Such a great place to live! I love the close proximity to campus! It is literally on the edge!
My wife and I moved our daughters into the Edge a few years ago. The cost is worth it since utilities and internet are included. Also appreciate the gated entrance. They are officially graduating and moving out the end of July 2021. While there they have had a wonderful experience and staff have been very helpful and accommodating. My wife just spoke with E.J. in the office and she was very helpful in answering all our questions regarding move out etc. We would definitely recommend this complex.
I had a wonderful time when I stayed at the edge. The staff was great they always helped out any time I had a problem. EJ was super nice and helped me with instructions on how to move out properly. I would definitely recommend staying here.
Ryan Henderson, the maintenance supervisor is outstanding here!! He was very attentive in my time of need and a huge help for every problem we may have had! Highly recommend & great customer service!!
Anytime I have had 2 deal with any issues I would always get such a quick response from maintenance, Ryan Henderson! He knows what he is doing & gets the problem taken care of! Awesome!
Apartments are pretty cool I think. Ryan Henderson, maintenance boi, is quite handsome and really good at his job. Any problem? He can fix it. Live here just so you can have things fixed by Ryan Henderson. Ryan Henderson.
This place looked great when I stayed. I loved the pool and the staff was fantastic.I would recommend this place over any apartment in conway.
Jayme is the sweetest! She has been extremely helpful and friendly anytime I have needed assistance with anything.
Great community and everyone in the office is really helpful. Jayme is super sweet!
Honestly they’re terrible, I can never get ahold of the front desk. People dogs are always using the bathroom in front of my window. I’ve put in a complaint about it still haven’t changed anything. The WiFi stay going out, it’s been out for two days now and still nothing. When you finally do talk to the front desk people they always seem like their in a bad mood. Overall 0⭐️‘S
Everything here is good except the wifi. We arent allowed to restart the wifi router because there is no button to restart it. I wish the Owner could give my apartment a new wifi box because right now our wifi barely works, but other than that the Edge is a nice place to stay.
Honestly I would rate them zero stars if I could. I’ve been living here for a few years now and when I first moved in management was great. I paid 450$ base rent which isn’t bad for what you get. (Location/pool/gym/ownbathroom). But the 2nd year I lived here rent went up to 499$ For a year lease which wasn’t bad because it was only a little more than $450. In august 2020 I had to sign a 6mo lease because I was graduating which was 599$ because they charge an extra $100. Well, in December I found out I was accepted to the grad school program so when it was time to renew my lease, I emailed he manager and the edge separately explaining my situation i on and how I would need to stay for 1 more semester. (Until summer). In my emails I just asked for options, like maybe paying 500$ since technically I was here for a year and didn’t know my situation bc of covid and things. Well after weeks I finally received a reply from I’m assuming a front desk worker saying “no, you have to re-sign your lease for 599$”. And that was all. Which okay, if that’s the rules that’s the rules, but it’s not. My brother lives right across from me and pays $450 for a year. How is that possible when they tell me the year price is 499$ which is the reason I’m paying 599$?? (Also we signed leases at the same time). also, my friend signed a 6mo lease in January as well, around the same time I renewed mine for 6mo and he pays 499$ for 6mo and he got told that if he wanted to extend his lease for another semester he could for the same price. Like ???? I’m getting scammed. Also, side note; our refrigerator broke 4x before they gave us a new one and we lost tons of $$$ in groceries.
After my granddaughter moved out they didn’t pay deposit back so I contacted them a few times saying 30 days was a long time to wait for deposit back and all of a sudden she got an email with “damages”She never missed a payment and was never late but I guess being a good tenant doesn’t carry any weight with themMade up damages to be exactSaid dresser drawer was damaged. There was no dresser in her room. Several other untrue statementsWhat kind of company is so low as to make up stuff just to jeep the deposit?! The Edge evidently🤷🏼♀️ pretty sorry
I am so happy that I can call The Edge my home! Moving in was such a stress free experience. The workers in the front were awesome and really know what they are doing! I love being so close to campus and having my own bathroom is a major plus! I plan on staying here throughout my college years. Big thumbs up!
