I lived here for a little over a year, and moved to be closer to work. I have never lived in an apartment complex where they make it THIS easy to have a dog. There are designated dog walk areas, waste bins and bags provided, and they even recently added a dog park area. The people were amazingly friendly, and quick to respond to any maintenance concern. The grounds are well kept. The website made it absurdly easy to pay rent and see what was going on in the community. As I told them when I gave notice, I wish they had a property in the town where I work.I had owned my own place for 7 years before moving to Arkansas for a new job, and I had been nervous about going back to renting. Woodland Oaks ended up being the best apartment community that I had ever lived in. Definitely worth living here, especially if you have a dog!

We loved living here! The management staff were always super nice and maintenance very helpful! It’s a very family and pet friendly apartment complex. They’re also on the cheaper side compared to many apartments in Conway, but that didn’t affect the quality of our apartment. It had been completely redone when we moved in. New counters, new appliances, new carpets, paint, everything was clean as it could be! If you’re looking in Conway, I would definitely recommend Woodland Oaks!

Woodland oaks is such a wonderful place to live. They have a wonderful office personal and maintenance personal that are quick response and make it easy for everyday life. I love it here and feel safe and comfortable with this place.

Honestly the best apartment I have ever lived in. Very few maintenance issues, but when something happens they are there in just a few hours. Friendly and very helpful staff. The grounds are beautiful and pet and kid friendly. You get way more than what you pay for here.

Been living here for roughly a year and a half now, and I have loved it. One of the best apartment complexes Ive lived in since I was born. My only reason I cant rate 5, is the parking is horrific, while I may ride a bike, I used to have a roommate (Mister Archer) who would often work late and have to park like 2 buildings down, kinda a bummer, but other than that, Nicole is awesome, maintenance is quick and efficient, and everyone is super friendly. 4.5 Stars!

The staff here have all been very helpful & and very nice to work with. The apartments are kept up and everyone in the community so far has been very friendly. Very pet friendly community as well!

I love these apartments! They are very kid friendly! The managers are always very nice. The residents are quiet most of the time. The summer time here is always my favorite! The pool is always kept up, I have personally seen the managers walk around or even drive around and clean up, and they have always been very polite and respectful! I recommend Woodland Oaks to all of my family and friends in the Conway area!

I lived at woodland oaks for about 9 months. It was a great experience. Anytime We had a problem maintenance would always be quick to fix it. I think its a great apartment choice for those first time renters and its a few minutes away from UCA and stores are right down the street. The only problem I could see was the parking situation. I worked till late and there would be days I would park two buildings away from mine. I didnt really mind, but I do think its its something that needs to be worked on.

Clean, quiet, good customer service, understanding, they will work with you even in a pandemic. I would suggest them to friends and family for sure.

I have lived here going on five years. I dont understand the roach problem I am reading on here I havent seen any except for when new people move in.. my only issue right now is I have been waiting for a handicap parking spot for over 6 months. There was one put in and the kids stole it and carried into the woods. I am still waiting for a pole to come in according to maintenance and management but does it really take 6 months for a pole I mean please cant you go to home Depot. I have had 3 back surgeries and I have to walk from the other side of the parking lot to get my apartment. I love Nicole and Mary but the handicap sign and parking are really getting to me Thank you for replacing my handicap sign.

The people in the office are more than amazing! Super kind and respectful to there tenants, also they have wonderful maintenance men. They get the job done fast! I love everything about this place, wouldn’t want to live anywhere else!!

Cute apartments and the amenities are nice, but the parking is HORRIBLE!!! HORRIBLE!! My husband and I often work late and have to park 2+ buildings down and walk in the middle of the night to our apartment. Also have you ever had to walk through the pouring rain 3 buildings down in the middle of night with a baby after you get off work? 10/10 would not recommendThere definitely needs to be some kind of numbered parking or something for each apartment

Love this place. The amenities are great. Love the gym, pool, and the kids love the play ground and the huge front yard area, its great for the kids to play football games. The staff are wonderful and informative. The location is excellent. Close to a great school and shopping. The price is great too. The apartments are very spacious. Love the wood floors and size of the bedrooms. Having three kids its perfect. Thank you Mrs. Mary and staff for making me feel so welcome.

