The quality of the products used on the vehicles is top-notch. He was professional enough to communicate efficiently throughout the whole process. Overall, they did an amazing job.

Mathew (Unit 1) came out to do the interior of my car. I work with dogs and little kids, so it gets gross and messy fast. The car is cleaner than the day I got it from the dealership. Easy scheduling, fair pricing, no surprise charges, and best of all they come out to you. Highly recommend them!

I am not usually one to leave negative reviews, but for how much money I spent on the detail, I thought I needed to. I scheduled a complete interior and exterior detail. I was informed up front that pet hair would cost extra, which I said was fine. After the allotted 3 hours, I had not heard back so I called and was told my car was ready (he didn’t call me himself to say it was ready), but i think it was just a convenient time for the employee to stop working and give me the car back instead of finishing the job. When I went to check, I noticed that there were multiple spots on the carpet that still had dirt and crumbs. I asked him to re vacuum the door frame, but there were clearly a lot of other missed spots. The doors had not been wiped down and neither had the steering wheel. I looked under the seats and could see plenty of crumbs and dirt. The center console and cup holders also looked like they were not cleaned. On top of the dirt and crumbs left behind, there was still a lot of pet hair in the back seat as well as in the trunk, so I don’t think the extra money I paid to remove pet hair was really worth it. And don’t even get me started on the outside of the car… I understand that it was incredibly hot outside but I would have rather just gone to a neighborhood car wash instead of spending $250 + $75 (pet hair) + a tip. I saw other reviews saying that the detail made people’s cars look as good or even better than the day they got them, but I 100% disagree. Pretty disappointed in the service I got

I got serviced by Van #3 Lenar and Mohammed (I think) and they were fantastic. From the punctuality to the quality, it was perfect work, I could not be happier. They were super nice too, they found some stuff cleaning and put it in the glove box for me. Absolute class, 10/10 would recommend them.

Great experience with Roderick. Came out to my work first thing in the morning and had my car waxed, vacuumed and wiped down on the interior in about an hour. He did an awesome job and got all the crevices. Used Meguiar’s carnauba, so I’m happy.

Let me start off by saying this review is in no way reflective on the guys professionalism as they were awesome, cool and very knowledgeable. This is mainly a review on the price and work that was done. My car isnt in terrible condition, but it could definitely use a paint job and would be okay so I wasnt expecting it to look brand spankingnew. The main issue Im having is perhaps the inside of the car, there were still crumbs in the crevices of the seats in the seat itself was still stained however, he did explain to me due to what seat was made out (foam) that he really couldnt clean it as well as it should be clean. Well by that logic the overall price should be deducted from that right? Also with the headlight restoration I was under the impression that the headlights will be crystal clear, and they werent they mentioned that the rest of the fog was on the inside of the lights and I believe that the price should have been marked down for that as well. Overall the guys were quick and polite I just wasnt too thrilled about spending that amount of money for my car to look as though I went to a basic affordable detail carwash. I cant say that I would be a customer again.

I had overspray all over my car and on the website it says its 250$. When they came they said it was going to cost 450$ even though I had already told them before it was all over my car! I had told them go ahead and do it but when they finished it still had places where it had overspray! For a job that cost dam 450$ I would think every little speckle would be off of my car! I definitely would not recommend park cities to anybody! I feel like they could of been there atleast another hour to go through the whole car and see what they missed since they did charge me another 200 extra but nope! Waste 450 bucks!

I had to let a day pass before reviewing this place just to remain tactful for a review. I dont know if its because of Covid or the sheer luck of my detail request but Im highly disappointed. I have a Trailblazer. I ordered a $325 deluxe package primarily for steam cleaning the engine. It was never touched. The interior still had lint/dust around the vents and window/doors seals. Whatever rag the older gentleman used to wipe down the interior consequently left a black oily haze on my cream interior. The wheelwells where only cleaned about 3 inches back from opening and sprayed over with AutoZone tire shine. All windows had multiple water spots and simular oily residue as the interior. I felt bad that they only sent one guy out to do a job that easily couldve been accomplished by 2. Unfortunately the lone worker missed important paramount details worthy of a $325 fee. Nonetheless I gave him a tip and cold bottle of water for his time and interesting conversation. The only recognition I will pass on is to go to Carmel Car Wash. Youll get better service for your time and money. This military vet knows attention to detail. This is why Im disappointed with PCMD.

He then send me reminders and even gave me a call an hour before the technicians arrived. They came right on time and were super nice too. They are very detailed oriented and cleaned my car for four hours! The dog hair infested the trunk is now sparkling clean. They even buffed some small scratches as an free add-on for me. In a crazy turn of events, my car was stolen from me and returned to me in 48 hours. Unfortunately, it was trashed. The individual who stole my car smoked an entire pack in it and left the cigarettes in my car. I was skeptical if the smell would really come out or not, but it did. Roderick came to my house and cleaned my car only a few hours after I called and spent such care cleaning it from head to toe and, miraculously, made it smell good again. I am literally the pickiest person I know but after Rodrick and team were done with the interior of my car I had NOTHING to nit pick.Scheduling online was super easy, they came to my apartment building the next day and did a spotless job within an hour and a half. My six year old car looks brand new on the inside. Rodrick cleaned every single nook and cranny including spots that Id never be able to get to on my own like in between and inside the emergency break. The light gray seats, which I thought were stained forever, are now spotless.For $125 + tip this service is well worth it, especially since you dont have to wait in a long line or be rushed out while your car still has crumbs in several places. I cant speak to the exterior car wash but I will definitely be using this detail service again.

My company hired Park Cities to detail one of our clients vehicles. Park Cities burned through the clear coat on the BMW. This was verified by the BMW dealers body shop. When we contacted Park Cities to request a copy of their insurance so a claim could be filed, they said they would email it to us. That was over a week ago. Since then, we have made several phone calls and sent emails without any response. Their ratings on Yelp and Google seem favorable, however, any company can be good when things go well. If something happens where damage may have occurred, the true character of a company shows in how they respond. Park Cities lack of response shows what their true character is.
