I have traveled many miles, crossed many oceans and climbed many mountains in the search for a good car wash...and I have found it with Glendale Classic Car Wash.Theyre consistent, fair valued and Im enjoying the baby powder air freshener they have me hooked on.I usually just do the VIP wash but the pictures here I opted for the Clay and Wax special. Love the way my car came out.

They left my car spotless and it was quite dirty. People were nice

Ive never been to a car wash like this. Maybe its just my age or because Im from the east coast. They did a great job cleaning out my rental before I returned it.

Get a great affordable car wash or take it up a notch and get detailed hand wash.Some of the nicest cars in GLENDALE get washed here because they know what they are doing. I get my families cars washed here and I’m always satisfied.

While I was waiting to get my car, I didnt get the feeling they were going to good job. When I got in my car and looked around it was an outstanding job. A little crowded on the weekends. Definitely recommend this place!

I’ve been there twice. First time was great! Second time was not so great. They 100% half a***ed the vacuum of the back seat. Dog hair in all the crevices. They did however say I could come back and they would redo it. So they were willing the rectify the issue which is why I’m giving them 4 stars.

This is my go to car wash since its nearby. Ive had mostly great experiences here which is why I continue to come. However, the last two times Ive been here I find myself disappointed with the final product. I paid extra for armor all in the exterior trim and the guy cleaning my vehicle didnt apply it because it makes it look ugly. Im aware and I chose that option anyway. This last time I found dripping water in my door that left marks. At $40 Im better off paying a mobile car wash.

We paid 35.00 & Our car was not cleaned as good as we expected. Was not dried good @ all & there were stein spots all over the front windows & the back windows.

They always mess around with car radio and sound, several times I noticed they turn thr sound at maximum to listen to their radio stations, thats wrong, next time l will complain officially

Went for a basic car wash. I’m pleased with the service and will be going back. Aside from the service, I’d like to note there were a lot of customers walking around without masks on. Especially one lady in particular who was openly coughing, with mask dangling from her wrist, while sitting among the other patrons waiting for their vehicle. I understand we are outside, but all things considered, the staff should be making an effort to ensure everyone is safe.

Just a waste of money. Bought the most expensive service for my car, still had spots and dirt on the exterior. Interior was cleaned a bit. Very disappointed!

That was my 2nd time going there and 1st time I didnt like their job very well but that was a little issue(stains on the window) and decided to take my car there for the 2nd time and paid for VIP service as usual and end up going home with dirty car,they didnt apply the scent I chose, they didnt vacuum properly,the seats were still dusty and dirty and stains of water and cleaning supplies on the windows. Returned there second time to make them do their job properly but even after that they returned my car dirty to me. Check your car properly before you tip and leave!!!

Trust the star rating! Very disappointed. Got Clay Bar Wax which included a VIP wash. Car looks fine enough because of the clay, but can tell there was no attention to detail. Vacuuming was rushed, there was a lot of debris left inside. Wheels were still dirty in places. I would have gladly waited 15 more minutes if it meant getting the job done. Seems like they are more concerned about volume than delivering good work. Recently moved and already missing the quality from my regular car wash in the OC which does much better work, especially for premium services. Would never pay the $14 for early bird special basic wash. Get some quarters and go to a self-serve.

Not going to lie, its been a few months since I got my car washed. They did a fantastic job, and I was really pleased with the service. This was my first time going, so I dont know if it was a little slow because of Covid, but I got my car pretty fast AND they did a good job. Took maybe 30 minutes? I liked how they had a bunch of stations to pull the cars into to hand dry, so it was easy to find your car and get a better idea of when it would be ready. Thank you!

DO NOT GET YOUR CAR WASHED HERE. Not only did they scratch my car - they denied it and didn’t want to fix it. Horrible customer service. They even tried to charge me to buff out their scratches. Be careful everyone!

I like this location service its alwasy good but today I didnt like because we have to taking care of each other and until now there is people who dosent believe on the covid I said this because the lady whos behind the counter decided just to hang the mask on her ear not to cover the mouth and nose but what will happen if I was the person to enter with out mask she will ask me to put on right. Well thats is my opinion.

Been there 3 times already, and every time I pay for super wash or more they do really bad job the car inside still not clean at all and out side is bad as well...awful car wash never again

I love this place! I take my car there, and it takes such special care to make it look like its brand new. I hadnt driven my car for over 4 months. It looks like it just came off a showroom.Im searching for a car cover now, cuz I feel so bad after the car looks so good, just to have it sit outside and get stuffed up again.

