The driver at the accident scene told me in person TWO times that the tow from the accident scene to the yard was FREE. He told my sister on the phone the tow was FREE as well. The police was there. He also said the tow to the house would be charged instead but the insurance may cover. Thats why we ACCEPTED the tow to the yard. The driver also DID NOT disclose fees accompanied with the stay of the car at the yard. We clearly said to the driver that we ACCEPTED the tow because we couldnt afford the otherwise. We were lured and heavily charged for the tow and the stay. If I could give 0 star, I would. I would have only been charged for the tow to the house and that would have only been it. This is detrimental to my family. Not a good business practice.

The towing service arrived within their time frame. The driver was professional and was a good driver.

My car was taken from a wreck scene by this place and they mixed up the vin numbers, so I couldnt locate it at an impound and had to report it stolen. After approximately 3 weeks the police reported that it was at Walnut Hill(which I had already contacted numerous times to locate the vehicle initially). I then called Walnut Hill Wrecker only for the to inform me that the VIN number had 1 digit changed in their system, but it would take upwards of $1000 to retrieve my vehicle, which I no longer had available. When I told this story to a co worker, she replied that she wish she had known, because she has friends that work there and they have a history of misplacing vehicles purposeful or not. I am now saving for a new car. Please avoid these guys..... youll thank me.

The diver was on time and professional; except that he left the inside of our car muddy, including the ignition button. To be fair, it was raining but a simple towel would solve the mud issue. Overall I am pleased with the friendly service provided.

I was very satisfied with the service I received from this company. They were very friendly and professional. They gave me a call thirty minutes ahead of time like I asked so I could get to my company’s yard and didn’t have to waste my time waiting for them to show up. I was worried about damage being done to my Peterbilt, but they were very careful with the way they pulled me out of the mud hole I sank my truck in. They even went as far as checking the under carriage for any damage that may have been done. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs any help with towing issues on their tractor/trailer and am very grateful for them respecting my time and property.

John Hall provided exceptional service and attentiveness! A request went out, late in the afternoon, to go pick up a storage unit (22 miles from his location) and deliver to a job site (20 miles from the pick up location). John went out of his to stay in touch and keep me informed of his progress. He realized time was of concern, being my job site employees got off work before is ETA and there was furniture sitting outside at the job site parking lot, so he offered to move the furniture into the storage unit himself. Luckily my guys could stay, but the offer said a lot about him and his company. Service way beyond anyone’s expectations...he/they rock!! Thank you John, much appreciate your attention and help!

Our vehicle was stuck in a really tough spot. Another truck came by and they said they wouldn’t risk towing our vehicle and getting stuck themselves. They said it could take a week before things would dry and we’d be able to get our car back. Blake came and saved the day. He called other trucks, used a lot of chains, risked his own truck getting stuck and got us out. Very grateful.

I hit a pothole and had flat tire. They brought me to their office. The guy who drove wrecker didnt give any instruction of the process and just drop us off infront of the building. Front door was locked, finally I could find the back door and get into the office.They towed my car only 5 miles. But they charge me about $200 !!!Its very unpleasant experience.

I couldn’t get my car to start so my insurance had them dispatched out to pick up my vehicle and tow it to a dealership. The guy arrived earlier than anticipated and he tried to help me get the car started before towing it. He was super sweet and kind. Would recommend this company to anyone.

These guys did a great job taking good care of my Corvette. They picked it up in Dallas and took it to my home in Greenville TX. Used great care not to harm my car and even offered me a ride but I already had one coming. I recommend this company to anyone who has problems that they can solve.

Very reckless driving by their driver cutting across three lanes of traffic on I 35 north during extremely heavy traffic almost causing another accident making vehicles slam on their brakes. Then the driver gives the middle finger to other drivers who are upset.

He was able to jump my Tesla off and in record speed! My car sat out in the heat and it zapped my battery but he jumped my battery enough for me to charge it. He was knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend!

One of their trucks almost hit me on the highway TWICE. This big truck was probably going 15mph over the speed limit and weaving through traffic. I had to swerve and slam on my brakes to avoid getting crushed which could have been horrible and I am lucky there was no traffic in the lane next to me. Oh and I could not get the DOT number of this truck, however on the front right part of the truck, had the number 41.

My Semis exhaust system malfunctioned and shut down my engine. I had to be towed back to my companies terminal. I waited 1 1/2 hour only to have Wreckers motor mount brake after hookup and leaving! Seriously! 2 additional wreckers had to be sent out. One for me and one for the wrecker! Quite a site in the truck stop. Poor driver did his best with old worn equipment. Both drivers were great despite the circumstances. You should maintain your fleet better and upgrade old equipment.

Had a box trailer towed that had been in an accident. Tow truck driver was super nice and professional. Wasn’t sure how he was going to get it on his flatbed trailer but he made it look easy with no issues.

My car is a lowered CTS-V and they were contracted by GEICO for me after I used the GEICO app to make a claim against my roadside assistance. They showed up pretty promptly for a Friday night and the fact that my car required a low flatbed truck. They then towed me over 60 miles back to my house.

Blake was very professional and courteous! He had a great sense of humor, which made the ride super comfortable on the way to my destination. Fast and friendly... I hope to never have to use a tow again, but if I do I would hope to get someone that measured up to his quality,a he has set the bar for great customer service extremely high!

I use Geico for my insurance and called for a tow because my car overheated. I was told by Geico that the tow company would arrive in a hour. They actually made it in 20 minutes and not only did they tow my car... They dropped me off at home then took my car and dropped off at the shop. The tow truck driver was very friendly and I would surely use them again if I had too.

OK LISTENwhen i had a car accident (got hit on the back) the handbrake was LOCKED! these guys shows up (probably they work with police) and they towed it when the handbrake is locked! they DAMAGED my both rear tires! AS YOU CAN SEE IN PICTURES!I also have a statement from the repair shop manager!After trying to reach the claim manager over a week, he finally came and checked the damaged. he tried to give me all kind of reasons why he think they didnt damaged it.Now I have my both rear tires damaged and no one is taking responsibility on that! what should I do?Update: Billy and David took responsibility and put two used but good tires .

They performed extremely good services they been is service for years. I use to be employed by them for 8 years service as a wrecker Drive,Dispatcher,pound Attendant, Driver Manager would love to be employed by them again. I was forced into to Retirement by a judge for medical reasons lost my CDL License to Drive the big trucks. But I love to be a Dispatch or be a supervisor for them again a very nice Company to work for.
