First off, I want to say that the renovations being done on this property are exceptional and that everyone involved in them should be proud of themselves and their effort.However, I was immediately disappointed when I brought my sister to apply here. To start, the young lady who “greeted” us hardly took her eyes off of her computer while she was talking to us. My sister scheduled a tour of the property and the young lady (whose name I will not say) did not look up her appointment, did not attempt to show us the property, and did not even rise to greet us. She simply handed us papers containing floor plans and rates and told us (in so many words) to just apply online. She was completely unaware of the fact that my sister HAD already applied two days prior and paid the application fees. Of course, she would have known this had she asked or attempted to anything more than the bare minimum. Very disconnected and not helpful at all.Lastly, the apartment rates that are on the AVA website as well as on third party websites showed my sister an apartment for rent at a price several hundred dollars lower than the price that we were quoted by the same young lady who “greeted” us. We were told that the lower priced apartment was no longer for rent due to renovations. While that is perfectly understandable, it would behoove whomever has the responsibility of managing the AVA website to correct their prices. As it stands, it is false advertisement and nothing more.
The renovations are okay but don’t really make up for the awful experience it has been living here. I’ve had broken light switches with exposed wiring since move in, the front door frame has been split since move in, our dishwasher was broken upon move in. It took 6-9 MONTHS and several requests (most of which were falsely marked as completed or just straight up ignored) for these to be repaired. There are roaches around the property that can’t be avoided even if you keep your apartment spotless. Maintenance requests are marked as completed without anyone so much as even contacting us to schedule the repairs. The gates are constantly broken and left open. There are like 6 visitor parking spots for the ENTIRE complex. Communication with the front office is terrible. Parking is ridiculous, people make their own parking spots wherever. I live on the second floor and there are several sunken dips in the floor, it’s not level at all. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere, this is not the place to live or spend your money. Counting down the days until my lease is up.
I’ve tried to edit a previous review I gave. I’ve been nice and changed old negative reviews to give this apartment complex a chance and not lower ratings even more.I have had over 6 maintenance requests marked as complete that were never fixed. You have to enter the same request about 5 times before someone comes, but even that’s unlikely. Going to the front office for maintenance is the only way you get somewhat of a response. And the office staff is friendly but the maintenance people do not come. Our shower walls have continued to have paint chip off and become rusty because our repeated orders since the winter storm 6 months ago have been ignored. We have had garbage disposal and AC requests also marked as complete but no one has come by or called. Voicemails are ignored. If you work during business hours, good luck ever getting anything fixed here. Other tenants I’ve met have had the same issues with maintenance requests being ignored or falsely marked complete. It’s sad because I love this location being so close to my job and ideally wanted to stay put for a few years. Now I am reconsidering leaving this place soon.
Let me just start off by saying DO NOT MOVE HERE. We had no issues the first few months after moving in. The hot water seems to be something they can’t get under control. After the winter storm it took 2 weeks to get the hot water back (understandable considering the circumstances). However, the hot water has gone out 3 more times after this. Every time I try and contact the office all they have to say is “sorry for the issue”. Today was the final straw for me. The hot water went out AGAIN last night. I called the front office today and all she had to say was “I live here too and we’re in the same boat”. What? How is that supposed to help me or the situation? With how much I’m paying a month it’s not worth it AT ALL. I’ve asked to speak with a manger or the owner over 5 times and never get a response. Calling the office is pointless and the managers don’t care as long as they get their money. The gates are ALWAYS broken. Actually, in the state of Texas its considered a state of emergency when there is no hot water. And we do not have to pay rent if it is not taken care of after we ask for it to get fixed. If you are going through the same thing please consider pressing charges. I already have this in the works and I hope this teaches them a lesson to take basic things like hot water seriously. Lastly, DO NOT MOVE HERE. I promise there are better options.
They fix what they want to fix in these apartments who they choose to come and fix things for I have been dealing with this for a while. My air have been out for a good while and no one from the maintenance crew has came to fix the air yes I called the office and they tell me the same thing well get a maintenance man there. My husband has asthma and I have three kidsif they get too hot they will get nose bleeds. I dont understand how you can go home in a nice cool air knowing that you have people that are suffering without air I praise you GOD that no one goes to what I have been going through for the past two three weeks maybe and all the people in the office do is say well send a maintenance man with the maintenance man never shows up. And I honestly feel like the reason why theyre not going to fix the air its because we have been able to pay the rent and I honestly pray to GOD that they dont ever have to go through what a lot of people in my situation are going through.
PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE!This property is charging too much for water and sewer.The maintenance crew takes many days to repair something simple.I am not the only one complaining about what I have stated.I referred 5 relatives to move here and each one had their own apartment.Two of them already moved out because of all the inconvenience, and I will be the third one. A lot of my neighbors are also having the same issues, and they are very disappointed. Theres tons of vacant apartments for these reasons. Its sad that I am moving out after living here for seven years, but this new management is not professional.I PROMISE YOU WILL REGRET MOVING IN!!**Since I cannot respond to the owner, so I decided to add it here**I spoke with the two of the managers and neither one did anything about it!! Once again they are charging WAY TOO MUCH for utilities. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!
The Ava N is a good place to live. It is convenient to so many locations in the north. And, on a good traffic day, you can get where you want in a reasonable amount of time. The management and staff will work with you to understand the issue if one arise. WE need to understand and have conversations about the community and remember its our place to live. When you see improvements being done to the property, it is always a plus. Little things count, too! And, Im so happy there is a place to walk and care for your pet.
I wanted to leave an updated review. Dallas recently experienced severe weather and snow storm outages, leaving residents throughout the area without water and power. This was a frustrating time for tenants but after management heard concerns from tenants, they worked diligently to ensure these problems were fixed and fixed efficiently. Management also assisted residents in other ways as appreciation for their understanding during this time. We appreciate management and staff of the complex.
I absolutely loved talking to Ana, she is super professional, she answered all my questions to the detail, and she made the phone call feel super comfortable and easy. I am looking forward hopefully making a decision on my next apt. But Ana has an amazing costumer service!
DONT EVEN THINK of moving here!!!!! I been waiting almost a month to get my AC fixed!!! They dont care about anything not even the manager have talked to her several times and she doesnt really seem to care either!!! I wish I could give 5 negative stars to this property!!!
It’s the worst apartments I have ever seen in my life I wish I could give a zero star. They always Lying. They never give me my deposit money back. I called 20 times they keep told me they Maneger will call you. She Never called me. I walk in talk to the manager Ana she said she will contact the main office to return your deposit check to your new address it’s 7 months I still didn’t receive it. She thanked me for keeping the room very clean and took a picture samples for the future resident.
When my husband and i moved in last year the aprtment was not ready. There was roaches every where. They havent finished doing the bathroom the refrigerate was nasty it had roches in it. Now that the vive took over they fixed my ac still waiting for them to send someone about the bugs that the manager said she was going to set that up Thats been weeks. I Got five months to be here i will Make the best of this until my lease is up. Im adding to what I said some months ago my husband and I decided to sign a new lease for 6 months our lease is up on the 31st of December my husband got a 30 day notice from the leasing office filled it out turn it back in the manager got upset with my husband because he did not want to stay in this one bedroom we have three children ages 5/6 and 1 years old we are in a one bedroom with one bathroom my husband and I filled out the application for another apartment we were informed that the manager of these apartments told them that we never put in a 30 day notice when my husband had already took the 30 day notice in last month on the date we dont remember the date. So the manager is basically holding us hostage in this apartment by not letting the other apartments know that we did put in a 30 day notice they are claiming that we didnt do it or that they cannot find it. The pictures is what the apartment look like when we first moved in a year and 6 months ago.
Th Ava North apts are in a very good location. I have lived here for 10 years. The manager is working to have a nice place to live, even through the pandemic. As I have said before, to have a good understanding and a working relationship between management and residents, we have to work we should remember to respect one another! together to have a safe, beautiful and convenient home to live.
They take over 4 months to fix things people in office are no help either and no parking so do not move here
Beyond happy with my apartment. The management and customer service is beyond what I could’ve asked. Abby, the manager, has met beyond my expectations of my concerns and made sure they were all addressed and handled with importance. I’m very pleased with the way I have been treated from the moment I first walked in to now. Highly recommended to everyone else who’s looking for a new place.
I’ve been here since June. For the price the apartments are nice and in a convenient location for commuting if you’re in Dallas. They are newly renovated, pool is new, and the office staff is nice. The apartment complex is safe but just across the highway is not a great area.Things I advise management to improve on:- Visitor parking!!! There are only 5 spaces in the entire complex for visitors. Even if you register your car online, it can still (and will) get towed if you are not in those spaces which are always taken. Makes it hard to have family and friends over after dark or overnight.-Lighting. The complex does not have enough light at nighttime when walking through the area and in between buildings. It’s hard to see and I’d feel safer if more light was there.Otherwise things have been good here.
I love it here. I so recommend these apartments. The staff here is amazing. They are always making sure everything is fine in my unit.
I love that all units have just been recently renovated and are very nice!! All the office staff is very friendly and very welcoming, the manager Abby is the best, she goes over and beyond for her great customer service. Anytime I have reported an issue or let her know about the unit needing a repair she was been on it quick and is extremely nice and has always followed up after! Nothing like other apartments I have lived at before. I would definitely recommend living here!!

