I’ve had decent experiences here, but the last visit was horrible. For my SNS nails, the tech sanded down the acrylic instead of soaking it off, which may have been faster for him but unfortunate for me because it left the acrylic dust all over my clothes and bag. (the picture doesn’t due justice to how annoyingly bad it was in person)Then, when applying the dip powder he skipped two layers which weakened the integrity of the nail. The thumb and index finger chipped within 3 days. So disappointed with this experience. If you decide to visit be wary of the lazy male nail tech with the Cartier love bracelet and ring!

Straight robbery all I received was a basic pedicure with gel polish and color acrylic put on top of my real nails and they had the audacity to charge me $95 are you serious…. Good business is definitely hard to find. This is no more than $50 if that 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

Raphael Tran did my nails today and he did an AMAZING job. He is a true perfectionist and took the time to make sure everything was exactly how I wanted them. Will definitely be back!

As soon as u walk in you can tell that the place is very nice and up to date. The guy who did my nails was cool. He didn’t talk much which I didn’t mind but everyone is very unprofessional. The employees were constantly cussing and my service wasn’t all that great. My nails started to come off within less than a week. They didn’t put oil or lotion on my hand after the service which made my hand very dry because of all the chemicals that touched it. FYI I did soak my fingers in acetone during the service so he could remove my previous set, so the fact that they let me leave without cuticle oil or lotion on my hand was upsetting. I didn’t mind my nail technician, he was actually really cool. I just think the environment itself needs a lot of improvement. The employees were kind to customers but it was mostly the customers who were rude. Not the employees fault for the most part. I tried so hard to love this place but my nails came off in less than a week so their application obviously wasn’t great. I would actually love to come back to a better and improved service !!

First and last time coming here! Only giving 2 stars instead of 1 because the guy that did my pedicure did an Ok job, but did not receive a proper manicure and the finished result as evident in the photos were VERY SLOPPY!! The women who did my nails should be VERY ASHAMED to display this type of work, obviously she needs more training or another profession. The names of the “professionals” are listed on my receipt. What a rip off! Very disappointed

Save your money. In the middle of my pedicure, I looked over at the foot bath next to me& there was what appeared to be some type of mold or mildew in it. Disgusting.& they’ve upped their prices. As I was waiting for my toes to dry I also noticed all of the dust and cobwebs everywhere. There are better nail salons out there.

Julie sanded my natural nail bed down so low that they hurt. My nails started chipping the next day, then I had go back and for two more nails that chipped. I spent $55 and a nice tip for a terrible experience. The front desk is unorganized, the wait time is extremely long and they kept getting confused about who was next even after signing in. Poor service!

I love my tech LEON!!!!! He is the best!!!! He always makes sure I am comfortable and relaxed for my pedicure experience. He never disappoints!!! I LOVE his messages!!! I walk 5 miles a day and Leon makes sure my feet always get that extra TLC. He always takes his time and never tries to rush through my appointment !!! THANKS LEON!!!!!

I have visited this nail spa a few times over the years. When getting my acrylic nails done, it is hit or miss. I might get someone who knows what they are doing, but then again, I might get a nail tech who doesn’t. I wanted to like this place because they are fast and the ambiance is nice. My last experience was tricky because I left the nail spa with my nails looking great! Within a matter of days the acrylic started lifting from my nails. I went back, and they glued the acrylic down. Unfortunately, more nails started needing repair within that same week and a half. I usually wait 3-4 weeks before getting a fill, but at this point, I need a full set because they have all come off except 5...The nails did not last! My pedicure was fine, but I would NOT recommend this place for acrylic nails.

