I laughed, I cried, and I almost gave myself a heart attack. Incredible workout to burn calories, increase Vo2 max, increase core strength and generally create muscle tone. Its for all ages and stages of fitness, but nice to have a structured workout that changes daily.

The equipment, the exercises, the staff, everything about this gym in CS is great. I have been able to lose over 30 pounds after a year of workouts.

The staff are always so helpful and willing to show you how to do some of the more complicated workouts. They keep the facility so clean and organized. The workouts themselves are killer! I love going here, it is a quick but effective workout.

Awesome workout, weights with cardio...Hybridized-High intensity interval training...You could be a beginner or a seasoned pro getting a workout in... it doesn’t matter here.Music pumps, heart pumps and and the bags thump

I absolutely love 9Round!!!! The staff is super friendly, and the workouts are always challenging. I honestly do not really like working out, but 9Round makes it enjoyable, and the workouts are different everyday. I would highly recommend this to anyone who has a busy schedule and cant afford to spend 1-2 hours in the gym. It is also a very reasonable price for what is included (gloves, hand wraps, unlimited sessions). 9Round is not usually crowded, but even if it is, you are still able to get in and out in 30 minutes. Make the investment... its worth it!

Good place for switching up the workout routine. When you sig up you get gloves and wrist wraps. Time goes by fast and the staff is really nice.

Ive been going to 9Round for a little more than 6 months now. Yesterday my doctor was super pleased to tell me that my blood pressure is the best that it has been in the last 10 years! I feel stronger and more confident every class.

Ive been going between 4-5 days a week for a few months and absolutely love it! I love fast pace, and like the encouragement the employees shout at you. I could see an improvement after a few weeks and body is noticeably alot more toned and improved in the short amount of time Ive been going. I hate to miss and look forward to it every day!

I love it here! Everyday is a different workout so you are never doing the same thing. The trainers are very helpful as well, and I feel like I get an amazing workout every time I go.

Good workout, but the facility is cramped, the AC wasnt working when I was there, so it was pretty gross. I felt like all of the workers were grumpy too (coulda been the AC though). If you really want a good boxing or kick boxing workout, go to Title Boxing club, its much nicer, with way friendlier of a staff.

I lived in College Station for a short while and was able to join this gym during my time there. It was amazing! The owner, Vincent, is always right at the front door to greet you and make sure your experience is 100% what you are paying for. The trainers are very knowledgable. Not only are they happy to help you with the exercises, but they make sure you are doing it CORRECTLY with the right form to prevent injury. They are creative and effective with the workouts. I loved this gym and was so sad I had to leave when I moved.I have now attended 9 Round at another location in Covington, LA and Ive been sorely disappointed with the lack of customer service, and the lack of involvement of the owners and trainers. The College Station location is even more appreciated after experiencing another 9 Round Gym. You are getting the top notch 9 Round experience here and it is well worth the money.

Best cardio class Ive ever done. Fun, extreme and good way to learn self defense if its what you are looking for. The trainers are on point and always motivating. Definitley worth you 30min work out. Will bring results you in as short as 30 days. Just keep ur eating habits on a level and youll definitely gain result. Good experience and youll burn more cal here in less time than local gym doing one single thing. Oh!? And u get a full bodys workout, workouts are diff everyday. Definitely earns its 5 starts. Lots cute girls too 😄😉✌🏻️😎
