I have been here twice so far and both times I had a fantastic experience. The facility was clean and organized.All of the staff that I came into contact with were kind and inviting. Janaysia and Maddie both did an excellent job and were both genuinely kind.I enjoyed my experience and will be returning.

I have now seen Janaysia twice. She is so professional and efficient. She checks on me through the process, keeps my nervous energy at bay, and the end result is beautiful. The salon assistant if friendly and prompt. The salon itself is clean. Highly recommend!

My daughter got her eyebrows done here and it took over 20 minutes. Ive never seen eyebrow waxing take that long. After this time I go in to check on her and not one person is in the lobby for over 10 minutes. When she finally comes out, I state they have been in there for a long time and the employee says nothing, doesnt even acknowledge me. Will not be returning!!! Do not recommend. The employees we did meet when we first got there were rude also.

I decided on this place based on a google search. It was close to home and had the best overall rated with a lot of reviews. Booked online randomly with any available esthetician. I ended up booking with Janaysia W. Booking was easy. I showed up and was greeted instantly. I told Janaysia that it was my first time ever and she made me feel very comfortable and explained things as well as answered my questions. Made the whole process very comfortable. The prices were fair given my research of places and prices. The place was cute and most importantly clean. So far a happy camper. Booked a second appointment before leaving. I would recommend them.

I went there on a Friday to have a waxing service and the lady told me that it would be best to come back tomorrow. So I went out to sit in my vehicle to look up other waxing services and a very rude staff member came out and asked me why I was in the parking lot. I told her I was looking up other places to go and I don’t mess with my telephone while driving. She then looks at my tag and tells me I’m staring into the business like I’m undressing people with my eyes treating my as a criminal for a $10 service. Then called when I got home and made it worse. What goes around, comes around.

As a first timer getting a Brazilian wax, lashes and eyebrows tinted it was a great experience and will be going back. The whole vibe was amazing and welcoming, I had India and she was amazing!! Super informative and very energetic I will be coming back and requesting her and her great customer service!!

Service was ok by trainee Janaysia needs little more practice with removing wax where she does it swiftly instead of start and stop more painful that way. She had to go back over a spot but with mire practice and technique she’ll be excellent nice disposition

I have been going here for maybe 3-4 months now but I LOVE it! I get my Brazilian wax done by Carly, she is amazing. She really takes care of me and my skin and makes sure I’m always comfortable. The pricing is the best I’ve ever been too and then give you enough or a time window too so they are not literally rushing you out the door as soon as you come in. Highly recommend it, in fact I have gotten a few of my friends to start going already!

My first appointment experience with Adana was wonderful. My friend & I love initially booked an appointment in August. I enjoyed my visit so much I booked another appointment. I was late for my appointment & ended up rescheduling for another day. No one informed me my card would be charged a $20 no show fee nor did I see this information on the website. I did not see a sign posted stated I would be charged a No Show fee. I am canceling my rescheduled appointment & looking for some place else. Update: Thank you Deana for making this right!

I just don’t understand. My very first appointment and my first appointment post COVID shut down were FANTASTIC. The last 2-3 appointments I’ve left my Brazilian Wax with still so much hair, that I still have to either trim or wax myself. I’m sorry but that’s just ridiculous considering I have spoken with the owner about the issue as well yet nothing was done. So I guess it’s time to find another waxing studio, you know one that actually takes off all the hair. Annoyed.

Went to the grand opening and loved this place. It smells like chocolate, has great music, friendly staff and amazing owner. The waiting area is beautiful with great reading material and refreshments. The wax they use is different than what you get in typical waxing center and I LOVE IT! It left me smooth with no redness. I visited Adana for a eyebrow and lip wax on their opening week. The staff was very professional, you can’t beat the prices, my appointment began on time and the facilities were clean and welcoming. My esthetician was very personable and explained to me the benefits of hard waxing vs soft. I was happy that their hard wax left my skin looking clean and not red and blotchy like the soft waxing I’ve had done in the past. Highly recommend.

