My car broke down the night before and I needed to get my car towed to my house. Tuffys was the first towing company that came up when I googled. I quickly read the reviews which were good. I called and Jason answered. Told me it was no problem to get my car from point A to B and they were reasonably priced. The guy who towed my car was nice and customer service friendly and followed me to tow my car. I would definitely use this company again. Thank you for your quick service guys!

We called this company to tow our car. We were stuck at the gas station where our car broke. We were quoted an hour but that turned into 3 because apparently if you dont tell them your stranded you are not a priority. The driver was nice and professional but if you are expecting them to come quickly tell them you are stranded or youll be stuck for hours as they pass you up for other customers. This was my first time calling a tow truck so maybe thats the standard but I dont know. Not impressed.

They were the only one who would take the job of moving a doll house that my daddy built me 40 years ago. They were awesome and didnt give up even when the job seemed almost impossible. Call these guys! I know I will when I need their services again.

Amazing service! Every place in town was closed at 7:30 am and the hours said 24 hours for all the other companies. I called and it rang once and someone answered! He almost seemed surprised i called to get towed! Extremely friendly and two nice guys showed up 15 minutes later! They were so nice and helped me so much. My husbands gone at school and I’m not knowledgeable on any vehicle issues, so they gave me a run down of my issues could be and took it to my shop! 10/10 experience. Would vouch for this company all day!

My daughter hit a curb and damaged two rims on her car. We called Tuffy’s and they told us they would arrive in 45 minutes to an hour. As promised, they arrived no later than 45 minutes to pick up her car. This is the only towing company I’ve used that arrived in a timely manner. Great service and value!

Last weekend, was the first time that my car has broken down in my life. I am a young adult not from the Columbus area and have no experience in situations like these. We called our service provider- and even though Cataula is not their regular area, they not only came out but was early for expected time of arrival.Our service technician was Ryan. Called Jason, the owner, early on Saturday. Its been raining heavily in Fort benning and I got my car stuck in some muddy trails. He was very willing to come and get me out. I believed it was gonna be fairly easy to get me out onto the main trail, however, before he arrived it rained heavily again and turned everything around me to mush.Luckily, it cleared up upon his arrival. I met him at the main visitor post and he drove me to my car. It turned out to be a much bigger job than originally specified. It took over an hour to pull my car and lead me back to paved roads. It was quite an adventure to say the least. I have to commend Jason, for his great positive attitude throughout it all and his problem solving skills to get me out of a sticky situation.I highly recommend him and his company. I wish every company could have his level of service and care for their customersThank you Jason!

If you need a tow Tuffys will give you the best price with the best experience. I was an hour away and they drove out to get me and bring me all the way back. After backing my truck up straight into my garage he then crawled under the truck figured out was wrong and told me how to fix it. They went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and then gave me a good deal on the tow.