Very spacious, maintenance is ALWAYS on top of things when we need it and the management is always helpful and kind when we need anything.We have lived here for a little over a year and it has been pretty good. We also live across from the manager Nicole, and she was always been very helpful to us and always has an open ear. Its a very good place, especially that I can have my fur baby here, not many places will take animals over 30 lbs. Overall, its a pretty good deal!

Ive lived here over a year now. Going on 2 years. Id have to say, Ive never enjoyed an apartment complex before, but the staff here makes it so much easier to adjust to. Mary, Nicole, Derek, and Johnny are always welcoming whenever you see them anywhere on the property. The apartments are nice and cozy, and they dont have carpet all the way through(which is a huge plus). I never have any issues with noise or anything. Id definitely recommend this property. The only suggestion I would like to make would be to give assigned parking or expand the parking lot. Other than that, all of the other upgrades and improvements are looking good, and I definitely appreciate the hard work you guys are doing to improve the appearance and quality of the property.

Ive been a few times and have walked around and seen a few of the different apartments! They are very clean and have wonderful spacing. If I was willing to move to Conway these would be my first apartments of choice. The ladies at the front desk are more than welcoming. All these people talk about mold must be blowing smoke because every apartment Ive been in its been more than clean. I love it! And its such a kid friendly place that is also one of the reasons its my top choice.

The photos are very misleading! This place is disgusting, filthy, and managed by people who could not care any less about you.

In the past 6 years I have rented from three different realtors. Woodland oaks is by for, hands -down the best place we’ve lived. Both in comfort of the apartments and management. Mary and Nickole are the best. The new maintenance man, Sam, is amazing. He really knows what he’s doing. I have absolutely no reservations about living here. Merry Christmas everyone!

If youre looking for easy access to I-40, shopping and the colleges, this is the place for you. Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood that youd never know was here. Super pet friendly and nice grounds for walking your pets. In the three years weve been here there have been continuing improvements, new windows and blinds expanded parking and outside lighting to name a few. Our hot water heater went out, we had a brand new one installed in under an hour ! Maintenance is always on par. Thanks Derek and Dennis. Mary and Nikole are always professional and care about their residents. Well maintained, good value and excellent community. Suggestion : Fenced dog park :)

I moved here in July last year, Ms. Nicole was very friendly and always had a smile, she answered questions, and got our paperwork filled out quickly in a professional manner. Then when she showed us the apartment and I fell in love with the flooring. The apartment complex is clean and quiet. Ms. Nicole works hard to keep it that way. I really havent had to have anything repaired except my refrigerator, they just brought me a new one, very prompt and professional. I enjoy living here very much. I appreciate all Nicole and the team does for us. Thank you guys!!

Woodland Oaks Apartments is a great place to stay. I lived there for 2 years and the staff is always friendly and willing to help when needed. I recently moved, but I will definitely miss it.

They are really helpful. My roommate and I really needed somewhere to go ASAP, and Nickole was helpful and sweet and worked with us!

Indescribable, simply awesome. Moving in from another state can be an overwhelming task but this was by far the best experience. These people go out of their way to work with you. Ms Mary deserves a raise, big time! Not only is she emphatic but she is always caring and concern. Ive seen her go around the complex picking up trash and making sure everything looks nice. Nicole is always willing to help also. Last but not lease, to every person that had a negative review, I dont know what apartment complex you live in but we are obviously living in two different complexes, Our apartment has been and continues to be cozy, comfortable and extremely nice. Im proud to call it home.

Resently moved here from out of state and was looking for an Apartment in Conway the staff here were very friendly and helpful.This looks like a very good place to live!

I see so many people post about how crappy these are. I dont know where that comes from. Nickole is so nice. The maintenance guys are amazing. They are always extremely helpful and know what theyre talking about. The apartments are nice size and nice quality. We moved away due to family, and when it was time to move back, Woodland Oaks was the first place I went.