When was the last time you took your car to a car wash and asked to wash it again because of how dirty it was after the first wash? Exactly...I wasted 1 hour and 30 minutes of my time as well as 23 bucks on this! def. not worth it

Overpriced and cashier rude

Got a hand wash and noticed the guy dryed one side of the car with the 1 rag. What exactly did he clean with this rag? With the same rag he dryed the outside, he dryed the door jams (this can be really dirty), and then proceeded to clean the interior (I have white interior) with the same rag!!. He also didnt use the air compressor from what I can tell since on my drive back home water and soap was running out the mirrors and between body panels. Wont be coming back.

Just got home and realized there are spots all over my car and the side view mirrors werent even cleaned. The guy wiping my car dry looked like he couldnt be bothered more to be there. I gave in a $5 anyway. the vacuum job was mediocre and they sprayed a squirt of fake vanilla inside the car, which was included in the package and I was supposed to get wax and there are spots all over the body of my car as well. I had to pay extra for an SUV and they did one of the worst jobs Ive ever seen. You pull up, they do a mediocre job of vacuuming then run it through a car wash then have a guy dry it off. Thats pretty much it. It leaves a lot to be desired. I couldve done a better job at my house. I have yet to find a decent simple car wash in or around Glendale. Please help!

First car wash Ive been to that actually makes your car look good .

Horrible detailing center. Put greasy chemicals all around the vehicle. I can’t even touch the steering wheel. Ahhh horrible

This car wash is a rip-off and a joke. Ordered a platinum wash and the person in front of me ordered a lesser package. I watched both cars go through the automated wash and they both received the exact same treatment...lights might be blinking and advertising rainbow this or rainbow that and sealer this and sealer that but its all the same. On a Thursday after it has been 54 minutes since I have paid for my wash and the car is still sitting outside..dripping...and drying on its own..waiting for someone to be assigned to it. Go to a more reputable wash would be my advice.

Brought my car in this morning during our #tenthousandstepsperday walk. Now, because of the temperatures, we start our walk at 7am - and most car wash are closed. Thankfully, there was already a gentlemen when we wanted to park in front of the car wash - and he let us leave the car - so we could start our walk and come back two hours later to find our car perfectly washed, dusted and vacuumed - and all this for the early bird price of $11.99 (Mon-Thu 8-10am).Would I go back? Definitely. Would I take a detour just to make my car washed there? Probably not. Still I would have rated the place five stars - but the management put a slight dent in my love to them: they mailed me a $2 coupon - and refused to honour it. I would understand that coupons were not to be combined - but I came early, paid the price everyone else paid. If the $2 coupon is not valid for the early birds, I would expect they say so on the coupon. There sure is enough fine print so this extra info would be easy to list this.Now, coming back to the five stars. This sure aint The Ritz of the car wash industry. Yet they exceeded my expectation in service by accepting my car before hours, and they did a fine job, just as I wanted and expected it to be. Actually, I expected less for the $11.99, so I award well deserved four stars - and if they ever fix their marketing issues, Id glad up it to five.

Accidentally pulled up too far before ordering. You’d have thought that I’d personally insulted every single employees’ mother. Once I backed up, no one helped me. I turned around and left. Really, really disrespectful to a potential customer who’d never been there before.

I am very upset because this is my second time going and the first time was 2 weeks ago in which they did a great job!!! But this time oh no it was different. I arrived early 8:15, they had just opened (8:00am). I got into my car and right off the back saw they hadnt done a great job cleaning the interior. I was slightly annoyed but hey love the fact that they dont use machines to wash the car. Upon further inspection after I got off work and was able to check my car I noticed they SCRATCHED IT. Not okay just bought my car 3 months ago.

40 years in USA 38 years in Auto body buissness. This is the first & only place that a car wash has still stayed clean 3 weeks . There fair prices & the speed & the end resuls are beyond great.

Very clean environment both indoors and outdoors, even more so during COVID-19 times. Staff is friendly and professional! I got a car wash but one of the employees noticed I had a nail in one of my tires and went the extra mile.

Stay away from this car wash! Yesterday I took my Toyota Sienna to this car wash. I chose super clean option and I paid $60, they left my car very dirty. The guy(Armenian guy from Hrazdan) who called me to get a car, I showed him how dirty my car, he wasnt ready to clean my car, even though I gave him $10 tip before I saw my car. I paid $70, and got dirty car. NEVER going back there again!!!!!!

