There wasn’t a wait so my friend and I were able to get into chairs right away which was nice. The technicians were friendly but do try to push you to pay for more services which is pretty standard but not always what I want to deal with. Also, considering the quality of the manicure and pedicure I’m glad I didn’t get anything else done. I’ll be trying another nail salon if/when I go back to concord mills. Also, they had newsmax on the tv and I’d rather not have to watch that while I’m getting my nails done.

Kaitlyn is amazing!! i have gotten my nails done multiple times by her, and they have all been amazing! Her work is beautiful and lasts so long!! Kaitlyn is so professional and so kind, i always have a great experience with her. i will never let anyone do my nails besides her!

My technician did a great job! When I came they initially told me that it was going to be a 30 minute wait, which is fine because I came in at like 2 oclock on a Sunday, which was shown on Google as a busier hour for them. I sat in their waiting chairs by the door for about 15 minutes and then I got sat at my technicians table for about another 10 or 15 but it like wasnt a bad wait at all. I asked for ombre nails and usually people have trouble getting this color transition right. She knew what she was doing and spent a lot of time on the shape and making sure I got what I wanted. The nails over all were $65 (not including the tip) because I got gel Polish and sugaring design. Im really happy with the outcome because Ive paid this much for nails before but theyve come out misshapen or poorly done. These are the best ombre nails Ive gotten. :)

I was shopping at the mall and decided to get my nails done. 4 and 5 days out and I have 2 chipped nails from my SNS ombre. The place I usually go in Greensboro, this never happens...they last 4 weeks and look great. They also charge about $15 less. Wont be coming back.

DO NOT GO HERE!! I’m not sure about how Kaitylnn does but whoever did my nails screwed them up so much. The paint job is so messy and all over my fingers. Then the coats are uneven and the details I asked for are done poorly even though she had a picture for reference. I was baffled at how poorly she did. Then they refused to give a refund even after admitting the poor job.

I recently moved to Charlotte and needed a new Nail place. I tried out Diva Nails and LOVED it!!! My technician, Demi, worked so diligently and gently to remove a previous poorly done nail job. She took her time and made my nails look absolutely lovely! So happy to have found this place, will be returning and spreading the word :)

Due to Covid-19, I think Diva Nails & Spa has done a magnificent job with adapting to the CDC guidelines. Their clean and New procedures make me feel safe and have no worries. I really liked how my services came out. I will for sure come back for my next trip!

Diva Nails is my favorite nail salon. I have been a loyal customer for 3 years. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. I look forward to my regular appointments. I would recommend coming on regular week days so avoid the wait times.

They wanted to charge me for a cut down which I have NEVER had to pay for when I have had my nails done . You’d think that is an obvious service with any fill. I wanted regular nail polish but they wouldn’t give it to me. They were rude and uncaring for the service I was asking for.

The only place I will go for pedi and mani cures u actually travel 1 hour and 45 minutes simple because I have not received better results any where else

I’m sitting right in front of the diva nail spa and just paid $100 for three people’s pedicures and my daughter had to immediately have her white nail color redone twice and it still bubbles up and we realized that this is due to the nail color being too old when the nail color is expired and is still soled in the shelf this happens there’s a sign to say they Do Not change the nail color but then they can sell the expired nail color for the customer? How is that fair?? Specially when we’re repeat customers and paying $100 for 3people that is not a fair deal at all they just lost 3 customers instantly cos we will not be back I will share my experience with my friends family and co workers and so will my daughter, specially with her college friends in Charlotte.

I made an appointment over the phone and the staff was super friendly, they explained everything to me over the phone and it made sense!m As soon as I walked in for my appointment one of the receptionist walked up and greeted me I saw another young girl cleaning which made me feel safe during these uncertain times, I would highly recommend and will be coming back.

