I will always come here to get my car cleaned! They have an amazing monthly deal where you can come as many times as you want and your car goes through the wash, gets vacuumed, interior dash and console wiped down, and then towel dried. Don’t expect a full detail but it’s such a great deal for the price. I also recently got a great “express detail” done where they take the part of the price of my monthly off the detail so it was an awesome deal and they did an amazing job. My biggest complement would be how much they strive to make sure you are taken care of. I like to come through with the kids because they have fun but the baby always cries at the blow dryer and this past time they actually turned it off for me when I went through which was so kind and amazing that they went out of their way to do something like that. They also have a really nice lobby and little cafe. I ordered a coffee and the girl at the desk offered for me to go sit down and she would bring it to me. She was so sweet and then another employee came in and asked if my dog wanted a treat. Everyone here is always so helpful! There are a lot of things in life that I’ll do myself to save money but every time I come here I’m always so happy to pay their very fair prices to be able let go a little and have one thing that makes me feel good (having a clean car) taken care of for me. :)

I went for a full detail and I was completely shocked at how great my car looked! It was cleaner than when I purchased the car. I had asked specifically to help remove the black spots on my car had from sitting so long in my driveway and they were all gone. There is also no evidence that my dog jumped in the back seat with mud. Spotless!

Interior detail review. I assume most of the good reviews are people going through the car wash or have never had a detail done correctly. There was trash and dirt left all over the car. Scuffs and marks that come off easily had clearly not even been touched. If you actually need a car detailed, go somewhere else.

Very poor service,never coming back and I paid 26.99$ for managers special,I had to finger point to the guy spots they even didn’t touch. Rip off. What they is just overcharge for wash machine which costs 4$ at gas stations and kinda vacuum and rinse floor mats. You guys have to be ashamed of yourself for this kind of service.

They have super friendly staff. Jammie is always a sweetheart and a treat to talk to. They do a good job cleaning the car and lobby is clean, comfy, and has a cafe built-in. Nice place to go and Id recommend the monthly price if you plan on visiting more than twice a month to save a ton of money. The reason for no five star is often obvious things like cupholders, center console cleaning, and dash are overlooked/not cleaned.

If your car is new and a quick run threw the washer will do,then this is the car wash for you.But if your car is dirty and needs a good cleaning. You should fine another car wash.

Cornelius did an amazing job with my auto detail. I bought a car with a waxy like substance in the carpet(my reason for having the car detailed) and he got it all out. He far beyond exceeded my expectations.

I have given them multiple tries - mostly bc I did not know where else to go. While the outside is great, every single time the interior cleaning is sub par. Never vacuumed or washed thoroughly....even with the $50 detail.

Super friendly staff and they are helpful. Love the fact that there is coffee inside with tables and chairs for sitting. Pretty patio option for sitting at as well. They did a fantastic job on wiping and vacuuming the car!! Definitely will be back!

Carolina Springs Auto Spa did an amazing job with my car! We took our Honda Civic in to get it ready to sell - they did fantastic job detailing it and making it look brand new. We also had the leather torn on our middle console and they were able to completely replace the leather upholstery at such a great cost - hundreds of dollars cheaper than what our dealership wanted - not to mention it looks so good you can’t even tell that it was replaced! Franco was so great to work with and even was willing to text with me to provide me with a quote and helped me out on his day off. Definitely would recommend them!

Took my car to wash and vacuum. Car was not vacuum. Trunk of the car complete dirty. Rugs of the car were not removed to be vacuum, wind shield dirty. I Spoke with a young gentleman, he said that I only paid $22.00 dollars witch is a regular wash not a detail wash

Awful. Not worth the money. They literally vacuumed my carpet AROUND trash they specifically told me to put in my floorboard. I even asked them to wipe my headrests because it had dirt on it and they didn’t do that.

Once I came to pick it up I have never noticed my car so clean from previous details I have went to, the person that detailed my car was Will and he is truly a master of his craft! Making sure every single request of mine was completed to full satisfaction! I recommend them highly and will be coming back for more details!

