silly for a minor issue as a new dog owner. . Dr King discussed everything with me before she did anything and explained what I needed to know to make a decision and estimated costs vs waiting for regular vet. She seemed to care about the animal and it’s care and built trust; made me want to get everything I need, done through her. Thank you!
Very kind and caring staff and owner. Very helpful in a time of stress and need. It was greatly appreciated!
My cat swallowed tensile wire from the Christmas tree and was facing surgery. Right before surgery, the tensile wire moved into his colon. Rather than keeping him there unnecessarily, they said he could come home with me. I was facing a big bill with the surgery, but they were honest and by discharging him they saved me money. Im not trying to say every cat can avoid surgery (most cases will probably require surgery), only that they were honest in discharging him early rather than racking up a big bill with overnight stays.
Dr Drost and the entire staff are simply A1!Our beloved Yorkie was viciously attacked by a stray (pit bull) and they saved his life!hes up wagging his tale ..we are forever greatful..so is MR.B.I.G
This clinic without a doubt saved our dogs life! With patience, reassurance and a deep sense of care towards our dogs needs. Our little Maltese dog had emergency surgery in the middle of the night after swallowing a 5 inch bone and they successfully retrieved it and ensured him the best care and information for after care. They are equipped with a great amount of knowledge, a great caring staff and we are so grateful to them. We have had experiences at other clinics that wrote off the problems of our pup, whereas this clinic looks for every solution in the blink of an eye.If you’re in an emergency situation with your pup right now- bring him here ASAP- even if it’s a far drive!!
Dr King is a life saver. I came here in the wee morning hours because my dog began having bloody diarrhea and I was terrified. The person on the phone and who came out to get my puppy were both so sweet and calming, and Dr King explained her diagnosis, treatment plan, what to watch for, and follow up so well. My vet was so impressed with her treatment plan when I followed up with them and said they would not have changed or suggested anything else. My baby is back to her regular self and they even called a few days later to check up on her. I hope I never need to use an emergency vet again but if I do Im coming here. Prices werent too terrible and they gave me options and prices up front.
Dallas Animal Emergency was amazing and very helpful through a tough day with a newly adopted dog. Dr. Welch, Dr. Drost, and Marie clearly explained everything, laid out the different treatment options, and were so kind to me and my dog Stevie. I cant thank yall enough for all of your help!
The doctors at animal emergency hospital are amazing! I took my fur baby Sunday because he wasn’t feeling too good and they kept me updated on everything since he had to spend the night. They are very professional and on top of their stuff, the staff is nice and well mannered as well. It is a little pricey but money comes and goes and I know for a fact anyone would do anything to make sure their babies are okay. They did recommend me to take him to his vet which I did and since then he has been feeling much better. I want to thank them so much for everything that they did for him! I know they took good care of him while he was there. I highly recommend this place
If you are looking for a place to take your dog right now, LOOK NO FURTHER. The staff could not be nicer and helpful. We had an emergency with our little Maltese - he swallowed a 5 inch bone (the size of his stomach). He required emergency surgery. They explained everything to us (its curbside for corona) at our car - and even reimbursed us the next day because something cost less - incredibly honest people! One nurse Ashley is especially kind and helpful - weve spoken on the phone about our dogs recovery condition and they actually care about how hes doing. She helped us realize that the day clinic that we took him to after the surgery did not give him a high enough dosage of his pain meds - and helped us adjust accordingly. Sam (our dog) was crying bitterly with the original dosage - and after speaking to Ashley, she gave us the perfect dosage with which Sam is perfectly comfortable yet still alert, AND gave guidance of when to ween him off. I wish they were open 24 hours - I would go nowhere else. They are open all night until 8 am but open 24 hours over the weekend. Dont let the outside throw you off - they are extremely professional and the operating doctor has 10 years of emergency experience. I hope to never have another emergency situation - but if we do - theres no questions asked - were heading here.
