David was great. Been going here for a while and Scott was really good. I really like how David took his time and did the work nicely!

I got a pedicure and ombré nails. I love my nails so much. They always do a great job on my nails and I love the pedicures also. They are very friendly and do a great job.

I gave this location 3 chances to try and work with them now never will I let this unprofessional poorly staffed and no since of customer courtesy if it was being paid to them. The guy who seems to be the owner is not only unprofessional but when I asked why not have me soak while the lady was doing my pedicure he said what ever u need to soak I asked you have no since of customer courtesy or service do you he responded no not at all before I lost my nerves I ask to check me put for the poor pedicure I received from an older woman who clear didnt know what she was doing had to tell her to just stop and Ill wait on some one else to simply polish my toes neatly A blind dog can do my nails before I ever go here again waist of money and tome oh biggest part that dont require customers to where mask so they are clearly not concerned about the health of customers or Covid-19

I went in for a fill in and pedicure, both gel.. I got the $45 deluxe pedicure, my feet wasn’t scrubbed or anything..i showed the lady who did my nails a picture and asked if she could do that she said yes, and she didn’t know what she was doing.. so I made her take it off.. She clearly was upset because my nails look like a 7 year old polished it.. Never againnnnnnnnn..

This place is horrible they are overpriced the associates are rude they rush through your manicure and pedicures all they care about is the money not the quality of your nails they also dont give you what you paid for especially when it comes to pedicures. They charged me $50 just to get a fill in and one nail repair and in the process ended up completely changing the shape of my nails its only been one day and the paint is already starting to chip off the nail glue that they use is the same kind that you can buy at Walmart so the nails never last longer than a week or so and youre always having to get a repair on at least one nail because the glue doesnt last I think they do this on purpose to get more money because it seems to happen with a lot of people stay away from this place

Ms. Anna greeted me right as I entered. I could see her smile through her mask. She immediately sat me down and started to work. She took her time and was very kind with my feet. This was a random visit and if I lived closer, I would come back.

I loved the pedicure, but all of the technicians seemed to be rushing to get us out of the shop. My tech finished and immediately said pay. I wasn’t going anywhere then had the nerve to ask for a tip. I’m from the 305 and I told her she shouldn’t rush customers. She looked puzzled 🤔 🤷🏾‍♀️.

My three year old daughter and I came out paying $150. I got an overlay and pedicure. She received gel nails, and water and lotion on her feet with gel on her toes. Her nail polish came off before we got to the car and my nails were hideous. I went back in for them to redo it and recalculate. The man at the counter told me the other guy gave me the wrong price.

I came to this facility for the first time on May 29, 2021. They opened at 10 a.m. I went in just to get 1 nail fixed the guy told me to come back at 10:30 I left and went to sit in my car and proceeded to wait until I saw more women going in. So I went back in and sat in the chair to wait. Everyone was saying that they needed full sets and pedicures. So I figured that I would say the same to see if I would get a seat at the table. So thats what I did, I went ahead and said that I needed a fill in and that got me a seat. I guess if your not going in to spend money they do not want to service you. I will never return back to this facility.

It was a very good experience ! Go to Seven, the nail tech was professional and did my nails exactly like I wanted.

First, I made an appointment and still had to wait. I dont see the purpose of making an appointment and making me wait. Second, the quality of the work is poor. My SNS is already chipping and I just got them done a week ago. I have never experienced this with an SNS service. Also, they cannot do nail art.

I had got me a $40 pedicure this afternoon about 6:30pm that basically lasted 10min and I was done the lady did not scrub my feet at all and didn’t even file my toe nails she basically was rushing to get done bc it was about to be closing time. Then the lady that had did my dip powder was rushing as well Bc she was ready to leave and she was talking and laughing with another working friend and it was only 7:20pm they all in all was rude not welcoming at all and not professional and did a horrible job I wouldn’t recommend this nail place to anyone and it was my fist time there and I’m visiting ATL from Dallas.

