What’s up with their phone? I called two different numbers while waiting for them to arrive and both were out of service. Driver was unable to give me a ride back in his truck, which is apparently currently state protocol, but it would have been nice to have a way to be informed of this fact beforehand.

Driver showed up at the time the dispatcher told me. Driver was super pleasant, loaded my fill size crew cab in about 10 mins. Very appropriate pricing!

Called and hour before closing, the gentleman that answered my call took my information and I even spelled out my address. The driver called said hes outside my home and I stated Im outside and I dont see you. I asked the driver what address he has and he read me a whole different address. I then gave the driver my address and he said let me call the office and Ill call you back. Never received a call back.

So I called Progressive to report an accident and they sent these guys out. Not only did it take them over two hours to get here, the guy showed up with a flatbed with no equipment to get my car onto it - even though I had mentioned to everyone involved that it had a wheel that wasnt spinning. The guy who showed up took a look at my car and made zero effort to help. His name was Doug. As I am writing this review I have been stranded for over five hours. DO NOT recommend, get towing literally anywhere else. They do not care about you or your situation.

I promise I want be using another tow company except for Mr. HELP Ill definitely be recommending them as well to any and everybody. I was so overwhelmed that my truck broke down in the middle of a busy street. This company customer service was great, over the phone as well as in person. . The price was even great. They towed a friends car at her request then they impounded it on their lot after a friend of hers was late meeting them to pay. She did however offer to pay by credit card over the phone and they refused. It seems they are more interested in taking advantage of her in a difficult situation than trying to work with her.

Showed up within 15 minutes of the call. Had me hooked up and hauled out even faster. Extremely professional.

Got a flat tire visiting friends in Columbus new years eve. 45 minute to an hour ETA was very reasonable, and we were fixed and rolling by the 45 minute mark.Tech was friendly and nice. Price was reasonable. Very happy with the service.

Arrived at the scene 2 hours late and didnt even have the right equipment for the tow so had to do more insurance run around and get a different towing company.

These guys are awesome. I locked my only set of keys in my car. I used my insurance companys roadside assistance program. I was given a 45 minute wait time. Mr. Helps was here in 15 minutes. They had me unlocked and on the road again in literally 5 minutes. Highly recommended and I would definitely use their services again if the situation called for it. Great job!

You cant go wrong with mister help and Im going to tell you why this brother man he helped me out a few years back when my vehicle was stuck at Shoppers World East in Town & Country and me and my brother-in-law the following morning we waited and it was about an hour but the second time he helped me it was earlier this year when my vehicle got stuck in a ditch and it was a street corner flood something was going on with the sewer so my tire was on three wheels frontwards to the right in a small ditch flood if you will and out of 5 towing truck companies I called no one was available at 4:30 a.m. in the morning except mister help well I had to wait very patiently and I called the dispatcher twice and he said the driver will be there shortly now its been a hour and a half and sure enough look who pulled up the same brother man who helped me out a few years back no matter the time of day mister help got your back 👍

I called and explained my situation how I was three hours from home and didn’t have the 100$ to pay other companies where wanting. It may have taken some time but once Chris arrived he got my truck unlocked me for me. So greatful and happy. These people are so nice 😊

My husband has used this towing company twice now, and BOTH times we have had HORRIBLE experiences. The first time the driver arrived 45 FORTY-FIVE minutes late. When he arrived he parked in the gas station across the street and didnt even think to acknowledge us at all! We kept trying to get his attention and it seemed like he was ignoring us. He finally turned around and we were telling him that our car is across the street, he then said Oh, Im going to go to the bathroom and then will come get the car. WHICH WOULD HAVE BEEN PERFECTLY FINE IF HE HAD SAID SOMETHING AND NOT IGNORED US.This time is even worse. We called our insurance provider to get my husbands car towed to a dealer for repair. After communication with Mr Helps they determined that the estimated time of arrival would be 10:30am. Well 10:30am has come and gone, and at 11am we called Mr Helps and were told to leave the key in the car and he would just come get it, okay fine he left the key. Well now it is TWO IN THE AFTERNOON and Mr (not) Helps has not even arrived yet! 3.5 hours AFTER the estimated time of arrival! Not only that but we contacted our insruance provider so they could get in contact with the driver and HE ISNT ANSWERING. Literally the WORST towing company we have ever had to deal with. Save your time and money and choose literally anybody else.