Thank you for such timely and thorough care of Stranger Danger. Went here in the middle of the night (1am) after an awful waiting experience at Hillside Vet on Mockingbird Ln at (really, if your pet is really sick and you’ve been waiting at Hillside for over an hour with no word, make the extra couple miles drive to this place). Our poor cat ended up needing surgery and while it was a stressful situation—our experience (check in, surgery, post-op overnight stay, discharge; communication & overall care) with the whole team, especially the night shift, was top notch. Stranger Danger is doing well and healing nicely.
This place is wonderful. They saved my chihuahua puppy’s life today - he had a really bad hypoglycemic episode and we couldn’t help him at home this time. We drove around frantically looking for vets (we were in town visiting friends) - thank goodness they were open and easy to find. They responded quickly and calmly to our emergency, very professional and made me feel like I was still a good mom. Props to whoever got the IV and dextrose started quickly... it couldn’t have been easy since he’s so tiny! I can’t remember anyone’s name specifically, but God bless them!
Heartless people, all they care is about money. They do not do it for the love.....
After a scary day with our new puppy, we needed after hours care and I immediately thought of this clinic as Ive driven by it many times. I am so glad I decided to come here. The staff we met were kind, caring, and professional, and got our terrified pup the care he needed. Plus, the bill was not actually as high as I expected for an emergency vet. So glad to have this clinic in our neighborhood and if we ever happen to need it again, well be back.
Great place! They took very good care of my dog and the price was very reasonable.
Dr King saved my GSD’s life. She was very thorough in her explanations, thoughtful in telling me the different directions I could choose regarding Chewie’s care, had a great sense of humor, and overall clearly cared for my dog she met at the 11th hour. She had to perform an emergency, 3 hour surgery to remove a sock he ate. All the vet techs and other veterinarians were friendly, knowledgeable, caring, and efficient. They were mindful of the cost of all the procedures, as to not run any tests that were not necessary or frivolous. I was called with update throughout his stay. Hands down, a great experience, considering the circumstances. They have big hearts at Dallas Animal Er.
Please do not waste your time with this clinic. I arrived at 4 to have my dog examined, as he was battling Kennel Cough and had been vomiting prior to my arrival. I was told someone would come outside to do my check in for my dog. At 4:15, a vet tech came and told me she had to change into scrubs, and that she would take my dog in afterward. I waited 30 more minutes and received a call from someone at the clinic that it would be another 30 minutes before they could take my dog in, because a dog in the clinic needed to go through emergency surgery. I completely understand that the care and attention needs to go to that dog over mine, but for them to keep me waiting 45 minutes and not inform me earlier, is excessive to say the least. This clinic exhibits poor communication, careless behavior. I can’t imagine if my dog was in a life or death situation, how this clinic would handle it.So if your dog or cat is in a dire situation, please find another place for help.
I came in last night at 2AM because my dog ate my glasses. Heather and the doctor on duty (whose name I did not catch) made me and my pup feel safe and extremely cared for. I am grateful to you both. I hope I never have to come back, but I am happy to know that this place exists if I do.
Very pleased. Got my baby in and out and were terrific with him. Price was great for all they needed to do
My Pomeranian who has an insatiable appetite..decided to jump up on my coffee table and eat the remnants of my trail mix while I was in the bath. Raisins are very toxic to dogs and everyone knows that’s what’s left over at the bottom of a trail mix bag. I took him in and they were super responsive, quick, and very upfront about pricing as mentioned in reviews above. The vet noticed my dogs heart murmur- only 1 other vet during his 8yrs of life has noticed. Thankfully because he did not need the routine fluids due to this. Pricing was very reasonable in my opinion! Thank you to everyone at Dallas Animal Emergency, my lil potato will keep on kickin.
They took extra precautions durning this time. While I was not allowed to go inside I completely understood and respected that. They had gloves, mask and gowns on. I was thrilled they didnt spook Zora. But they were so friendly and got her right in. Diagnosed quickly and returning wagging her tail!!! 6 days of antibiotics. She is all curled up and starting to snore. Ill sleep better now that I know she is getting better!Thank you to all the staff you were so friendly.
Took my lil puppy in today because he was feeling sick they have him some medicine now he up & playing I wanna thank them so much !!!
