I had to call to validate they were open as their sign was off. Great pedicure service although the mani was rushed and poorly done (globs on the gel and no cuticle service). Overall, decent for the price, so use for a daily use nail.

Pulling up I was a little nervous to go in. The posters on the windows are all discolored and makes it look uncared for. The inside wasn’t anything fancy. The service however was great they try and up sell you like every other nail Salon but they really listened to what I wanted and asked me to speak up if she was doing anything I didn’t like.

Ive been coming here for 2 years and Ive found it to be the most consistent nail salon in terms of quality and customer service. I get gel nails, French style, which takes a bit of skill, I have a job where I need to have a polished and professional look and they never disappoint me and it lasts at least 3 weeks. Ive tried other places closer to my house, but I always come back here. If youre looking for a go-to nail salon, Id highly recommend. Get there at 5pm on the weekdays, before it starts to get busy and youll be golden.

Im really happy with the service I always receive here. Ive had multiple pedicures here and a few gel manicures. They take their time on the services and I really like the way they shape my fingernails. Last time I had a gel manicure, I chose a brand new color which ended up changing in the sunlight and getting a stained appearance. I called the following week and they got me in that day. Not only did my nail technician replace the gel color with a new one, but they re-manicured and filed my nails free of charge. Really appreciated the attention, and the new manicure is looking excellent!Would recommend this salon for the great service you receive here.

Thanks to my girl friend who told me about this place, I wouldnt have known since its so hidden. I absolutely love this place, so nice and clean. The staff are really nice, they make it all about you, I love the whole set up in there. So comfortable. Definitely going there for now on.

I love to go to Chau and she does a wonderful job. She listens to what I want and helps me make good nail color choices. Also she does your nails so well that 1 week later it looks like I just got them done. I told her that I was a nurse and needed extra bonding for my gel manicures and she does just that. My manicures always last at least 2 weeks. She does a great job on pedicures too!! Highly recommend her.....just make sure to make an appointment first. She books up fast!!The family that owns this business is very nice too. Great clean atmosphere.💐

I came here for a gel manicure. The woman did an excellent job. I was very satisfied with the results. The prices are a bit high, but you get what you pay for.

Best pedicure ever and I got a full set in pink and white. Love it and would totally recommend this place. Very clean and in fact this was the first place I had someone use a liner in the foot tub. The stuff was wonderful and manager walked around asking everyone if everything was ok.

The person who did my pedicure kept pushing me to pay for more services (deluxe pedicure $38/get manicure $40 etc) but when I was looking around after telling her “no”, all of the other workers did not push the others. All I can say is, I’m disappointed. I wished it was more clean and the smell of their pedicure lotion is horrible!

Went in yesterday with my mom. They started rushing us as soon as we walked in. We didnt even get to pick a color and they wanted to start. While shes working on my nails I tell her they are different lengths she tells me they look fine to her but if Im going to keep complaining she will fix them I do the powder, she only dipped have my nail the first couple times so its easy to see the mistakes. Will not be back. Terrible customer service

Wheeeewy! After a long few weeks of working hard, I decide that it was time that I TREAT MYSELF! Ive been in need of a manicure and pedicure for months now and thought this was the best time to get one. I made my way over to the closest nail salon to me and was greeted with the most friendliest of people. Im big on that. I sometimes leave a business if not acknowledged within at least 5 minutes...Anyway, they seated me right away in the foot spa chair and within minutes, my feet were happy feet.We had so much fun chatting that I didnt want it to end.After my foot massage and pedicure, I was escorted to Mais station where I had the most perfect shelac done. We laughed about language, and made fun small talk.By the time I left, my heart, soul, and body were nourished at an affordable price. The entire staff is friendly and fun, the space is beautifulI will definitely be making my way back there again!!Big hugs to this business!!!

*** I just moved and have been searching for a new salon since my nails are very important to me. I found Sarah Nails through a search and it was the only salon with mostly 5 star reviews. I called to make an appointment and they were able to get me in the same day. Once I arrived. Its also very clean and everyone was extremely nice. Even though they were running behind, they constantly checked in to let me know Id be taken care of soon. I received water and a seat at a pedi chair while awaiting my turn. The entire staff was very attentive and sweet to every client. There were plenty of color options for regular polish, gel, and SNS powders. she also shaped my nails to perfection, repaired a cracked nail, and educated me on the best shape for me. The prices were extremely reasonable- a huge change from ! I will definitely be returning to this salon and am very grateful for the service I received.

I love the nail salon, they take appointments so you wont be waiting, now they are kind of pricey, but other than that they have great customer service and a friendly atmosphere.

Great experience. Walked in requesting a mani/pedi on a Saturday and was seen almost 5 minutes later. The accents in the pedicure chair/water are a very cute touch. My nail technician was super friendly and helped me pick out a better nail color for my toes. The only thing I would recommend is calling in advance or scheduling an appointment as they get very busy and did have to turn away some walk ins or tell them to come back later in the day.