Franco et al in the detail side did wonders on a car that had a couple of HuGe issues- apparently egg somehow ended up on the hood of a black car and sat there for about a week before being tended to in an overly aggressive way- egg plus scratches from using the wrong sponge ended in what was thought to be a new paint job.... the guys looked at, tested to see if they thought they could help, walked us through the process and got looking new again- I will be back with my other vehicles!

Ive detailed my own car for years and these guys were head and solders above what I could achieve myself. Exterior paint was absolutely like new as well as the interior. Fantastic detail and customer service!!I accidentally left my window open during a thunderstorm at the beach. Due to weather conditions, I wasnt able to dry out my SUV completely so mildew started to set in. I called Carolina Auto Spa on my way home because they serviced my 9-year-old SUV several years ago and I had a great experience back then. Brandon asked me to bring it in right away to inspect it. He recommended the interior detail so I made an appointment and left all windows and doors open for 2 days in the sunshine.The detail job went way beyond my expectations. My SUV is several years old, I have 2 kids, and it gets pretty abused. They made it look like new and got the horrible smell out!Upon arriving home, I noticed that my rear windshield wiper was damaged. Brandon worked with me, no questions asked, to replace it.I highly recommend Carolina Auto Spa -- you wont be disappointed!! Their customer service is excellent! Something that you dont find too often these days.

To start off, I have a Jeep Wrangler, which can be a hard car for an automated car wash to clean completely. Where the front grill/bumper meet and rear portions of the fenders always seem to get missed, but it is something I have gotten used to. I took my Jeep here in hopes this would not be the case, but it was. They hand dry your car depending on the wash, and I was hoping this would prevent the usual spots from not getting clean. Unfortunately it did not, as those spots did get (mostly) missed.Now they do fabulous work with most cars, and all the other cars I saw were absolutely spotless. They are also very friendly people, and I am sure had I noticed at the wash they would of taken care of it. Its still a great car wash, but just a little bit of a warning to Jeep owners.Edit: upped to 5 stars due to the honesty.

Wash your rims before you come other wise you are going to have dirty wheels I waited 20 min for the manager to come and see the wheels are dirty and he told me brake dust was burned in to my rims then I had to go to another carwash place and have them wash my rims I keep my rims clean there was nothing burned in they did a wax job that was ok but I had to point out alot of spots they missed

I have probably tried all detail shops in the area over the past 10 years and have settled in here. More expensive but you get serious attention to detail - excuse the pun - and an immaculate output. Looking at selling my car and saw a reasonable difference in estimates the weekend before bs the day after I got the detailing done. I don’t endorse much but really want to promote quality work which is a lost art.

Took my black 2019 Outback here (with 2 months of tree sap stuck to it). The sap was thick, caked on, and nasty. Brandon and his detail team took over and restored it to like new! My paint is looking great and it has a coat of wax on it now. I’m so happy that I found this company. If you need a good car wash or detail, I’d highly recommend them. They care and they’re great! Looking forward to returning.

I recently had my car detailed at the Auto Spa. It looks brand new! Cornelius did a fantastic job and the inside is as perfect as the outside. The ultimate compliment came when I visited my body shop and the owner commented on the great detailing job. I am so pleased with my new old car and love the services provided at Auto Spa. The staff is always friendly and helpful and do a good job keeping my Miata looking sharp!

I was extremely disappointed in the hand wash they offer. For the $50 price they charge for an SUV it was a pathetic job. I have used their run through wash many times and it does a much better job then the hand wash I got. First off, there were so many spots on my car that were missed - they didnt even hit them with the sponge, then they just smeared the dirty places into the clean places when they wiped it off. I spent an hour redoing it myself when I got home. If Im paying $50 for a hand wash I expect not to have to re-do half the car myself when I get home.

Went here because the reviews were good.. but quite honestly feel like I just threw away $25. Car still covered in bugs on the front, mud on my trunk, didn’t vacuum inside the door holders. Would’ve been better off doing it myself and saving my money. I don’t know if they were just rushing to finish quickly but that wash was only worth $5, not $25.

Wonderful customer service! I had body work completed that prevented me from having my car’s exterior washed. I took my car in just to have the inside washed and told them why. The manager was so kind and offered a hand wash for the price of a machine wash. Wonderful service!

