I have been going here for 3 years never had a problem great customer service.

Dennis and his son Jordan are great and straight shooters. Ive been going there for years. Another shop down the road told me my rear brake pads were at 2mm and needed to be replaced really soon. I was leaving for a long trip and didnt have time to get them done, but I did so by Fast Lube for a pre-trip inspection, and to check the rear pads. After going over the whole car, Jordan came back to me to tell me the pads were great, at 5-6mm and took me out to the shop to see for myself. I wont go anywhere else.

I was on my way home when I ran something over and my shroud began to drag. Luckily, Fast Lube Plus was a short distance ahead. They were able to get me in right away! The tech pulled off what was completely destroyed and reattached what was salvageable.. Great customer service overall. Would highly recommend! 10/10 🙌

I have been using the Fast Lube Plus, Apex, NC location for quite awhile now. Dennis and Donavan are the 2 guys that assist me with general maintenance. They have both always been very courteous and respectful. They are pretty quick and they let me know what needs to be done now and also keeps me informed of what needs to be done in the future!

This is a great Auto service place. Been going here for years. The manager has been there forever, the staff is kind and when they tell you your truck needs something, they are not trying to upsell you, they are being honest. I trust them, they are good people, the manager is awesome and Ill be a loyal customer for many years more!!

Most expensive oil change I’ve ever gotten. Highway robbery with no explanation. Was not asked about desired brand until after the oil change was finished, at which point it was too late. Will never return. Unbelievably unprofessional.

They are quick, in a convenient location, and the prices are competitive. Customer service used be exceptional when I first started going there and I would have easily given them five stars but the last couple of times I went customer service has been really slacking. Almost to the point where I felt like I was an inconvenience to their work day. I will probably give them another chance at some point because I know what they are capable of but it wont be in the near future.

I was just there for an inspection, but I really appreciate that theyre open for them on the weekends. It was quick and cheap, but for those of you who have to be there longer, they have WiFi and the waiting room/bathroom are both clean. If you dont mind crossing 1010, theres a sidewalk on the other side of the street that will take you to the little strip of shops with at least one place to eat, plus the Sheetz (though you have to cross the street again). Everyone working was nice and from what I overheard, didnt sound pushy about unwanted services.

Go elsewhere for services!They improperly installed my oil filter. Resulting in having to schedule an appointment with an actual dealership to resolve the issue. If you have a decent car, spend the extra $50 and take it to the dealer. It’s not worth the headache coming to a place like this. Ive used this Fast Lube for years. Service has always been good & no issues with quality. Then this happened.....I called to see if they can do a fluid change. The conversation was ridiculous. Donovan answered the phone, Yeah. I said, is this Fast Lube? He said, Yeah. I said, Wow! I was calling to see if you could change transmission fluid... He interrupted, Why are you saying wow? I said I was taken back by the lack of professionalism. I didnt even know I called the right place. He mumbled something and then said, we dont do transmission work and hung up on me. I called back and asked for his name. He told me his name was Donovan. I told him I didnt appreciate him hanging up on me and I was disappointed in the lack of professionalism. He explained there are plenty of other places I could call and he did not need a lecture from me. He then said he was not hanging up on me, but he was hanging up. Maybe Donovan was having a bad day. But I will take his advice and call other places for my future maintenance.

They do the oil changes on our fleet. It is definitely fast and a pleasure to have Fast lube do our oil changes. Prices are very reasonable for what you get. My truck is always cleaner when I get it back than when I took it. I trust Fast lube with our fleet vehicles over Jiffy Lube and Snappy Lubes. I have been to all three and find Fast lube to not only affordable and quick but they take pride in what they do. To me that is most important.

I have been going to the Ten Ten shop for a long time now and Mike and the guys there are the best. The shop is clean, and the service is quick. I went in for a routine oil change and the guys noticed my tire pressure was low and found a nail in it. I had no idea and they fixed it for me right away. I will continue to go to them for years to come, especially with all the coupons & great prices.

Ill let you in on a secret!I started going to Fast Lube, due to a promotional offer. I must admit I drove by their shop close to the gas supply on Ten Ten near HWY 1 thousands of times and never noticed them. I found the staff to be knowledgeable and good at what they do. They have changed the oil in both of our vehicles and recently did the brakes on my mini-van. Their prices are cheaper than most and you can schedule to have your brakes done and wait. I depend on my transportation and dont have time to let it sit at the dealer all day/nigh waiting on a brake job. I recommend this business and will return in the future.

I showed up about 15 minutes before closing time on Saturday. I pulled in and saw all service bays were full and thought there was no way they could work me in. Donovan walked out to meet me, took care of my request within 5 minutes and I was on my way. Awesome.

Have been here several times for vehicle inspections and they have always been fast and courteous, and they dont play games trying to sell me stuff that isnt bad. I had Jiffy Lube try to get me to replace wiper blades that were only 2 months old at one inspection. I never went back.

I called first and they told me to come right over for an inspection. Place was clean. No wait. Service was excellent! Will use them again!!!

I LOVE taking my car to Fast Lube Plus because of the quality of service I receive each time. I am impressed by the friendliness of the staff and their knowledge.

Came in about 6 minutes before they were supposed to close fully expecting to be turned away, but they took care of my inspection and had me back on the road in less than twenty minutes. It really meant a lot to me that they were willing to do that and helped turn around an awful Monday.

Have gone here exclusively for inspections since 2001, its been up and down with the staff trying to push extra services on you, currently they are very good, youre in and out with no pressure for extra services you dont need
