I called into the salon tonight for a eyebrow wax and the receptionist I spoke with told me I could come in and get them done. When I get there I walk in and this guy nail tech ask if I want a pedicure when I replied no not tonight they all of a sudden said there busy so I couldn’t get my eyebrows done. Completely UNPROFESSIONAL DON’T GO!! They waisted my time they even gave me the address and then sent me on a blank mission

The salon is very beautiful inside. Technician did a horrible job painting my nails. Lights are low so I could not tell until I got home how bad the polish was.I expected far better for the price $30 for pedicure

Pro Nails is absolutely one of my go to nail salons. The employees are professionals and the results are great. The equipment is kept clean and is great condition. I took my 5yo daughter here to get her first professional manicure for her bday. She loved all the attention given to her by the staff and her nails came out great. Definitely recommend.

Very disappointed with this place. They didnt have a lot of choices for nail color, or any type of designs. I explained to the lady who did my fill what I wanted with color&design but she hands me off to another worker who couldnt speak any English and couldnt understand what I wanted. Paint job was pretty bad. Kinda just slapped it on and felt very rushed. Their gel light/dryer left a funny impression on my nails as well. Not even 24 hours, half of my nail polish completely chipped off one of my nails. I came here because my go-to salon had a 2 hour wait and I had somewhere to be so I decided to give this place a try. Going to my normal salon to hopefully get my nails fixed and done the way I wanted. Definitely not going back, and would not recommend.

Terrible! I will never go here again.I had a Mani pedi done not to long ago.My pedi. my feet were dry, flakey, and painted uneven and filed crooked. and rushed. The lady doing my nail RACED against the lady doing my moms feet.My Mani. My nails were uneven, painted uneven, I asked for square tips but got round on 8 of the 10 nails.Both Mani and pedi started chipping after A DAY!I DO NOT AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

Went in for a broken nail she did very good work on fixing the nail but the nails it’s not the same size as the other white tip! was extremely larger than what the original white tips are that was the first and very very last time going back
