Today I decided to give them a second chance after a failed first visit. Another fail. My pedicure was lovely up until it was time to pay. Now, I’m not cheap at all when it comes to beauty services but I do inquire about my tab if it seems kind of pricey. This salon upsells you to get gel polish ($15). But will charge you $5 in your services if you come with gel polish. Why are they that money hungry ?! Why is that not a given service ? Let’s just say I paid $65 on a $45 pedicure. Trifling.

I gave them two stars because they did an amazing job on my nails. The problem was my pedicure. i went for a pedicure a week ago, and 3 days later my toe was sore. I thought it was just because she was digging in there. But now my toe is discolored and i am in a lot of pain. I don’t know if they are not cleaning and sterilizing the equipment before using but because of this it does make me not want to come back, which sucks because i really did like the lady herself that serviced me.

Amazing! My nails look beautiful and the nail art they did was just how I wanted it. My shape is flawless.

When Johnny was the owner, the service and experience was great. He is no longer at this location and he has taken great people with him.I came in and showed them the nail design I wanted prior to making an appointment. They expressed that they were able to do the design and that anyone in the nail shop could complete it. When I came in the next day with the expectation of the same design, the blond technician tried to replicate it and it looked like a child drew it, I believe her name is Brooke. In addition to her mask not even covering her nose while doing my nails.When expressing my dissatisfaction after just one hand, I was met with attitude and irritation. She also tried to blame me for wasting her time and resources and charge me for work she did not do well.With Johnny gone and other good technicians along with him, I would not recommend getting your nails done here. Poor customer service and lack of experience. I have been a frequent customer for years and it is unfortunate that I now have to find a new place.DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT ANYTHING OTHER THAN A BASIC COAT.

I was not impressed with Andy and the quality of work he did. Not even a week and two of my nails are chipped.I have had acrylic and or SNF nails for years and have never had this occur.The shop is extremely clean and are following all Covid 19 guidelines.The two ladies that did my nieces nails did a great job on their nails and they look great!

I went in this past Monday for a gel pedi and a full set of sns nails. While my toes were okay my fingers definitely were not. (I was still cut once when my toes were being done.) After 3 days my sns nails started to lift and chip. I went back on Friday to get them fixed and now on Tuesday the nails are lifting again. This is unacceptable especially for the price I paid. Sns nails should last a minimum of 2 weeks. I will not be back.

Horrible, horrible, horrible! Rude and dismissive. Obviously didnt want my business but I didnt see it until half way through. I was one of two customers and asked for nail art and was told the artist didnt have the time as if the shop was packed. Then she waited for other customers to get there and was very excited to see them 🙄 but Ill leave that alone. If it wasnt for the fact that I didnt want to make a scene I would have walked out without paying a dime. I will never go back and I will make sure everyone I know in the area stays away as well. P.S. The tech that did my nails tried his best to be kind but it didnt make up for the other foolishness.

I was always impressed with my nails every single time I came to the establishment. However, I was always upset with the actual customer service. I was going to try a new salon until today, I walked into the NEW and improved nail bar! The music was excellent! I was FINALLY greeted at the door, unlike with the last owners. EVERYONE was offered a beverage, not just people who spent over 40.00. I came in for my regular fill in and polish change, I came out with better shaped nails and a happy vibe!! I am SOOOOOO excited for people to come and visit the nail bar! For a minute i felt that the nail bar was doomed, and had a history of complaints and bad reputation. I was VERY PLEASED to find out that the NAIL BAR is BETTER THAN EVER!

Have been coming to this place since June of this year and was reluctant to give yet another salon a chance but my daughter who goes there regularly, told me I should give them a try. Wont lie and say that they do horrible gel manicures and pedicures because that would not be true however, their customer service sucks. I noticed it before, but when I stopped in today and was not greeted and ignored even after I smiled directly in the face of the woman that always has on the lab coat, I knew that would be my last time stepping foot in there. It wasnt until I said out loud sarcastically, I love how friendly everyone is that one of the three girls that were on their phones on the bench, acknowledged me and my daughter. I got so annoyed and left. Im not looking for red carpet treatment but when I am spending money at an establishment, I do expect to be spoken to. I actually thank them because of their lack of customer service, I ended up at the best nail salon. Its called Nail Palace and I was not rushed in and out, was greeted and honestly left with. THE best pedicure and manicure. Now I see why Nail bar is never busy.

Went in after making an appointment, and still had to wait an hour. The most outrageous prices for bad quality nail polish. Will not go back.The only reason I gave two stars is because the people working there are lovely.