I went early this morning for my Bubba. He was coughing and it had been consistent for several hours.Poor baby has kennel cough. :(I am so thankful for the staff for getting Bubba in and treated quickly. They took their time explaining what I needed to do to make sure Bubba gets better and suggested things that would make a vet visit easier next time.Thank you SO much!
My dog was so in painWe went thereThey staff were all awkwardThe communication was awfulThey said my dog has a muscle spasm which was NOT!!!!!It was pancreases inflammation which we figured out last Thursday at another hospital!!!!!!!They charged us a great amount of money thoughSo the only thing they are good at is charging your bank accountDo not recommend this place at all......
I had an emergency with my family pet last night. The treatment he needed was $800. We had the money in a savings account and tried to explain that we could pay first thing in the morning (the bank won’t let us access the savings account between 9pm and 6am). They refused to work with us and offered to euthanize our cat instead. Shame on this place and the people who work here. We lost our best friend because these doctors absolutely refused to show any compassion. How can you let a helpless animal die over a difference of a few hours on a payment?? We showed them we were good for it and explained the circumstances- they didn’t care at all.
Thank you Randall. You were very helpful. And thank you to the doctor that was there tonight.
We had the unfortunate situation happen to us this past Saturday where a neighbors large boxer dog viciously attacked me and my Yorkie and baby goldendoodle, It happened so quickly as we were walking in the parking lot and the dog came out of nowhere unleashed. we rushed our dogs to Dallas Animal Hospital thankfully they were open. From the moment we arrived in a frantic and panicked state their staff handle us and the situation with diligence and care. Dr. king, Dr Sklenar and team members Nancy & Bree we’re amazing. I’m so grateful for the care they provided our pups over the weekend. One of our pups were critically injured we thought she wouldn’t make it. They did everything they could for her to get her stabilized, kept her on fluids and care til we were able to pick her up this morning to transfer her to MedVet for more intensive treatment.I’m forever grateful to this teamOf professionals!!! From the bottom of our hearts thank you so much!
Took my cat in for an injury and they were able to see him rapidy! Definitely would visit again and highly recommend !! :) also props to the staff who came to the car during curbside she was super friendly!!
I want to start by saying thank you to Randell and his staff the helped me so much with my puppy who is only 10 days old they worked with me the whole way through and was so polite and understanding if I could give a thousand stars i would Thank you so much this place is amazing
I cant say enough great things about the friendly and knowledgeable staff at this facility. I have a diabetic cat so keeping him in good health is a constant challenge. I arrived home last night to find him not doing so well. As my normal vet is over 15 miles away (and likely closing for the day), I needed to turn to someone local and still open. I had seen this place many times as its right around the corner from me. All of the reviews were great so i decided since time was of the essence to give them a try. Best decision i made. Hes doing much better and i now have piece of mind knowing theres someone really close i can turn to when needed.Highly recommended!
I am so mad about the care received for my dog Mandoo. She has recurrent UTIs and had another one 2 week ago. Apparently the vet here underdosed her antibiotics so she STILL has a UTI. I followed up with her normal vet at VCA and said no surprise that’s why she still has one. Now I have to pay another $160 for the antibiotics and my poor dog is suffering. To the vet: online says 6.25mg/lb twice daily and her weight is 75 lbs and she got prescribed 250 mg twice a day. Know your stuff right
Such a wonderful experience at this clinic. It is evident the staff really cares for the animals. Everyone was super compassionate and made me feel at peace when I was so stressed. I would recommend this ER to anyone in the Dallas area.
Took our dog here after she collapsed back in January, the team was very comforting! Great to know theres a great animal hospital near by!
Wonderful service and friendly and compassionate doctors and technicians! Thank you all so much for taking care of my baby. You all are so appreciated!
I have been very impressed with the compassionate care provided by all the Dallas Animal Emergency and their staff. My pets are my children and I would recommend them to anyone.
Got us in immediately on a Sunday of a holiday weekend. When we called in advance, reception was great in helping us assess if we should bring our dog in or wait til our regular vet opened. The clinic processed us quickly and sent us home with detailed care instructions and medications. They also followed up first thing the next morning with our regular vet, informed our vet of our visit and medications, and gave our vet follow up instructions.