I went today after work around 6:15pm and was very pleased for my first time going. I got a luxury pedi and it was very relaxing and worth every penny 😌My nails came out pretty... well see how they last

The service was wonderful. But when it came to pay. He was begging a tip and when I left him a tip he called me cheap. And stormed off

1. Dingy towel that was not hot used on my legs. YES. one towel for both of my legs. Therefore legs not wrapped per usual.2. Legs not massaged; he simply just rubbed lotion and oil on my legs. The only reason I get pedicures is for the massage which I didn’t get today.3. My gel nails are lumpy and she rushed through doing them.So much for trying to support businesses where I live. This is why I will just drive to Snellville where the service is worth the price you pay. After this service today; they deserve a zero!!

Ive been coming here for three years and never had an issue with their work. The staff has always been inviting, friendly and eager to please. Recently, they changed their gel/acrylic powder and it is very poor in quality. I had my nails done two days ago and one nail fell off, and the other was lifting at the cuticle. This is my 3rd set of nails since they switched brands, and EVERY SINGLE SET has lifted at the cuticle days after getting my nails done. Unless they switch back to the brand they used previously, I will NOT be coming here any longer.

The place is very clean and organized and most of the techs were very nice, however they tried to take advantage of me as new client. The price gauging was aweful and one of the techs was relentless in trying to push me and my guest into higher priced services. The worst part is I was willing to pay to have my nails done really nice but I left with a pedicure only and my ragged nails. There are too many nail salons in this town to treat customers that way.

I have tried 3 different times over the years with this place. Their service is consistently not good. They do not listen to what you ask. They try to add stuff you did not ask for. And are very rude and nonchalant when you ask repeat what it is you actually asked for.My last experience :In my most recent and last visit I asked for a natural acrylic set. I had a picture with a set I had previously as an example and two other pictures to point out exactly what I want, to try to avoid the language barrier. I was worked on by the first young lady, she seemed like a beginner, and she kept messing up the shape so they moved me to another nail tech. I showed her the same pictures and explained I wanted an acrylic natural set. During the first cut I explained I need them shorter for work. She explained that she would file them down after the acrylic was applied. She would not even though I asked. Then she applied a polish that I did not know was gel bc I asked for acrylic. She did not tell me it was gel until I had to go up and Pay. The acrylic set it 27 but I was being charged 58. I had explained yet again that I talked to the clerk, the first tech and her and told them I wanted an acrylic set but she would not bring the charge down even though I did not know.

Kayla is awesome!!! She does an amazing job. I make sure to see her every two weeks for a fresh new look.

Leon does my pedicure and he’s freaking awesome with a great sense of humor! Jessica does my lashes and nails she’s really good too! I’m satisfied!!!

This is not a nail place I will be going back to. It took them forever to find someone to do my toes and they didn’t paint them correctly. I also got my nails done which didn’t last 2 weeks and they started lifting not to long after she did them. This is a place where you might get someone who knows what they are doing then again you might not.

Will never patronize this dishonorable business again. Paid for manicure and SNS with tips. After 8 days, everything popped off two nails like they were cheap press on nails, and a third broke in half. I returned and was informed I would have to pay for repairs, or I would have to pay for removal.There was no concern for the poor service and no attempt to fairly resolve my dissatisfaction. They just did not care. PERIOD. Went to a different salon for a do-over and discovered that this salon had improperly applied acrylic over my tips and then the SNS powder on top of that. The acrylic lifted off my nail taking everything with it. I will never use or recommend this salon again. If you do, do so with caution and don’t expect anyone to care if you are dissatisfied.

This was my go to spot for pedicures when I would get them periodically. This was my first time back in over a year due to the pandemic. The nail tech seemed disappointed because I declined the upsell. Needless to say the service felt rushed and the final result subpar. The nail tech, servicing a lady beside me, even did a double take at my finished pedicure.

The owner was very rude and disrespectful. Would NEVER enter this establishment again. Much less recommend it.

I unexpectedly paid a visit to this nail spa and loved it! T was a goddess. She made my stubby nails look good enough for work. Wait time was nonexistent for just a manny, staff was professional, and atmosphere was very clean and upscale. I highly recommend paying these guys a visit!

