The service was okay but they are too expensive. I only wanted a fill with gel and had to pay 45. I told her I had a small set and she told me that they were medium so not have a disagreement I was charged for a medium. Not sure if Im going back. I just went there cause I happened to be in concord I usually get my nails done in Oakland their way cheaper.

Love this place! Ive had a hard time finding a salon that does nails decently. But this place is wonderful. Both Vincent and Lily have done my nails recently and both did them to perfection.

Had an appointment but was still made to wait 30 mins. before the technician began working on my nails. What is the point of making an appointment if you are made to wait 30mins while walkins go ahead of you?

Went on Friday and got a dip manicure and by Tuesday I already have a big chip on my middle finger.. this manicure should be lasting between 2-3 weeks NOT 4 days.. also paid 50 bucks for the dip, way to expensive to be chipping off already.. also I didn’t like that they only accept cash or Venmo.. won’t be going back

While visiting a friend in Concord ...we decided to get pampered for the day she looked up this place Nailed it Salon and were happy she found it. We didnt have an appointment but we were greeted, welcomed and were arranged to be taken care of even without an appointment. The wait wasnt long at all. Their service is excellent, their personal is amazing and extremely friendly and attentive. They offer champagne, tea, water, coffee and candy while your nails are being cleaned. They have, eyebrow waxing, paraffin for a softer texture of your skin, either hands or feet other than that, they have a nice set of options. Theyre prices are decent. I was happy with the end result of my manicure. This place is one to go back to!

There is nowhere better to get your nails done thats why Ive been going here for almost 20 years. Vicky has been doing my nails since I was 16 years old. Theres a reason to pay more to get things done right and Vicky is that reason!!!

Last year, I was diagnosed with a brain tumor and I had to take medications. My medications just made me worse. I was expecting so much more for what I paid, $50 with $6 tip included. The nail tech doing it was very nice but I asked for someone that specializes in ingrown nails. They assured that they were but it wasn’t true. She left my toe nail crooked and didn’t do anything for the ingrown. If they couldn’t work on the ingrown, they should have said so and I wouldn’t have expected it. Also, the chair set up is uncomfortable. The water is brought in a bowl so it gets cold pretty fast.

Loved it. a little pricey but worth it tje atmosphere was very nice. upscale salon in Concord. ill definitely be back.

Got. Manicure pedicure. Pedicure was great but the Manicure the lady cut 5 of my fingers and made me bleed and continued to pull on my cuticles. Stick with a pedicure and then charged 90 for both services which the prices on the wall say different/cheaper

The people that work here are dedicated to their craft. I love their enthusiasm and theyre always very kind and ready to help. Ive been looking for a nail salon for 6 months and I finally found it. Ive had three fills here and they were all very well done. They are offering airbrushing so my nails are very unique and super cute. They are getting a new store soon and I cant wait for their store to reflect the quality of work that they do.

I paid $108 for a manicure with gel nail polish and the bombshell pedicure plus 10 tip. My manicures usually last 3 weeks reason I ask for gel. I never expected that the quality would be so poor my nails were already showing line cracks and on two of my finger nails the French tip was gone by the NEXT day. Four days in and my nails definitely need to visit a different salon ASAP. I’m sad because my boyfriend gave me the money to get pampered now I’m hiding my nails from him because it was such a waste of money. The pedicure was relaxing and felt good but by the time I got to the car the nail polish was not even dried and it was messed up. I’m usually told I’m ready to go once they are sure it’s dried off. This place it’s really close to home but I rather go a little further and get good quality.

Walked right in for a manicure and was very happy with the way my vision came out for my baby shower nails! Lisa was wonderful, I will definitely be back to see her! Thank you!!!

Sped through mani and it’s not done well the polish is lumpy and uneven. Says it’s because it’s natural nails but I get the gel polish on natural nails often and the nails are smooth not lumpy. Pedicure sped through as well and barely scrubbed problem areas. They charge wayyyyyyy tooo much!!!! My usual place is 55 for pedi and gel polish it’s $73 for less than mediocre results Not worth the money.at all and I won’t be going back!!!!

The nail salon is beautiful but they charge to way to much. I paid over $100.00 for a mani-pedi then they had the nerve to ask for a tip in addition to the payment for service! I will not be going back. They are way to expensive and my nails are chipping. Total waste of $$$$!

