I was there a week ago paid more than $200 for root color and highlights disappointing she didn’t cover my gray hair and I have like 3 different colors in my hair I think I do a better job when I color my own hair will not be back.

The most disappointing salon visit I’ve ever had. I left with nothing I asked for. I truly wasted my money and I regret going there because I could have achieved this at home. Can’t believe that was an “advanced level stylist”. I only heard excuses as to why they couldn’t give me what I wanted (cut and full foil color). At the very least she could have cut my hair in a V shape, but of course she cut it straight across. Didn’t even give me a mirror to look at the back before finishing up. Left with wet hair, no color treatment, and a cut I didn’t want. She was a nice person, but it was a very disappointing experience for me!

Sadly I was told my stylist was running a little late when it turned out to be 30 minutes. I understand things happen, but had someone checked in with me with a more accurate wait time I likely could have run an errand or changed some things around. As it was I had to cancel this appointment and I likely will not go back. I hope to hear from an owners reply to this review.

The salon itself was not really a WOW. Could use updated shampoo bowls/chairs and some station remodeling. But the color job Abbey did was just fantastic and I feel like a whole new person! She is so great! I told her the gist of what I wanted and told her to do what she thinks would be best to achieve it and she exceeded my expectations! Thank you Abbey!

I had Cat The esthetician do my lashes! I LOVED her. Shes so friendly, relatable and sweet. We just met for the first time and had great conversation THE WHOLE appointment. I chose Posh 22 because my current lash gal has hours that dont fit my needs anymore. ( so sad). Cat has appointments after 6pm. She works 12 hours 4 days a week for her clients. I couldn’t believe it!! So happy I chose this salon and so happy to meet her. My lashes are perfect and i will be returning!!

Jenni did an AMAZING job on my perm. Ive gotten about 5 or 6 perms in my life, and this one is just perfect. I am not skilled at hair or styling. Not very hair savvy. I had no idea what I even wanted exactly walking through the door. Jenni helped me choose an adorable style. I get compliments all the time, even after a few weeks of having the perm. Jenni was also very pleasant through the whole process. Good company is important when youre in the chair for a little over 3 hours. The atmosphere was also very cute inside. Im definitely going to go back and I recommend this place to anyone!

Absolutely LOVE getting my hair done here!! Always very clean and organized! The ladies make sure you have everything you need including water and coffee! I always bring my 2 and almost 1 year old (they behave really well) and the ladies are always so generous and kind when they are with! Tracy is a miracle worker!!!!! ALWAYS gets my hair looking the way I want no matter how bad the color is!! Highly highly recommend this place!!

Ruined my hair and burned it, waisted my time then didn’t want to do my hair because she had to leave after 3 hours and wouldn’t do my hair. Only bleached my hair then they set me free without fixing it

I got my first blowout from a differernt salon in Maple Grove, wasnt impressed at all! Then a coworker talked me into giving Tracy a try. The only reason I decided to was because of how great my coworkers hair always looks, at going on 70 years old!!! She was right, Tracy is amazing! Shes a blowout queen!!! Now Ive been going to her every 12 weeks for over a year. She really knows what shes doing, so happy I was talked into giving her a chance! The salon is nice and all the staff are so friendly! You walk in the door and they immediately offer to hang up your coat and ask you what youd like to drink. Every visit has been great! (They also have cute boutique type clothes for sale in the salon!)

Friendly staff, they did what I asked for which sometimes stylist do what they want instead! Cute store front and for shoppers they had purses and clothes you could browse while you waited. They offered me coffee while I was there and they carry Moroccan oil products, only negative was they could fix the door on the back room, other than that I would defiantly recommend this salon!

The entire staff at this salon from beginning to end was wonderful. I was nervous letting someone new cut my hair, but the stylist made sure to understand what I wanted and did an amazing job. Will definitely return.

I go to see Jessica Stamer and she is truly amazing at what she does. Shes a perfectionist and will leave you feeling so happy with your hair. I have had cut, color, full and partial foils. She is very personable and takes her time on you. She will listen to what you want and has never let me down. So glad I found her!

I love the way Mindy cuts my hair. She knows what works best with my face shape. I had worn my hair in an inverted bob type style for many years. Mindy showed me a picture of a short style that I really liked. I gave it a try and have gotten so many compliments on it. Change is not easy for me, but Mindys creative eye and skill with cutting made this a very positive experience for me.