Have you ever sat on those luxury spa pedicure chairs, the one thats so comfortable you could fall asleep while getting your toes pampered. Was disappointed with the chairs are old and hard. First impression as a walk in: [I am uncomfortable sitting on chairs that is worn, peeled, faded, age beyond repair with spots.] So I stand and wait to be called. Wait time was fast and service was rushed due to each time phone ring she had to answer. And I not going to mention my toes, you get it. Customer care seems lacking here. .. Is it due to the clientele serve? Wondering, Must say this place look like it use to be luxury back in the days.

Don’t waste your time or your money!!!! The WORST and I mean worst pedicure and experience ever!!!! I started to write a long post detailing the experience, but I realize it’s not worth my effort. I will let my energy match that of the employees.

I always get the same pedicure here. Never any complaints until today. I didn’t receive a full pedicure as listed in the Luxury description. I was extremely uncomfortable in the chair with the settings the tech kept putting them at even after I told her I was uncomfortable and would move the chair position. I came in hours before closing and still received a rush job. Very disappointed and will be looking for a new salon after this.

Unprofessional, Workers too old to work, and their attitude and service shows it. They also try to scam by upselling a service you don’t ask for. My daughter asked for strips for $15… they gave her clusters for $30 dollars more. The management is absolutely terrible. I will not take my business their again.

I came in for a pedicure without an appointment. They took me right away and did a great job!

Went to another nail salon and they destroyed my nails. Came here so they could be fixed and she took all the freshly dried gel off and redid them without damaging or breaking a single nail. She was extremely patient filing off the thick layer of gel polish just applied maybe 20 mins prior and fixed them to make them look exactly how I wanted

My wife and I went in for mani/pedi. Service was so bad during pedi that we just opted to leave. Nail polish done on my wife was horrible. Lady doing my pedicure was more concerned with everything but the job she was doing. Just all around worst experience we have ever had

Rude employees. A younger man (don’t know his name) did my nails and was just plain rude. I told him I wanted to add tips w the almond shape and he told me “No you don’t need it. Your nails don’t need that”.... Who tells their client “no you don’t need it” when I’m paying for it????? He then tells me it’s gonna be $50 for SNS!!!!! He was clearly mad because I told him how I wanted MY nails that I AM paying for so he bumped the price up... VERY BAD attitude, VERY unprofessional and super over priced for services. Will NOT ever go back and I advise no one else to go!!!

Very unprofessional horrible attitude for a place that do subpar nails but charge upscale prices. I have been living in Conyers for over 20 years and have been giving this place a chance over and over but they disappoint every time. Old products to where your nails break, drill in your skin, and argue with the customer. They think every black women wants thick and long ghetto nails. Why is it so hard to get natural looking nails in Conyers area?

Its a beautiful place. However the quality of work is not. Being in school for nails I know the proper procedures and they dont use them. I asked for rounded square they gave me granny nails. Then the color is coming off after 1 week of doing nothing on vacation.

Amy is a very rude individual I had been going there for about 4 years however I moved about 45 minutes away I hadnt had any false nails in a minute so I made an appointment with Amy for what I was told it was Tuesday December 15 12:30. After driving 45 minutes to get there Amy told me in a VERY NASTY and RUDE WAY it was for Tuesday December 22d and the nerve to say I could wait she had an appointment available at 1:15..NO THANK YOU.!! I WILL NEVER DRIVE THERE AGAIN FOR ANYTHING!! THANKS FOR NOTHING RUDE AND NASTY AMY!!

They did a good job on my actual toes but I feel like he rushed and didnt really massage or do the hot towel wrap on my feet/calves. The couple that I came in with got the same pedicure I asked for and they took twice as long as I did.The lady who did my nails did a basic job. Ive gotten a better dip manicure with acrylic tips in the past.I was going to give them another try until I got myeyebrows done and not only did she double dip but I didnt notice until after that she also used a razor and it was not new.I wish I had spoken up but I didnt. I will never be back.