Looked at this apartment on 7/17/17 and was very impressed. Im a full time student and looking for apartments that are at a good price and that are good first time apartments. I like the floor plan and the layout of the apartments. I was also very impressed with Ms. Nicole in the office. she showed me the apartment and answered all my questions that i had and informed me about everything that they had to offer.SIDE NOTE: While in the office waiting to be shown the apartment the office got a phone call that someone was going door to door. right after that MS. Nicole was right on it flagging him down and asking why he was here and why was he knocking on her residents doors. She even asked him to leave the property. Needless to say I really hope I become a future resident here because if I have any problem I know who to call and know that she will take care of it.THANK YOU NICOLE FOR THE GREAT SHOWING AND ANSWERING ALL MY QUESTIONS!

Really nice place, close to the shopping centers and most of all it is family friendly. Low crime and they have a courtesy officer.

NO PEACE AND QUIT! SHOOTINGS AND PEOPLE STEALING THINGS IS RIDICULOUS! AND THE WORST PART THE MANGERS DONT CARE. I FEEL LIKE IF YOU PAY NEARLY DAMN $700 A MONTH YOU SHOULD FEEL AT HOME! BUT I FEEL LIKE IM IN THE HOOD IS NOTHING BUT DRUNKS AND DRUGS OVER HERE.

Loving my new apartment, location, amenities, neighbors and staff!! Everything is clean, staff is always pleasant and helpful. The location is ideal!! This complex is the only one on Middle Road and even though it sets between both malls, and a few minutes from the interstate, it is quite in this neighborhood!

Worst place to stay at, there is someone always stealing things around here. Then there are kids just running around that any person could snatched up, even the Manger child is out playing while she is at work unattended. Like do people not care about their children?! There are undercover cops that live over here because it is a bad area. The rent is to high and the place is a dump, definitely not worth the price they ask. Roaches are still bad and so are the spiders. If your smart, you would spend your money some where esle. Not in this hell hole!!

This place is without a doubt a wondrous place to live! The resident manager Mary is above my expectations when I need to file a work order or a concern. Plus the maintenance team always gets the job done! 10/10! And the Oscar goes too...

First day in my apartment and have seen 9 Roaches... Initially saw building 11 during a view of apartment, saw a roach. We get a different apartment building 4 days before move in, and during walk through we were told no one saw a roach out of cleaning crew etc, vendors, and contractors but viewing my bathroom, what did I see, yes a roach. I pointed out immediately, she killed it. Since then 8 more. Nice apartment, friendly staff but the roach infestation out weighs it all..2 different buildings with Roaches but yet pest controls sprays regularly according office. This is so DISGUSTING... Other than the Roaches would have rated a 5...Nicole and Mary are truly nice and quick to resolve issues, I would give them a 5 also..

I lived here in 2013. I rented the apartment from out of state and arrived to find my apartment was not ready to move in. As it turned out, after living for nearly two weeks in their model apartment, not ready was PC for infested with roaches.The problem became so bad that my wife and I requested to swap apartments. It didnt help that a passing storm tore part of the roof off and caused a significant leak in the master bedroom that wasnt fixed until we actually swapped apartments.The second apartment was a step in the right direction, but it was not without its issues. We finally had enough and requested to vacate entirely with the promise that due to the poor standards of living, there would be no penalty. The employee who made this promise was later terminated for misconduct, and as a result, my moving for poor conditions was translated as left without notice. And so now I have a $3000 charge on my credit report that every time I attempt to dispute, they fight back stating that since I cannot physically prove this employee was wrong (not my job), that the charge stands. The problem with this, however, is it shows a giant, neon red flag on my credit report when I attempt to rent.Im sure the new staff are great, but my experience here was terrible and the fallout has destroyed my credit, all because I didnt feel like I should share an apartment with a few thousand roaches.

