Called for a tow and he was able to get my car running so I could take it to the shop. He was very friendly and taught me some things about my car that I did not know. He could have towed the car to make more money but he helped me to get it running instead. Great service and honest which is rare. 100% recommend !!!!

Nice bunch of folks here, fair and seems honest and sincere. That’s about as good as it gets! And keep in mind every towing company is going to have its share of enemies, it’s a tough job sometimes. I will be using these guys again in the future.

Great customer service. Got my car towed back home and he called along the way to let me know ETA. Arrived on time. Very courteous and professional. He made suggestions for garages that would be fair and honest to get car fixed. Found through google search and the positive reviews are right. Super friendly and helpful! I called them for a jump while stranded and they were really fast and friendly! He even noticed something a little odd about my transmission cap and fixed it on the spot without charging - something that I never would have noticed.Will definitely call again if we have an issue!

The owner, Dan, was very forthright. He brought his tow truck to tow my car to a shop, but when he saw all that I needed was new radiator hoses, he called a mechanic friend who came to our home to do the repairs much more affordably than any of the many shops. He forfeited a tow job to help me out.-

By far the nicest and very professional towing company I’ve ran across. Unfortunately my car has many issues requiring a lot of towing. He had all the equipment to professionally tow my car. He also offered assistance to resolve my car’s issues. Great service and I highly recommend him.

This was the second time Ive called Alpha Dog. Really great people. Highly recommend.

Typically, having a punctured tire on the highway would mean a ruined day for me and probably losing a whole day of work. When I called Alpha Dog their recovery specialist was in bed. But he was out to my location right away and he was hands-down the friendliest tow truck driver Ive ever had the pleasure to get towed away by. He took great care of my car, took time and caution hooking and loading it, and even let me ride with him to get it fixed. And here is where he REALLY went above and beyond - he called a couple of local shops to see if people he knew could hammer out my tires rim and keep me from having to buy a new one. Reasonably priced and worth twice what he charges! Thanks Daniel!

This company is very fast, friendly and courteous. They go above and beyond to help people. Another plus, they know exactly what they are doing and explain anything you have questions about proper towing procedures. I highly recommend them.

Dan and his wife came out and instead of just loading up my truck and taking off, he offered to see if he could resolve my issue. He tried everything he could but ended up having to tow me. He did save me from replacing an alternator when that was not the problem like I thought.Let me also add that it took my roadside assistance company 45 minutes to find a company who was willing to come tow me on a hot night for Repos and Impounds. Alpha Dog was the only company in town who would come tow me on a Saturday night. They only do roadside and not repos and impounds. Great guy and great company. Thanks Dan!

A super nice couple came to get my car when I broke down. She was very friendly on the phone. He was nice and educated me on the proper way that a VW should be towed. Apparently, using chains can do a lot of damage because most tow truck drivers dont know about the eye bolt that VW uses for towing. He asked why I was going to a dealer and recommended another place that was cheaper and closer. He was honest with me and let me know that they cost was lowered because he would be towing me somewhere closer. You can tell he really cares about safely towing your car.