My daughter went in to get her nails done. She asked for acrylic, they gave her gel and she asked for a design, they put glitter on her nails and charged her $70. She gave her $80 and the tech kept her money and told her bye. I went in and asked how much for acrylic set, they told me a price and I said funny my daughter was just in here and she paid $70 and the tech kept her change. He proceed to tell me she got gel nails, it was $48. However the pamphlet in the salon says a gel set is $40. I asked him several times why the difference and he wouldnt answer me. He kept saying she got design. A $22+ in design, (depending on how you do their math by charges)? It was glitter dots. She could have done it at home for free. Not to mention the dots were already coming off within an hour. Do not go in this salon!! They wiil rip you off and take advantage of young people. The tech did give her the change she was due snd they handed me another $10 when walking out. A patron sitting with the tech who did my daughters nails asked how much for 1 nail to have glitter and she said $5. Ridiculous!!! I maybe could understand high price for an actual painted on design. This was not difficult nail work. They saw a young girl they could take advantage of, and did. $60 was still too high a price for gel nails with glitter dots.

I stopped here because it was by my Chase bank and I found my new nail place😁 I got my feet done by Organic Leon and he is truly amazing!! I recently had surgery on my right foot and he was very gentle as I asked him!! My pedicure looks great!! I’m definitely going back to see Leon!!!

I loved my experience in this establishment. I havent gotten my nails done in over 5 years. I got a pedicure that still looks good. Kenny was amazing! He was personable, professional and kind. I will be going back and I plan to take some else with me. I wasnt sure about where to go based on reviews, but Im glad I went here. Two of my sisters suggested the Nail Care Spa. The service and atmosphere was worth every penny!😄

Clean establishment!!! Just got a manicure and they did a great job. The deluxe was worth $22. Hot towels, hot wax and sugar scrub. I will come again.

The customer service here is nothing short other than amazing. We usually get there deluxe package. Hot rocks part man its amazing! We waited only like 5 minutes before being seated. I love getting my pedicures here. Everyone is good, but Leon is my favorite. He is awesome. The salon is clean and pretty, and I almost never have to wait.

Very disappointed. Front desk was rude. I called the day before to see if an appointment was needed. I was told that I didnt need appointment. I arrived and signed in 5 minutes after they opened. No problem. Several people came in after me. The front desk manager arrives 15 minutes later, and starts calling those customers that arrived when HE got there. Totally ignored the list of people that arrived before him. 😡. Not wanting to be a Karen, I waited.I was very upset by the time he noticed that he skipped people. Luckily the lady who took care of me noticed I was upset, and went out of her way to make my day better.To the guy at the front desk, you need to learn manners and apologize for your mistakes. Your rudeness and lack of customer service has been noted.

Cut my finger and charged me 70 dollars for gel full set !!!! horrible experience and said he could only give me 5 dollar discount . no designs no jewels nothing !!! will never go here again. Look completely opposite from the picture i requested !!! Highly disappointed and fed up !!!

Their prices are way high for them not to do a good job, the other salons in the area do a better job and have better prices, Alena was their best Tech and she’s gone now..so i won’t be wasting anymore money here, paid too much to have sloppy looking nails, attempted to address the issue but it wasn’t even worth the fight

I want to give this place zero stars!!!! I was denied service because I was getting a pedicure and asked for the nail tech to clean the bowl that had soap scum. I was then moved to another bowl that had less scum and asked for that bowl to be clean and it was just reminded out with water. They then proceed to yell in their native tongue. Then I was approached by who I believe is the manager and was told that the liner will protect me from the germs. I explained to him that that is plastic and it doesn’t protect from germ and can rip and I am still exposed to the germs. He then told me that I was to picky and they don’t want to provide me with service. I tried to give this place a second chance after getting my toes done and a previous customer came in with stating she got a foot infection. The manager tried to hush here but she had all her papers and doctor notes. Also they don’t properly clean their equipment. The service is deplorable and they are racist. Please continue calling the department of environmental services until something is done.

