Best costumer service all the staff are so sweet and they can do anything

Literally worst pedicure of my life. I came with my sister and mom with the intention of getting SNS and a hot stone massage and I left with only my toe nails painted. I sat in a chair for almost 2 hours while my mom and 3 other people who came in after me got pedicures. They finally turned the water on and I sat for so long the water got cold. After waiting I decided to just get a basic pedicure which apparently doesn’t include any kind of massage or anything. Just literally painted my toe nails. Then when I went to pay the manager was making fun of me for looking unhappy. I will never go back.

This place did a great job on my feet. I was looking for someone to do a pedicure rather quickly and I came here as a second resort, only because I didnt know it was here. Im from Texas and is visiting my husband for a little while. My toes were desperate for a fix, I enjoyed the service. Everything was clean, all of her instruments were clean and she did a great job on the color. This will be my spot for pedicures any time Im in town.

It was okay I have lumps in my nails and the paint is not smooth. I have never gotten my nails done and not head to wash my hands. I try not to be too much of a stickler but I teach people to do this and I know how its supposed to be done

Absolutely most fabulous place in concord. They do the most amazing job on everything from head to toes my service was absolutely astonishing!! My eyelash extensions was a great experience for my. My pedicure and nails came out to the T. They are great listening and amazing customer service skill. They also work as a team which I love to see.

Well... I’ve been to this salon 3 times in the past 2 months. I’ve been trying to grow my nails out so I get the gel manicures.The first time I got them done it was great loved it.The second time I got them done the nail artist filed too much of my nails down and they were uneven. My nails were all different lengths, the nail technician also forgot that I wanted a matte finish and instead of starting over she added a double coat of the matte, leaving the coatings on my nails very thick and not pleasant to look at. (So base coat, 2 coats of color, 2 coats of top coat, and two coats of matte) When I left the salon there was still gel on my skin. I actually left the salon crying because I was so dissatisfied. (Mainly bc I’m pregnant and am very emotional) I try to get my nails done every 2 weeks by the end of those 2 weeks my nails had grown out and I was ready to get them done again.The third time I went, whew, I guess because the coating from the previous nail technician was so thick, they assumed it was acrylic. The nail artist used the drill to take the gel off. It started burning my nails. I’m assuming she drilled too much, leaving my nails very brittle. When it came to cutting my cuticles she nicked my skin so I ended up bleeding during the service. I actually loved how the nails looked leaving the salon, I could tell they were thinning out though from the drill. Not even a week after having my nails done 2 of my nails nicked at the side and got caught on my clothes and broke. By this point I’m pretty upset because I know it’s because of the drilling, my nails are super thin now.Fast forward.... almost 2 weeks after this last nail job has been done all but 4 of my nails have broke. Of those 4, 2 have nicks on the sides so they are going to break soon.I’m very disappointed because now I know that I’m going to have to wait until my full nail grows out, for them to be strong again. I don’t believe I’ll be back there, but I’m leaving a review so hopefully they’ll be more careful with everyone else.Also... all three of these services were with different nail artists.

My three year old and myself got pedicures today together. My nails look alright, and her nails look fine, but they hardly scrubbed the buttoned of both of our feet. I wont complain about my pedi, but my daughters is aweful. The bottom of her feet are still scaly and look terrible and feel worse.

This is a place where the nail technician does gel nails worst than me. I should stick to do my nails at home. On my last appointment there, my nails looked with bumps and many wholes at the end. It is clear that their products are old as well as the equipment. Well, their lost. Im looking for a permanent place to do my nails every week. They threw away business.

I was terribly unhappy with my nails the first time I got them done on 03-01-2020. I called back and talked to Mimi and she was more than willing to re-do them for me free of charge. I didn’t have the same lady do them this time around and Mimi herself did them for me even though she doesn’t typically work with short nails. She did a great job and I’m so happy with the way they turned out! Thank you!

This is a family owned establishment where I found the owner to have had a Hilarious sense of humor that creates a friendly and fun atmosphere. 😀My technician did a good job on my nails 💅even though she missed a coat on one of my nails, nevertheless she had a pleasing demeanor about herself.😕The only two things I saw could have used vast improvement was better Sanitation practices of Non-Electrical Tools in the Salon and more Professionalism among the staff.Picking up personal cellphones 🚪 in the middle of a Nail service and Texting throughout is highly unsanitary as this spreads bacteria from phones to patrons and is also extremely unprofessional to say the least!👉Note to Owner, please tighten up on these two key factors as Infection Control is MAJOR in salons, especially during these Pandemic times!👀You never know who might be in your midst, even an unsuspecting affiliate of the NC Cosmetic Arts Department...😯

Always a great time when you go in. But come out with amazing nails 💅or toes. They also do a great job at waxing eyebrows as well.