I made an appointment for 330pm today to have my nails fixed. I had my nails done for 3 days an the acrylic nails already were chipping off. They should last longer then 3 days. I paid $40 which included a design. After patiently waiting till 430pm. Lori finally fixed my nails. I had her just paint my nails a solid color and no design. When my nails were dry she stated you owe $25. I said I refuse to pay $25 for you to fix my nails which should last longer then 3 days. Lori stated you need to pay for the nails. I have gone here for 15 years. NEVER WILL I RETURN. I paid to have my nails fixed. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.

If youre not having Diane do your nails you shouldnt come here. 3 hours and Im still not done and the shape is terrible the design is wrong.

The place was extremely clean and comfy! I like the ladies, they were sweet!But.... they charged me $40 for a full set and gel polish... then charged me the same thing for a fill🤨 that was confusing.

Once the lady started on my nails she worked on multiple other people at the same time. Ended up cutting my finger while she was shaping my nails. Most of my nails are crooked and didn’t make them even in anyway possible. Had to have the lady redo underneath my nails because they weren’t done like they were supposed to be in the first place. Told me she discounted them but after I did the math it shows she didn’t at all even after she had cut my finger. Never going back. I would give 0 stars, but I had to give one cause I couldn’t post this without putting a star. I did not like the outcome of any of it

Friendly service owner operated Ive been going here for years. Any problems they do their best to make you happy. June 2019: owner recently sold business. Under new management. Seems top be pretty seamless so far. Will update if changes arent for the better.

Service was terrible. I’ve never been in a nail salon that needs two people to do someone’s nails.... Not forgetting about the seven colors after looking at the specific number of polish.

I was given the task of planning my sisters 40th birthday party. Needless to say it was a pretty stressful task. Not only did I need to make mi sister happy, but also find something that 12 other 40 something year old women would like. I knew most of my sisters friends had kids and didnt get much free time. I thought a girls day out at the salon would be fun. I didnt want to go to some, I wanted somewhere fun and exciting. I did some research and came across this Sarah Nail . What sold me is that they offered much more than just nail services. It also looked like the specialized in group parties and events on their website. I am so happy I found this salon.The staff was beyond incredible. They treated us like we were royalty. We could have been the Kardashians the way they were catering to our every need and request. We truly felt like VIPs and my sister felt like a queen. We went out to dinner afterwards and my sister and her friends could not stop talking about how much fun they had. I hit the jackpot! Call me sister of the year!@@@@@

I am in a wheel chair hard to get in also was a faithful customer me and my daughter Im not sure what changed but only one person can do the nails good now last 2 out of the 3 times left with tiny bubbles in all the nail polish. The last fill the younger new women didnt ask my length or follow any steps that are normally done all the acrylic was only put only at the bottom of the nail and 3 broke off 2 days later. I called and they offered a new polish no I deserved a new set they were horribly done the last 3 times and I asked for a specific women she told me she would do them made an appt. And nope a brand new girl. So i felt I wasnt important after all the business my daughter and I sent in there. Sad to leave But I want my nails to look done nice not like a 8 year old did them.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. First it took forever to get what I wanted told to the people that work there then it took and joir to get to me and my friend because there was only 2 people working nails and the other 2 were walking around and making fun of other people and then proceeded to leave. Our nails ended up turning our horrible and did stuff to my nails that made them hurt and then rushed me for money and I ended up smudging my nails and the dryers did not work and my friends nail chipped the day after and they over chatgedfor simple stuff.

I think we could do better. Ill go again to see if anything changes with the second experience.

My gel nails started chipping 48 hours after getting them done, now Im 1week from getting them done and theyre peeling. Just disappointing to spend that kind of money and to 20% and just have such poor quality. NEVER going again!

I would give 0 stars if I could. I got a fill with a white ombré design. I was charged $50. When I asked why the price was so high the lady said it was because of the ombré and coffin shape - none of which she disclosed at the beginning. She made my nails really short (even shorter than I originally asked for) but still charged me for “long nails”. When I pointed out that she should have said from the beginning that certain things were an extra cost, she got mad and stopped speaking to me.Honestly the worst experience I’ve had at a nail place.

The ladies working were friendly at first but then barely spoke. My feet needed alot of work done! The lady showed me a sheet with pedicures to pick from. I asked the lady if my heels will be smooth after picking the one i did and she said yes so she did them. I also got a full set. My nails are way shorter than i told her to cut and believe it or not, she even missed the clear coat on two of my nails! Ive never had someone rush so fast on my nails ever! I complained that my feet were still really bad and the lady said they will be bc i didnt pick the 45 dollar pedi. She told me to sit back in the pedi chair and she fixed them to make them smooth. When she finished, she told me I owed them another 5 dollars since she worked on my feet more! Will never be Going back!

HORRIBLE! I left with bleeding cuts on most of my nails due to her aggressive use of the cuticle cutter and drill! She grabbed the cuticle cutter from a drawer with money and receipts so not sanitary and then put it back after using it on me. She never said anything about the cuts. 2 days later my nails are already scratched. Laurie Le is who did the manicure.
