The driver had a serious attitude problem and was speaking in a threatening manner. Also their rates were double of their competition for the same distance of towing. This situation occurred in 2019.

If you gotta get impounded in Dallas, powder springs, or Rockmart then hopefully Redline will help you get your vehicle back. They have a flat rate or at least we only got charged $100 for getting a friends tools out of his impounded truck

Corey was super nice & helpful. My vehicle was in an accident which the police called him to tow. He was so nice to meet me and let me get my belongings out. I had to go back to take the rails for my Tonneau cover off, he had someone meet me & to my great surprise he had taken them off for me! I didnt choose him, but I would in the future! Excellent customer service! Everyone I spoke with was very nice and helpful. Corey was the guy to help me out, he was quick to respond to the accident, and very helpful. He answered all of my questions, and I was able to have access to my car the next day. I have recommended them to a lot of my friends. Hopefully I wont need another tow again soon, but if I do I know who Ill be calling!

By far the best wrecker service in the Dallas area. Wonderful customer service, prompt, and knowledgeable. I had my road side assistance reach out to this company to tow my vehicle on Friday 7.5.19. I left my vehicle unattended with the key inside. The next morning I recieved a survey from my roadside assistance asking me to rate my experience with this company due to the job being marked completed. Now today Im driving past the area and to my surprise my vehicle is still sitting in the same spot with a nice parking violation sticker. Do not use this company.