When I tell you it’s a whole gamble trying to find a nail salon in the Charlotte surrounding areas. I am so happy that I was able to luck up and find this nail salon just by driving around. Henry was my nail tech and he was dope!!! I will be back in 2-3 weeks!! ☺️

I recently relocated to Concord and called several places checking prices and services. They were able to take me in quickly and paid good attention to everything. Through my service I asked if they able to have good time to do my nails/toes. Very nice salon! New equipment, nicely decorated and great pedis. Would coming back here. Ive been getting my nails done here for the few years Ive lived here and Im never disappointed (except once but the tech was new). The staff is friendly, the shop is clean and its a relaxed environment.

I absolutely loved my manicure and my daughter loved hers to! When we showed up there parking lot was full (at 4:00,there busiest time)and none of the other shops were open,but to my surprise,there was NO WAIT AT ALL! Our nail Tech. Was very patient and took her time (thanks Mia!).I especially liked how there towels were in a warmer.i also liked how neat and tidy the place was. Definitely Would recommend. :-D.

When they don’t do a good job the owner gets mad if you say something. He told me he hated me I will never forget that terrible customer service. He also made my daughter cry for no reason and she’s a great kid. He just plays way to much. He treats white customers differently from black customers. He doesn’t treat black customers with respect.

Never been before, my BF took me there for a mani pedi. Very pleasantly surprised to find the place so nice!!! Great decor, super friendly staff, very accommodating, even offer a glass of wine or water while u enjoy their services. Always quick and friendly service here. Been a long time customer. Appointments typically take 10-15minutes. Easy appointment rescheduling and plenty of waxers to get your day and time that works best for you.

Went her on Saturday for me and my wife for a pedicure and we were blown away. The staff was Incredibly nice and very social with us. Many options and choices as for what type of pedicure and the different type of polishes. My wife got a type that changes color based on if your hot or cold it’s awesome! I highly recommend this place! Will definitely be back!

This was my first time here. They got me in right away and spent over an hour on my deluxe pedicure. I appreciated them taking their time and making my feet look and feel great. One of the best pedicures I have ever had. Thank you.

Very disappointed, I paid $25 for manicure and gel but the lady barely cut some skin all my dry cuticles were there, my daughters came out OK (different lady did hers) and the gel its so uneven.. Im just hating it all, Ill get it redone I dont think this will last not even a week

Excellent service for 5 years!!!!!

I went in on a Sunday (first visit) to get a gel manicure and pedicure. My pedicure was great, but on the other hand my fingernails seemed very dull within two days and two of my fingernails had chipped. Usually when I get gel, my nails feel strong, healthy and they last for at least two weeks. This time my nails felt brittle and they looked so bad by day four I ended up removing the polish. My nails feel like paper, so I feel like I need to give them a break before I get them done again at a different salon.

Totally love the service at this location . It is clean and the staff are so friendly and remembers your name upon you walking in. My waxer Michelle does such a great job to make sure my experience is smooth and painless

Love it here!! Henry and Mimi do such a good job! They pay so much attention to detail. Henry always does an A+ job on my nails. He is very patient with how picky I am all my design requests! I have been to several places in the area before I found Sexy Nails. They are by far the best in the area!!!

Expensive for no reason. I got my lashes done. Before I even left the shop I had to have it fixed because it was coming off. 2 days later they fell off. They were suppose to last at least a week. I got them done on a Friday and Sunday morning they started falling off during church. She was just sorry and they cannot arch eyebrows. This place sucks. I wish I could give zero stars.

I wish I could give them more than 5 stars! I have had pedicures, waxing, lashes, shellac, and fill ins all done here and they were all done flawlessly. Always perfect, every time. These negative comments are ridiculous, if you go to any nail salon on a Friday after work your going to have to wait. You dont have to wait long here at all. And normally if there even is a wait they go ahead and sit you down and bring you a drink. I love the whole staff and I have yet to find any work theyve done to be anything less than perfect. Always keeping up on new styles and trends too! Ive got all the girls I work with going here faithfully now too! Keep up the awesome work guys!

Always a great experience here. Ive been here many times and I am satisfied each time. I love the fact that they remember me each time I come in.Pedicures are my favorite here. They never rush to get done, and make it very relaxing ( keep in mind I always go during the week, so they are able to take more time then).I always like for Mimi to do my nails. She is friendly, and experienced. She makes sure she does a great job everyone. She even will work miracles on nails that are done terribly by other nail salons!!I also work in the customer service field, and can appreciate when someone gets it right. They will give you the same respect you give them!

Really like this salon! Walked in and it was clean and service was fast! The music and waterfall were so relaxing.. LeAnn was my stylist and she was fast and knowledgeable. She designed my nails and was interested in educating me on different types of nails. Dont go anywhere else. Through all weather they are there! Great times of operations and super close to me! After my nails lady moved to Texas I had a very hard time finding a new place. So after a going to bunch of other places I decided to try this place. I finally found my permanent place! Mimi is absolutely great, my nails finally are done the way I like them and they have the biggest assortment of gel polish and the most choices in red colors ( that is my color). Every person that works there is very nice, the place is clean, prices are reasonable and the service is great.