On Sunday 7-5-20 I took my dog German Shepherd in because he was fever, pain dehydrate. The place is doing curbside service. We waiting about 1hr to get him and after a couple hours they called to let me know what was wrong. Dr Welch was awesome and Ann and Edgar and Bre was so helpful, attentive. Its pricey $$$-$$$$. Finally they advice to take him to his veterinarian on today Monday. Now find out it was (elbow) another problem.. i dont understand why it wasnt caught. They made a follow up call to see how he was.
I highly recommend Dallas Animal Emergency if you have an evening or weekend emergency. It is actually not the closest emergency clinic for us but I will go the extra 20 minutes to take my fur babies here if I ever need to. Dr. Drost and Dr. Welch were both amazing with Savannah. Thanks to their knowledge and care Savannah is on the road to recovery and her genetic condition we did not know she had has been diagnosed. Randall at front desk kept me informed of Savannahs status and not once seemed irritated I was checking in as many times as I did. All of the techs were also top notch. All around this was a very good experience. Since my dogs are like my kids to me I am very picky about who I trust to take care of them and this is by far one of the best in the metroplex. As a side note we had to take her on July 4th and two other emergency clinics had 3 to 6 hour wait times and Dallas Animal Emergency was much less.
Excellent care! The place was clean. The staff was very professional. My dog had previously had surgery and ripped open his wound. They got us in very quickly and stapled his wound. We were in and out in less than an hour. They gave us antibiotics and were very clear about what our next steps were for his recovery. I highly recommend this place!
My dog came here in his final hours, they were very quickly able to give me a diagnosis and helped put him to rest and were very compassionate, I’m so glad they helped take care of him when they did, thank you.
My pup had a bad allergic reaction to a bug bite and they helped me out immediately in the Uptown area. Good people and available 24/7 on the weekends
Dr Welch treated my cat and was so wonderful in a highly stressful situation. She was so compassionate and communicative. I highly recommend her and her staff!
Our cat had a sudden blood clot and was in excruciating pain. We brought him here at 6pm, he was taken to the back to have his vitals checked, and as we were filling out forms we were told that the veterinarian wasn’t in, and they weren’t sure when the vet was expected to arrive. So we had to take our cat to another clinic, which was heartbreaking at the time given his pain and distress. I understand sometimes things are complicated, they said the vet was having some family issues, but it was a bad experience for us.
Dr Welch is very caring and patient. Her customer service and knowledge is excellent. Too good care of my cat, Noah!
Monsters!! Emergency at 11pm and wont even touch my cat because I can not pay up front I have the money in my savings and eve showed proof but no access till 6am and all they offered was to euthanize my cat..all he needed was a chest tube to relive fluid around lungs...horrible people..I hope karma does the same to you dr king..
Brought my pup (Braxton) in at 1230am Saturday morning because his stomach was distended and there wasn’t much life left in his face. Dr. Welch and her fantastic team worked quickly to figure out his stomach flipped. They let me know the estimate for surgery then attended to him quickly. Dr Welch called me at 3am to let me know he did good and that i could see him at 0900. The girls never acted annoyed with how much i called and wanted to stop by to check on him. The girls were beyond compassionate to my pup and myself because i was so devastated this was happening to him. To top it off on how amazing their service is, someone called to check on Braxton since being at home. I wish all of these kind people could take care of both of my pups for everything. Everyone was great from the beginning to the end, especially the ladies that worked Friday 06/28/19 overnight. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Excellent care with a highly trained ER doctors and staff!
What is the point of emergency when you don’t have enough doctors I just was there she took me back telling me that she has only one doctor he is doing surgery and can’t take my dog for now and I asked her is only one doctor she said yes only and he is doing surgery to the other dogs . And she were talking to me in hateful way probably she saw my accent and thought I might don’t have money are anything she didn’t care for this poor animal that is going through pain right now . Stay away they do not work emergency they work for specific occasions with one doctor don’t get fool by them .
