Rachel is good! So polite

I am new to the Conyers area. So Im trying to find a new nail shop. But this place here was not the place. I got SNS refilled. And would have gotten a proper pedicure but they do not have individual pedicure set. When I asked about it the lady was rude and unprofessional. They do not have to worry though because the state of that shop they wont be open long when health officials come and check. Stay away!

I just moved in this area, so I was trying to find a local nail salon. Came here because it had 4 stars. Only deserves one. Rude from the very beginning. Selection was terrible. And then everything that wasn’t right with my nails was my fault or would “wash off” but yet was stuck to my hand and wouldn’t come off by me picking it off. When I asked them to remove the excess from under my nail they said no and put their hand on my back and said it would wash off. Basically pushed med right out the door. Save yourself time and money and don’t go here.

I don’t know much about the others but Tina is great at doing pedicures, she pays attention to detail, takes her time, and she shows the passion she has for the work she does.

Maria does a wonderful pedicure! she is very nice and takes time to do it right, she was giving me some tips on how to take care of my feet and to get rid of dead skin or calluses, It has been 3 weeks and my feet are soft without dead skin, she was honest and said that the other ladies do great acrylics but not her bcs she need to learn, I hope she learns soon but from now I will ask for her.

They always do a good job when I come in and get my nails done.

Jenny is the best! I keep getting compliments on my gel cat eyes design. One comment - said my nails are mesmerizing.

I just went today because my usual spot was closed for the holiday. First and LAST time going. MY CUTICLES ARE BURNING!! I had to go twice today. Initially, I asked for a manicure and pedicure...simple. I left with my fingers and toes looking like my 5 year old niece had done them. I didnt notice at first because I had to make a run. I went back to discuss it with them, they offered to redo. Cool. They used a drill to remove my gel polish, and I swear, the man cut my cuticles at least 10 times! They proceeded to ignore me telling them that I was cut and that acetone was burning my fingers....but made sure to let me know they dont give refunds! Then gave me a paper towel soaked in peroxide and told me that I could have it....Please do not give this place your hard earned money. Take it from me...be patient and stick with what or WHO you know.

STAY AWAY! STAY AWAY! They had their great grandma doing my nails, I didnt want to discriminate; so I said what the heck! Anyway, I went there Saturday & since Im new to the area I didnt really know any other spots & they only had 2 customers(but now I know why). I asked for a fill in, very small is all that was needed. To make a long story short, their grandma effed up my nails & had an attitude when I asked her to fix it. I asked for another tech & was told no one could fix it and to go somewhere else where they can do it! My nails were crusty with acrylic and old nail polish, lumpy and uneven! While she was doing my nails she kept filling down in the wrong spot, refused to turn on her light to see...UGHHH! I was so happy to go somewhere else.

My daughter and I have been going there forever getting our nails and brows done by Rachel. Today we go and after she does my daughters eyebrows she starts my nails and I tell my daughter to go Kroger. Rachel said are getting fried chicken. Ummm NO. Then she proceeded do my nails and like always she says your nails are so tiny. But she then says but you arent and starts laughing very loudly. I say with a straight face that wasnt funny and she continues to laugh. I then say I am offended and she continues to laugh. Rachel this isnt funny to me and she says but you arent small. Im not small Im plus size but Im offended. She then speaks her preferred language. Im insulted and tell her to stop Ill pay for eyebrows for my daughter and left. No apology and then Rachel continued to talk about me in her preferred language while Im walking out. She does EXCELLENT WORK but I will not spend my money in place that treats their customers like that.

I have been coming here for years. I love the way they do my nails and in the past few years I have NEVER had an acrylic nail chip or break. Nails last forever. They are so kind, warm, and welcoming!

They have roaches, I noticed while getting mani pedi on the mani basin on my towel. She killed it with another towel..Take them home at your own risk.

They do a pretty good job for the price but dont maximize the time spent when you are getting multiple services.

Wouldnt recommend this place. Sub par SNS nails. Going to get them redone elsewhere. Wasted time and money.

World Nails is my regular nail salon. Everyone is very nice, espcecially the owner. I usually get SnS polish and it always looks great and lasts for a long time.Not the fanciest or most luxurious facility but the service and affordable pricing makes up for it. I just wish they had more SnS color options.

Ive been going here for 3 years and I seem to be more and more disappointed lately with my eyebrows and nails. It may be time to go somewhere else now.

Ever since they switched their people a year or two ago they have horrible nail techs the man who did my vacation nails made my nails super thin and lumpy.