I hope my daughters residency here will be nothing like what we have experienced so far. We signed a lease in February. We had to hunt them down to receive any type if directions about her apartment throughout the summer. She was finally given a check in time a week before the date after she called and emailed constantly. Her check in time was between 2pm-3pm. She arrived there at 1:45pm and I left work early to get there at 2:30pm. She had to sign a list and there were numerous people listed before her to check in. They were averaging 2 people per hour for check in...HORRIBLE. They had no system to accommodate these students. Some students dont have lunch money, dinner money, working AC in their cars or friends and/or relatives near to visit with while their broken system of checking in violated everyones time. These are paying customers and no explanation was offered. My daughter works on campus and had to be at work the following morning. Needless to say, we left around 7pm and the office personnel hadnt reached out nor could they tell us what time she would be placed in an apartment. We didnt feel safe moving in at night. There has to be more consideration given to tenants/customers/students that are moving in. When my daughter lived in the dorms the move in went a lot smoother with twice the students. I literally met parents that had driven hours and had waited 7 hours for apartment placement for their student even though they received confirmation emails with check in times, as we did. I wouldnt reccomend anyone to this place, I couldnt imagine what their service to their current tenants is like. Please do better!!!!!
I want to tell you that I just love it here at The Edge of Conway in Arkansas. The Staff is so awesome and amazing they take care of business whenever I need them Y’all ROCK
I have been living at The Edge since August 2018 and I love it! I see most of the reviews involve problems with trash violations or random fees but I have not experienced that. I always take my trash straight to the dumpster and I never leave it outside my door or on my balcony. The staff are always super friendly and helpful as are the managers! Before you move in they have you fill out a preference sheet so that you will get placed with people who have similar hobbies/interests as you! The apartments come fully furnished so I saved a lot of money. The closet is huge and I love having my own personal bathroom. The gym is open 24/7 and so is the computer lab, which is really awesome considering Im a college student with a lot of stuff to do and no time to do it. Ive had nothing but great experiences with this apartment complex! I recommend living at The Edge 100%!
My sister lives here and I love visiting her. Her apartment is so cute. I was with her during move-in day and it was so easy. All of her furniture was already set up, all she had to do was bring in her clothes and decorations!
My daughter signed on with the Edge in the spring and moved in August. I was happy that it was so close to the UCA campus and is a gated community. It is a spacious apartment (shes in a 2 bedroom), has all the amenities, clean and furnished quite nicely. She feels safe being there and thats the biggest worry I had with her moving off campus. So glad she was able to secure a lease with The Edge at Donaghey!
My daughter has been living at The Edge since August and we have had nothing but a pleasant experience! The friendly office staff made it super easy to sign a lease and move my baby into her first apartment! The apartments themselves are beautiful, fully furnished, and utilities are included. We couldnt have chosen a better community for her to live in.
You get your own bedroom and bathroom which is the biggest plus for me and dont have to worry about separate bills for utilities. If you have maintenance issues with the apartment you do have to call the office to get it fixed, the online maintenance form doesnt work and send you emails that things have been fixed when they havent. Its within walking distance of campus which is really nice too.
Love the staff! The made sure everything was together and in place for the BIG MOVE😊. If your looking for somewhere to live check them out.
These apartments are awesome! Nice amenities, affordable price, usually helpful staff. Allie in the office was totally amazing.
My older sister and her friends live at The Edge and I love coming to see her during the school year! The WiFi that comes with the apartment is so fast! I love how close to campus and restaurants it is, such a great location for any college or incoming college students.
The property has had an overall beautiful turn around since the new management/maintenance took over in March. Fun, convenient, and affordable place for UCA students to spend their college years. I could not have said that confidently a year ago. Well done.
