I paid for the $30 pedicure (regular polish) which includes cleaning under the nail & cuticle trim, well she didn’t bother doing it even though I politely asked her since it’s included, besides that as you can see the polish is very sloppy! I’m very disappointed, won’t be going back unfortunately

Today I contact the nail shop at 10:30am to makeappointment for a fill and pedicure. I went in at 3:30,as I was scheduled. I waited 30 minutes and finallysomeone helped me. I didnt make a fuss about it. As iwatched the lady who was working on my nails, shestopped to go help 2 other customers. She went backand forth between others for about 2 hours. Then shepolished my nails and stated she would the designafter my pedicure. I said no problem. The lady whoworked on my pedicure, did not file my toe nailscorrectly. I did it myself. I didnt get upset, I stayedcalm and collective. I waited two more hours for mynail lady to finish with another customer. The ladystated it was my fault that she had taken 5 hours, Idont see how its my fault when you did not keep yourappointment to me. This is the reason why wecustomers make appointments. She then worked onmy nails and left them looking like speed bumps. Thenail rep also informed me that I was picky because Itold her my nails had black holes in the nail polish,mind you the polish was white. This usually happenswhen theres lint or the polish is too thick.. I was overcharged. 85 dollars, for what I dont know. I left with nodesign, my nails look horrible, Ive waisted my entireday.. I had to come home to try and fix them myself. Iwould like for the owner to contact me or the manager.Thank you for your time .

The nails turned out nice, but do not go here if you are not willing to spend $115 on short simple nails. Completely robbed

This was my first time at this nail salon and had a wonderful experience from start to finish! The environment is very calm and welcoming. My nail technician was lovely and my nails look amazing! I also had my eyebrows waxed, so much attention and care was spent on very step! I will definitely be coming back here, and would 100% recommend to anyone! Thank you!

It’s my first time here to the new town and new Autumn Nail Spa. all the ladies ( Staff) are very friendly, nice n happy went I walked in. I have done my gel manicure n pedicure done. First I don’t have to wait too long and the best I like are they did a beautiful job on my nail, and my pedicure just exactly what I want. Beautiful shop, Clean, experienced staff, super friendly and the price are responsible. Sure I will be back again!!!! I love to give them 5 star. Betty

Ive been coming to this place for many years. Reasonable prices, fast but efficient, always try and fit people in. They offer other services other than nails which is always useful. The staff have been there for a long time and recognize loyal customers. Couldnt recommend this place enough...

Came here the first time. Some one Gave me a gift certificate. I had amazing experience with Mindy. She did an excellent job on my nails. I have been to many nail salons. So far this ones the best. Friendly and their nail art work is amazing. I am For sure coming back Here.

Among all the nail salons Ive tried in Concord Autumn Nail is certainly the best. The staff are very friendly and extremely professional. They pay attention to the smallest details. The salon is very clean and they use a sanitizing oven for the tools. Best experience Ive had at a Autumn Nail Spa. Will be back every time I need my nails done.

Lovely place with a super friendly professional nail technician. Apparently the time and dedication Mindy put into my gel nails a new design they call Cat eyes. Looking as natural as possible. Couldnt recommend enough. Thank you very much.

I have been going to Autumn Nails since 2010 before they moved to their current location. They have the best service and great quality of care when it comes to meeting the needs of their customers.. Before they moved the owner Mindy asked for my suggestions of anything that Id like to see for the new location and I said a TV and that she did... I enjoy all the ladies and gentlemen that works there and to make it even more better I commute for my pedi&mani from Modesto every 2 weeks so that shows you I am a die hard customer to my Autumn Nails (Tina) does an excellent job which they all do..

Visit the salon for the first time today. Was pleasantly surprised. The cute guy who works in the front, was incredibly accommodating when I tuned up (really) early to my appointment, even though the salon was rather busy. I only regret not asking the lady technician  who did my nails for her name, because she did a great job. The price was reasonable and I am really happy with the results. I live nowhere near Antioch, but I might just have to travel and make this my regular salon, Thank you! High reccomend!

The staff is exceptionally professional. My manicure and pedicure never lasted so long and so perfect! This is my only go to place in all Concord and I high reccomend this salon to all! Makes you feel cared for and special! Loooove it!

Really nice mani/pedi by Jenny. Only complaints are the pedi chairs are a bit worn and the nail book does not show brand of polish, ended up with some off brand instead of my preferred O.P.I, but color still looks great! I will return