The AVA apartment complex is the worst place to live. The management team here is very unprofessional and incompetent. The place is a joke they do not have respect or care for there tenants. They discard the issues you bring to there attention. Dont even get me started about the pest problem! The problem is ridiculous, disgusting and unsanitary. I would not be surprised if someone got sick from this place. The pest problem is no joke, this is not a sanitary place to live. This place seriously needs new management because their current management here does not know how to manage this place. All they are good for is discarding the issues you bring up to them.

I will never Rent from here again not only do they take FOREVER to fix things they will also make up any story to keep ALL of your deposit my apartment was left clean and nice i even have videos to prove it the people at the leasing office will never pick up your phone calls you literally not joking have to call over 10 times (which i just called 4 times right now NO ANSWER) and when i do decide to go inside i see them ignoring the phone calls. They also dont know who the manager is because my last day i wanted to walk the apt with the manager the front desk said she at lunch can you come back in 30 mins So I did tell me why she told me she was not the manager then the next day she was the manager like are you the manager or not she just didnt want to walk the apt because they was closing in 30 mins.
Maintenance is terrible I have to make an attorney general complaint because it’s been over a week and the air is still or fixed the emergency maintenance line is also useless. It’s Texas it’s very hot and now at 8am over 87 degrees in my unit. They make it hard for you when you question their procedures. I just saw the maintenance man in a VACANT unit doing work and they claim maintenance is only doing emergency work ........ GIVE YOUR MONEY TO PEOPLE WHO ACTUALLY CARE ABOUT YOU AND YOUR FAMILY
Don’t even bother renting here, don’t believe their renovations, they just paint over mold and have a serious pest issue. Maintenance comes whenever they feel like it, the manager does not know how to be be manger for property. I have voice my concerns multiple times on multiple occasions, yet Ms.Vasquez feels a need to ignore my complaints.
I am very proud of AVA Apartment. They didn’t give me trouble. They quickly respond to my request whenever I have something to replace or to repair on the building. I hereby recommend AVA Apartment to whoever that is planning to get a befitting Apartment.
This place is really bad at keeping a safe environment for me, they want my money quicker than repairing all the necessary repairs in my apartment. You showcase nice apartments but give messed up living conditions for an expensive cost, unprofessional indeed.

I would give this place zero star. The management is extremely unprofessional. I’ve had the maintenance issues for months and my concerns cannot get through the management apparently. Pest control and lying about deposit were major issues. i had cleaned apartment when i left and they didnt give my deposit back. Please be aware they will keep your deposit no matter what.
I do not write reviews but i have been here for a while...and this place isnt so bad its actually getting better..the ladies in the office are wonderful. i would hope it continues to do good and not fail
Am still a resident here (1month) and sincerely am very disappointed,they don’t do anything,for nearely a month my washer didn’t work,called severally,they kept on saying someone is coming to check not until I asked my wife to insist soomeone go with her on a particular day,I noticed an animal movement in my ki roof,called their attention to it,no one showed up even when I told them I have a new born at home,till now it was not attended to,I requested a maintenance team(my kitchen drain is blocked and always flooding the kitchen,despite the fact that I put in this request more than a week ago, nothing is done even as am writing this review,seriously I just came out the office now and lady I met their was just saying rubbish for all I care,I wount recomed this property to my enemy not to talk of friends or family.

