My daughter and I got our nails done here today and Im so impressed! We came in for a fill from a previous places work that was so, so and I was so happy with nail tech fixing up my shape! It looks so much better! and we love the magnet polish this is my favorite set Ive ever had! Definitely will be back! Also both nail techs made us very comfortable and were fun to chat with!

Edit: I have been going for months now! I feel so at home each time I come back! These ladies are so personable and helpful. They help me come up with new looks. They all do such a beautiful job. Very clean and safe. They remember my name...I could go on and on about how much I love Sassy Nails and these ladies! You will not be disappointed! Owner is amazing. Shes funny and holds conversations with you the whole time. Its very welcoming to walk in there. They just opened prior to the pandemic so business hasnt been so great for them but they are a diamond in a ruff. I encourage everyone to give them a chance. I called for two walk-ins the woman said if we could get there in the next ten minutes she could fit us in. We made it in and they got started immediately I was super pleased with both my manicure and pedicure. My daughter in law was equally pleased as well and I booked a future appointment for 2 weeks out. I believe I have found a new salon and its close with more than reasonable prices.

It was such a relaxing atmosphere. I got a deluxe pedicure and my husband got a gentleman’s manicure. The pedicure was super relaxing and they did a fantastic job. My husband loves the manicure! I will definitely go back again. Everything is clean.

The manager and employees here are so super nice! We went there the first time because the reviews said that they had very safe practices. Im very high risk for covid-19 and I felt very safe there. Everything was in individual packets and sterilized in between each person. They sanitize the chairs every time someone got up. Their pedicures are like heaven. I brought my granddaughter there and got her a full manicure and pedicure and paid much less than I expected to. I highly recommend this business. There are a Class Act!

This was my first experience at this nail salon. Everyone was welcoming, I went in for a gel full set and was expecting better. My nails took over two hours to complete for some basic nails with two designs, that cost over $70. Price wasn’t my issue. It was having two different nail techs because the first gal I had didnt know how to do coffin shape nails. She was doing my nails and hesitated once I told her I wanted coffin shape nails. If she didn’t know how to do it, I wish she would’ve said something instead of kept going. At first, she didn’t even ask me for what shape I wanted. She was just doing what she wanted. I had to wait for the second nail tech to arrive because she was the “specialist” for coffin shape nails and she was out running errands. The wait was dreadful... I tried to be patient considering nobody else knew how to do coffin shaped nails. The first nail tech- She failed to inform me that I would be paying extra for shape and length of my nail. Tre second lady informed me that I would be paying extra closer to the end with a diagram of their menu. Overall, for the price I paid, I expected more from this nail salon. Maybe it’s just because I’ve had more done for less $$. I was disappointed with my first experience here.

I have been going to sassy for years. I have moved to different cities and in turn gone to different shops, and I always end up coming back! They are by far the best!

I was leaving the next day to Florida and needed to get in for a pedicure. Quinn was able to get me in at the time I needed after work. She was very accommodating which I greatly appreciated. Quinn was kind, funny, and very entertaining but most of all she did a great job on my pedicure. She was also a perfectionist and wanted to make sure I was happy with the color & pedicure. I will certainly be back w/ my daughter soon to see Quinn again!

This place has such a wonderful atmosphere! Everyone had such a positive, wonderful attitude! My mom and I were immediately greeted with a smile and offered wine and chocolate! My pedicure was very relaxing and looks great and my mom loved hers as well. I also got a gel manicure that looks fantastic. So thankful that they were able to fit both of us in as a walk in late in the day on a Sunday. We will both be coming back again soon! :)

My mother, my daughter and I all went into Sassy Nails today. We had an apt at 11 and we started not a second later. When we walked in we were greeted right away by Joe and we were then immediately offered drinks. Gwen is the absolute sweetest and will go above and beyond to make sure you are happy. She may be the only one working right now but she does NOT rush your service was so ever. I will definitely be driving from New Hope to get my fills done by her. I must say that I am really impressed with the service my daughters and I have received. I normally go to a nail salon in Minneapolis, but Gwen is so sweet. She takes her time. I really dislike when nail techs rush and the manicure/pedicure shows that it was rushed. Every time I come through the door I’m acknowledged, I’m offered tea, soda, or water. Most unprofessional establishment I have ever visited. Pedicure took over two hours and the quality reflected a job done by my six year old niece. When I expressed my concern to the owner, SHE STOOD THERE AND ARGUED WITH ME! Its no surprise to see that her childish mannerisms continue throughout her replies to others who gave poor ratings and it is truly a shame, as this place used to be fantastic...when it was ran by adults.

A place you can go to be taken care of; Gwen does her absolute best to service all customers as if they were family. She really wants you to have the best experience. Went in as a walk in today, Gwen took very good care of me. I had a fill and a couple of repairs to fix and she did a wonderful job! Was asked several times if I needed anything to drink and she kept up the conversation the whole time! I will definitely be back!