When you pay $40 for a pedi, plus a $5 tip I would expect for the polish to be better than shoddy. I gave the woman another chance just thinking it was me being picky the last time and this time she half painted my nail, again. I like the place but dont want her to touch my toes again!! Will be back Monday to have them repainted. Just keep having disappointing visits. :(

***Under New Management*** The staff now OMG are awesome. I was acknowledged as some as I walked in the door with smiling faces. Such a difference in the atmosphere. Everyone seems so much happier and the young lady that did my manicure did a excellent job. Please give this place another try you will love it there.

Wanting to pamper ourselves, we went to the Nail Bar Spa. The pedicure was pretty good however the guy that did my nails, was either having a bad day or just didnt want to be there. I always get a French manicure and it looks like half my nail is white. Im going back today to see if they will fix it. I hope hes not there, I dont want to ruin my Tuesday.

Never had a pedicure before, but my ingrown toe required it. The staff was very friendly and the facility was clean. Took care of my toe with no problems in a timely manner.

I came in 30 minutes before closing and was treated with the care as if I had a mid day appointment. The staff made sure that I had an extremely relaxing experience and I never felt rushed, even after they closed at 7:30 💜. The new management is amazing and very customer oriented. I couldnt ask for better and will definitely be back..... Even though it may not be convenient, this treatment is worth the drive!!!!

Never again! Instead of soaking my nails off, he ripped them off with an acrylic nail. I know they were only acrylic but it did NOT feel good. Which ripped my real nail off underneath! It ripped off the top layer on several nails. He acted like he really didnt want to be doing my nails. No, I did not have an appointment and I walked in, but he could have said to come back later instead of doing what he did. Poor customer service I wont ever go back.

Hands down the best nail salon that I have been to (and I have been to quite a few.) I have a very short and tricky nail bed. Normally I end up with a very thick and un-natural look. Job well done!

My boyfriend and I went in today for our first appointment; they were on time and had solid service. I used a gel manicure Groupon and my bf had the Mon-Thurs pedicure special. We were both satisfied with our service.Clean nail salon, staff were friendly and attentive. Several of the workers seemed newer but worked hard and then the senior staff finished their work while training them. I am very satisfied with my gel- solid with tips because they look great!There wasnt anything over the top to draw you to continually visit this nail salon but I price and quick service works for me.

The new management is awesome. I get the STS done and they did it totally different than previous owners.. were much faster and it lasted over three weeks.. the only reason I have to go in to have my nails done agin is because I need a fill.. the polish is still perfect!!

Went for pedicure and fill in. As soon as I put my feet in water they asked me to change and do my nails first. Roxanna did a great job on my nails and for that is the only reason I gave them a 2 instead of a 0 review. I was then told to go back for pedicure but i overheard them say they had 2 people come in that said yhey had an appointment that supposibly was forgot to be written down...instead of telling me, apologizing or asking me to come back they left me sitting there for 30 mins with my feet in water until I finally got up and left. Bad customer service for sure!

None of the nails were even, some were very thick and some were thin, I asked for squared and got Long Island Medium fanned out at the ends Nails looked like I needed a fill in before I even left. Polish was bubbly and very uneven. Nails themselves had humps and ridges. Great staff, HORRID SERVICE

First let me say this is not Paul Tippins, this is Shannon Tippins, his sister, posting a review. Up until today, I truly enjoyed coming to this salon. I have had the same man do my nails each time. But today my entire view has changed- this salon’s workers are absolutely terrible. They deserve to have negative stars. I am not speaking for all of them (as I have encountered 2 extremely kind and courteous men workers here that were not there today) but there are two women in particular (older overweight lady and younger lady with bleached ends and black roots) that were extremely rude. Not only did they do a less than mediocre job on my sister and I’s nails, but their feathers got extremely ruffled when we decided to kindly ask them to fix things on our nails...the nails that WE are going to be wearing for the next month and the nails that WE are paying- way too much money- for. They made snide remarks to us and my NINE YEAR OLD niece, and then would talk in their “special anguage” (while glaring at us and laughing) as soon as they were unhappy with us/something we had asked them to fix. May I also add that they can and DID speak perfect English up until this point. They do not deserve to have jobs at this salon, let alone any salon in this country. I am disgusted with them and embarrassed that I recommended them from a positive past experience. That does not seem to be the case at this salon any longer.