If you dont mind sitting and waiting for an hour or more while they take other people ahead of you that just walked in the door then this is the salon for you. Been a loyal customer, me and my daughter for 8 months and theyve done this to me three times now. Never, ever again! They tell everyone 10 minute wait while Ive been sitting now for a whole hour. Then seat them, give them nail colors to choose from, start their nails, even finished my daughters nails but Im still sitting 👀waiting. Conveniently all the women they have taken ahead of me are white. Leaves me to believe they feel my dark skin money is not light enough. I spent $169 in this salon just two weeks ago. Not even including the tip! I left and went to the other side of the mall to Glamour Nails. They immediately took care of me. Never again will I be made to feel this way at this place again.

If I could give a zero I would also. They made fun of the people in the mall. My manicure consisted of trimming my cuticles then told to wash your hands. The closest tech to me looked at my toe nails then said something to the tech beside her and the burst out laughing. She kept glancing over then they both would laugh. Not sure why. They are very rude and unprofessional. I will never go there again. Needless to say, no tip for them.

The previous nail polish wasn’t taken off all of the way. I got a gel nail set and the sides of the were not painted and not even all of the nail was covered. Nail person was not friendly. I’m very upset and it was not worth $53

Demi does a great job with your nails and lashes. She is super sweet and cares about what you want as a customer. They have good service.

They use MMA, not EMA . You’re not supposed to use MMA on any nails. Because it ruins your nails and it’s hard to get off! Trying to soak my nails rn, and I and I am a licensed nail tech. This stuff is illegal, don’t go here. I paid 58 dollars, the nail tech did a terrible job at painting ... looked like she was just rushing. And when I try to soak it off, it will not come off! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Do not go here.

So this place seemed really nice and quiet, not busy at all. I walked in initially, no one spoke (first red flag). Chelsey was my nail tech, she was cool and seemed like she knew what she was doing. A week later my nails needed a fill in (FAST I thought) my hair was getting caught under my nails they were lifting TERRIBLY!!!! I decided not to go back and just soaked them off. It’s been almost 3 months since I had them on and my nails are still ALL extremely soft, red/discolored and sore. What a nightmare! :-/ I’ve never had this happen at all, I’m almost afraid to put them back on. I’ve always did overlays, what went wrong, I honestly could not tell you but I will NEVER EVER return to this place. I knew it was going to go bad when I entered and the lady (KIM) told me to sit in her chair with a stern face. Like, you weren’t busy at all, why couldn’t you have done them? Needless to say, I’m still trying to get my nails back healthy from this place. Look at the pics below: smh!

Worst place to get your nails done!!!!I went into the salon and signed up for full set and pedicure at 7:10 pm.The older guy started with my full set and I described him with a picture exactly how I want it. After he did all the nails, I realized the thump is not looking nice, I told him and he got so upset.. I said I can’t leave with having my nails like this. So I ask him to do the thump again and he told me “we are closing at9pm”After he was really mad and not really in the mood, he did it again. And it turned out even worse. Ive been getting my nails done at this nail salon for years and Im always impressed with the professionalism, courtesy, friendliness of the staff Demi and Eric are my favorite nail technicians. Demi is wonderful with her craft, beautiful designs. Kudos to Diva Nails and Spa.

My daughter and I went here Monday night before closing I received a gel pedicure and a gel manicure I have been getting my nails done for years ( not here) and I have never had anyone do my toes or nails so wrong and so bad. I went back to talk to the manager/owner which I didn’t wanna make a scene so I tried to talk to her to see if they could redo, but her demeanor was she didn’t care she also had a better than thou attitude I know this is a place of convenience but if anyone is reading this and you can don’t go. She offered to do my nails the next day but I will not go somewhere that I’m uncomfortable or somewhere I feel I may be Ridiculed For pointing out a job poorly done, as you all know gel manicure or pedicure is expensive and you should get what you pay for. I won’t be going back.