I took my wife on Saturday at 11am, to get her nails done. She got a gel manicure, next day her nails were chipped. It didnt last 24hrs. It was expensive and i was expecting a better quality.

Very disappointed. It was my second time at this nail salon and I will never be going back. Got a manicure and pedicure. Specifically told the lady I only wanted the classic selection that is $49. I ended up paying $73, with a $10 tip included because I liked the service. I just didn’t like how the lady, who did my nails, didn’t ask me if I wanted gel. She just did them. She claims she asked me but no, then I was made to look stupid because I asked why my total was so much. I hate gel that’s why I never wanted to get them. NEVER ever going back. Really disappointed because I’m not a fool.

I love love love them. They have great customer service, they always listen to everything I want. Lana did my nails & my toes the first time and after that, shes the only one I go to now. I hear them offer water to everyone when Im here. They have 10% off every Monday and Tuesday. Everyone should give them a try. They are EXCELLENT!!!

Have been coming here for my nail service for over 1 year. Love the young lady Mae who listens to me and who gives my nails exactly what I ask for. Prices are reasonable. Saturdays are the busiest.

Went with my 12 year old daughter. The atmosphere was very pleasant but I didnt have The best experience there. I had a pedi and they didnt complete all that was too be included in that service. For my daughter they asked her if she wanted gel nails on her mani and didnt inform me or get my permission 1st, and she asked for her manicure polish to match her pedicure and they didnt match it and when she said that it didnt match the manicurist did nothing to fix it. Its disappointing that for the price of her manicure I couldve let her get a full set of acrylic nails for $1 more!! They said they would discount her services for her age but that didnt happen. Overall it seems like a relaxing nail spa, but its really overpriced.

Been going here for years, Im giving 3 stars cause the pedicure itself was great!! But the owners are constantly changing the prices on me. Today they charged me $35.00 for a pedicure, they are probably laughing because I paid it and left, but truthfully thats the last of my money they will ever see.. I had already given a $5.00 tip so be careful going here, one time they charged me an extra $10.00 because it was the Holidays..if they are wondering why business is slow now they will know.I wont be back ever....

I walked in and they accommodated to me very quickly! I am very pleased with my nails and toes!!! I usually am really specific and picky when it comes to my nails but they got them just right without me having to point any thing out ! I had been to multiple other nail salons that gave me poor quality and were way over priced for the workmanship. Definitely my new spot 😊

My nails are done beautifully but not happy with pedicure. 2nd time having pedicure done and last time. Unhappy with the way they did my pedi. They automatically did a callus treatment not even soaking my feet in water and didnt cut my toe nails. Just massaged then paited my nails. I mentioned i was un happy and didnt like the way the young lady did my so called pedicure. She asked u like i said NO but went on. So i will not be doing my pedicures here

They need to get their phones under control. I just called to schedule and literally 3 different people were on the phone at once at one point and I think they passed me to 3 different people, in the middle of my questions so I had to repeat them several times before someone finally was able to answer me. By the end of the phone call I didn’t even know who I was talking to anymore and I don’t feel like I was helped very much at all. They seem like they are way in over their heads. I use to be able to come in the same day and had no problem fitting me in. Things have changed and prices have gone way to high for the SAME service...especially their pedicures...they charge about $10 more and the ONLY difference is they rub hot stones on ur legs for 2 minutes. I would prefer the massage and the massage chair. I get the place looks classier but I didn’t even get offered wine or champagne...so I guess I am paying more for the fancy environment? No thanks.

2nd time going. 1st time rhe lady owner did a full set and was great. This time was bad. Was in for a gel tips fill. Nails are uneven. A couple are noticeably chipped. I mentioned the chips while there and she filed a little and said they were fine. Most are rough even with clear tip coat. She did a new dipping process without asking. Sloppy work. Very disappointed. Quite expensive too especually for a terrible job.

The worst place ever 60 dollar pedicure turned into my legs getting burned by hot rocks... And I waited 20 min and my pedicure was 15 to 20 min long. She didnt even message my legs or puff my toe nails. Then she tried to charge me 36 dollars for only a 15 min pedicure that she never even finished.