If you appreciate paying to have someone do a kindergarten job on your nails then you picked the right place. I spent $265 on a day out for my sister, my daughter and myself. You would think when spending even a small amount of money to get your nails done that you would atleast be treated decent, even if the workers are less than talented. The shorter, heavier, woman with no makeup and the petite one with bleached ends and rotted teeth were not only disrespectful but beyond unprofessional. I bled five times. Five times that she chopped skin off with my cuticle without even one apology! Five times that my blood mixed into their products in the most disgusting, unsanitary way. She continued to stick my finger into the SNS dip even after cutting a piece of skin on my finger deep enough that it is an evident cut. I will be posting pictures of my horrid nail job that I paid a pretty penny for if of course they approve them. I pointed out that she gapped the dip from the base of my nail and it looked as if they had been growing for two weeks. She claimed that because my nail was short, she couldn’t thin the dip on it and that was why there was a gap. Not because she had an unsteady hand and impatiently buzzed off some of the dip with the nail grinder. When I asked her to fix the shape of my nails she went from happy to crazy in about 5 seconds. I understand it takes time to fix nails that are messed up and that can be frustrating BUT if she had any talent at all we wouldn’t have had to ask her to fix anything. Every nail she dipped had pieces of fingernail exposed underneath. It was outrageous. She was rude and couldn’t help but to run her mouth to her buddy the entire time she attempted to fix her mistakes. Then she had the audacity to insult my daughter. She is fortunate that I was able to walk out gracefully knowing that I would be sharing my experience with the world. Thank God for honest reviews, I know I have benefited from them many times and I can only hope that if you are unsure of whether or not to visit this place, that my review assists your decision. Save your money and go somewhere else! They don’t deserve the one star they received.

First time there yesterday, I had no appt, but they got me right in. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and gentle. Its hard to find a place that will not drimmel or file your nail bed to the point of no return. The store was clean, beautiful, and welcoming. The choices for color, styles, and services were bounfless. Thank you all so very much for making my experience an amazing one. I will definitely be back!

They do a good job on shaping the nails but they make the acrylic nails way to thin. I got mine done Friday, and it broke that night cause they were to flimsy. They charge way to much. And don’t even get each nail the same size as the other hand.

Not only was I scammed into upgrading to a SNS dipping powder which technically is no different then gel tbh because in a couple days sns pop off. I caught on to what was happening everytime I kept getting asked to upgrade for 10$ more. And then dont let it pop off and you tell them.. they already know this. Be careful about deceptive behavior encouraged to get people to spend more. This happened to another customer also. It looks nice for a solid week before the 45$ plus tip you spend looks more like a basic manicure that technically is what you got with hardener. Level up folks

The worst nail experience I have ever had. They seated two ladies that came in together about 6 seats apart. When they asked to sit together, they were told no that the boss would move one of them back. Another customer politely asked that they turn up the heat as it was cold and they refused stating that the boss wouldnt let them. The worst part was that they left a customer soaking off her nails for over 20 minutes. She later when to look for the gentleman and he was in the back eating. When he came back out and began grinding off her acrylics, pieces were flying all over the place....even hitting my friend in the eye and getting stuck in her hair. The guy didnt care at all. My nails look great. But that kind of customer service will certainly prevent me from ever going back.

Will not go back! In 2 WEEKS I spent over $100 on myself for nail correction. Before a 2 week fill-in, I had 4 nails to break and 9 out 10 nails to lose its gel polish!!! To fix my problems they wanted to charge me another $45!! After explaining and negotiating I ended up out of pocket $28. Not a happy camper. I dont mind paying good money for services by this was ridiculous!!

I will NEVER go back!!! My sisters and I went for a girls day and they evidently had wine for other customers but wouldnt give us a glass. We asked why the lady said they ran out the day before, while a lady was clearly sipping on her glass. Instead of asking or directing me to move so my nail tech could paint my nails, she tapped my hand or leg as if I were a child or dog. Very unprofessional. When it was time to pay, the lady had an attitude from a misunderstanding with our groupon code. Shewas rude to my sister and when I asked her to drop her attitude she went to help another guest. Sheer disrespect.

This place really is as bad as the other reviewers say. I was barely greeted by the owner, told to pick a color and sit (not given the option of gel Polish which my Groupon was for), clients walked in after me & were not only greeted but asked if they wanted water, juice or wine (I was not asked if I wanted a beverge) so I definitely said something to the owner about that. The guy who did my manicure cut my cuticle & it bled really bad. How kept painting my other nails until I told him he needed attend to my bleeding cuticle. Just an absolute horrible experience. Do yourself a favor & go somewhere else!

I used a Groupon that I bought while I was getting my nails done... I was told NOT to buy the Groupon bc there boss doesnt think people to use groupons. ( THEN DONT HAVE IT ON GROUPON) . then after I told her I was going to buy she did a terrible job! I had a manicure done ! She used cold water didnt take her time no lotion message I was in and out with 15mins. It was a terrible experience and I would suggest not tellin them you have a coupon.