You need to pamper yourself and experience a facial from Cat! She customizes it to your skins needs. She made my face look and feel young again (Im 47)!Then there is Jessica Stamer, who takes great care of my hair needs (foils and haircuts). Shes personable and loves what she can do for you!The women at this salon are worth the adventure! I think Ill book another facial right now...(Oh...they offer free coffee, water, and snacks too!)

Mindy did an amazing job on my hair cut today! I dont get my hair cut often and she made me feel very comfortable. Mindy is extremely knowledgeable about different types of hair and the products and styles that work best. She also did a perfect job at understanding exactly what I wanted done and made sure I was comfortable with my decision instead of just rushing through the hair cut. My fiancé already has an appointment scheduled with Mindy after watching her cut my hair with such skill today!

Nicole is AWESOME with a capital A!! Shes considered a basic level stylist at Posh22, but she should be at an executive level!! She did all over highlights on me, took her time, laughed at my silly jokes, and was a joy to work with! Not only did the highlights turn out beautiful, but this is the 1st time EVER, Ive never had to wait for them to lighten in the sun because the color was too orange, yellow, etc.! I will continue to go see Nicole at my, now favorite, salon!!

Everyone here is amazing! Tracy does wonders with my hair; cuts, color (including awesome pastels), and blowouts. I am always so happy after spending a day there. Also Jordan does an amazing job with my nails, and she is always willing to try whatever crazy thing I come up with or find on Pinterest! She is great!

I have been going to Tracy Kuss at Posh 22 for 3 years now, i wont go anywhere else. I actually drive an hour one way just to go there. Every single time has been an amazing experience! Ive had highlights and low lights, cuts, extensions, manicures, pedicures, massages and had my make up done. I am always treated with such kindness and I love the atmosphere. The salon is very clean, all the employees go above and beyond, I have never left feeling anything less than beautiful. I recommend completely!

I dont recommend Posh 22 for eyelash extensions. I had been going there for about 2 months before I decided to find somewhere else in hopes to have better results. I was initially very pleased with my lashes because I really didnt know any better. I got three fills there. Each session was booked for 90 minutes and cost $65 plus tip. Each fill took no more than 30 minutes - I felt as though I was getting jipped in addition to the fact that I wasnt completely satisfied with my lashes. When I found a new person, she brushed through my lashes and said oh boy what happened. Apparently the base of my lashes were caked in glue which was ultimately damaging my real lash growth. She even pointed out that the volume lashes used were not the correct ones. Needless to say, I will not be going back!

I saw they had a groupon for Brazilian waxes so I decided to go try a new place to go for my wax every month. I called and they were super easy to get into so I got there and they brought me right back which was perfect. I believe the lady who did my wax was named Jennifer. The entire waxing experience didn’t seem any different than others, other than I felt it took a bit longer but it was fine. She was super friendly and talked to me the entire time. I got home and when I went to take a shower I took my underwear off and there was small pieces of wax on the underwear because she left wax all over my skin. Then the next morning I realized how much hair she left. There were about 3 penny sized patches of hair still left on me with other various patches. This is honestly the worst wax I’ve ever had anywhere and I’ve been getting a wax every month for other two years. I’d recommend going to European wax center they’re amazing and I’ve never had any issues.

My fiance booked my appointment with her good friend Mindy. I dont like haircuts, but she made me feel relaxed and told me what was going to happen every step of the way. I couldnt have asked for a better stylist, she listened to everything I told her I wanted and I got it. I am very happy with my haircut and will be back in the future.

Tracy has been doing my hair for a little over 10 years now. There was no question in my mind to follow her to Posh22 after she made the decision to leave her previous salon. Tracy has always been very professional and kind; these qualities have definitely translated to Posh22 as a whole. The staff is great - I always feel very welcome and comfortable when I walk in for an appointment. Also, the salon is very clean and well taken care of. The prices are reasonable as well. I highly recommend giving Posh22 a try!

I will only go to Poss22 for any and all of my hair care needs! Tracy Kuss is the best hairstylist. The atmosphere is not only comforting and calm but also hip and cute. Everyone is always so welcoming. I drive 60+ miles to visit this salon and wouldnt trust anyone else to care for my hair.