After moving to GA & not knowing which nail salons were good or bad I decided to take a chance and come to Nail Care Spa. I got a liquid gel set done by Sarah & I was extremely pleased with the quality of work from Sarah. From my nails to my brows.. Sarah delivered. She was very personable! Sarah did not rush and even after I switched my polish color at the last minute Sarah remained patient & professional. (Wait.. she actually went to get 4 other similar colors to see which color I liked the best) The salon was clean & does have a luxury feel.

Went to this place due to convenience, worst decision ever! The customer service and attitudes are disgustingly nonchalant. This business obviously receives so much black money they can care less about 1 or 2 complaints. My gel nails began to peel in 2 days. The so called Manager has the worst unprofessional attitude, who should be teaching his nail techs how to treat customers correctly. I hope people start recognizing there are other more professional nail care businesses that display more care and STOP patronizing this location.

NEVER EVER COMING HERE AGAIN! WORST NAIL SHOP EVER! EVERY TIME I COME THERE IS ALWAYS AN ISSUE! The only reason they have one star is because I needed one to write a review. I made an appointment on Dec 23, 2017 to get my nails done on Christmas Eve. I knew they were probably going to be closing early, but the manager I spoke with told me they were closing at 6 p.m. So I made my appointment for 5:30 pm. I always get my nails done by Amy. The next morning I get a text message from Amy telling me I need to come in earlier for my appointment because they close early. She ask me is that okay? I tell her no I cant come early because I get off work at 4. She tells me ok I see. Then she text me an hour before my appointment and tells me she is cancelling it because they close at 4p.m. I didnt even see this message until I got to the shop. She told me their manager did not know they close early yesterday that is why she told me to come earlier. EXCUSE ME how is that my fault your manager made a mistake? I told her through a text message she is UNPROFESSIONAL and I WILL NOT BE GETTING SERVICES FROM HER ANY LONGER! When I got to the shop a nice man did do my nails, but it was not what I wanted I had to settle for something else! Amy even had the nerve to go back and forth with me through text messages! She is very UNPROFESSIONAL. I will be calling the owner of the store first thing Tuesday morning when they reopen to let him know. I WILL NEVER BE COMING HERE AGAIN! I WILL BE TAKING FURTHER ACTION ON THIS SITUATION BECAUSE THIS NOT THE FIRST TIME I HAVE GOT HORRIBLE SERVICE HERE! TAKE MY BUSINESS SOME PLACE ELSE!

Wish there was a zero for a rating. There are cobwebs in every corner, on all light fixtures, on the curtains and around the toilets.. really?!?. If you look behind the pedicure chairs it’s FILTHY!! I mean dust, dirt, nails etc built up for months. To add insult to injury, they did not clean behind each client after a pedicure. Bathrooms were nasty! I tried to give them a second chance but it was the same. They have lost my business!

This is the worst nail spa that I have ever been to in my entire life. The staff are the nastiest and most disrespectful set of individuals I have ever met. You wouldnt think that a set of people who could barely speak English would be so snobbish. The guy who did my nails took a lunch break in the middle of doing my nails. Also, the lady who did my feet let me know that the nail polish I had chosen was sticky after finishing my pedicure. I guess when you know youre getting money either way customer service goes out of the window. Bad Vibes here.

Nice location, but damn you would think I was asking the nail tech (guy with tattoos) to feed me peeled grapes. He didn’t do what I had asked for so I just asked if he could correct it. The attitude I got and he legit threw his arms up saying, “What else do you want?” Would definitely not see him again.

I like the atmosphere and no matter what day or time Ive went, I havent had to wait over 10 minutes. Normally no wait. The prices are average and the facility is clean.

Came in for a last minute pedicure before my birthday. I was immediately seated after I picked my color. My technician Pin was very friendly and gave me one of the best foot massages Ive had in a long time. She was very thorough and my feet look great.