One of my friends decided to come here to get a apt i went with her and the lease person was absolutely amazing so helpful explained everything to where we both could understand it the apts looks amazing on the inside and out it didnt seem to be trashy just amazing my next apt i will be moving there

I just dont understand how these apartments have ANY bad reviews. Maybe they werent always like they are now but Ive lived here for 3+ months and I am absolutely thrilled. We drove through several apartment complexes when we 1st came to Conway and to me, woodland Oaks was the obvious choice. My apartment is so nice and the staff is amazing.I really havent had anything major to call maintenance over but they did come tighten a screw in the fan for me. They are friendly and service was prompt. I will definitely be renewing my lease. As for some of the reviews claiming bugs and mold, 3 months later and I have seen neither. I suppose scorned people will say anything to cause a problem though.

I like living here its roomie especially the bedrooms now the living area isnt that big had a hard time with the layout of furniture but overall the price is great and also you can rent washer and dryer for 50 extra a month so its a budget home and if I need repair I had no issues with that . If you need to transfer to bigger or smaller apartment pay transfer fee and the next one that is available I have no issues with management matter of face they are nice people and so is the maintenance crew I would recommend this place. 4 and 1/2 stars is because downstairs you can hear ppl upstairs and with all hardware floors I can hear a lot of stomping around

Lets see here, put work order in for shelf under kitchen sink that is falling in due to leak back in May. Put another one just recently and management, well one says they cant find the wood to replace it. The main Manager says that they dont have a maintenance guy authorized to enter a rented apartment. Who is lying or telling the truth?

This place is just nasty! No privacy, cops always over here, people always breaking into vehicles, cant leave nothing outside because people like to steal to, they have roaches, black mold, ear wigs, and the mangers are very rude! Nicole and Mary dont know how to run this place! And trying to get amy thing fix takes freaking months to get fix! If your smart stay away from this place!!! Its nothing but trash and people who live here act childish. Just ridiculous

Definitely not a good experience. Yes there is mold and roaches and yes the bug people in and out of here. Yes they dont charge you for the bug people and they shouldnt for the consistent problems. Nichole is as nosie as they come. Best believe your not gonna walk out your door without her knowing. Maybe you need to worry about the traffic thats in and out of here constantly. But you dont see them doing their deals cause your too worried about dumb crap. You cant even have guest without them harassing you to fill out a background check. FYI background check is not fixing to tell you what these people doing in your parking lot. Move around. No one wants to pay 20 per person that comes over. What kind of crap is that? Mary is a very nice person and Im sure people would be more apt to stay if they didnt have to deal with Nichole. Whatever happened to living in peace without the management down your throat every two seconds? Tend to making the place better to live not harassing people for petty crap. #iwantoutasap

Ive lived here for almost 10 years !! Do i need to say more ! I would recommend Woodland Oaks to anyone looking for a home or an apartment ! We have an outstanding manager & her staff is on point !!!!

I am sick and tired of pulling up out here to visit my boyfriend and the maintenance men are always looking in my face begging trying to sell me burned CDs. One even asked if I had a man. Its sad I stay in my vehicle until they ride past me on the golf cart thing. The neighbors have these flea bags running around with dog feces all over the yard. I think they need to get rid of the property manager and unprofessional maintence men out here.She seems to allow this type of behavior. I would not trust them in any apartment while youre not at home due to them soliciting. They are so desperate to make a few bucks while riding around on this cart. I see this Mary chick commenting on everyones review. If you did your job no one would have to come complain to you or write a review. I think you are the reason these apartments is the way they are. Out of all the apartments in Conway this is the most unprofessional one I have been to.Stay away from this place and do your research before moving here. I promise you will regret it.

The apartment is wonderful just you dont have parking space if you work and gets off in the middle of the night you have to walk from whereyou can find a space and for management to have relative living on property picking and starting fights Nicole suppose to be management dogs jumping at you dog poop you cant walk wirhout looking down you ask for a six month lease she throws you in for a year

If this could be given no stars I would have listed it as no stars. I have visited this place several times since a friend lives there and this place is by far the nastiest place here in Conway. Their buildings are infested with mold, bugs and god knows what else. Do yourself a favor and just live in your car before moving into these apartments.