Ive been using this salon for years. Ive always been very satisfied with their quality of work. My pedicures last at least 4-6 weeks. And my most recent manicure is almost 3 weeks, with only some natural nail growth, all the nails are still in tact. I would highly recommend this salon. There are closer nail salons to me, but Id rather to go out of my way to Diva Nails because I know what Ill be getting. Ive had my brows waxed as well, and been just as pleased.

It wasnt bad but it was not great. I went in to get a gel manicure and the color turned out great but my nail length is not even or squared. I asked to keep most of the length and she cut too short. I also sat for longer than I am use to to soak off the preexisting nail polish, it seemed like they did not put enough polish remover on to begin with. I might go back, but I would go to a different nail technician, or wait and go to my usual spot.

Nails were perfect and everyone knew exactly what they were doing.

They are not adhering to CDC Guidelines at all! And they do a sub par job. The only thing I can give them is their prices.

Total garbage. After a week several of my acrylics have already popped off. For all the years I had gotten my nails done, I’ve never had this happen. It wasn’t from doing anything either that forced them off. I should’ve known when she didn’t even do the acrylic to the bottom of my nail. When I took a better look at my nails when I got home they were not shaped evenly and the undersides were rough and chunky. This is what you get for deciding to go to a mall nail salon. I will never be back. The tech’s name was Becky.

I want to first say thank you to Erick and his wife and the entire staff. Recently moved to the area from mint hill and was in desperate need of a nail tech and great atmosphere. Today I brought my Mother along for a spa pedicure, Erick and his wife both took their time and made my Mother feel right at home. Thank you Erick for being so pleasant and always above and beyond for me and my needs. I know at times I may be picky, but you always deliver great results. See you in 2weeks.

The lady that did my pedicure did the best she could but you can tell she didn’t know what she was doing. My fill in was completely rushed and two days later my nail is lifting. I didn’t even bother letting them know because normally their customer service is so poor that they do not work with you on anything or take any responsibility so I’ll go back to supporting black businesses where my dollar matters and stop stepping outside of that!!

Asked for gel manicure. Service lasted 15 minutes (max). Nails were sloppy, flooded, and paint was all over my nails. This is by far the worst service I have ever recurved from ANYWHERE. I typically never write reviews, but I am so frustrated to have just wasted time and money on a terrible job. I could have painted my nails better with my eyes closed. I had also planned to get my toes done to match my color, but after seeing the disaster that happened, I canceled that service and left. Will not return.

Me and my sister got acrylic nails. She sat down 10 minutes after me was done 20 minutes before me. Hers where done by the black lady that works there they where rushed and awful looking color was wrong and acrylic was set wrong.DO NOT LET HER DO YOUR NAILS. I would never go here again. I paid $35 for a pedicure and manicure and decided to choose to have white nail polish on my toes and fingers. After they were done with my nails I noticed my nail polish coming off and leaving a bubble like print on them they repainted my nails three times but it still didn’t help. I finally realized that the nail polish was old and they still kept it on their shelf. It was the only white colored nail polish on their shelf. I am not satisfied with my service today. The lady who painted my nails seemed in a rush as if she didn’t want to be there. This is my last time coming here.

I came in yesterday for a pedicure and got AMAZING service. Unfortunately I smudged my toes when I got home and came back today and they did the polish over for free with no hassle! She wouldn’t even let me tip her for it😅

The services here are of horrible quality and customer service. If I could give 0 stars, I would! I got a gel mani pedi done here, and the gel paint on my acrylic nails were peeling THAT NIGHT! Not only that, two days later, the nail on my index finger BROKE OFF and I did not do anything but fold and put up clothes that day before it broke off. What makes it even worse is I was not the only customer disappointed that day. The lady next to me complained that her nails were all crooked and poorly painted. At that point she was low on time, so they rushed through my nails to fix hers. When I went back to talk to management about the situation, she tried to say it was my fault that my nails looked that way, and insinuated that I was lying about my experience and the quality in which my nails were done. I have been going to a different salon for 10 years getting my nails done and took a chance in this salon one day trying to save time because I was in the area. I would never unjustly complain to management about quality of work. Management saw NO ISSUE with the poor quality and obviously this is a standard of quality for them. Do not waste your time or money here!

