Since Velo has been on board with our firm, they have gone out of the way to try and make the transition smooth. When I call or e-mail support, someone is quick to get back with me, resulting in the issue being resolved.I love the excellent customer service Ive been given since being on board with our firm. Though, there are still issues that they are addressing, Im sure they are working hard to resolve as quick as possible.

We have had a very good experience with the Velo IT Group. They are very proficient in the ticketing process and letting you know that they are on the job to get the clients back up and running.