I lived at the Edge for a year and it was amazing! So close to campus and the apartment was well kept! If we had a problem they were there to fix it asap! I believe it’s a fair price considering you don’t have to worry about utilities every month! Definitely worth the experience
My daughter has lived at the Edge since August 2015. This year she moved into a new unit. New management was very accommodating about getting her moved to the new unit within a time frame that worked for her. There were some issues with appliances and maintenance left from old tenants, but the management has been very helpful at getting those resolved quickly. Overall a good place to live. Love the new rental rates!
I LOVE living at the Edge. Let me start by saying that The Edge is a great place to transition from home/dorm life into an apartment. The Edge is fully furnished, all utilities are included in your monthly rent, and maintenance is all taken care of by our super friendly maintenance man! The apartments are SO NICE on the inside. I love the modern yet comfy feel! The amenities are incredible, including the beautiful swimming pool, the super clean exercise room, the tanning bed, the ping pong table and the hangout space in the clubhouse. The Edge staff is always so helpful and the manager Amanda is such a blessing to our apartment community. Since she has started as manager Ive seen so many drastic improvements to the Edge. Another thing about the Edge that is so important is that I always feel SAFE, no matter the time of day or night. The bright lights on the side of the building were either recently replaced or newly installed, but there is SUCH a noticeable difference in the parking lot after dark. First of all, there are always parking spots right outside my building, so I never have to walk far. The flood lights always make me feel safe, and Ive never personally had or heard of any unsafe experiences at the Edge in the past year. I live in a four bedroom, and one thing I was concerned about was roommates.. The Edge has a super convenient lease-by-the-bedroom policy, but I was nervous about my random roommates (i had to do random because all my friends are either married or live in Greek housing). The Edge has perfectly matched me with every single one of my roommates!! Im going to miss our sweet little apartment community when I graduate!! I felt compelled to write this review just by observing the much needed and incredible changes that have taken place since Ive lived here. If you couldnt already tell, I highly recommend living at The Edge at Donaghey!
Great place! Nice apartments and the agents in the leasing office was great. My daughter leaves there and they made the process super easy for her to move in.
I have been living at The Edge since August and I have loved every minute of it. The staff is very friendly and really make this place feel like home!
Ive been living at the Edge for about a year and its been a wonderful experience. The staff is pretty great and easy to talk to. The leasing consultants are very knowledgeable. Wifi, water and an allotted amount of electricity included. The complex is at walking distance from campus.
I lived at The Edge for 2 years and loved it! I did the random roommate option and had 3 roommates that are to this day best friends that I cant live without. They have fun events every week for the residents like movie day, popcorn bar, and hot cocoa. If there is a problem they get to it as fast as possible (there are a ton of residents, so I do mean as fast as possible). If youre on the edge of thinking about living here, do it! Make memories at this place! I cant recommend it enough.
My daughter has lived here for over a year and we could not be happier with the location, amenities, and community. The staff has always been super helpful and accommodating to our needs. As a parent, I would recommend this place to any child, especially student, who is looking for a first time apartment!
The Edge at Donaghey has been a wonderful living experience for my daughter. Safe, clean and very reasonably priced. The manager Amanda has gone above and beyond to make my daughters time there enjoyable. When there are issues with the apartment, such as appliance maintenance or other minor maintenance Amanda and James have been attentive and responsive.
I love living at The Edge! Great quality apartments and super close to campus. Its a win-win!
Tahlon is a very professional and courteous leasing consultant !! He is a great addition to The Edge leasing staff. It’s always great to see customer service being put first.
Im honestly not sure why there are so many bad reviews about this complex. Having lived here for almost two years now, Ive only had minor maintenance issues which get fixed quickly. Im never late on bills and have never had any extra charges imposed upon me. The staff, from what I have experienced, are professional and quick to help. Yes, its a college town so every now and then there will be parties. Youre not going to get away from that. All of the amenities are kept up. Ive had one roommate issue where someone was stealing things from the kitchen and requested to be moved. I was moved as soon as they could find an opening for me. I highly recommend The Edge as a choice of living for students
My daughter has lived there since August. She has loved living there and the apartment complex and management have been great! Amazing location and great amenities.