Volcano Leon is amazing! He always puts me to sleep with his magic fingers. My feet feel baby new every time he touches them. He is off on Mon and Sun so call to make your appointment ahead of time. This new Volcano spa option is bomb. Do yourself a huge favor and request him!

Great place

Went 4 days ago and all my nails are lifting. I paid $90 for long nails with designs and the design they glued on is lifting after just 4 days! The gel polish is chipping (which is unheard of!) and he put too much polish so it looks big and bulky. The diamonds he glued on are too big and when I tried to tell him what diamonds to use and where to put them he got an attitude. Just terrible!! I’m used to paying that amount for long nails and they last like 3-4weeks. I am never going back. The service is terrible and their work is terrible. They need to take a day off to master their craft. If there were no stars that’s what they would get but I have to give at least 1 to let u guys know not to waste your money.

I absolutely love this place. Their work here is so good and relaxing. Leon is the best at Pedicures and Jenny and Tina are the best at manicures! I’ve never had a problem with them. They are the only nail salon in Covington and Conyers that welcomes my daughter (3 years old). They talk to her and make her feel welcome where every other salon makes her cry because they are so mean to her. They treat my daughter as their own. Will continue to always come here for mine and my daughters nail needs

Terrible work on my eyelashes. So much glue showing. Still charged me full price after I complained. Didn’t want to make a scene because of the holiday season. EXTREMELY unprofessional and ugly. DO NOT GET LASHES HERE!!! Oh and nails were not so great either. They are skimpy on product usage.

I absolutely hands down have the best nail tech Aleina . I really am pleased with my nails and most of the time my pedicure . I am however disappointed in the environment. Dust, dust & more dust ! The place has tons of spider webs and needs a good cleaning. People are allowed to bring their children ( 2 yr olds ) and sit them in pedicure chairs with their speaker phone on very loud . This is suppose to be a place to relax and enjoy . Also today a baby ( under 6 months ) sat on the floor in a car seat, screaming . I’m considering a new nail shop 🤔

I love this salon. Lin is my favorite nail tech. Tommy is good as well. Honestly, I think all of there techs are good. I just havent used everyone.

Not impressed. Its too crowded which takes away from the quiet spa experience. Nails dont last long either and they never seem to have the powder colors that I choose in stock. Overall I think they are overpriced for the quality of the job they do.

Changing my three star from two months ago to a ONE star. Very disappointed again here. Rushed pedicure. Rough heels, pressure to spend more and to tip. Just unhappy wont be back

The service here is TERRIBLE. I went here 2 times. The first time I went the guy who did my pedicure cut my toenails too short even after I told him only to file them. He did not massage or lotion my feet, when it was in the package I asked for. His cleanup was messy. The manicurist threw my hands every time she needed to switch hands and her cleanup was messy. I decided to give it a second try since it looks like such a nice place despite one bad experience. The second time, the lady who did my pedicure blatantly looked in my face and laughed and talked about me with the lady who was doing my manicure because I couldnt understand her terrible English. The manicurist did not shave down my acrylic. It looked as if she just wiped it on and put nail polish on it. Her polish was sloppy, and she kept messing it up with her hands. I had to tell her multiple times to redo the polish because she kept ignoring me and insisting that the top coat would make it look better. I will NEVER go here again and I do not recommend this place

Prices are high!! Be sure to ask for extra add ons. For example gel polish is an extra $20! The nail techs were nice but the management could have cared less about my complaint.We will definitely find another spa in conyers to visit when we are in town!

They do a great job which means theyre always busy. I always visit during the week to avoid a crazy wait time.

Tracy was awesome. She recommended SNS and I couldnt be happier. Service was fast but also quality work. I will be returning.