My insurance company called Mr. Helps when I got stranded on the side of the road. Estimated arrival was 45 minutes. Brenden from Mr. Helps called and said he was ten minutes away and wanted to confirm my location to ensure he didnt miss me. He showed up even faster and had my car up and ready in no time. My car broke down at a traffic light at the end of a highway exit ramp. I was in the middle lane and it was rush hour. I had no way of moving my car to the side of the road and was blocking traffic.I called my roadside assistance and they sent the job to Mr. Helps Towing! They had originally said it would take an hour- but my driver (and owner of the company) called me right away and said hed be there in 15!He arrived promptly and was literally the nicest, and best tow truck driver I have ever interacted with. He was professional, got my car hooked up quickly, and we were on our way! The cab was very nice and it was a comfortable 30 min drive to my drop off location. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Awful. I had a tow scheduled through State Farm to have my van towed to a service garage. State farm said it would be picked up in 60 minutes, I also called and updated my location as the one on map in the State Farm app was off by about 1/8 mile. I called the towing company after an hour when my girlfriend had arrived to pick me up and they said to give the driver another 45 minutes. I said I would leave the key with the vehicle and they said that was no problem. I heard nothing more from Mr Helps Towing and the service was marked completed in the State Farm app. Perfect - vehicle is at the shop to be looked at in the morning...wrong. Imagine my surprise on my way to work this morning when my vehicle was still parked on the side of the road. I replied to a text from State Farm about the service letting them know it hadnt taken place. I then called Mr Helps Towing this morning and was placed on hold for about three minutes after I said I had a tow scheduled for yesterday and the vehicle was still there - no problem, its perfectly understandable to find out what happened. After she came back on the line she told me the tow truck driver arrived yesterday and drove all up and down 315 but couldnt find the vehicle. Again, I received no call yesterday from a driver looking for the vehicle. I asked her if she could hold for me as State Farm was ringing on the other line, she said no problem. I was on the phone about 30 seconds with State Farm when Mr Helps Towing hung up on me. I immediately told State Farm I would like to cancel the tow and Id handle it with another company.

Great service! I had two blown tires and from the time I called my insurance to the tow trucks arrival it was only 1 hour. Pops was super friendly and helped me find a place to get my car serviced that night.

We called him and he told us an hour but he came 20 minutes early. The employee was very nice. And gave us good service. They are very cheap, compared to other towing companies in Columbus.

They truly lie. I waited over an hour and 45 minutes. I kept calling back the women in the office stated they have been trying to radio the driver and he is not picking up. I then call my roadside assistance back to explain they are not here yet and keep lying. They then LIE to roadside assistance and tell them that they told me they just spoke to the driver. The also lied and said they told me to wait at the vehicle. They told me I could leave and just leave the key under mat in the vehicle. Never dealt with them I never will again. I wish I could give a negative 10 to them. Liars

Funch Barker wrote that her vehicle was kept overnight without her knowledge. What they fail mention is their car was picked up late on a Sunday evening when all repairs shops were closed. Their car was stored in a secure facility until the next morning where it was safely delivered to the destination. Mr. Helps takes great care and responsibility in the transportation of all vehicles that are entrusted to their drivers.

Due to an overnight accident, I called Mr. Help on a chilly Sunday morning to move the car from where it was stranded to a shop. After giving the particulars, I was told theyd be there in 45 minutes. Less than 30 minutes later, there he was and he quickly picked up the car and asked where I wanted it to go. I gave the location and off we went. He set the car down, handled my charge electronically with an pdf receipt sent to my email. Pretty cool use of mobile technology. The man was as nice as could be and very efficient - and only as I was paying did I learn that I he was the owner of the company. Im very glad I called Mr. Help.

This company has very poor service. They will over promise and under perform.On Sunday my vehicle broke down and I needed a tow. The roadside assistance company contacted Mr. Helps and informed me they would be there within 75 minutes. After sitting in 90+ degree heat for over 90 minutes I called to ask for an update. The dispatcher was very rude and said the driver took another call and her best guess would be 45 minutes more. After about 35 minutes I called back to get an update and was told it might be another 30 minutes but couldnt give me a true ETA.I hung up and called one other company to see if they could help me. They said they could get someone there in 20 minutes. I called Mr. Helps to cancel and the woman was extremely rude. I told her that I was getting dehydrated and needed to get off the road. Had her company performed and met their promises I would have been fine, but over 2 hours in the heat and multiple times they lied about when they would arrive and I had to switch companies.The company I switched to literally showed up in exactly 20 minutes! The driver was super nice.If you are stranded on the side of the road, call someone else. Mr. Helps will lie to you, leave you waiting, and then be very rude when you arent happy about their poor performance.

