This review was initially a single star (see below). I posted the review this morning and within an hour had received a call from Ighty and realized there had been a miscommunication. They were on site within an hour and had the network purring shortly thereafter. Would highly recommend working with them and encourage anyone to give them the benefit of the doubt if a problem arises. They stand behind their commitments.The primary reason for this review is poor scheduling. and follow up. The techs are easy to work with and generally competent. However, the office staff and schedulers seem to be clueless. After 3 visits to optimize a functioning spectrum enterprise fiber network provisioned via Ubiquiti Unifi equipment, we are completely offline and shut down. Things seemed to be progressing fairly well until the third visit. Within hours of their departure, the network went down. Of course we immediately called to let them know and schedule a follow up for the next day. Unfortunately, they refused to schedule us until the new year!!!! We have no connectivity and they are responsible.....and they expect our business to wait 3.5 weeks to resolve? Are you kidding?! Year end is critical and we would be out of business if we waited for them to get around to a remedy next year. This is unacceptable and I would recommend looking elsewhere for IT support.

Digital Marketing : An amazing company to work with. Working for 2 years with ighty support, my company went from getting 3 calls at month to 70 calls a month. Extraordinary and fast motherboard replacement. The team went to work immediately and worked after normal business hours to replace my motherboard in my custom laptop all in ONE DAY. Just wanted to say thanks, Travis and Jared did a great job! Very smart and competent technicians . Unfortunately, we had a shipping issue with CDW and could not get the computers on site due to it being a new model and they did not have an image for it.

The service is really good. Repaired my laptop with very less charges and showed confidence of fixing the issue. They provide pictures, if not repaired in front of you, just after opening the laptop or repairing the issue. They will let you know before start repairing the issue.

My laptop had some issues with the fan and the screen going black so I called a few laptop repair shops to ask for a price quote. Every where charged a ridiculous price and included all these random fees. I finally found Ighty Support and gave them a call after closing time and to my surprise, someone answered. I explained to them the problems I was having and brought it in for a quick diagnosis. They then repaired and returned it back to me shortly. Both Sri and kaykay kept everything transparent and constantly kept me updated throughout the entire process to ensure that there were no surprises on my invoice. Ighty Support provided reasonable pricing, great communication, trust, and excellent customer service overall.
