Car related trouble can be extremely stressful and very time consuming. However, Shelley and Scott both took care of me faster than it took my tires to blow out (and that’s fast)! I appreciate their kindness and thoroughness as they kept me updated throughout the entire process. Got a flat tire and called the nearest tow company. They answered quickly and was very professional Anthony was there within 10-20 mins and towed me to the tire shop. He was friendly and made me feel comfortable and he was so funny. Shout out to them I would totally recommend this tow company! Thank y’all!

Terrible. Called and asked for a tow. They told me it might be an hour or more but they would give me a call back. I said okay and asked if it were possible to have the driver pick up the key from me at a different location nearby. I was told no and that I should just leave my key in the vehicle. I told her that the car was in a sketchy neighborhood and that Id rather not leave the key in the car. If you are comfortable leaving your car there, then whats the difference if the key is in it? Just, WOW.I stupidly went ahead with it anyway. Waited an hour and hadnt even received a call with a status update. Called back and the same lady asked me how Im paying. She had already asked this during the first call! I told her I would pay with a card and she rudely says well, the name of your ID needs to match the card! I had never said anything to imply it was not my own card I was paying with -- I told her they match and she says well okay but it will be at least an hour and a half before my next driver is available. I told her I have already been waiting in my hot car for over an hour and she says oh wait! I might actually have another driver that could show up any minute. Ill give you a call back! I said okay great I really appreciate it, talk soon.I wait another 40 minutes and dont receive a call. I then decide that Im tired of waiting in the heat and find out that I can leave my car in the parking lot overnight. I call back to tell them to cancel the tow and that Ill do it tomorrow. Someone else picked up and had none of my information on file and did not know I was even waiting!! I never received a call back from the other lady, either.Ruined my entire day and had me waiting in the heat for no reason. Horrible, horrible experience. I wanted to cry.

Best Towing in town! Fast, Friendly, and Affordable. I was able to get a responsive dispatcher who knew where I was at a time of need. I was already frustrated by the amount of towing companies that I called for estimates or simply amenable service, and ONLY did ABLE 2 TOWING come through!THANK YOU GUYS!!!!

I broke down on I-30 and called Able 2 Towing because the reviews were great. They certainly live up to the great reviews! It took them less than an hour to get to me. The dispatcher was extremely polite and courteous and told me every detail that had transpired. He even called me when their truck was en route. 3 minutes later James pulled up. He was friendly, courteous and very professional and took great care of my car while loading it on the flatbed. I highly recommend Able 2 towing when you need fast, prompt and professional towing needs.Thank you James and the rest of the crew at Able 2 Towing! Ill spread the word about you guys!

Great service

After we waited an hour for the tow truck, we were greeted by the tow truck with windows down and extremely profane music blaring out of the speakers. My wife and I got into the truck to head to our house and I turned down the music while we waited for him to finish getting our car. When the driver got in, he proceeded to turn up and sing the very profane music for the rest of our twenty minute ride home.The driver was nice and they did tow our car without scratching it, but the lack of respect for the passengers through the music was a big negative for me. Thats why I give them 2 stars. Also, this company and Dallas Discount Towing is the same company if that matters to you.

Car broke down on 35 south last night. Was picked up and brought home in less then 30 mins. Omar, the man that towed my truck also brought me my wallet the next day to my house after i guess it fell from my pocket. extremely grateful.