I went and got a pedicure and manicure. The pedicure was good but they Need to learn how to properly do SNS. My nails chipped and cracked within 1 week. I had to go back so they could fix 4 nails.

They take there time and really do awsome work! so far Ive had a manicure, pedicure and brows done. they dont rush, even when you come in 20 min. til closing and ask for a full set!

Mimi recomend for do permanent make eyebrows and eyeliner. I love it

This place is outstanding with customer service.I absolutely love Henry and Mimi, they always remember me and call be name. They have a great salon, super clean and and very comfortable pedicure chairs. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a top notch place to get nails, toes, the works!

Do not go here. It may be inexpensive compared to Ballantyne, but you will get what you pay for. If you must though, the owner, Mimi is excellent, if you can get her to do your nails, you wont be disappointed. Mimi is through, and detailed oriented. Avoid the gentleman with the glasses he is awful. I left with clumpy nails without a top coat, because the top coat wouldnt stay. Its about $35-37 per nails, without tip.

I looovvvveeee this shop! Renee and Mimi are excellent and take great care of my long stiletto nails - always willing to try what crazy style I decide is next! They have great customer service and we cut up more like family members than a regular technician and customer! If you want your nails done right, great customer service, a glass of 🍷 and a few laughs PLEASE give them a try - trust me you wont regret it❤

Staff was friendly and greeted me upon arrival. Nice atmosphere and prices are reasonable. My technician told me she was new and I could tell. I left with some soreness on one side of my foot because she was a little rough. However, I will try this place again.

Im sure this salon is great if you go midday in the middle of the week. Unfortunately, that does not work for most of us. This salon is not prepared to handle the rush of the weekend in an appropriate manner. I visited this salon with my mother and my sister. We needed 3 basic pedicures, a regular manicure, a full set, and a fill. We were there for 2 and a half hours and received less than adequate service. First we went for our pedicures, and watched people that arrived after us receive pedicures before us. Then, we received attitude from one of the nail techs that skipped over us, right before we watched her injure the client she was working on by clipping live skin. Then we went for nails. We sat in our chairs waiting three times longer than we had a nail tech working on our fingers. After leaving we noticed 1. My mothers toenail polish that she walked in with was not taken off fully during her pedicure. 2. My sisters fill looked like it was over a week grown in. 3. My toes and nails either had polish over and onto the skin or did not cover the whole nail. I researched this salon before going and had only read good things. I hope people read this before experiencing disappointment with the service after reading only good things as I did.

Less than 3 days later you couldnt even tell I had a manicure. (And I babied my hands) My mother and grandmother were with me and they had/have the same issues. They cut my cuticles to shreds and they are still recovering. Totally disappointed. Would NOT recommend.

They’re honestly the only nail salon near me that knows how to do complicated things and do it right. I’ve been looking for a nail salon that can do ombré and they can do it. They’re great. Everyone i’ve encountered is super friendly and professional.

Very immature caucasian young lady who did my nails made my nails look clunky and horrible with the style I wanted, them messed up GEL POLISH LIKE HOWWWWW GIRL. I was very upset & I would never recommend this nail salon to anyone !!!!

Been a customer for years... over the past few months the customer service and quality has drastically decreased. There is always new or different, inexperienced nail techs every time I go and I can get the same exact service each time yet its always a different price and no one can explain. Really disappointed in the decline.

Ive been looking for the right salon but never had any luck. This was my first time and absolutely love Sexy Nails & Salon! They did such an amzing job and my nails are finally perfect! I will start coming here all the time! I highly recommend yall to come here. The woman who did my nails is Aff. I will only ask for her to do my nails because she actually takes her time and make sure your nails a perfect.

I have been a client since December 2015 and they have changed the way my nails look. They are healthy,strong,beautiful and I can do anything with these nails! I strongly recommend the SNS manicure because its organic with vitamins and minerals and it helps your nails grow strong and healthy. Plus, the color stays and doesnt chip! I’m definitely a regular of Sexy Nails... I’m so picky about my nails. I have never found a nail salon like Sexy Nails... very attentive, nice, & great at what they do. I leave with zero complaints every time. I would give them 6 stars if I could! Henry & Mimi are my favs!

Staff was friendly and end result was great. What was not great was how a $45 pedicure and a $45 SNS (no tips) came to $110. With the comment he took 5 off. The worst of it was since it was 20 more than planned I wanted to use plastic. They make you use an ATM with an additional service fee. Needless to say I will continue to drive to Elite Nails in High Point where I can get the same service equal if not better end results for 85.00.

They are very nice in the beginning once you become regular customer they start over charging you ..... especially Mimi she can be rude & moody @ times !! “Notice” there’s no price list posted!