Its a waste of money, and they rush through pedicures like nobodys business. If I am paying 60 dollars for a pedicure I need you to do everything listed. I’ve had a horrible experience with the nail shop. I got my nails done on Friday, by Saturday 2 nails were already cracked. The quality of their powder(SNS) is not good. Not to mention I was overcharged for the service provided. When I tried to return to get my nails fixed the next day, I was told the person that did my nails was off that day and that I need to return when he’s working. Which made no since to me because as long as the service was performed in the shop anyone should have been able to fix my nails.Upon return to get my nails fixed, I’ve been sitting here over an hour waiting on the tech to even acknowledge me. He jumped from one customer to the next until I had to stop him and ask how long it would take for him to service me. He then replied oh you want me to fix your nail, my thoughts was no sir I’m just sitting here because I want to catch Covid from the tech that keeps coughing. Needless to say, this is the worse nail shop I’ve encountered since living in Georgia.PS.My experience with their pedicures were horrible as well. I had to ask the lady to clean under my toe nails and to cut the nails as well(which is a service usually provided).This has been a complete waste of my $110.If I could rate them a negative 00000 I would.

It is a beautiful salon but the nail techs lack experience.

I came in for a gel pedicure and SNS. Got charged $90 for the quickest pedicure in the history of pedicures and an okay SNS job. During the visit, the guy who did my nails kept getting up and walking away even to go smoke outside. At the end, I asked him to break down the price for me just so I can know for myself and he straight up told me “NO” I will not be revisiting this place & will be reporting them. Don’t get your nails done here!!!!

I only gave them a 3 because the pedicure was very mediocre, I had a 2pm appointment yet wasnt helped until after 5pm then by the time they started on my nails it was completely rushed and broke the day after.

Cici saved them a customer, she is polite, professional and did I mention Great at her job!!!! She is the only one that can touch me!!! SNS manicure, Gel Pedicure and Eyebrows!!! She is a One Stop Shop!!! She can fix whatever someone else messed up!!! Call to make an appointment with her!!!

They are very rude. If you are not happy with their service they don’t yo try correct it but get an attitude because you are disappointed with their service. I came in for an eyebrow tint and they kept giving me a wax. My forehead was burning in my face broke out immediately. And they still tried to charge me for the service and was unhappy that I didn’t pay full price which I shouldn’t have paid anything at all

Very disappointed with the service. I have been coming to this location since they been open. I recently got my nails done on June 20 within a week my nails started coming off. I was recommended to get the gel powder by the nail tech because they will last longer but that was not the case. I called and explained to them my situation. I was told to come back and they will fix it that was not the case. They wanted me to pay 45.00 for fill in when I paid for a full set within a week. I have been supporting this place since day one and this how I was treated very disappointed.

Ive attempted to go get my nails done twice at this location with no success. The attitude of the nail technicians are terrible! They need a receptionist to greet customers as you dont know who you are talking too when someone asks How may I help you? In addition,they need to list prices for the different types of services. Also,theres no social distancing at the work stations when there are at least 3 techs in there. You sit right by the next customer at the same station. Just need to better setup for social distancing.

Had gel nail done on Monday, next day gel comes off on two fingers, went in the same day to had it re-done again same person re-do my nails, next day same two fingers and three more fingers gel came off, waste of money, the woman with short hair in there don’t know how to do gel nails, needs to be re-train, never going back., waste if $55 and $ 5 tip.

This place was the best nail shop I’ve been to in a long time. Me and my mom went to one nail shop in Florida and it was terrible. But when we went here, they fixed our nails for us and the price was cheap, and affordable. I definitely recommend 👍🏾

Scott was my nail tech. I like XL nails and he executed exactly what I asked for.

I had a HORRIBLE experience. First, the nail tech had an attitude looking for the acrylic that I asked for. I asked for pink acrylic and he proceeded to put clear acrylic on me and pink polish, that is NOT WHAT I ASKED FOR. When I corrected him, he got really aggressive and began literally ripping the nails off then sent me to another nail tech. The next nail tech made it no better. My time was not only wasted, but I was not accommodated the HUGE inconvenience. I will never return here again unless KEVIN and Kevin ONLY does my nails.UPDATE: Here I am a WEEK later, and two of my nails have already broken due to improper acrylic application! This place is a JOKE!