Juliet was great! She always got the job done every time we called about something. She was always polite and handled all situations well. Definitely my favorite employee at the Edge!
I love how close to campus this property is! The leasing consultants are phenomenal and loved helping with any questions I had!
The Edge is a wonderful place to live . It’s easy for my friends who live there because they right by the campus and it makes transportation easy. Not only that but the staff there is amazing and the rent specials are unbelievable . Security is 10 out of 10 because it’s a gated community . Thank you edge for proving top service apartment housing to the residence of Conway .
Such a nice place to live for students and Allie in the office is so nice and she really represents the company well!
I have been a resident at the Edge since August 2018. Recently, my roommates and I got charged a fee for a trash violation. When we went to inquire about this fee to management, we were told the manager was not in the office and would be back on a specific day. When we went back to the office on that specific day, the manager was still not there. However, there was another manager available. We were told by office staff that the manager that was in the office did not want to speak to us about the issue.I have worked in the public service/hospitality sector for several different places and I have never had a manager not personally speak to customers and at least attempt to resolve an issue or personally give a reason as to why they can not help.In addition, the fee came from the fact that a person on the maintenance staff saw a trash bag sitting beside the dumpster and went through the trash bag. After going through the trash bag, the maintenance person saw a piece of paper with my roommates name on it and alerted management. Management then decided that since they did not know who put the trash bag outside that they would charge all of us in the apartment. As I have expressed with staff at the Edge, this makes absolutely no sense for a couple of different reasons. 1) There is no evidence of who took the trash out 2) There is no evidence of whos trash bag it was, my roommate could have thrown the paper in anyones trash can 3) We have never had a trash violation in the past and this should have been handled by giving my roommate a warning while also expressing the fact that nothing can really be done about the issue without proper proofI have yet to speak to the manager about this issue, even after calling and going to the office on several different occasions. I have asked to speak with her in person as well as via email or phone and have been given inadequate responses. If you are thinking about living here, I urge you to do your research on some of the other reviews that have been left on here in regards to management.
My move in experience was very prompt & effective! The new property manager was sooo nice & very informative upon signing the lease. Didnt have a roommate, but they matched me with the perfect person. There are surveillance cameras & a secured gate at the front. Im in love!
Tahlon Martin has great customer service! I love The edge
I’ve had a great time being here. The people who work here are very friendly and accommodating and kept the apartments in tip top shape.
The staff here is great and super healpfull and friendly! All maintenance requests are taken care of in a timely manner and are always done right. Great place to live!
The edge is a wonderful place to live. Allie at the front desk does a great job.
81. Now that new management has been established, I believe this complex will be much better off than it has been in the past.. with all the parties and whatnot. Most of the reviews on the internet are predominately focused around the old management - which was absolutely pathetic and completely incompetent to say the least. I have met with the new leadership and can say it is looking much, much better already. The manager has shown that the integrity and safety of the property are at the top of the list of priorities. 4/5, only because of the history this property has and how I had been treated by the previous management.
Allie at the front desk is awesome and the edge is a great place to live.
The Edge is a great place to live! The staff is hardworking and helpful, the units are beautiful and clean, and the Internet is fast. Anytime my roommate or I need anything, the manager, Amanda, is there to get the job done. The Edge truly cares about their residents!
The staff are very friendly and helpful! Also love how close it is to UCA campus.
The Edge is definitely an amazing apartment complex, especially being so close to the UCA campus! Ive had friends that have lived there and I always love visiting! Plus the new manager Amanda is a total sweet heart, Ive had her as a manager before in the past and she truly goes above and beyond for her apartment clients, The Edge is lucky to have her!!
If I could give them zero stars I would. Management is awful. They are so rude! Everytime you come in the office or call them they have a rude tone and are not helpful. They came into our apartment many of times without telling us they were coming. My friend was placed in an apartment that was supposed to be fully furnished but was definitely not. It took them until her lease was nearly up before they ever did anything about. Even after many phone calls and emails. I cannot even list all of the things that makes Edge at donaghey an awful place to live. Don’t do it!! You’ll regret living here.