Respond fast and reasonable prices. They sent Rami to tow my car. He’s very nice and friendly. He did a good job towing my car to my house in a timely manner. We were traveling home from New York to Indiana and our car decided to be angry with us. We called for roadside assistance and were connected with Mr. Helps. The driver showed up within the promised time. I feel like a jerk because I am positive he told me his name but I was too stressed out to retain the information He knows who he is though! It was cold and rainy and just awful outside but he drove us over 30 miles to Columbus and got us to the hotel right down the road from the dealership with no issues. Very professional and courteous! I would recommend them to anyone that needs help!

Our car broke down and I called roadside assistance. They contacted the tow company, Mr. Helps. It was 6:30pm and we were given an ETA of 7:47pm. My parents came and sat with us while we waited. 7:47pm came and went. We called Mr. Help and they said they were given the wrong address but were just down the street and it would about 5 minutes. 20 minutes later we called roadside assistance back and they checked with Mr Help and were were told 5 minutes. We called Mr. Help 3 more times and kept being told they were somewhere different but 5 minutes away. The tow truck finally arrived at 9:30pm. 3 hrs after we called almost 2 hrs late. The driver hooked up. We told him which dealer we were going to. He talked about storing the car til morning. We told him that the dealer said we could drop off just had to check in at security. We followed over to dealer. Driver took the longest way possible to dealership. He dropped the car off and left...no paperwork. We left and headed home. On our way we get a call from Mr Help telling us that we owed him money that our tow wasnt completely covered. We did not pay him. Instead I called our roadside assistance and they informed me it was all taken care of. I would never recommend Mr Help. If your insurance or roadside assistance can use another company I would otherwise I am sorry your stuck with Mr Help.

If I could a negative review, I would. My car died on my way to work, so I then call my emergency roadside assistance number through my insurance company, which is Mr. Helps. I pay for the service and sit on the side of the road, waiting for the tow truck and my dad to get here to help me. Over an hour goes by, still no tow truck in sight. I call them only to find out that the driver assigned to pick up my vehicle and tow it to my home has picked up the wrong car. The gentleman I spoke to them proceeds to yell at the driver with me on the phone, using foul language. Not only did they yell at one another, but the gentleman that answered my call questioned my competency by asking are you sure you werent picked up?. I wouldnt have called them had I been picked up. Thats common sense. I have now been stranded on the side of a highway for over two hours trying to get my car home because they dont know how to call their customers. The lack of professionalism this company shows is positively revulting.

Absolutely the worst towing company ever!! 7 hours later they picked up my 2017 GMC Denali dropped it off at 1am. Pick it up and the front bumper is damaged and the hitch is missing. Of coarse they know nothing.

Do not rely on them. They had us waiting over 3 hours and they never showed up. Evertime we called she kept saying he was 30 min to 45 mins away. They never called us once to let us know about any delays.

They ransacked my car looking for my keys and did not put the stuff back where they found it everything was thrown everywhere out the glove box out of the middle console and nobody put any of the things back and when I called to talk to the manager about it brushed it off like it wasnt one of his workers like he didnt believe me and his excuse was you sure somebody didnt ransack the car before they sold it not my car is perfectly fine it was in front of my mothers house where his always said before so nobody ever has ever ransacked the car so it was his driver looking for the key and he refused to look into it and so I will never ever let them tow my car again

Horrific experience! I called my insurance company and requested roadside assistance. 2 hours later they were able to get ahold of Mr. Tows. I was quoted 45min-1hr, Mr. Tows arrived after about 1 hour 30. He calls me and said he just passed me and he was spinning around. I told him then that my phone was about to go dead. He arrives, attempts to jump my battery using two different devices to no avail. He calls his boss and tells him the situation. The driver gets off the phone and tells me to call my insurance company back because he has to go to another call. I said you are on a call, he got agitated and started yelling this is what it is. He then drove off and left me on the side of the freeway in the pouring rain with no cell and no power. I eventually had to walk in the rain to the Waffle house to call my wife to get me. This whole process started at 7:20pm, I called my wife from the waffle house at 11:40pm. They do not practice the values promoted on their website. We will never leave you stranded on the side of the road. Low and behold, day 2 of this saga and they sent Mr. No Helps again....