The work was pretty good. I sat there and waited about 10 minutes for the young lady to come and start on my pedicure while my feet was in cold water. At the end they same lady wanted to over charge me $15 but I wrote the prices given to me earlier in my phone. This was a makeshift disappointment and will prevent me from ever walking in this establishment again.

I hardly ever write a review about a place, but this place right here isn’t it. The lady who did my toes did a good job, but the guy that works there did a horrible job with my nails . He was rushing like the lobby was pack. I was the only person there, plus they just opened. Two, he didn’t put enough product on my nails. It’s been four days and my nails are chipping and coming loose. Would not come back here again. What a waste of $69....

First time going here after stopping by from leaving Best Buy. This place is amazing! They offered me a drink, the chairs are comfy, the place is clean and sparkly. Nina did a fantastic job on my nails! Definitely coming back

I never leave reviews for places but this time I had to make an exception! I’ve came before and the service was good. I literally just walked into there door at 7:15pm! The lady just says no more customers we closed!! The sign outside the door says they close at 8pm! I only saw 2 workers but I wouldn’t have mine waiting because I understand, but just to completely lie and false advertise the time you close I will never spend another dime here!

Ive been here one time before and had stellar service. However thats when they first opened. Fast forward to today...I walk in they tell me it would be a 30 min wait so I wait. Two ladies walk in and call one of the nail techs by name (she obviously knew him) and asks how long is the wait. He tells her 1 hour so she waits with me. The next thing I know hes calling HER back!! I say excuse me?? Ive been waiting ONE HOUR although you told me it would be only 30 MINUTES!! He proceeds to tell me that she was in earlir. But SHE stated that she just walked in and that I could go before her. Needless to say...I left!! I thanked her for her kindness and proceeded to come to my car and write this review. Theres one thing that I dont do is unprofessionalism! I write great reviews when the service is good but when its bad I like to tell people about it!! I just waisted an hour of my time in this place! Ive noticed theyve been getting more and more bad reviews and now I see why! I WONT be returning!!

This place is giving a really bad taste in my mouth.I came in on July 13th for a VIP pedicure and Ombre gel manicure.The lines on my toes were thick,the nails were rushed and didnt even last the 3 weeks that the man said they would.I called the following day and spoke with Kayden who finally offered to have the nails redone.We scheduled for me to come in that following Tuesday and when I arrived he wasnt there.I was told hed be on vacation for 30 days and that I needed to wait till he returned.I have a baby coming soon.I dont want ombre gel nails taking care of a newborn.Still have yet toget this issue resolved.Thus isnt the Unique Nails we know it as ladies.These people are rushing and taking money and that same time.And to think I intended to have a spa party here....not.

Excellent customer service! Excellent quality! Color options to last a lifetime lol First time getting SNS done and I’m beyond satisfied with my service. The staff is very knowledgeable and informative. From the time I walked in, the receptionist was very warm and eager to assist with any questions I had. And not to mention, my tech was on point!!! I’ll definitely be visiting again....on a regular.

Had a wonderful mani/pedi today. Nina did a great job on my gel manicure and Tiffany gave me a perfect pedicure. She actually redid my big toe twice until she was satisfied with the outcome which I appreciate (and I didn’t even ask!). Wish I could have NO STARS! Went in on Friday for a fill and requested a nail design. At the beginning of the design I noticed my tech didn’t know what he was doing after I had to correct him twice so I decided to change my color. On Saturday my nail chipped and I had to return on Sunday for a repair...Issue still not resolved!!! I won’t be returning or recommending

Great service, atmosphere, choices of colors, very clean and awesome nail techs. As i was getting my fill-in i was informed about any problems with my nails, the best way to keep my nails up between appointments and any other questions i had were answered without a problem :) They also offer you drinks and are super friendly!