I had my gel manicure and pedicure at this shop today for the first time today. When I first went in the the shop, the guy greet meet nicely and the place was clean and nice. I told them I need a gel manicure and pedicure, they took me in right away and started giving colors to pick out. I had my pedicure done first and had a great conversation with this young lady. Shes well educated. The results of my pedicure was very satisfying. After she finished my pedicure, I had my gel manicure and over all, it turned out great. I will definitely come here again!!!

The service was amazing and they did amazing on my nails! If you want a place that you are going to get treated right and feel invited, go here. I will never go anywhere else, they included the customers in the conversation and make you feel like your getting your nails done with friends even if your alone. Took my boyfriend for a much needed pedicure, we saw Gwen. It was our first time and Gwen was the only one working as someone called out sick and it is Black Friday. It was the best experience, we were offered beverages and she spent almost two hours on his feet. My boyfriend has been raving over how good his feet feel. We will definitely return.

I gave them a try yesterday. I made an appointment for a pedicure and Anna did such a nice job I asked if she had time to add a manicure. I ❤️ my nails!! I tried gel for the first time and they look awesome! It’s worth the extra charge, in my opinion, and with the coupon it wasn’t as much as I used to pay for just a pedicure. I will definitely be back to see Anna again!

Was great right up until what my daughter confirmed was the owner started to come unhinged. Personal life happens but keep it out of a business and most definitely do not scare peoples kids by throwing things, dumping highly flammable liquids and threatening to burn your establishment down with people in it.Edit: While I wasnt charged, I did have to go somewhere else to go get the issues with the nails fixed as the new employee doing them was a nervous wreck for obvious reasons.

The worst nightmare of nail salon ever, 2 nails chipped the rest are coming up from the fill, all of them are miss matched in the length and shape. Do not waste your time and hard earned money at Sassy Nails, she said she would re-do for free and the card says open at 11 on Sunday but not. Using old owners card how sad. Go anywhere but there.

I enjoyed my experience here very much. Rose and Ha were detailed oriented, kind, and creative. Rose put adorable pandas on my toes while Ha did a beautiful, clean, and very thorough job on my manicure, ending with lovely art on my fingers. The people were lovely. However, I do think that the woman doing acrylic/gel powder nails could be more attentive to her customer. She was continuosly leaving her client alone and waiting mid procedure, including smoke breaks by the front door. Regardless of this, I will go back and recommend this salon to everyone. They made me feel welcome and well taken care of.

My fiance and I went here on a Saturday at 5pm.They werent busy however they spent so much time on our feet and really took quality time with us. Gwen specially did an amazing job on my feet and took her time. I’ve never been so disgusted with the sanitation of a salon. The owner seemed to busy to even notice she made 3 of my toes bleed all while chatting with every one except the person she was getting paid by. (ME!)I will definitely never go there again and I suggest you don’t go either. The past reviews are by people who dealt with THE PREVIOUS OWNERS who I miss dearly. I’m insanely disappointed with the new management. I’ve never been treated so badly. Never even got offered a discount for being injured. Gross

I walked in today and no wait! I was offered wine and great conversation. I sure did pamper myself with hot stones and massage but it was worth it! I am all set for the holidays now with my pretty red toes:)

Been going there for over a year and have never had anything other than stellar service. The pedicures are great! Also if you do gel nails I adore the glitter tips - they let me be different than the old standard pink and whites. Gotta love pink sparkles!

Gwen is set on customer service being her #1 priority and it shows! I am glad that she suggested the dip nails to me! I am already happier with them then the gel polish I had been getting previously. Sassy nails is so close to my house and I am glad that Gwen is there to take care of me.

Gwen was very sweet during my visit over the weekend, however I have to give an honest review. She cut the cuticles on both of my feet - to the point that 3 days later it still hurts. Ive been getting pedicures for 15+ years and have never been cut like this. Also, the polish job I received on my hands and feet looks terrible, AND for almost $100, it was the most expensive polish change&pedi I have ever received. Not worth it at all.

Paid $35 for a terrible service. It’s been two days since I went in and I am still in pain. The entirety of the service lasted maybe 15 minutes for a “pedicure”. I didn’t even get to choose which one I wanted. To be more in detail, only one foot had gotten nails clipped, and way too short and painful. The other foot, the nail tech just left alone. Only one foot got cuticle treatment. Callus removal, massage, hot towels didn’t happen. a soak (in plain water- no foot soak products) and a terrible job painting nails for $35 is what I got. When I got totaled up, I was baffled to find out that she didn’t charge me for the express pedicure since she didn’t do anything other than put my feet in plain water and paint the nails. (And give me small injuries, on the one “worked on” foot). My mind was blown, but since this woman was the only one in the shop, I didn’t want to stress her or give her a hard time in front of the other customers. I’d resolve it tomorrow when I could talk to a higher up. The call went this way, (with the exact tech I had gotten) she claimed to be the one in power and her explanation is that it was her time being used (good or bad service), therefore no refund. She didn’t have a care in the world about her terrible service or stealing my $35. Do not go here. I treated myself to a very rare and needed “pedicure”, to only get burned by this woman’s lack of care and terrible work ethics. No refund to even get it fixed somewhere else. Sanitation level would be another long paragraph, so I’ll save that for the DOH to keep this from happening to someone else. Maybe the $35 gone from my pocket is the least I should be worried about. lack of hand washing and jumping around from foot to foot without sanitation puts customers at serious risk. Hopefully my nails don’t sting from an infection.