Real bad car wash. Paid $34 and tipped. car still looks like it didn’t even go through the wash. Should have checked my car before tipping. Idk how they stay in business hahaha

Gave up! This is the third time they do a poor job. The service used to be better, now they dont clean up the rims, leave mats out of place... and the service is more expensive.

Expensive car wash, expect to pay up to $60 if you buy the premium package. Minus three stars because they left my Beamer with spots and it took longer than I expected. The only good thing about it is that when I pointed out the spots, they took it back and removed them and gave me a coupon for my next visit. This is why I ended up giving them three stars.

The first time I went, they did a great job on my car - it looked almost as good as it did the day I bought it. Unfortunately, the two times I’ve gone back since then have not lived up to the first visit. They continually try to get me to buy add-ons I don’t actually need and have a bad attitude when I ask them to touch up spots they missed on the initial clean. I will not be going back.

Some workers are lazy

I almost turned around and went somewhere else as soon as I pulled up. The guy ignored me and tried to help the guy that arrived after me because apparently i hadnt pulled up enough.Customer service advice - treat every customer like its their first time and show them where to go. You might make a regular for life, or make them feel invisible and theyll go online and write an honest review.Good price at least.

UPDATE: after the owner/manager came up to me and started harassing me on the honesty of my review and how families would suffer from it. Heres the update: they re-washed my car without charge and shockingly by some miracle (sarcasm) the water stains came off without the $80 clay wax. Thank you for that, but I still wont be coming back here again. Also, thank you to the Hispanic man who did his job and I tipped $8.THE WORST CAR WASH! Believe the negative reviews here and dont come to try it out for yourself. They will mess up your car for sure! My car was done with extreme water stains, even on the windows which isnt hard to clean off since I had to do it myself after paying $20 for a wash. In addition to that the interior wasnt even vacuumed properly or wiped down. I even had to force the man dress my tires (which should be included in a $20 car wash)In addition, the manager tried to charge me $80 for a clay wax, stating that that is the only way I would be able to get the water spots off.

I always go here on Wednesday for their car wash special. They do a decent job, depending on who you get to wipe up your car. I wish they would train their guys more so its consistent.

This place is kind of Nice, there are four lanes but sometimes it be busy and it takes time to get your car wash, the cashier is quick and the waiting area is clean.

Ive been taking my cars here for 3 years now. They always come out clean without any problems. I dont even live in Glendale anymore and there are other car washes a lot closer to me, but I still make the drive here. The prices are reasonable and I trust them with my car.

Service is good, but be careful with your belongings in your car because cleaning staff will steal your things. Rest rooms are discusting, I recommend not to use them. Prices are descent.

I had an unfortunate accident with a chocolate milkshake on the front seat of my car. I came to them looking for a miracle with a car also covered in dog hair. The supervisor on duty that Sunday morning had given me a quote over the phone that he stood by regardless of how bad the condition of my car actually was. Despite us starting off on the wrong foot (he wouldn’t guarantee they could remove the smell of rotten milk from my car or that the dog hair would ever be gone) - I came back three hours later to an immaculate vehicle. I was not expecting my car to ever be as clean as it was. They impressed me and were professional to the end despite the difficulty of the situation. Thank you guys!!!

It looks like the workers are under paid to a point that they dont care about customers anymore.A piece of advice to the owner(s)... Take care of your employees, for they are your number one money makers. Look at them as an asset and not an expense

This is the worst car wash stay away!! I bought a 60 dollar wash and my car was still a mess. I gave the guy a 3 dollar tip and he looked at it and left it on my car seat, like it wasn’t good enough for him. I never rate any place, but this one I had to. I wish I could post a picture of my tires.

Did an ok job, their attention to detail is not great. Blatant spots on the exterior were still dirty. They also have mom smoking signs up everywhere, however people continue to smoke and none of the employees or managers do anything about it

Good price, but if you dont have a BMW, Lexus or any high end vehicle and even also know any of the workers, they will leave your car waiting in till everyones vehicle gets wash first, and dont complain to them, cause they will wash your car in like 5 minutes and do a bad job, there are other good places to get your vehicle, skip this one....

Never been to this car wash before, I called for general informaction like pricing etc and I was put on hold without being asked. The person answering the phone clearly didnt speak english and immediately wanted to pass me to the owner without me asking and put me on hold again.Reading the reviews and my recent personal experience... Bad Service. We paid 29$ to supposedly get our car cleaned. However, after we had our car cleaned, the car floor wasnt vaccumed, there was still dirt on the seats, and then we had to wait more time for them to vaccum the floor agian. All in all, I would not reccomend this car washig place to anyone.