Not sure about their service- but one of their guys in a truck flipped out on me for going the speed limit on 270. Probably shouldnt do that in a company vehicle- because that certainly doesnt make me want to call them when I need a tow.

She didnt know but he was close. As we are waiting a diff tow placed stopped thought he was for us said no but would help. Office said there tow guy was right here. Sent unknown tow company away like an idiot. Its now 920p. 3 hrs since original call. Tow driver calls said would be 30 more min. Ask why office is lying said he doesnt know. Calling back our ins company. Do not ever send you people for help again!!!! I understand being backed up, just be honest and say 3 hrs not 5 min. There dishonesty at the office is why I will never use them again.

Sweet lady on the phone told me 30 minutes, and that she knocked the price down. Driver called after 40 minutes to say it would be 15 more minutes. 20 minutes later I called the driver and he said another driver was coming. I asked for phone number and nobody answered. Had to call another company. Beware!

Waited over 70 mins and when they arrived they just told me that they had the wrong tow truck to help me when the app clearly stated I needed a flatbed since I had a chevy express 3500... this is straight bs!!!

My battery died; I needed a jump. Mr. Helps Towing was sent to me and they were speedy and got my car started right up it was a good experience.

04/18/2017 They were called for me by my insurance company to tow my car to my home...they were suppose to arrive at 9:10 pm, then 9:56 pm...contacted state farm back to tell them they hadnt arrived...they called 4 times and got no answer I contacted them they answered told me 5 or 10 more minutes. They did not come I canceled had them contact another tow service and had my husband pick me up after waiting 2 hours and 50 minutes....DONT EVER USE MR. HELPS TOWING!!!

They show up 2-1/2 hours late and said the insurance company only would tow my truck 10 miles. The tow was 10.6 miles and they said they wouldn’t tow me unless I gave them $20 dollars they didn’t give me a receipt and were very rude. At 11:30 pm I just gave them cash. They scratched my bumper on both sides. I would never recommend this company ever.

The towing truck was supposed to arrive in 45 minutes.. After an hour when no one showed up or called, I called them back and they said they had a flat and need 45 more mins! I paid with my personal credit card and sent them a copy of the statement, and they still said they got nothing from me and refuse to send an invoice+receipt!The guy on their dispatch is VERY RUDE!

I very rarely leave negative reviews, but this company is one of the worst companies Ive ever come across. Everything about the service is absolutely god awful! The driver, Mr. Helps himself, refused to listen to directions; did not properly tow my car to the right address; and he DAMAGED my car! This is a worthless, piece of garbage company. Absolutely do not use this company. If theres anything in this lifetime you should do, its to avoid this company AT ALL COSTS!

Our insurance company had these guys come tow our car home yesterday evening. They were supposed to arrive in 45 minutes and they ended up being two hours late. I had a friend come out to give me a ride and follow the tow truck driver back to my house. It was raining outside & the tow truck driver was in my car and then hooked it up and left my windows down in the van. Not to mention its a brand-new van.... So he drives 20 miles on the highway with the windows down getting my whole interior soaked. Mr. helps was not very helpful in rolling up the damn windows.

My roadside assistance set me up with them after my tire blew on an early Sunday evening. Driver arrived 45 minutes after I was told they would be there. The driver was very nice and professional. Since the dealeship where my car was headed was closed, he informed me that he would take the car back to Mr. Helps and deliver to the dealership in the morning. The car did not arrive there until almost 3 PM. If it had been there in the morning like I was told, I would have been back on the road the same day. Since they got it there late I had to pay for another day of Ubering back and forth to work and class. Overall not a terrible experience, but not amazing either. Mr. Helps gets the job done, but they take their sweet time, if that bothers you, use a different company and save yourself the stress.

They had me waiting 5 hours for a tow and when i called them to see what the ETA was, they claimed that I spoke to one of their tow truck drivers regarding the fact that I no longer wanted my vehicle towed to a body shop, then proceeded to hang up when I began to refute their lies. I am beyond livid!

Would vote a 0 if I could. Once worked here along time ago 3+ years they stole my last check. Always played favorites and honestly never cared about the customers. They would wait hours upon hours and hold calls until they finally decided to dispatch us tow truck drivers. Place is a joke take ur money else where.
