Horrible experience!!! To make a long story short: No greeting when walking in, it was the most laziest work anyone could ever do. I still payed her its not about the money its about the quality for me. I definitely will not be going back or will not be recommending Great Nails to ANYONE! Please if you love getting your nails done this is not the place to go. Go to ocean nails they did a great job. And 2mins aways.

I have regular pedis year round and this is where Ive been returning to for years even though I moved two hours north. These ladies do great work!

I love getting my nails done here! They give the longest and best massages and they are truly artists. I always get compliments on my gel nails with a delicate design on a couple of fingers💅.The women always encourage me to relax and I feel its a place to recharge as well as have beautiful nails. I recommend them to everyone...they feel like old friends now after all these years☺

I have been going to this salon for years. They are very personal and professional. I get my nails done and they are tough to do . I leave them full length and hand designed. And I have yet to snap one. love the work they do! !!

This nail salon is THE BEST. Ask for Cindy, she is quick, detail oriented and gives the best massage at the end of every manicure!

The lady that did my nails was very rude. When I asked her a question, she brush it off like I was stupid. I picked the cats eye design and she never answered me, when asked for the prices, until she started with 2 nails then said that my picking is already designed that costed 50. If I want longer nails and or other design it will be additional cost. I was like, wow, thank you for informing me. Tipped her 10 dollars, she never said thank you, took the money and said you done bye. With such poor and rude service, I will never refer or go back there. Sorry.

They have done great work but this last time they cut me 4 times and 2 of my nail were slanted

I will not be coming back. they cut the skin around my nails too much leaving it to hurt for multiple days. the nail polish was painted over my cuticles and the polish started coming off within a week. these are gel nails.also the lady almost dropped my engagement ring down the drain.not to mention this place is really dirty.i do not recommend this place.

My go to for pedicures. Polish lasts forever. You get plenty of seat time for a nice massage, as they generally slow. Could use some updates though, certainly nothing fancy.

Horrible experience!!! If I could give a no star rating it would be given. My hubby and I brought our daughter and a few of her friends to get their nails done for her little party day. To make a long story short: No greeting when walking in, it was dirty and cluttered and the nail techs were mean. All of the girls nails looked like a 5 year old did them. Sloppy, not shaped right in thickness and in style, crooked or for those who got just nail polish, chipped off within a 1/2 hr. Most definitely will not be going back or will be recommending Great Nails to ANYONE!!!

Walked in and 3 workers were sitting there watching tv. It appeared they were waiting to see who would help. They sat and said come sit down in a chair. No one came up to greet me. I was the only one there

Went in for a Fill with a friend, they asked if we wanted them cut down and we both said yes then asked if we wanted square or round we both said square . We ended up getting rounded & uneven nails on each nail. Both of the employees cut the fake nails down past our regular nails. They finished our nails in 12 minutes... they rushed and clearly didnt care. Also they asked for a tip before nails were done. Will NOT be back.Very dirty inside as well

My nails turned out decent, but they rushed to get them done as fast as possible, because people were waiting. Thats bad customer service. Getting your nails done is supposed to be a relaxing experience.

I came in to get my acrylics removed and a gel polish manicure done. The woman used a fake nail to peel off my acrylics. This caused one of my nails to break off with the acrylic and made the nail way shorter than all of the others. She then buffed the glue off of my nails and started the manicure without even wiping off the nail dust that was coating my hands. Then she started filing my nails with a used nail file and buffing them with a used buffing block. Super unsanitary. Then she got straight to painting my nails. Didnt soak my nails, trim the cuticles or even clean under them. She did a rushed job, picking at the nail flakes that landed in the polish with a nail trimmer. Didnt get to the cuticle of my nail bed with the polish and made some of it look uneven. To top it all off, she put lotion all over my hands and arms which wouldnt have been gross except that she made a paste with all the nail dust that was still in my hands and arms. In the end I still tipped $5 because she did do what I asked her to do. She just skipped half the steps and did a crappy half assed job on the rest. Would not reccomend. I was still picking out the nail dust from under my nails on the drive home. Had to use a nail scrubber when I got home just to make my hands feel clean again.

Fast and cheap prices, however I wanted a fill with a french manicure painted with polish and she did pink and white tips instead which of course is a higher cost

I will never go back there again,poor service,rude,and bit forceful,didnt get full treatment as other clients,and made me pay when nails werent even done yet and they was crooked,smeared,and little bumpy,and she didnt care..was 55.00 and gave a 10.00 figuring she was gonna do her job but did not..plus cut real n fake nail to short:( was very disappointing.
