Brian and his team treated my car as if it were their own. Detailed every nook and cranny. My car came back to me looking better than Ive ever had it in the past 8 years Ive owned it. I had full paint correction and their premium ceramic coating done. It has been over a year and my car still looks near show room ready after a quick wash and dry! Washing is so simple now. I just do a quick pressure wash with spot free rinse and then dry. Car looks better than new after less than 20 minutes of work on my part. Love these guys for such a professional job! I am now a lifetime customer for any services they offer!

I’ve been going to Detail Werkz Dallas for almost 10 years and the work that Brian and his crew does is absolutely amazing. I had my 2006 Mercedes CLS500 fully detailed and clear coat vinyl on the front end along with the back bumper and I was blown away by how good it looks and it has a 5 year warranty! The work on the paint was outstanding and with the ceramic coating its better than new by a long shot! Brian couldnt have been any nicer and I would highly recommend him for the high end treatment even though it is more expensive than a regular old detail job. The work and results made it all worthwhile.

Incredible work!!! Took a 1995 Porsche here after Park Place Porsche and Sewell Used Cars offered less than $14,000 for car. Spent around $1,200 at Detail Werkz for redoing original wheels as well as major detail inside/out and was offered over $28,000 for same car at CarMax!!! Incredible!!

Have hadn’t truck detailed here twice. The quality of their work is top notch. Both times my truck came out looking like new and stayed that way for years with minimal work from myself.I definitely recommend putting down the extra money and getting the ZX2 coating. It lasts much longer and keeps your vehicle looking good without having to wash as frequently. On top of that washing my truck after having the coating applied was much easier.I will be going back to them for all my detailing needs in the future and will be happily recommending them to friends and family.

I just picked up my 2019 Corvette Z06 after having it ceramic coated. The car is absolutely stunning now. It was a beautiful car before I brought it in, but they got rid of all the paint imperfections and did a fantastic job with the ceramic coating. I couldnt be happier with their work.

I recently had a new car preperation and protection detail done at Detail Werkz in Dallas. It’s hard to believe that a new or nearly new car could actually be made to look better than it did when it left the dealership, but it definitely can, and also be protected against the Texas weather extremes we encounter. It’s a rarity in the car world to come across people like Brian and his team that take pride in and strive for perfection in their work. I highly recommend them for their meticulous skill, professionalism and great customer service.

I cant say enough about this place. Their customer service is great and the work they do is unparalleled. I used their mobile service and got a full exterior wash and wax and interior detailing, leather conditioning, etc. Honestly, the car looks as close to new as it can get. They didnt miss anything - even all the little places that I thought only I knew how to clean. Ha. I couldnt be happier. I will definitely be recommending them to friends and family.

We brought our car here for a new car prep, full clear bra wrap and ceramic coating on top of the wrap. They did a terrible job on our clear bra and the owner refused to give us a full refund. We tried to contact the owner numerous time for a resolution, to either repair the wrap work or refund us fully. The owner did not want to repair the work or refund us fully. We could never speak to the owner during our 3 visits and he could not even call us to come up with a solution to fix the damage. Work is only as good as the person supervising it and overseeing it. I am very disappointed in the work and customer service I received.

Frustrated review incomingVery unprofessional @ Detail Werkz DallasI cant speak for their work as I never got to that but I had contacted them on June 17th looking to make an appointment for the 4th of july weekend as I am never in a big city so I wanted to take advantage and get my roof wrap done while in town. I texted him and he told me he would be closed for the 4th and 5th but can schedule me on 6th or 7th. Scheduled me the 6th and we were good to go. I show up today for our appointment and he was nowhere around. I called him and texted him a ton of times and no response, so i left after waiting for over a half hour. He finally responds at 11:12 telling me to leave the car parked and the keys inside the mailbox. Im gone at this point and am not turning around for a business that completely stood me up. Wasted an hour+ of my day driving and waiting for them. Not to mention the vast amount of excuses he tried to tell me after the fact until he finally realized he was at fault. Frustrated but it is what it is.

