Dr. Jazz did an amazing job on my car. There were stains from a previous owner that I had believed were never coming out and sure enough he worked some magic! My car looks brand new! Super professional and quick. A very easy experience overall. The front desk staff even waited after a few minutes for me because I was running late to pick my car up. 10/10

The website was a little confusing as to the scheduling so I called and was able to quickly and easily make an appointment for the next day. Drop-off and pick up were also quick and easy. I purchased the x-ray package and they also washed the outside. I am extremely pleased with how clean they were able to get the inside of my van, even in all the nooks and crannies. Everyone was very professional and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone and will definitely return the next time I need a van/car detailed!

*BEWARE* THIS PLACE IS A HARD PASS! Absolutely the worst $85 car wash I have ever had. I had my car washed at the beginning of the week and left it for a full day. I spoke directly with the owner Jazz and told him that I didnt want him rushed on my truck. We walked around the truck and he sized it up and down and I was very clear about what I wanted. He quoted me for the package and he said it will be taken care of. I come back the following morning to pick up my truck. The truck still had bugs on the hood. There was still stuff on the bed side of the truck that was not wiped off. The interior vacuum was a joke. The interior panels and dash were not even wiped down. The wheels were missed on the wipe down. The list goes on. I showed this to the owner and I asked what happened, my truck looks like it was washed at AutoBell for $15. He said this needs to be redone. He even tried to refund me my money and I told him no! I will pay for the service you quoted me. Thats when we decided on doing this over at the end of the week.I show up this morning to drop off my truck and Jazz the owner was not in and the office people were confused to see me. The office lady was even the one I talked to the day before to confirm that I was coming in the morning. She said okay I will let Jazz know. At drop off she acts like that never took place. I find out I wasnt even on the books even though I called the day before to let them know I was dropping off the following morning. The sour office lady snarks and tells me Jazz never put you down. I told her thats an internal communication issue and all you need to do is call Jazz. She would not call the owner.The lady in the office has such a sour attitude, lacks professional tone, class, and will hang up on you if you ask for a receipt of the services performed. When I tell her that the guys didnt clean my dash or even vacuum my interior, she tells me it is not included but their website says the checkup package (which is what I was quoted/charged for) clearly states that the is included! All she wanted to tell me is that my checkup package was an exterior wash. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THESE PEOPLE. THESE PEOPLE DO NOT VALUE THEIR CUSTOMERS NOR DO THEY CARE TO BE PROFESSIONAL

Professionalism, being on time, good quality and good value (in that order) is what I look for when spending my money. And I found this company to be just that. I spent 28+ years in the best fighting force on the planet and these qualities are what sets up apart. And after searching for someone to care for my 2nd most expensive purchase (home first) I found this company to be just that and more. I can only speak for the last two services but I look forward my next service and I would definitely recommend this company!!!

I drove my car from Colorado to North Carolina with my dog, so it was definitely in need of some serious TLC. They were able to get me in on short notice and everyone was so kind and helpful. I am very impressed! They did an amazing job & it was a tough one! My sunroof was leaking and with 2 boys in sports my carpets were gross and smelly. The truck smells clean and deodorized, not overpowering air freshener just trying to hide the smell. It was very convenient and fairly priced too. I highly recommend them!

My first experience was awesome! Great service my car looked like a brand new car, my rims were never cleaned like they clean them. Im very particular about cleaning my car. The inside & outside of my car was immaculate. Normally when I get my car hand-washed I would always tell them they missed a spot. That wasnt the case at Dr. Jazz. The service was fast and I enjoyed talking to Chris very nice young lady. The waiting room is very comfortable and moderate. They will be getting my business for all my car wash needs and I am spreading the word. I wish them the best and keep up the good work.

Dont try to schedule anything on their website. It had time slots available for the entire day so I chose 3pm. Never got an email for a confirmation or not available. Called the office and was told that a) I didnt get a confirmation because that time wasnt available and b) they dont schedule anything after 3pm because they may not have enough time to do the work. Makes sense but then dont have that time as an available slot. They may do good work but Im not taking a chance on a business that has a dysfunctional website.

My husband and I have used Jazz several times. They are very professional and always do a great job inside and out.....And they are taking special precautions during this time of the covid!

I took my car in to Dr. Jazz earlier this week to get off black overspray (spray paint) peppered ALL over an ALL white car! I bought treatment from an auto-store and tried to wash it off myself, no luck. When they were finished my car looked better than it did when I first bought and drove it off the lot. In addition they were an extremely personable and knowledgable staff. I would never go anywhere else. Highly recommend for all of your car detailing needs!

I took my black Jeep to Dr. Jazz Detailing having not been waxed or detailed in a couple years. Wow was I impressed! It came out looking like a brand new Jeep. My wife and I brought our Saturn outlook to be detailed before we traded it in. We have 3 kids and my service dog that travel so u can imagine what caos it was. A few hours later our Saturn outlook was back to brand new after 3 yrs of abuse. Traded it in that day and swore it bumped our trade in by at least 1500. Money well spent and awesome service. I scheduled my ‘07 Lexus RX 350 for the Minor Surgery package ($200; non-SUVs/trucks cost slightly less) about a week in advance since it needed to be thoroughly cleaned inside and out—coffee stains on the carpet, scuffed and dirty dashboard, filthy exterior, etc. While I was at first skeptical as to whether any detailing service could really be worth $200, I quickly changed my mind as soon as I picked up my car at the end of the workday (I had dropped it off that same morning). In addition to my stunned initial reaction, Dr. Jazz’s unparalleled attention to detail had me saying “damn!” out loud to myself well after I had driven my car home. Even spots that I never would’ve expected them to clean (e.g., gas cap, under the hood, door jambs) were immaculate. While I can personally only speak to the Minor Surgery, I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Jazz in general as they’re sure to impress regardless of what you need done.A tip for newcomers: while they do accept MasterCard and Visa for payment, I was told later that all tips had to be cash only. I learned this the hard way as I had every intention to include one on my credit card but never carry cash on me and therefore couldn’t. Still, I’ll surely be back again and will make it up then—it’s well deserved!

I just moved to Huntersville and had an appointment at a different detail place. I was 15 minutes late to the first place who told me they no longer had time to clean my car. My truck was in total disarray. There was spoiled chocolate milk all over the carpet and the car smelled horrible. I made an appointment with Dr Jazz Detailing and was able to get an appointment within 48 hours. I dropped it off and when I picked it up it was like I had a brand new car. Let me start by saying that my truck was very dirty before I brought it to Dr. Jazz, but that is why I went there instead of trying to wash it myself in a hand wash booth.Overall my experience was pretty bad. Once I arrived the guy running the desk told me he had to leave and I would have to hang out in the office for a little while by myself. This is after he called me multiple times to come in early, before my 10:30AM appointment. After waiting for almost 40 minutes, I asked one of the guys outside what the story was and he said I should have given to give my keys to him when I arrived. Ok, so I just wasted 40 minutes.After they wash the car, I pay and take off without really checking out, since Ive been sitting around waiting for over an hour and a half at this point. Once I get home, I realize that not only is the car filthy, the guy must have been using a bucket full of grit and sand to wipe it down. Now, after only hand washing my truck for 3 years, I have swirls all over because these guys couldnt use clean water.Only giving 2 stars because the car is slightly cleaner then when I got there, but I feel like it was a waste of $50. Between the wated time, the scratches that I will now have to pay hundreds of dollars to correct and the overall filthiness of the car (wheels, tonneau cover, mirrors and grill were the worst) I will definitely not be returning.Also - be wary of all of the positive reviews, they give you a discount if you give them one.
