I love the services I receive at Nail Time! The deluxe pedicure is so relaxing and the brow and lash tech is awesome! Ben is my nail tech and he is such a perfectionist!! He always does an awesome job on my mails but yesterday he went over the top! My nails are so freaking awesome! The filing to the matte finish is impeccable! To top it all they have the best customer service! Forever asking if Im comfortable or offering a beverage. Im so a customer for life!! Go get right at Nail Time❤❤❤

Do yourself a favor and find another nail shop. I was highly disappointed with the service I received here. I had to ask the nail tech to wipe down her station after the client before me. The work on my nails was sloppy and the nail tech totally ignored my questions and concerns. They only want your money and are not at all concerned with giving you quality, professional service.

The Nail techs were so gentle and really friendly . When i got my eyebrows waxed it turned out so nice like i love my eyebrows now! My my my...its soooo hard to find a good nail shop in Conyers. The lady who did my nails was rude. They spoke in Chinese so I recorded the conversation and went home and translated it. The workers were soooo negative about the consumers. Talking very rudely about the peoples nails and feet they was doing. Never again will I ever visit this place

I made an appointment just to have to still wait 45 minutes hopefully this was a 1 time thing as this was my first time visiting. Ill give them another shot and let you know if I want to add additional stars .

Nail time nail time nail time. First of all I got there at 6:40 didn’t leave until 9:15 on top of that all I wanted was a fill in with gel polish and I got the shape changed. I paid $45 when ho early I could’ve gotten better service for less 😒👎🏽 I do not recommend. Do better especially with corona. They didn’t even wipe down the spacers 😷

Im a regular customer.I hate large nail salons.This place is very nice and clean the Techs are friendly Im always laughing and joking with them (hugs are Priceless) . I get square round shape and I have long nails. If you are in a rush I suggest you go to another salon with more Techs....I love it! No complaints :)

These people are slow!!! I arrived at 10:45 a.m. to get a pedicure. There were only two customers being serviced. Two workers were working on a lady at the same time. One was doing her manicure while the other do her pedicure. As, I was seated the second customer who had been serviced was leaving out. Therefore there was one customer and myself. My pedicure water was prepared by a young man and my feet sat in that water from 10:50 a.m. until 11:20 a.m. I like coming here because they are friendly and it is usually not crowded (now I see why). However, if you are in a hurry, this is not the the nail shop for you. They take their time and do a great job, but they are in no rush to get you out...which can be good or bad depending on the person being serviced and how much time they may have.

Don’t come here at all, they don’t know how to do any type of shapes to your nails, I asked her to fix it she said she couldn’t. I will not be coming back! She charged me 45.00 for short sharp nails and I wanted long stilettos nails. Just horrible! But they are nice people they just need to learn how to do nail shapes!

I love this small nail salon. I hate going to packed noisy salons. Here all the techs are friendly. They could do better on the pedicures, but other than that. Ill always travel to enjoy some quality pampering. Make sure you ask for Lee for all your waxing needs shes the BEST!!

They charged my mom $75 for her nails and feet and also gave my mom a receipt for $75 but her bank says they charged $90! They over charged my mom then showed no care When we went back to see why she was over charged! Bad customer service!

Be careful who does your eyebrows. I went to get mine waxed and ummmm, the lady basically waxed one of my eyebrows completely off. It was beyond obvious but she pretended like she didnt notice. Im pretty upset but kept my cool. I shouldnt have to use makeup to color my eyebrow in. Very disappointed but want to give whoever a heads up to specify what or how you expect your eyebrows to look.

I always hate giving 1 Star Reviews but when I give you one star, you have earned it. My sister was treating me to a pedicure manicure. Not only did they lie to me and say $25 is their cheapest pedicure (it’s actually $20), then they did a horrible job on my manicure. Even as a man, I kno a bad job when I see one. My sister’s manicure looked like a 5 year old painted her nails! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE AND AVOID THESE PPL!!

I have been coming to this nail shop for years and the ladies are nice they know my name.Also they make you feel welcome.The wait is not long at all.They also offer eyebrow tinting .

I went there recently for coffin nails and they did a horrible job. Only thing good is ur out of there fast cuz one do hands while the other do feet. They are not 21 first century quality. But I would take my grandma and great grandma there. Save your money cuz the quality of work sucks..

Inexperienced & unlicensed staff performing nail services. Call them out and ask to see both licenses (state board license and match with their drivers license or ID card.) ...watch their faces and listen when you do. They will start talking about you. Just tell them you work for the state board health inspection.

Everything started off fine then this idiot does my eyebrow and does not wax the top, which has never happened in 15 years of getting them waxed, then lightly does it literally put nothing on there and tries to argue me down she did it with the razor ! Terrible customer service ! Never will I go back!