I will NEVER go here again. After 2 days my nails started chipping. Its now been 2 weeks and my gel is falling off my nails. THIS IS NOT NORMAL. I just moved here and the nail place I used to go to from where I moved was AMAZING - My gel fill would last 4+ weeks, no chips, no breaks - and I was packing and moving boxes. My nails done here at Diva just chip and break without doing anything! Im horrified that they conduct such crappy business. I should have known when my fill only took about 20 minutes!

The atmosphere was good, but the nail tech does not know what she is doing when it comes to COFFIN styled nails. My acrylic was waaaaay too thick & I told her multiple times. I will never go back there to get my nails done.

I ask for coffin, guy says he had a better shape for me, I ask for one color he suggests another color. My fill came out ok but less than 24 hours one of my nails broke and I still had to pay for it. Ok fine. Had a lady do my repair I told her the color she went and got a different color, I was done. Wont ever go there again. I actually wish I read the reviews before going.

This is the worst nail salon ever! They do not shape correctly they do not paint your whole finger and they rush doing your nails so they can hurry up to the next person. I got gel nails done last week and the color started to peel like rubber a few days later. I called the store and told them and they acted like nothing can be done because i called a week later! I’ve been busy i don’t have tome to go up there nor call during the week so it’s upsetting to know I can’t get any compensation done. I hope this place shuts down they are already loosing business because of their horrible services. SMH

Ive been getting my nails done here off and on for about 8 years now and the services provided as well as customer service have gotten noticeable worse in the past year. The past two times Ive gone the employees have been incredibly rude and it made for a very uncomfortable, borderline hostile experience. The man who did my nails this past weekend handled my hands in a very rough manner, repeatedly shoved his sharp nails into my cuticles after I had asked him to stop because it hurt (he didnt apologize by the way), and sped through the actual painting of my nails which resulted in a streaky finish. Did I mention he was an owner?! They have a sign near the drying station that states if you arent satisfied with the services that you can return and they will happily fix them if its within 3 days. Yeah right. I came back to get them re painted the next morning and again he rushed through the process and this time not only were they streaky, they also had air bubbles! Oh and they chipped the VERY NEXT DAY! -_- I was going out of town for an anniversary trip and did not want to waste time sitting in a salon once I reached my destination, but after sitting there for the second day in a row and receiving horrible service again its safe to say I will not be returning and that I shouldve just taken my chances elsewhere while on my trip. I chose this place because its not far from my house and because I understand that sometimes people can have an off day. That is not the case here. Unless you want to be rushed and have poorly done nails I would not recommend coming here at all.I will however recommend that you visit NV Nails in Winston Salem, NC if youre ever in the area and need your nails done. They do an AMAZING job. Ask for Kelly :)

Wish I read reviews first. I got gel nails done on a Thursday. The next day I noticed air /space under the nail. By Sunday all of my nails on the base of the nail was lifted. The tips are the only part of the gel (really look like acrylic) nails still attached. Never go here

Worse nail experience in the 15 years that I have been getting my nails done. When I told the lady what I wanted she complained about not wanting to do the detail and when I told her my nails looked weird she talked to me like I was slow and had never had my nails done before. I should have just been patient and waited to go to my normal nail salon but I stopped in this spot a few years ago and left with my nails looking flawless so I had high expectations. Normally I love looking at my nails but looking at the job they did just makes me upset. Im also mad that at my usual spot I can spend less money and get designs and rhinestones on my fingers for the wow factor but my current nails are just blah.Overall the lady was rude and her nail techniques are weak so save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.

I got my nails done here because I just wanted a quick, but pretty and professional job done. I got my acrylics taken off and regular polish put on. She takes my acrylic nails off by taking another unused acrylic nail out of the box and prying my nails off. It wasnt only painful, but it ripped a lot of my natural nail off. Then, she proceeds to clip my nails unevenly. I choose a color fast because at this point, I just want to get out. She tells me this color isnt good and I have to get a new color. Extremely rude staff, unprofessional. I could have done a much better job on my own nails for free.