I love Sassy nails! They offer great services, and are always accommodating, and do beautiful work. Ive gotten lash extensions that look real, and beautiful, and I get gel manicures 1 a week, and gel pedicures once a month. Their luxury lavander pedicure is the best! I tell everyone to go to Sassy nails for their spa needs, and I will continue to tell everyone to get to Sassy nails!!!

On visits when I have time to spare, I opt for the herbal spa. I love the herbal oil and scrub they use and they give the best massages. I absolutely love this place! They do a great job, take their time on your nails, yet work efficiently. The prices arent too high and I believe I get what I pay for each time! My favorite is the gel manicure because when I get it done here it actually does last for about three full weeks making my life much simpler!! I always leave feeling pampered and like a whole new woman. This is the best, most affordable nail salon Ive been to in the area for sure. And they even take American Express, so no need to stress about having cash on hand.

If I could give this nail salon a 0 I would. To start off they were 15 min late on opening the salon when we had an appointment for 930, then dont even try to use the coupons that are on their site as they dont let you. Also dont expect to get what you want they will talk you into something you dont want and even insist on it. I brought my daughter in and they wouldnt do anything to her nails she wanted, even though I would have paid for it. The gentleman doing my nails was nice, but not a week later and they are all buffed out and weird looking. My sister had the owner doing her nails and I have never met someone so rude to a customer. I couldnt even sit with her to finish her nails because the lady was so rude. Mark my words they will be closed sooner than later. FIND ANOTHER PLACE TO GO. ANYWHERE

What happened to them?? My husband bought me a gift certificate that is good until Sept 2019. Called several times. Made an appt via their message on phone. No one showed up...Wow what a dissappointment.I will have to change my review on this establishment. They had an emergency and were unable to open their establishment for a time. The owner of the salon did honor the gift certificate.

I want to start my review by saying I received a nice pedicure and manicure- although I’m certain both of my nail techs quit right after finishing- more on that below. My mother’s experience wasn’t as charmed.We arrived around 12pm on a Saturday and had requested two pedicures and two manicures. We were (semi) greeted and escorted to the chairs (although in a confusing and chaotic manner). I don’t even know where to start- the lady that worked on my mom whom is presumably the owner of the shop, was overwhelmed. She would ridicule her staff right in front of us and gloss it over by saying things like, ‘it’s okay- one thing at a time’ or, ’my team isn’t good. I can’t find good help’ or (my personal favorite), ‘God created mistakes so we could learn’ ... which was used as a direct insult to her employees. I digress. Horrible experience. I’ve never seen anyone treat other humans so poorly in a seemingly professional establishment. I’m fairly certain 4/5 of her staff quit that day- which was also awkward to witness. After neglecting my mom for most of her service (the woman ‘doing’ my mom’s nails kept getting up to diffuse many, many self-induced arguments), mid-manicure we finally had enough and said we were leaving. The owner blamed this on her staff for arguing in front of her customers however the damage had been done by her own hand. Unprofessional, overwhelmed, and disrespectful. Do not give this person your business.

Had a gel manicure on 10/5/2018 and one nail peeled a little on 10/9/2018. Went back in 10/11/2018 to have it fixed and they redid all of my nails at no charge. Great customer service. I will go back!

Full disclosure: my rating is based on my experience at this nail salon, but not an actual manicure/pedicure (since I never received one - more below).I went in to Sassy Nails for a pedicure and was told I’d just have a 15 minute wait. Because I had an hour 1/2 before I needed to leave, that was no problem. At the 15 minute mark, Gwen greeted me and took me to a chair to soak my feet while she continued doing another pedicure. Again, totally understanding. However, I proceeded to sit in the chair for an HOUR while she finished another woman’s pedicure because during that time she answered ridiculous phone calls (fighting with a 15 year old female customer who ‘takes advantage of her’ for 10 minutes, finished painting one of the ladies feet and then said “I’ll be right back” and walked out the back door with no explanation and didn’t return for 5+ minutes, told extremely personal and inappropriate stories, etc. It was the most unprofessional, bizarre experience of my life. At 1:30 hours, I said I was done soaking my feet and needed to leave. I walked (ran) out and never return. Do yourself a favor and visit another reputable place in town!