The only waxing I have had in the past is eyebrow and lip.I went in for my very first body waxing scared and nervous. I was greeted immediately by the owner, she sat down with me and explained everything to me and made me feel very relaxed. The studio was clean and beautiful. I meet 2 of the esthetician, both of them were professional and personable.This was the best waxing experience ever. The smell of the wax was wonderful, and I was not sticky, red, or swollen.I had a couple of spots on my lower legs that were missed, when I contacted the owner she was friendly and had me to come back in, I thought they would get the missed spots but instead did my whole lower leg.

This was my first time here. Leeann took care of me she made me feel welcomed. Very friendly, nice and professional young lady.

Amazing place!First of all I found my go to place to wax... I have been here in the Charlotte area since 2014 and been looking a place like this for waxing. I can now say say I have found it!!! 💜My skin is super sensitive and I brake out with bums and rash super easily... not here! The wax didnt make my skin brake, no irritation and not pain! Niecy have angel hands!I definitely recommend Adana Waxing. The place is clean, staff is friendly, affordable, wax is the right temperature, awesome music and the ambient is so relaxing and smell delish.You need to go and check them out!

This review is strictly based on my last booking with Deja. I booked a 5:55 appointment using google and was only able to book one service since the closing time was 6:00pm. I called Adana’s and spoke to Deja, told her that I was unable to book a second service due to the time and that I had no problem coming in the next day if that would be easier. She said that she’d add the second service and that I can come in. When I arrived there was no one there to greet me, which is honestly the norm there so I wasn’t bothered. I sat there waiting, at which point it was already 6pm. Deja finally came out and said “hey”. I asked if she was Deja and she said yes and continued to use the square machine. There was no “I’ll be right with you”, “ I was just finishing up with a customer”... nothing! After a few minutes two customers walked out and she rung them up. We proceeded to them room in silence, and I got the sense that she was annoyed. To break the silence I asked her how she was doing. She then rushed through the waxing, huffing and puffing the entire time which made me uncomfortable. She asked if I’d been exfoliating and I told her I shaved recently which caused razor bumps. There was no response. At this point I was annoyed. In no time she was done and subsequently got a low tip. I honestly didn’t want to tip her at all. Now, when I got home and looked in my mirror there were SEVERAL hairs left behind. I had to pluck them myself. I was so upset, had to leave a review. Please teach her some customer service etiquette.

I scheduled a appointment for February 25th back on the 18th I go in today and they canceled my appointment because I didn’t confirm which I felt like I shouldn’t had to since I was told that if I didn’t cancel a day before my credit card would get charged. So I show up a whole 15 minutes before my appointment to be told oops sorry since you didn’t confirm I can’t see you, but it was okay for me to get off work a hour early and drive 45 minutes to get there just to be told my bad. Will never schedule here again. If you want professionalism and courtesy go toThe Spa Junky and see Ms Shanice Holiday she will treat you right and treat you like a person not a inconvenience.

Yesterday was my 4th visit. Deja didn’t say 5 words to me after my lecture on not exfoliating. This make the appointment very awkward and uncomfortable. I have always tipped $15 on a $35 service. On my 2nd appt the wax was to hot and I was burnt. But I still tipped and returned since Deja seemed genuinely apologetic. And though I have been waxing for years and this had never happened, I figured I was due. After paying I was not asked if I wanted to make my next months appt. I am embarrassed and left unsure with were I went wrong as a client.

Great customer service, very friendly enviornment, you feel very refreshed leaving. I would recommend this place, never felt so welcomed to a new place like i did here!

My facial hair is aggressive and stubborn, so I didnt think the esthetician was going to be able to get all of the chin hair out. Boy was I...WRONG! Not only did she get all of them out, she had a gentle touch, soothing voice, and helped me breathe through what is typically a painful experience. Thank you so much, Deja! Best Brazilian wax for this price! I’m used to paying $50-60 in Charlotte. But this was only $35. I had Valerie, a wonderful woman who took her time while being efficient. She was friendly and calmed me down. It’s also very cute inside and they take covid precautions seriously. 10/10. Already booked my next session!