The salon was clean and precautions were taken due to covid-19. However, my appointment felt very rushed and impersonal. While in the salon I mentioned that the cut looked uneven and she laughed and said that always happens and fixed it. Upon getting home the hair on that side is clearly still an inch longer than the other side. I will not be returning.

Jessica has cut my hair for over 10 years for a reason. She is a tremendous stylist & person. My toddler son is now one of her clients as well. We always look forward to our visits.

Came out with a pixie cut even though I stated to go no shorter than my ear lobes. Color was too blonde.The stylist did not clean up my neck line. She did not give me a mirror to look at the back. She blow dried my hair and was done. No style, no product nothing. Had to return same night as sides were uneven.Did Express my dislike of my hair and why it was so short and all she could say was yeah I dont know what happened. I paid the most I ever had for a haircut/color. I will never be going to this place again.

I made an appointment for highlights and a facial on 2 separate days. For my hair I got a young gal who I told that I wanted a bold statement ( my hair color was Auburn and had been 4-5 weeks since professional color used) she tried to talk me into getting lo lights with highlights because I wanted 2 distinct colors. I have white/grey hair growing out, and that would make it obvious and require more maintenance which I dont want and cant afford. The 2 hairdressers (mine and the one working on someone else next to us) basically tried to convince me to do my hair the way they wanted to, and their line of color wasnt as good as the one Ive used for years (being a hairdresser longer than they have been alive for). So not only was I embarrassed for the way they handled the situation, The outcome was not what I asked for. I was charged about $30 more than I was told it would cost for 2/3- 3/4 of head coverage. They constantly tried to upsell conditioners, toners that I did not ask for. The results, although not damaged, were not Bold like I wanted. Hoping my facial would be better with another staff member a few days later, I had booked a 90 minute for mature skin. They take about 10-15 minutes having you fill out a form and she asks questions before she started. I have neck issues, and told her Id need a towel rolled up for support before I laid down. She kept insisting for the face wrap to be put on around the hair, but I couldnt lay flat because of throat and breathing issues. Finally she got the wrap, needless to say it didnt go off to a great start and she was more upset than I was markedly which made a difficult situation. I felt like getting up and leaving but forced myself to oblige because it was my Mothers Day treat. During the time, her techniques and touch were good, she explained everything well, so I started to relax and enjoy it. My disappointment came due to her not doing any extractions, saying the mask would get rid of any milia that she (had blamed on my home products, of which she had) no knowledge of. Well when I got home I discovered they did not get pulled out. I also saw my receipt which showed I was charged for a 1 hr. 45 min. facial I did not request which cost more money than I was quoted. I do not think that I should have to pay for a consult that took 15 minutes, and later a sale of a skin care product that may have taken 10 more minutes. I know the facial itself with arm, hand, foot massage lasted about 1 hr. 20 min. So I felt I was overcharged by about $15 and I stated that at the time, having not seen the receipt yet that showed the extended time. So just know they cater to young women, and if you are older, they will assume you (have money) and jack the price up and assume you dont know anything. I am not married and had to pay for all on my own, which for the disrespect I got, felt cheated. Good luck having enough money; if you are young, read all the Ingenue magazines. But if you have a brain, and care more than just about beauty, you may be disappointed.

I went into Posh22 for a hair cut and full color and would highly reccommend it to friends and family. The salon was clean, great atmosphere, and a very friendly staff. Also, I felt the overall value for the services that I got there was the best bang for my buck. Previously, I use to go to another salon in town that was way over priced for the same services and didnt feel as personable. Posh22 will forever have my business from here on out.

This was my first visit, in for a pedicure, the person who made my appt was so nice, sorry I didnt get your name:) Jordan was my tech, she was fabulous! Thorough and gentle. We laughed about the weather (record setting blizzard in April) and I just relaxed. Ill be back..lol

I went to this place because my gal that I normally go to was out of town so I figured I would give it a try. The gal who did my waxing was very kind but the particular wax used on me caused me to break out and when she went to remove it, I actually had bleeding and it left my skin dry.

I love Mindy! I have been seeing her for haircuts, color, and waxing for quite a while now. Mindy takes the time to listen to what you really want! She is especially talented with hair color! Highly recommend her at Posh22!