This is quite honestly the worst nail salon ive ever been to. Uneven acrylic. They had acrylic on mu skin trying to pick it off. My fingers look damaged and disgusting. The nails pop right off. I had to go in today for the third time in theee days to get them fixed. When you call to tell them about it they get a nasty attitude. Ive had bad nails but this one takes the cake!

I came here just to get a mani pedi and the woman who was doing my nails was very nice at the beginning but then kept trying to convince me to get gel nails instead of regular polish I politely said no I like regular and she kept asking over and over again. I believe she caught an attitude because I refused the gel polish and after that moment she wasn’t friendly and rolled her eyes and was just plain rude. I will never come back here again.

This company was by far a mistake. I had an acrylic set that I wanted to take off because, I wanted to let my nails rest so I went in thinking everything would go good plus it was the owner who took them off so I thought everything was going to be in good hands... or so I thought. The lady (I wish I knew her name 🙄) did NOT soak my nails, she got a flat tool and dug it under my nails and was lifting them a little bit on each nail then went back and popped all of them off violently. The pain was excruciating I even told her that it was hurting but she told me that it was normal and not to worry about it so I thought nothing of it but when I went to wash my hands my nails looked damage, a part of my nail on the nail bed was sticking up and when something touched it it was very painful. Since this was my first time with acrylics I didn’t know what was suppose to happen until I went to NY to visit my sister so went to a place she goes to. The OWNER who did my nails told me what should’ve happened with my previous experience I was very mad. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had please don’t go to these people all they want is your money they don’t care about their customers, I hate that I gave her a good tip, please don’t let these people.

Horrible! First there really is no waiting area. Second, the polishes are scattered around in a disorganized mess. Probably the worst pedicure Ive ever had. FIRST I burned my foot in the scalding hot water in the spa tub (as did the customer next to me) because they werent checking the temps as they were filling them. Then the guy ripped a chunk of skin off my big toe as he was doing my cuticles (There was only a tiny drop of blood but still blood). He didnt say anything when I said OW only splashed water on it! The polish was streaky and chipped after a few days. AND my toe still hurts! NEVER going back. I would have walked out if I didnt need something for the next morning.

I have never written a review on anything in my life, but Im writing this one to warn people. The first thing that happened was I saw a HUGE chunk of skin on a tool before the tech ever used it on me. I told her about it, & she said it was my skin even though she hadnt touched me with the tool yet. Secondly, she cut a chunk out of my cuticle that bled throughout the entire pedicure, & it wasnt just a little piece of skin she took with her. Then she put a mask on my legs while wearing the gloves she had been wearing throughout my entire pedicure which means she does that with every persons feet she touches. Im writing this review because what theyre doing here is unsanitary, & please take me serious when I say it could cause serious infections. Being a nurse, I was barely able to keep my mouth closed throughout my pedicure. Do not go here, please.

I went to get a gel manicure, and it was the mood changing one. I had no idea until she was finished with my first hand. She told me that it would change to the color I had asked for after ten minutes of it being done. I had paid and left. An hour went by and the only thing that changed was the tip of my nail. The rest of my nail was a neon green. I went back and said I had a question. One of the ladies said well you came here so whats your question. I asked what she recommend I do for it to stay the color I want and she had the worst attitude arguing with me. The manager came over and was extremely rude, all the customers there were staring and it was very uncomfortable. I explained to them how the woman who did my nails didnt thoroughly explain how it worked several times. I eventually just left because they were extremely rude and unprofessional. I do NOT recommend this nail salon.

Rude and disrespectful!They rush through your services and will even stop your service to do other peoples eyebrows, etc with no regard for your time or money.They seem to forget... they need us... not the other way around! Will NEVER Visit Again!!