I do not recommend because there are buildings infested with cockroaches!!! and the parking lots have them occupied in warehouses for the remodeling and they do not have enough parking, bad experience.
I have friends and family who stay here. Inside conditions are terrible vs what they charge a month. Parking? Forget about it. This is a Tow happy property. They tow their own residents cars for more money. They know its their residents cars also. They dont care.. Terrible place to visit. I would hate to live at this place. The resident we were visiting once tried to get a Parking Permit from the Office because the Virtual Parking Pass website wasnt working. It was close to 5:30, thats when they close, the lady at the office refused to do it and locked the office door. A little bit later she unlocked it and let some other people in. SO This is how they treat their residents!!. Its terrible. Their residents pay their bills, they should be more thankful. But theyre so determined to make more money with their towing, which they have a towing contractor on the property I believe... So you see.. They are all working together for that extra $.

Terrible apartments, very cheaply built. I paid for a gated safe environment but instead they were under construction the whole time I lived there and the gate was left open the whole time. I even paid for my gate chip just to use for one month waste of $20 per chip. Not to mention I got a flat tire 5 times over the 10 months I was living there. I even brought this issue up with the office but they didnt do anything. No one would take responsibility for the nails and screws in the parking lot ground during the construction. Just terrible. No respect!
If there were no more apartments in all of Texas, I still would NOT rent with these people again. I’ve never experienced such blatant disrespect and and bad service as I have had here. The staff and the manager are all very rude and condescending. Any complaints or issues I have had have been ignored, put on the back burning or have not been properly fixed. Not only is the service bad, there is a severe pest problem that needs to be controlled. All my complaints have been ignored or “fixed” but would then happen again. In trying to move out, the manager refused to return my deposit even though my place was exactly the way I found it. If anyone can let me know who I can contact in order to report this horrible service, please let me know. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT live here!

This is one of the worst apartment you can ever be, they have 4 parking for visitors and they charge $50 daily for visitor stickers. They tow your car when you park at visitors parking without the sticker, why do you need sticker when youre parking at the visitors spot youd ask, well its all to get more money, this is a tow happy apartment just trying to get more money from people, this property isnt worth it, stay away, how do you pay $50 everyday just to have a visitor, this is beyond insanity. total rip off

The staff is extremely unprofessional and have a lack of regard for the residents. I brought many concerns to their attention: including maintenance and pest issues, only for them to fall on deaf ears. I am constantly getting unnecessary fines and my lease was extended without my knowledge. This is a very unwelcoming environment and it is financially, emotionally, and mentally taxing.
I came today to take a look, basically they tried to renovate but is complete terrible, master closet is the same laundry room, i wont rent here. Looks like is bad too.
One of my relations is living there and I wish to view that place from the comfort of my living room in Nigeria because one day I may be there for holiday in Jesus name,thanks

