Always my go to for my hair cut and eyebrow wax. Ive had a couple of wonderful stylists who sadly have moved on, but today I met Sabrina whos working all alone and doing amazing. She and I clicked well and she knew exactly what I needed. Thankful for the quality service. See you soon!

I used to use smart style a few years ago and it was fine. What you would expect from a haircut at Walmart. I never write reviews but this got under my skin. My second 2 using this salon in 6 months. First time I asked for a simple cut short on sides and trim a little off the top. She basically gave me a buzz cut which I figured it’s whatever. But I was covered in hair she cut. Didn’t even try to avoid this from happening. Today I got another haircut and the “stylist” did not know anything about cutting hair didn’t know how to fade from clippers to finger length. I thought this was odd from someone that is supposed to be trained. I doubt these 2 “stylists” were even trained. I can do a better job with scissors and a mirror. Obviously I get it. It is a salon in a Walmart. But I would at least expect someone to know a little about what they are doing. Do yourself a favor and just go down the road to super cuts at least they are licensed.

It’s a very clean and friendly place to visit and get your hair done or waxing done and very very friendly staff and customer service is great... ask questions about their services they will explain everything to you to make you welcome.... I rated it a definitely a five star place!!!!

Liz did a fantastic job with my unusual request to go greyer and it came out great with Disco grey! Thank you for helping me cope with a midlife crisis and making it look totally natural! Had soo much fun!!!

Went in a for a brow wax yesterday. I like to keep my brows on the thicker side but the tails get a little messy. I was very clear (we discussed and used the mirror) that I didn’t want the inch or so of my brow closest to the center waxed at all, just the tails. Well, one brow looks great. Just how I like it. The other brow is just over half the thickness. It was so overwaxed and overplucked. I could feel the stylist plucking only on that one side. It looks awful. I was literally in tears once I got to the car. I will literally never go again.

This past Saturday I scheduled an appointment, Liz took me on to color my hair and cut it before attending a wedding. She did excellent, good conversation, obviously a great multitasker given she had other customers before another employee came in but was still very attentive. I will definitely be back.

I walked in this afternoon and was greeted immediately by Crystal. I got a fantastic cut at a great price. It was exactly what I requested and even better! She checked the back of my neck before I left to make sure nothing was missed! We sang country songs. It was fun!

Went in today for my first full foil and Liz did an amazing job and totally fulfilled what I had imagined. Very professional, skilled, and friendly. My hair looks amazing and I could not be happier with how it turned out. Liz is a true hair artist!

I got my hair cut there earlier today. I didn’t catch their name, but whoever did my hair cut it far too short even though I specified that all I needed was a very small trim on top because I like it long. I have never been so displeased with a haircut. Happy back to school season.

Went tonight to get my two boys ages 6 and 4 haircuts. The two ladies there were very helpful and even did the hair color last minute. Very patient and caring and kind with my two boys and my youngest running around the store. I would highly recommend this location. Thank you again

Liz did an amazing job coloring my hair. I went in hoping to have her bring my natural color back. She came up with a concoction that was absolutely perfect. If you ever want a great hairdresser that knows her colors she is the one you need.

It was my first time to this salon at Walmart. I had a nice girl named Jessica. She did a really good job on my hair. She listened to what I wanted and was very helpful on advising the best products for me to use. She did an excellent job! Thank you for my new spring haircut! I got lots of compliments on it.

I took my daughter and my son into this place to get a quick trim. This was the most awful experience. After the woman was done cutting my daughters bangs she ran out for a smoke break. When I looks at my daughters bangs they were so uneven it was incredible I could have definitely done a better job. The other stylist that was cutting my sons hair was so kind to “fix” my daughters bangs. After realizing she had no clue how to cut hair either I just agreed that both my son and my daughters hair looked fine and left as quickly as possible. Unfortunately being a single mother 30 something dollars is hard for me to come up with to pay someone to fix my sons hair. So for the next month or so he has to walk around with a stupid hair cut. I can’t believe they let people cut hair there that have zero clue. I could have given my children the same hair cut. If I wanted my sons hair uneven, choppy and the worst fade on earth I should have done it myself for free. I am disappointed and they should shut that place down it’s not right taking people’s money.

They do really nice perms. However they need more help desperately. If you are a Cosmotologst and would like to work, please contact them.

I have been going here off and on for yrs, Yesterday 10/18/2017 was the worst ever, the so called stylist Was RUDE, and Knew nothing of what she was doing!!!! Absolutely nothing. Tried to be nice and strike a conversation with her and she would answer and then go off on something different. Told her how I wanted my hair basically speaking and she said I paid for a cut not a style Really!!!!!! I just didnt need a shampoo or blow dry that is all, So if you just get a cut you just walk in and they do what they want!!!! Really!!! My advise would be to get rid of her for sure, I know there is a big turnover there but have never had one like her, no wonder she left a place in Manchester, They prob. fired her. She was also very rough always hitting my ears with comb and (scissors) a few times!!! when she put product on my hair she almost took my head off, Never again will I go there, its just convienet and a good price for someone on a fixed income But I will go pay a higher price to at least get treated with some respect and prob. a better (style) haircut than I got from her.

My son and I love, love, love Liz and Rachel. Liz is a true hair artist and I keep coming back for more. Absolutely amazing and child friendly!

This place is horrible. I stood there waiting for 10 minutes for someone to come and take my money for the hair products that I wanted and there was absolutely no one in that store except another customer whose hair was processing.... Not one salon employee anywhere. I left my product on the counter. ..I hopeSomeone came back before that ladys hair fried.

Went there last week randomly with my 5 and 6 yr old daughters to get their hair cut. Rachel was their hairdresser and was awful, she shouldnt even be a hairdresser. I sent my kids back in the chair twice and then ended up having one of my kids go back to the manager to fix the original haircut. I went to bring my other daughter a few days later to fix Rachels mess up and was told she couldnt take her even though I told her we would be coming on a certain day when they opened. I ended up reaching out to the corporate office and was told a Regional manager would contact me which it has been 3 days and still havent heard anything. Save your time and money and go anywhere but here!

My haircut and beard trim is pretty simple but Ive always had a great time here. Ive seen some great before and afters, especially with colors. And, you cant beat SmartStyles prices.

Everytime i have come here to get my hair cut liz is always very welcoming and precise with how she cuts hair.. i wont go anywhere else.she rocks

Worst salon ever, wasnt expecting much for the price they were charging, just wanted a trim. Sherrie or whatever her name is, the one in the red hair, randomly chopped up my layers, and cut it way too short. my hair is usually very straight and manageable, and now with her choppy layers, it mysterious turned curly. It take skills for someone to give a haircut that bad. i do not recommend her.

This salon is beyond the most unprofessional establishment Ive encountered. One employee had no idea what she was doing and constantly having my stylist leave to help redirect her. The place was not welcoming at all, then after being told what I wanted couldnt be done I was promised I would leave with correct hair all one color (I had color patches from past dyes) and upon getting home to my hair dry I see a bunch of color patches. Being out 150$ with the same looking hair I went in with. The manager was extremely rude and unprofessional when I returned to get it fixed. In the process of getting a refund and making a complaint about this place.

I had a wonderful time here. They were very helpful with my indecisiveness and very understanding with my 6 year old who was afraid to get her hair cut 10/10 would recommend.

They are good in a pinch. The turn over is very inconvenient. We started going to Supercuts.