Carolina Springs Autospa provided the BEST detail service I have ever received. They went above and beyond to make our used car seem brand new. We recently bought our car which came with a strong cigarette smell. They followed protocol exactly with detailing and ozone treatments. When the ozone did not take care of the smell completely, they took my car back at no charge and did more ozone treatments. To ensure my satisfaction, they performed a chlorine treatment just to be thorough. Their customer service was amazing with great attitudes, above and beyond attention to detail and they did not give up until the job was done properly. Many thanks!!

Took my 15 year old pick up here today for a full detail. We keep the truck outside and it had quite a bit of pollen and sap everywhere. Cornelius did an amazing job and it looks like a totally different truck. Every spot on the truck was cleaned, and done very well. It was well worth the price and well be back again in the future for sure!!

Excellent car wash and service. The prices seem okay. They have multiple options for almost any budget. Wether you just want a wash or full service which includes vacuum and windows being cleaned. You can even get a fast detail here if you want. No appointment necessary. The crew here is willing to do the work. They are not sloppy and take their time. Seems to me they know they are in a device business and want yours. Will be a regular thing for me.

I would’t even give 1 star if I could. I took my new truck to have washed and they did not do a good job cleaning it up. It was still dirty. Total incompetence! It was still dirty had to point out places they missed. They also scratched the side of the truck. I spoke to a manager and he said someone would call me back but never did. I finally called them back and wanted me to bring it back. I don’t think so and would not recommend.

Brought in my car for a car wash, but after talking with the salesman I got an express detail. After 30 minutes of work my car looked like new! Great service at great prices!

I have been getting my truck washed here for over a year now and it is great! I own a monthly pass so I can get my truck nice and clean as many times I want. The staff is great and is dedicated to keeping your vehicle looking perfect! All I can say is the workers run on tips, so you get what you pay for!

My car wasn’t very dirty when I went in there to begin with and it hardly looks like they vacuumed. In fact I’ve never had anyone in my back seat before and it looks dirtier than when I got there. The only thing I can say good it I got my car quickly

They are friendly, fast and quality is acceptable. I usually do the manager special wash and wax which include interior. Its good ROI, however, its not a detail job and youll likely find wax they forgot to buff off later and your leather will be Shiney but still be dirty.

I usually dont review businesses but felt that strong. Had saved up for a buff and wax, something I hadnt done on my car and thought it needed. I made an appointment on their website and left a comment to let me know how long I could expect it to take. I never heard back and ended up calling to find out how long the service would take, I did receive 3 automated reminders telling me when my appointment was. I showed up 15 minutes early for my 9:00 appointment and made plans to expect to pick the car up at roughly 1:00 (4 hours for the exterior package. When I spoke to the guy in the guy in the detail shop he was caught off guard by me showing up. I mentioned i made an appointment on his website and he said Oh yea I havent been able to get to that. I let it go and start filling out paperwork. He then tells me my car wont be started till 10:30-11:00. I question why since i had a appointment and he said he was 4 appointments at 8:00. Obviously this guy isnt much a businessman, he over booked and wasnt even close to sticking to an appointment time. I left and wont return.

First time there, got manager special. Service was o.k. The young man who attended my car was not detailed minded, had water spots on rear and doors, the rims werent cleaned and had tire shine on them and the outside mirrors had smudges. Went home to clean my rims and mirrors. For the price I shouldnt have to re-clean anything. I will not go back, tried it once and not impressed, autobell does just as good of a job and closer to home and a little less expensive.

Basically just hit the high spots with the vacuum and a damp rag and called it done. Moto - Half assed is good enough. Guess that’s all $16 +25% tip buys but not again for my money.That’s what I got the last several times there.

I always have a great svc here but Friday was really off the rear hatch area was not vacuumed at all the floor mats were not wiped down like normal and the were not clipped back in place in the tops of 2 tires got shine on them and when I asked were my 2 air freshners clips were she said I didnt have any ? Hum yeah I did just a bad day I hope for them was in a hurry to get a meeting so I just left I also feel like when I bring my Mercedes in I get better svc then when I bring my 370z I always tip 10 bucks so am not cheap because I drive a Nissan