Great apartments close to campus. Wonderful and helpful staff!
The staff is friendly and I love that the the price includes everything
The Edge at Donaghey is a great location for students at UCA and has great amenities. It is also an amazing price for everything you get while living there.
Don’t move here bad service and management & white lady idk if she there cause this was in 2017 she rude
Great place to live! Amazing office workers, but the maintenance could improve.
I have been calling every other day no one has came to fix my WiFi yet! I am a student and really love this place but internet is mandatory for my classes!
The old management left the place in a mess. I recently switched units here at the Edge and there were a few big problems that the old management just ignored. Fortunately they are under new management that will go above and beyond to help. They were very accommodating when I asked to move into my new unit early and have worked very hard to fix the issues left by the past residents. Very pleased.
Management is terrible! Hoped it would get better after new management came but its just as bad. Takes for absolute ever to get a maintenance issue fixed. Ive been without a mail key for weeks and they dont care and still havent gotten it to me after multiple conversations and promises. Most disorganized mess Ive seen at a business. They take your rent check and thats about all they care about. Do not sign a lease here.Update! Still no mail key and my paycheck is is in my mail. The workers do not care what so ever about your problems. I have lived here since July without a mail key.
This is literally the WORST place of business to choose to live in Conway. Management is ridiculous. I constantly get overcharged monthly for things I do not know and workers refer me to speak to the “manager” whose never in the office. I had roommates whom I didn’t know and had issues of other unauthorized guests living there and management never followed through and did their part with getting the guests out. It takes weeks for them to fix things. Washer and air have broken twice within a few months span. You’re overcharged for one bedroom and one bathroom. And it’s crazy that I pay so much to not even feel comfortable in my own home. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone.
Great place, great price, great employees. If i could rate it above 5 stars i would!!
My daughter recently moved into a move-in ready unit which was NOT move-in ready. There were carpet stains/damages, faucet leaks, a broken dishwasher, etc. Maintenance request have take a week or more to be completed, which is disappointing. I am not letting my daughter sign another lease with this complex.
THIS IS A TERRIBLE PLACE.... THEY MADE MY FIRST MOVING OUT EXPERIENCE A LIVING NIGHTMARE... THEY MOVE YOU IN WITH PEOPLE YOU DO NOT KNOW.. WHEN I GOT THERE TWO GIRLS WERE ALREADY THERE ..YOU COULD TELL THEY HAD A PARTY ..THE APARTMENT WAS A MESS AND MY PARENTS WERE HELPING ME .. LOL BAD IMPRESSION .. I HAD MOLD IN MY TOILET NO MATTER HOW MANY TIMES I CLEANED IT ...IT CAME BACK ... THE LIVING ROOM LITERALLY SMELLED 24/7 BECAUSE WE DISCOVERED MOLD COMING FROM A HOLE THAT WAS IN A WALL... WHEN IT RAINED IT WOULD LEAK IN MY BEDROOM FROM THE TOP OF MY WINDOW PANE.. NEVER RECEIVED PERSONAL WI-FI THAT I WAS PAYING FOR ... ENDED UP BREAKING MY LEASE.. IT WAS TERRIBLE... MAINTENANCE SUCKED AND SO DID MANAGEMENT AND THE DAMN UNNECESSARY FEES AS WELL ... DO NOT LIVE HERE
This apartment complex has the most irresponsible and unorganized management. Way over priced for what you get, a small bedroom and bathroom. Moving in my fully furnished apartment was missing a couch, a television, had a broken dishwasher and an oven that was missing parts and started a grease fire when turned on. It took several months for management to fix these problems and their attitudes didnt help either. Id call them several times and was promised multiple things that didnt come true, it will get fixed tomorrow or well call you back was a lie they told me on many occasions. 7 months into already living there they sent me an eviction notice because I apparently didnt pay my rent. My lease agreement had it to where rent would automatically be drawn from my account (I have never had problems paying my rent on time before) and I go to the office to find out they lost all my bank account information! So i had to sit and fill out the same forms and go to the bank to do what i had already taken care of 7 months prior because the management somehow lost some of my files. Its overpriced and not worth the trouble, if I could take back the year ive spent living elsewhere I wouldve saved a lot of money and stress.
