Don’t bother with Travis. He left a leaflet at my house so I called about having some trees pruned. We set up an appointment for for the next day between 1pm-4pm for him to estimate the job.. Never showed, no call, just didn’t show up. I called him at 5pm and left a message. His secretary called my and apologized and told me Travis had to attend to one of his workers that was hurt on the job. Ok, things happen. We agreed to reschedule the next day for a two hour window of 2pm-4pm. Guess what? Travis decided to no show again… no call… again. I called him at 6:30pm and he answered the phone, but when I said who I was, our call was mysteriously disconnected.. If his services are as good as his professionalism, I dodged a bullet.. AVOID.. 6 hours of my time wasted..

When we purchased our home over 10 years ago, the yard had lots of acid-loving plants and large, mature trees. I wanted to maintain the beautiful landscape the same way the former owners had. They had been using Wright’s tree service, so we kept up the service with the same company. Every spring they complete a fertilization for our acid-loving plants (like hydrangeas and azaleas) and disease maintenance on some of our trees. They’ve also done acid trunk injections for our oak and sweet gums and have pruned back multiple trees on multiple occasions, ensuring the canopy doesn’t get too large and keeps the tree looking great. Some of these services are on an annual service agreement, while others are performed as needed. The company is always quick to respond, professional, and done excellent work. I’ve never had any complaints with anything they’ve done. We used a different company at our last house and they butchered our large maple trees when pruning to thin out the canopy - i’m super sensitive to this and Wright’s tree service has always done an excellent job, not under or over pruning. My only feedback would be the answering service they use. I realize they are a small family owned company and probably do not need to maintain an office staff, but the answering service is kinda old-school and not keeping pace with today’s customers expectations on response times. That said, they’ve always returned my calls promptly.

Wrights Tree Service performed well for me. They responded quickly to calls. Their pricing was competitive. They did the work quickly and professionally. I would hire them again.

BEWARE of this company. If could give 0 star I would. Very rude Mexican supervisor unprofessional. Works for INDIANAPOLIS POWER AND LIGHT cuts trees in yard that are not mature Without permission. CAUSED DAMAGE DID NOT FIX. VERY RUDE OFFICE STAFF TOO.

I havent used them as a tree service but I experienced one of their drivers on the highway today. He was going ridiculously fast while swerving in and out of both lanes, which made it incredibly unsafe to anyone who tried to get past him. No idea of the truck number or anything but I almost got rear ended by him when I was taking my exit. He was coming on rt. 50 west near Athens.Management: please have a discussion with your drivers.

Looks like they have problems with their drivers. I had one of their workers (in their work truck) tailgate me and leave their brights behind me while on 315 south during morning rush hour. Didnt catch the truck number because they sped off so fast and tailgated every other car. I seen there was another review about their unsafe driving so makes me think managenment doesnt care. If they dont care about the safety of other drivers during morning rush hour, makes me think they dont care about their own company theyre advertising on the truck theyre recklessly driving.

The city had them come trees out of the power line and thats fine. But they left one hell of a mess in my yard, patio, driveway, broke my tomatoe plants. And butchered my blue spruce tree took the top of it out and cut the whole side of it out. I spent 3 hours cleaning up after they left. Never again

Wont be allowed to cut here again! Trimming for the power company and left and mess! Trees all over half butchered n knocked others down taking the ones down they were cutting! They asked if i preffered them to leave logs or cut it up n i said cut it up please n they left logs all over our cow n horse pasture! There is brush from the trees they cut down on our property fence that keep our animals in! Not happy about this at all! We have a mess here! Wish I could send you pix cause Id be happy too!

We do not work near Athens and do not work out of state and our company gets confused with another Wright Tree Service that does work several States. ... Worked here for 36 years. So I am biased. I am the residential account manager for plant Health Care. Family-owned business. Brian Wright the owner. 3rd generation. Has treated me very very well as he does his customers also.

Great people, always getting the job done, and getting it right the first time. Definitely would recommend!

This is a very unprofessional tree company.they cut a tree in my backyard and left a mess and tree branches sit for me to clean up.the tree crew just makes a mess and leaves.

I have recommended them to landscaping clients and they always get a thumb’s up!

Wish I could review them, but I cant get them to give me a quote or return my calls smh. Tried three times this week to get them out, each time had to leave message with their answering service, received ONE call back, guy said hed get me a quote and try and get someone out by Friday. Its Friday, no quote, no return call from my second call and no one showed. When I called back the third time today, I told the answering service (they dont appear to have their own phone) that if this is how they run their business, they wont get my business.

These guys dont know how to drive!!
