Very disappointed. Had me wait an entire day, to find out I needed a new junction box, a $25 part. They never informed me of the labor, or the time it would take to get the box. They over night it, and hit me with 8 hours of labor, for a nice $800 bill. On top of that, they only fixed half the issue. When I told him why they didnt tell me earlier, he got quiet. Good job guys. Really know how to handle business. Its a wrecker, not a dang rocket ship controlled by nasa.Im sorry. To cut 20 wires and rewire it, should take a mo key 3 hours while eating bananas.I went there 5 years ago, got screwed, thought I would try it again.If the owner is reading this. You should really handle your clients better. We have a large fleet. All of our business goes to Coker now. Sad for you guys and for anyone else that is silly enough to think your guys do honest work.