It is a beautiful complex with plenty of amenities.
This is an extremely nice and well-managed community. The staff is awesome!!
Great place! Love it
Some of mine roommates might not know how to keep the place clean but other than that its a pretty dope place to say while at college
Beautiful place with helpful, knowledgable, and polite staff!
Its a really good place to live
Resort style swimming pool and the rooms are cool too! I get to walk to my classes from this complex.
I havent had the best experience in Conway when it comes to housing but ......... The Edge changed all that they have new mangement and NEW workers everytime I call they are there to help and fix anything ... Very professional and I appreciate that
Great apartments friendly staff :)
Beautiful apartments and lovely staff!
Great place to live, The staff is amazing. Perfect place for a college student
I have not lived here and I never will! Ever since I started getting emails from them, I have never been able to get rid of them. Ive called management twice and UNSUBSCRIBED from their email list three times yet I still get their stupid email specials and what not. Ive been constantly harassed by this apartment complex. The pricing per BEDROOM is insane. Any regular college student wouldnt be able to afford it.
BEWARE: A year after living in this place a get a call from a debt collection agency saying I owe them $560 for a months rent. I graduated from UCA in May, and spoke with the manager Teresa who stated if I pay 1 months rent ahead of time she would close my contract. I did. I asked if there was any paperwork to fill out and I was told no. Because I did not get this in writing, I owe the edge $560 for a month I was not even present.
This is my first experience with apartment living but for the most part its enjoyable. Management has handled any issues ive had quickly. When I put in a maintenance request it has been fixed promptly. The cable works very well. I wish they enforced residents and non residents trashing the areas outside the apartments and on the stairs but all in all, Amanda has turned this place around from what it use to be. I would 60% recommend this for college students looking for a place close to campus with good amenities!Update: For the past 4 months, the wifi goes out for weeks at a time about every other week. The complex is really slow to get it back running as well. Wifi is NOT reliable or good and I even pay $50 for upgraded wifi and it still isnt good. In addition, the complex has randomly taken rent out for a month it was paid several times for no reason. Beware if your a person like me who cant afford them taking rent when its not due.
Gun shots and fights in the parking lot. Not safe place to live. Loud out of control parties are the norm. Maintenance lol thats a joke. Ive put in 8 service requests, none have been completed. The office staff? Incompetent. I have lived in 2 other apartment complexes in Conway. I moved here due to its closeness to the university. My biggest regret in college is renting from the edge. STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!!!!!!! Be warned. The 5 star reviews you see of this place are management and employees reviews of the edge!!!!!
This is an awful place to live, management is shady and will lie to you. Theyre are always parties, loud obnoxious and inappropriate music is always playing at the pool, theres a ton of families so children are always running around, trash is everywhere, and it is unsafe at night. Cops are constantly here and groups of people roam around at night starting fights and blasting music. Calling maintenance or management for problems is useless, many times Ive had to call the cops to deal with something that should have easily been fixable. Security is a joke. And also if you dont like your roommate too bad, mine has constantly threatened me, taken my stuff, and called the cops on me but management had done nothing and even sides with her when there is a conflict. This is a horrible and shady place, stay clear.
Almost gave it 4 stars because they don’t have a jacuzzi but other than that it’s a pretty smooth place to live
Nicely priced, and styled apartments!
Great place to live and the employees are great.
There is no diversity! they separate residents according to where they come from#segregation
Excellent and friendly staff.
Been waiting over three weeks to get air conditioning fixed. Me and my roommate have been on the phone and in and out of the office with empty promises of getting it fixed.
Best place for UCA students
Great facility and staff!
Lovely apartments!
This is a terrible place to live, rude staff!
A piece of crap.
The Comcast of housing.
New Renter.