Currently battling not 1 but 2 ingrown nails on my toes. I was asked if I want my toenails cut down and yes of course. But not past the skin i felt I needEd yo educate the man doing my nails to not cut at the edges to help prevent ingrown nail. Which leads me to fear if the employees are actually licensed or just apprentices my toenails are paying the price :( :(

Yesterday February 23rd, 2019 was my first time going to this salon and I had a great experienc so walked in and was greeted by the staff they were really friendly and helpful the wait wasn’t long Wich was surprising being that it was a Saturday at 4:00pm I thought that there would have been a wait with the amount of people but nope everyone had someone attending to them. I usually leave the salons that I normally go to unsatisfied but this time I was happy while I was getting my nails done I was so shocked because it was way different than any other salon not trying to boost or anything but Austin I think that’s his name he did his thing!!! He gave me exactly what I asked for I showed him a pic and got exactly that!! I’m very satisfied and will come back again!! Was worth my money!! I wish I could add a picture of my nails but unfortunately I don’t know how to and this is my first review I just had to leave one this time.

They charged me $20 extra for gel nail polish, the lady didn’t even let me know. I went back up there and I thought they had accidentally charged me for another pedicure pack. Nope it’s $20 extra. Do not let HONG (pedicure lady) do your pedicures she will pressure you non-stop till you choose the most expensive pedicure pack!!! On top of that I got my nails short with gel polish and my full set alone was $44. If you want a great price deal and a great job done go to Ultra Violet Nail Lounge and ask for MiMi. Prices at Nail care spa are way to high for the half job they do.

Last time I was there, they made me move to THREE DIFFERENT WORK STATIONS after my manicure had already started. I guess the person doing my nails was new and had no seniority for space, but that made me feel undervalued as a customer. Also, the person had no clue what I was saying. I had gel powder on my nails that i wanted to have removed and then I wanted just a regular manicure. The tech took off the gel polish with the electric filer to get it off. I told her I wanted all of the hard gel off so it would just be my natural nail. She didnt do it. I left with the gel basically falling off in pieces. I got to my car and started cracking off the rest of the gel and then I went back into the salon and asked for a manager. I explained to him what I wanted and another technician finished it and quickly rushed me out. Granted, this was memorial day weekend so I realize it was busy, but it was the worst experience ever. I have not had consistent manicures by ANYONE. The only thing that is really worth doing there are the pedicures.

ZERO STARS!!!! Nasty attitudes and customer service. Awesome when the owner was at the store when they first opened but they have the volume now because of the busy location and traffic but they will not get my business again. They made me wait while others (who were walk ins) went ahead of me and they forgot me. No welcome, no greeting, no apology. I had to get someones attention when I walked in. Watch out for fungal infections too. I got them on my nail before.

I used to go to another nail salon, until the service became a problem. They had great prices but they didnt have customer service. I decided to stop in and try Nail Care spa. I found great customer service and fantastic pricing. They provide products but Im looking for and a large large large selection of nail colors. I like SNS colors and they have a ton of them. Theyre pedicure services grain and you can do different levels that give you different add-ons. And theyre manicure services are the same. I highly recommend giving this place a try I have yet to be disappointed with my service.

The service I received was a nail infection. After they put nail on they were burning me. I went to the front and a very disgruntled host at front said how they dont do refund. I told the man my nail was not done properly to much power in nail bed and it was burning me. This is place is terrible and unprofessional establishment. On several occasions I tryed to reached to them for them to refund my seventh dollars back to me but the refuse. And when ever you call to speak to their manager they not their or they hang up or tell you not to call back. No one should be treated like this. We are all human beings. And they should treat everyone with the same respect . Please dont hesitate just think about what I said dont ever go to their shop . It the worst even Jennifer was so inpolite. So run as far from this nail shop.

They are ok sometimes but depends on what person your getting. I go there for eye brows and pedicure but I dont like being rushed while getting my feet done. Last time the woman didnt put the hot towels on my feet of scrub and I for the s deluxe. I will not get a pedicure here again