Excellent and tideous! Hands down have my 5 stars. The amount of detail that they put into their appointments is amazing. I have met and done business with over 70 different private detailers throughout the metroplex in the past 15 years. Brian and his team have taken the cake! I have seen some incredible detail and wrap jobs from them the past few years. If you love your car, truck, motorcycle, and want to keep it clean, pamper it or give it a makeover Detail Werkz is your answer.

I challenge anyone to find someone more passionate about what he does for a living, buffing cars for hundreds of labor intensive hours, than Brian Hare. His work is superb and he is honest and hard working. If you feel youre paying top dollar, know it will be worth it.

I took my 2018 Porsche GT3 here for a new car prep, full car wrap and ceramic coating. The owner was not present at all and left the job to his staff to do. There was poor communication and I had a terrible job done. They lied to me about the job they would do. They said all the edges would be wrapped and extended but they used a template for every panel without extending the edges. I have posted a picture of an email the owner sent stating that they would do the job as I requested.When I went to pick up my car all of the panels were incorrectly wrapped. There was material still left un-tucked and dangling. Even the gas cap, which is the simplest piece to do, was done incorrectly and uneven. There were bubbles all over the wrap and the edges were already peeling.Would you really believe they did a good job if they couldnt even wrap the mirrors and gas cap correctly??? The owner admitted they didnt do those parts correctly. What kind of wrap installation place cant install clear film on a flat gas cap????One of the employees who has worked for the owner for over 10 yrs, even helped me go over the mistakes and put masking tape on all the problem areas. He took pictures of the poor quality work and was texting the owner while I was there. He apologized to me and told me to handle it with the owner. I then asked the owner for either a refund our to have the wrap redone correctly. The owner refused to offer a full refund for the wrap portion nor did he want to redo his work. I made myself very clear to let me know before they did anything else as I didnt want any further damage. They did not listen to me but instead removed the wrap and left chunks of it on the car. When I came back for the second time to pick up the car, there were pieces of material left on a bunch of the edges. Now I have to pay someone to remove panels and the wrap correctly. To top this off they removed my emblems without making a template, so I have to pay for new emblems and for those to be installed again also. The wheels were ceramic coated so poorly that it pooled in the corners of the spokes and now my matte wheels of chunks of glossiness on parts of them.I would not recommend taking your vehicle here. They tried to justify the poor quality work on the material, but this is the third Porsche I have had wrapped in the same material. The owner was not there at all to oversee any of the work and there was very poor communication between himself and the employees. He even admits that there was poor communication. The owner was not present any of the 3 times I went to Detail Werks, but wanted to justify the poor quality work through email without even seeing the car. He stated he had personal issues to attend to and did not know when he would return. I could not get him on the phone once to handle the dispute. I was very reasonable and offered the solution of refunding me or redoing the wrap multiple times. The owner instead wanted to nickle and dime me for a few hundred dollars he had to spend on labor for removing some parts. Had they removed all of the clear film and returned the car to me how I brought it, then I would have paid some of the labor to help him out. Instead the car was returned with no emblems or template and wrap left all over it. To top it off the owner is slandering me on their Facebook with details of my personal information on a public page. You can check my Yelp review for pictures and proof of the emails.

I paid $ 445 for a detailed wax on my 2012 Mercedes S550. After careful review, I found all the interior compartments were not cleaned. Likewise, I have major swirl marks that should have been removed by any nomal buffing, especially for $ 445. I emailed a request to Detail Werkz asking for someone to come back out to properly clean and remove swirl marks on my almost new car. Detail Werkz email reply from Brian stated they do not clean gloveboxes or compartments because people leave valuables/money in them. Also, swirl mark removal will be an extra $ 100 per hour under paint correction. What?????? My car is garaged with 20k miles...like new. Very disappointed in the overall results. What even makes me more mad is that I paid another $ 450 for my wifes car.....almost $ 1000 to these guys. My recommendation....pay any other detail place the normal $ 225 for full detail and get much better results.