I was living there and the office staff is so unprofessional they don’t respect the hours of the open office the management has been changed several times and is the same nothing change there are a lot of cockroaches everywhere, they don’t care about the tenants and their complaints in weekends are a lot of thieves they lie in their website Ava, Otto and cantera apartaments in Dallas tx, now are under the same management so good luck if you’re thinking to rent there!!
If I could give 0 stars I would. Where do I begin... I have never written a bad review for any type of place because I don’t believe in the general spirit of it but if this review helps you realize this is NOT your home then I’m happy to help. The constant construction has ruined every night sleep I’ve had for the past 6 months. Constant hammering and nail guns and saw noises. One morning I was literally shaken awake because my bed is against the window and the construction team was pulling the frame off around the outside and it shook my headboard. 40+ parking spaces are taken up by chain link fences with debris, supplies, and storage units. Parking here is an atrocity my boyfriend has to park at Tom Thumb across the intersection because there are only 5 visitor spots for an apartment complex with over 100 units. Even as a resident, if I get home after 7pm there will likely not be a spot anywhere near my building. The parking lot is covered in diapers, littered fast food wrappers, and potholes. The construction is purely cosmetic. They’re putting prettier siding on the buildings replacing porch lights and front doors, but the core issues of this apartment are not being addressed. The apartments baseboards are not sealed well especially under the pantry and around the windows. When they replaced my front door and the siding around my apartment, they left space between my door frame and wall and it creates a massive draft on cold days. Maintence guy said it’s the construction guys fault and they’ll have to fix it. They never did. When they replaced my front door they did not leave a note saying they were in my apartment and they left trash on my counters. I also arrived home one day to see my lights on and my heat turned up to 80 degrees which I would never do. I know no one else was in my apartment and my door was locked but there was no note from management so I was really freaked out. I see roaches every day. I went 5 months never seeing one and then all of the sudden they were in every cabinet I opened and in my bathroom crawling in my bath mat because of the humidity. The water temperature is impossible to control on some days and the shower can turn hot at any moment.I’m not joking when I say this is the worst place I’ve ever lived. It’s loud and my neighbors scream at each other which causes other neighbors to yell at them at 4am making threats. It’s not peaceful or happy I’m never excited to come home.
I have lived on this property for 18 years..beginning with Montecito Palms.then The Vive at Lakehighland, the management team prior to Ava/Otto was not so pleasant or should i say people friendly. Prior to moving in #2075 i requested the carpet be replaced..i was delayed moving in because of management error with the staff..the movers ended up putting my funiture in an unshampooed unit.on a sunday mind u the office was closed..ofc manager not reachable..needless to say i NEVER rcvd new carpet and for YEARS I had to continue to ask..i finally gave up! When Abby came aboard she actually visited my unit, saw how stretched the carpet is and apologized for other mgmnt mistakes and stated due to the amount of funiture i have and how heavy it is..she could only guarantee they would deep shampoo at any renewal signing..that impressed me..The ladies are very professional and are considerate..ive had several losses in my immediate family, they not only checked on myself, but extended assistance if i needed it.They make sure the children enjoy their stay as well..ie..MPE carnivals..Xmas shows..thanksgiving..and especially halloween..the trick or truck is the best!Now..i dont like that we dont have covered parking..and theres not enough visitors parking..so please take that into consideration.The oneway in oneway out drives me crazy! Because there is no mid cross thru to get to the apartment.Last but not least if ive lived at this property 15 yrs +..why would i need to reapply and pay an additional deposit and application fee to move to a townhome thats owned by the same property management. My rental history as well as employment history (with the same company i may add) has NOT changed in the past 15 years so please explain...I believe my stability speaks for itself...I hope with all the remodeling the outcome speaks for itself..Oh, one more thing.I have not received a replacement stove..i was told i couldnt get a new one, but not like the new models have..but i would get a new stove...im still waiting.:)AND it wouldnt hurt to give a months free rent...heck i would take 1/2 off..but Id love one month free..Thank you
If this is what you need to do, to survive, then by all means do it, though chances are, you can probably find better for the same price or less. Please be cautious of the non refundable application fee and be prepared for them not to have an apt available for the one you were told to come in for.

Cantera Creek across the street are absolutely BEAUTIFUL and their one bedrooms are 660! Even the Vive apartments are cheaper and WAY prettier! Corporate should be ashamed of themselves for these outlandish prices! Ugliest apartments on Skillman! Dont do it! Run away!
Well, the latest in a succession of quick-buck investor consortiums has bought this property (formerly The Sunflower, then The Montecito Palms, then The Vive), mightily inconvenienced long-time tenants with glacially-slow, loud renovations, and raised rents 58 percent with high hopes of driving out the existing riffraff and attracting the hoity-toity to these old, cramped, overpriced hovels. But before you jump in, take a close gander at the surrounding neighborhood and the crime statistics. This complex alone had four murders in 2015, a Christmas-Eve fire that engulfed one of the buildings and put 12 units out of commission, and routine drug-dealing in the parking lot. But its home to some kin of mine whod rather not suffer the headache and expense of moving to enrich some Orange County sleazoids.
I like it its really quiet, they have cameras everywhere and new mangers are nice not like Elizabeth and the office girl inside is hot !
I am not the one to post, but i must let this out. We have been here in this complex for over 4 years. From my daughter being in a summer / after school program and on a commercial speaking positive about Castle Rock. We have seen management change 3 times. And still stayed due to us likening our Neighbors and surrounding area .To make a long story short this pass year here has been the worst. With this NEW MANAGEMENT COMPANY. AND OFFICE STAFF. from Rude, sassy, over talking and un professionals.Yes, Everyone has months where they are late on rent due to reasons. When we are late we have made sure every late fee is paid in full by the end of that month. We were late in Oct due to children medical issues, and a lock was put on our door. Which is understandable, but turning our utilities off from the breaker until a payment was made isnt okay. I thought that was illegal. So we paid the full amount and got our lights back on. Now its time to renew or move out. Well sorry we must go!!!! We were going to move to a 2bedroom here, but Dec has been a disaster. Yes, we were late on rent but made a agreement to pay it in full and move out.Life really hit us lately, that could happen to anyone. Just last week, the weekend of Christmas our utilities, heat and hot water was turned off by the management of the apartment due to late rent. And no one was in the office to help. So with two kids and a puppy, we stayed a day then went to family house. But the best part is that came home to a lock on the door. And a hole in my roof put there by careless workers, which I called the office and put a work order in for. No I was not asked if I was ok or if my kids were hurt, since the roof collapsed in my daughters room. I was sent a text asking was I going to pay my rent today, so nonchalant and inconsiderate. Then two staff came to see the damage of their property and again still did not ask if my kids and I were okay or if any of my child stuff was damaged from the ceiling caving in onto the floor in my daugther room. Also this past month I have had packages sent back or held in the office. Is that a crime?..That was mailed to me from USP. I have tracking numbers showing they were delivered to the apartment office. Sad but true. God has a blessing with our name on it, for being genuine nice, kind and caring people.I Pray this complex make some changes and gain better customer service or they will be losing alot of their residents. I went to the office on Saturday it says they Close at 5pm and there was a sign on the door saying they will be back at 4pm and I sat 1 hour in my car waiting for the office to open. And No one was at office. And very ghetto Apts was approached by someone asking if I want to buy drugs 😡🤦♂️smh 🤦♂️ unbelievable I will not even be back to look for an apt there...
The staff members are unprofessional and do not know how to act accordingly . Especially the manger Abby she is very rude, unprofessional and has a poor attitude when dealing with tenants .I tried to schedule meetings with her to discuss maintenance issues that had occurred in my apartment and she totally discarded my issues and laughed at me !!!THIS PLACE IS THE WROST PLACE TO LIVE .DO NOT SCHEDULE A VISIT IT IS NOT WORTH IT .

