Crew parked their large truck in my driveway without my permission. When I protested I was met with indifference initially but then the truck was moved. When I asked why they were leaving a stack of logs next to the tree they trimmed the fella said, Its company policy. I said that a bad policy and they removed the waste. Then the one fellas say, You gotta look at it this way,, youve got electricity. No need to be mad. To which I responded Im not mad. Im just standing up for myself. THEY WERE ON MY PROPERTY! No respect. I and my family have owned this home since 1951. I answered that I did not use this business because they were hired by AEP to trim city trees but I was forced to interact with the crew because of their lack on professionalism.

The city contracted them to clear around the wires. They are self proclaimed tree experts. I am the owner of a landscape business and an arborist. What they did here is an embarrassment to everyone. They completely mangled our tree.

Your in the air 50-60 ft. Whether that is in the bucket or in a tree for 8 hours a day. Working sometimes inches away from the power lines. Thats 12kv of electricity!!! Ranked 3rd most dangerous work in the WORLD. I can mostly speak about the reg.61 out of Zanesville Ohio. Worked there for a brief moment and loved the men I worked with. My bosses were the best you could ask for.JAKE WILSON was the best boss of all time. Great leader and a golden tree fella. His knowledge on trees and being a arborist is truly unique.

Food was excellent, nice server and fast service

These guys came to trim branches around the power lines and no one on their crew had a mask, they got very close to my high risk dad and also took their sweet time getting even half the job done. Would give 0 stars if I could, stay far away from this company.

Great guys. Helped explain whats needed and they let me give some input. Their point is that the trees need to not grow through the power lines, so they explained whats needing to be cut and what will eventually need to be cut. Did a great job, cleaned, cleared. Im just an aep customer for power lines, so aep called these guys, not me.

If I could give them 0 stars I would.. my 15 year old step daughter was home alone and they came without warning. Also when they were in the backyard they were throwing branches at my dog !!! This is unacceptable and I need management to contact me ASAP. I can’t believe someone would do this, you are a terrible human .

Not wearing masks at our local Speedway. Dont get close to any of them!

I have 2 horses and Asplundh has been up here cutting trees down, and they cut a ton of trees down on my horse fence and just left it there. You’d think they’d know I have the fence there for a reason and I don’t feel like chasing my horses down in the middle of the night when they get out because Asplundh left trees on my fence.

Watched my cameras from work and saw these guys throwing branches at my dogs They never knocked on my door to tell me they would be removing branches from my tree. Talked to the guy on the phone and he laughed at the situation.

Asplundh tree hacks entered our property today without permission and hacked and cut branches back to the tree. The branches were not in anyway interfering with the electric lines. There a couple branches within a foot or so of the lines. They cut them off at the tree a good 15 to 20 feet from the lines. At this point they have dragged to cut branches to our front yard and left them there. Even if the utility company has a right of way it does not extend to our tree. Asplundh are hacks with no regard for decency.

Personnel were great, but sloppy. Left wood unstacked.

They are doing the utility branch removal in our neighborhood.The fence was locked because of our dog. They just used their ladder and came over it.They were standing on our fence. Literally, on the support beams of the fence.They left our gate open and the dog could have gotten loose.They hung their jackets on our neighbors light post.Complete disrespectful behavior.

When they do our power lines they leave the brush laying around.the cleanup crew literally slept in our driveway one year,aep should find a better company.

Should be zero stars. They cut down our neighbors tree. Never said a word to us I just came out to my driveway completely blocked. Foreman was very rude and used F bomb. Claimed he was given permission. By whom !?? 2nd truck was blocking access to the trash cans so our garbage couldnt be picked up. Lied and said they had seen it dumped. REALLY then why did I have to flag down trash truck an hour later and haul my cans to the neighbors to get emptied!? Foreman refused to give me his name...using foul language in the refusal. I would never hire this company.

Not sure how good they are at their job but they definitely are cheap!

Asplundh, under their AEP contract, cuts trees back so severely in residential areas that the trees then grow on into butchered, side-heavy eyesores that have then fallen and will continue to fall onto houses.