I recently enjoyed a foil color and cut by Jessica S. Upon arrival at this beautiful venue I was greeted and offered a drink of my choice (water, coffee, tea) with a smile. It felt very instantly comfortable, inviting and enchanting there. The atmosphere is very pretty & relaxing. This is a full-service salon with stations for each service. Jessica was quick to greet me and starting my Posh treatment. The color she gave me was beyond beautiful... luxurious is a better description! She did a scalp massage when washing my hair and it felt AmaZing! Im picky about my fine hair and the method in which its cut... others have tried to razor cut my fine hair in the past. Jessica has a great technique and does an amazing job with some sharp shears! POSH 22 Salon and Spa is a chic place, with a very talented staff, who all have a good ear,, and bright smile. The best part is how pampered you are and what you look like when you walk out. Its like transformation! I highly recommend a visit to see them. You can pre-book your appointments online. I specifically asked for my hair color to not look like an ombré and I left the salon with an ombré. It was not bad, just not at all what I asked for. I came back hours later and spoke to the stylist about redoing it and they charged me hella to fix it.

The front desk girl seemed like she hated her job and did not want to be there. She probably said two words to me, didn’t smile once or ask me how my service was and seemed very rude. My stylist got color on my skin boardering my face.

I have had Tracy do my hair since 2000. She knows how to work with my weird hair and is honest with me! Couldnt ever be happier with my services.

Went in for a haircut and beard trim. Haircut was good. My beard, however, was savaged. Went home and buzzed what was left off, and am starting over. I cant recommend anyone get a beard trim here.

Tracy and her staff are very personable. The waiting area has delicious treats and coffee Most importantly, Tracy does a great job cutting hair and I plan on using her for years to come (as long as I keep my hair) lol.

Highly disappointed in my experience during a facial. I honestly feel as if I couldve gone to a beauty school for the same, if not a better experience. Cat wasted lots of time preparing for the session as I laid there and listened to her talk to herself with no music playing. It sounded as if she used a list to check off as she went through what she needed. She then mixed things, prepared the water and left the room to retrieve something all while I laid there and all while I was paying. In my experience, Ive never had to do that. Most of the items were either already prepared or it was done so seamlessly that I didnt realize what they were doing because they either had the steam going or something. I have had my hair done there and had a great experience....I will just never get a facial or any service from Cat again.

Had a full manzillian wax with bonnie and it was the least painful experience and the best wax Ive had. Never getting waxed anywhere else ever again.

I had a very poor and unprofessional experience at Posh22 Salon & Spa. I went in to get a gel nail polish. The gel polish, which typically lasts 2-3 weeks and is very difficult to take off, was peeling off within 12 hours. By the end of the next day all of my polish was off all of my nails. Although I was disappointed that my nail polish peeled off, especially after spending $35, I was more disappointed in the lack of professionalism of the owner. I called the next day to tell the owner about my issue and the only option that was offered to me was a gift card. As anyone could imagine, when you have a bad experience you typically dont want to go back and have that same experience. By her request, I texted her a picture of my nails and she unprofessionally texts me back to tell me that she would issue me a gift card and did not call me, as discussed previously. I tried calling 3 other times within the next two days and never received a response. I then personally went into the salon and the owner, once again, handled the situation unprofessionally. The owner began telling me that she didnt call me back because she was busy and tried emailing me, although I had NEVER given her an email address. Although the manager has been in the business for 15 years, I’ve received better customer service at Walmart. After speaking with individuals in the hair industry and hearing their customers’ experiences with this salon along with having a terrible experience myself, I would never recommend this salon to anyone. I have now involved my credit card company to reverse this charge.

I went in for a massage. I get one EVERY MONTH and was excited that this new place had openings to accommodate my schedule & was closer to home for me. Disliked it & chose NOT to buy the multiple package deal due to the experience. I woke up the next morning & couldnt move my head in any direction!! This girl should not be practicing, no only was it bad, she actually injured me. Bad, Bad, BAD!! Dont do it unless you want to wake up like you slept wrong in EVER direction!!

Ive known Tracy of Posh22 owner for about 17 years now, since she were my stylist when she was working at Regis. Then she left to co-own Vanstrand Salon and I follow her there as well. Then I met Jessica Stamer when Tracy is not available I will see Jess and currently who is co-owner of Posh22.I had never had a bad experience with them or any of the stylist there. I would leave to do my hair elsewhere but ended up coming back to them. They provide great service and go above and beyond for their clients, such as staying after hours for me to fit my schedules or even offering me 6am appointments. I would highly recommend Posh22, since I have been a customer for over a decade!