I use to love living here but now i cant wait to get away.Dont get me wrong the new managers are very nice and helpful but it so much in my apt that in need of being fix havent been fix since 4 months ago.Im getting more and more upset bu the day.I dont feel it takes that long to order parts.Im either learning from this and growing from this but enough is enough so now im about to take matters in my own hands.
I wish there was a way to give this property a big fat zero. Like the other resident that made a comment I leased this apartment in a rushed and really didnt have time to vet the community. Dealing with this community has been a nightmare, the management and staff in the office has been the worst to work with. Shortly after leasing this apartment my A/C and heat started blowing out dust particles, come to find out the entire system was over 20 years old. Some of the walls in my apartment have large cracks that runs from the ceiling to the floor, the ceiling in my bathroom is peeling and falling in the tub, and the pest are starting to get out of control.Vive/Ava North are currently during renovation on the apartment complex due to switching ownership but the management team still sucks, the construction worker took down all the lights in the halls and walkway so it is literally pitch black at night trying to make it my apartment which sits on the 3rd floor, for safety reasons I have to walk my girlfriend to and from her car every single day. I bring this up to management with other issues such as the towing of registered visitors and they just acted nonchalant and rushed me off the phone.I guess you get what you pay for, DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! You will regret it.

The pest control in this place is disgusting .I have contacted the leasing office about the problem and no response from them .This place is a joke and it is dirty .

He was hopeful to the place. Pearl attended to me was kind. Then unfortunately after I speak sincerely about my situation with my wife and children. The supervisor was very undesirable. Very negative Of course I already paid the 250 dollars they were asking for in 4 days to tell me that they are still checking. Gentlemen, Im an American citizen with stable work. I am not rich day to day work and that money was put in you not in another apartment, you should be grateful. What a disappointment. Against the wall now that the contract expires. These people want to keep our deposit. First they told us that in 30 days they returned it, then in 45, two months have passed. This is unacceptable.
I cant recommend a place where you get from $ 70 up the bill of water and garbage !! My neighbors and I are not happy with these exaggerated amounts, some people do not even spend all day at home to spend so much water.Another thing is that they do not have enough parking lots, also when you want to report something in the office they never answer the phone 😥. I have been up to 2 days without drinking water ... Anyway, many more details 😞
I do not recommend this place because this property is simply out of the aspects that a residential place requires in the federal and state law of this state and this country, here they violate rights such as privacy, they are assuming fraud with the water service bill that It went from 30 a month to another at 120 dollars and not counting the parking lot that by right in the payment of rent has to be incorporated, now you must obligatorily reserve with 25 dollars and when something happens and you call. Quiet place, the gate only opens with card, weekends without so much noise, family atmosphere, I just did not like the cockroach plague in there everything is fine
